I have book TVS Iqube on 11 April 2022 as order no IQ[protected] and paid booking amount Rs 5000 on 11 May I have paid online Rs 96077 Total 101077
I have received TVS iqube email regarding hike in price of TVS Iqube. Due to hike in vehicle price it's beyond my financial budget.
So that, I have requested by email on 3rd June 2022 to TVS iqube for cancellation of my booking order and refund my money
I have send many time...

loan closed but still not received NOC at my address.Its been around 4-5 years.

I booked tvs raider 17th April but not delivered yet and also they don't give any update

My Name is Avdesh Khankriyal residing at Sector 2B, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, i have a TVS Ntorq 125cc in the name of my wife Ms. Bharti, purchased in 2018.

From March 2022 (approximately 20th March) I've been coming to TVS Dhamija, Sahibabad (Address: No A23/4, Plot Zeta, Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201005) with a complaint of Vibration and issue while accelerating my vehicle.

It's been almost three (3) months now, and I have ended up by making payments of approximately 25K-30K and came approximately 6-7 times in this service center, but still my problem is unheard or may be they aren't able to get this problem fixed. Sometimes they say we need to fix the full engine, sometimes they change the parts of the vehicle and so on.

I request you to kindly probe into this matter deeply and would looking for your positive response at the earliest.

After 4-5 days of payment, Ahinsa Motors denied to deliver the model "Jupiter ZX Royal Wine 2022".

I purchased the same model at 22nd of May from Chaudhary TVS (Gurgaon) by paying the Cash Payment.

From 27th of May I am sending email to TVS and calling their customer care for refund but no appropriate answer and no refund. they are just saying we will respond shortly.

very pathetic experience. I need my refund as soon as possible. Raising my concern here.

I am Venkatesh pangulla I brought TVS Antorq Race Addition Latest Version 2022. I have Taken the bike on 24 may and I have Some issues on My bike, So I went To the service Center And They told me that it has engine Problem So I Want to Replace My Engine other Wise I want New Bike. This is the Humble request to please Slove The problem ASAP. Thanks.

I have purchased TVS Jupiter 110 from Sai Motors Nerul (Ratan Auto). The current reading of the bike is only 1400 KM. Around one month back I logged a complaint to TVS care (complaint number:[protected] as I am not able to start the bike with button for some days and after with an even a kick. Someone from TVS has picked up the bike and kept it there in the showroom to check the issue for around 4-5 days and returned back saying the issue...

I purchased a tvs jupiter 125 bs6 on 18 may 2022 from binsar automobile. it had a problem in its fuel gauge. i went to binsar customer care service later, they informed me that they have changed the fuel gauge but the problem still remained the same .

Today(15.06.2022) I have visited TVS Laxmi Motors Poonamlle. Enquired about Zest two wheeler. Staff Kalaivani attended and gave Quotation Vehicle cost Ex showroom 68, 702, (Insurance and Reg) - Rs 15421. Mandatory Fitting Rs 1457.

When I enquired about Spilt quotation regarding (Insurance and Reg) - Rs 15421.Staff Kalaivani she got angry as per management we are giving quotation. Not possible we...

After few months of purchase, I was facing starting issue with my bike. And I have talked to Customer Service of TVS. In service Center they recognized it as Starting relay issue and they have changed, For few months it was working fine and after that it started behaving the same way.
FYI I am servicing my scooter from TVS NOBLE Service Center ( Mannarkad, Kerala) from Day 1.
I am not atoll happy with the service they are providing me from past 3-4 service. This time when i went for the same issue< they are telling there is no issue and bike is okay. I have the video recorded where this scooter issue is clearly visible.
I am attaching the video for reference. If its a manufacturing defect I request TVS to please rectify the issue once for all.
Right now my scooter is in service center where they checked and and found no issue.

Bike gear are not work completly

My Experience with Regards to the Booking and Refund of TVS IQube

Flow of events is as follows

4th February 2022- Visited the TVS Century Showroom in Pune and took a test Drive of the IQube. After Discussion with the salesperson and finding out that it would take about two months for the delivery, I decided to book the same with great expectorations.

I'M Ravali from Bhongir - Yadadri - Bhongir district, Telangana State, on june 4, 2022 i have given my scooty pep red matt series BSVI purchased on september 2021, given for the servicing in SRI L V MOTORS, Bhongir, the same day i have recieved my scooty but from the next day i faced problem in starting the vehicle, after making many cals they responded and came to check the vehicle that moment they did and the vehicle started but again the next day i faced same issue they said that the fuel pump has been damaged need to be changed they told me that they will place an order for the part and after recieving they will fix the part but till now they had not fixed it since 5 days telling the same answer we placed order and the part is not available, after receiving the part, we will fix but the part has not yet recieved and they had not fixed it since 5 days am facing this issue hope u understood and will solve my problem 🙏

After taking 4300 rs they not properly service my bike.
1-Not properly fix the screw of mud guard.
2-Not fix the saree guard properly (this is i mentioned before service).
3-Not fix the gear shift rubber.
4- Washing and cleaning is also not up to the mark.

I have booked raider 125 at TVs show room rajahmundry on May 10 till now means June 10 bike was not delivered to me the executives of tv s show not responding phn calls and not giving any updates about bike and they even telling tha date when tha bike is delivering
It was a bad experience of TVs motors and TVs show room it will have a severe effect on TVs company reputation

I purchased TVS Raider disc 125 on dtd. 14/04/2022 from Shukla motor Pvt. Ltd. bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh. Shukla motor sales person tell me the on road prize of bike is 109000/- Rs. and I paid that amount in IMPS & Cash mode. Showroom takes one month time for insurance paper and RTO registration paper. When I collect these papers after one month I found that bike sale price was differ and RTO registration fee was also differ . When I added all charges ( insurance 5268 Rs+RTO 8969 Rs + ex showroom price of bike 89000+ accessories 2500 ) there were defrence of 3263 Rs.
When I asked for invoice they are not giving me proper invoice.
So I request You that please get my maney back from him if it is not possible then kindly provide proper invoice.

I’m waiting for your kind intervene in the case if you people are just sleep in your company office than I will move to consumer court. As I think you people just fraudulent with customers only as you all are not reply to me since long as per trial mail, its one month passed and I have not got any solution regarding my complaint the same case.

And when i wrote mail to you, i got a call from the employee of Denny TVS agency and they confirmed that their manager will call me back but to my surprise i haven't received any calls from their Manager till date. So kindly confirm you people are just serving this type of Service to Customer.

Once again waiting for your Revert……………!!!
