Dear sir

I am nagaraj nannuri i was given my bike for serviced to aarya service center shimoga on 8 july 2016 but service pepole serviced my bike the origenal documents and tools missed that time after that i was taiked to the service center pepole but there is responce after that i complainted to company on too free no my complaint no complaint no - 72719 still now i am not geting answer this complaint.

As i and you discuss about two wheel ka27ed8687, i was serviced at aarya service center shimoga dated on 8 july 2016 till now i dont have any document and tools from your end. Everytime i serviced my bike tvs show room (Authorised service center only) this time how it was happen still now thinking about?

    As my home is nearer to the showroom., i went in the last month for getting my vehicle service. But instead of getting my vehicle as it is, i got vehicle with problems.. When i went again for solving my problem, they were telling it was good and no problem found. I was using two wheeler since 8 years... And couldnt complain simply. Again i went, that day also they said there was no problem at all. After 15 days i tired of the showroom, and went to another showroom in rajajinagar... They told actually what's d problem... And was convinced. So do what is needed so that other customers shouldn't be suffered. Thanks

      I purchased the new Apache RTR 200 4v on 22/07/2016. But while drving bike home the rear view mirror of left side of the bike got cracked by itself. i contacted the service center and these guys are suggesting me to buy new pair of mirrors. As i was provided with defective piece of mirror as per my perception i think the service center should provide me with mirror which was cracked but the service center is denying to replace that mirror. Please look into this as i've got lots of expectations from TVS.

        मैंने उज्जैन पी पटेल शोरूम से ज्यूपिटर खरीदा था 9 दिसम्बर 2015 को यह स्कूटर आज भी मुझे शहर में 45 से 48 के बीच एवरेज दे रहा है कम्प्लेंट करने पर कोई रिस्पांस नही मिल रहा है जबकि कम्पनी 62 का एवरेज बोलती है या तो मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे अन्यथा मैं उपभोक्ता फोरम में अब केस दर्ज करवाऊंगा

          Today i serviced my bike but i am not satisfy with there service because after servicing my bike the carboratur is not working properly. And also the parts is not available there, and mechanic of there take my carboratur outside and took me some money and i definitely sure about that they changed my carboratur and i want to take serious action about that today it happens with me but in future i didn't want anyone to face this soo please take it seriously because that is not a good impression of tvs company for there customers.
          Hope you will definitely take action on this issue.

            I purchased tvs jupiter on feb 02/2016 initially i found some defect in handle bar and fork.Informed same to mechanic during 1st service but they said all are perfect its new vehicle. Also corburator problem.. Again went their told its very difficult in riding during breaking vehicle goes right side... They said vehicle is good no defect at all. Finally when i checked with outside mechanic, he clearly shows defect in handle bar/fork that y while riding vehicle goes right side... Going to leave 2nd service now.. Will check how they respond...

                When i went for my free servicing for my tvs apachie 180 bike

                1. When we go by 10 am. We will not be able to get the bike servicing done on same day in this center

                2. When i went, two time they said people are on leave only 2 people are servicing so come tomorrow

                3. When giving bike for servicing. Complaints are not asked to customers.
                And when u go to take the bike after servicing. Bike will be kept outside no one will come and tell what all fixed and assit us to check for a ride and tell.

                I have a honda bike. I do servicing in haiku honda or another honda servicing center opp to manyata. Both are very professional unlike this tvs very poor customer service

                  I have a tvs apache rtr 160, and some days ago because of one accident i had given my bike at oceanic motors tvs, memnagar, ahmedabad.

                  I had given my bike to the authorized workshop on 11th of july for claim my accident insurance. they have been promise me to repair my vehicle with in a single week. but today 17th days completed but still they had not repair any parts of my bike and they said to me that still i have to wait for more 3 or 4 days. they are not proper time punctuate.

                    I bought tvs jupiter scooty in 3 rd december 2015 i am facing some technical issue in my scooty like my lock gets wrecked again...
                    Problem in horn again .. And problem in shocker. When i go to service center and ask for the problems then they always behaves badly and always take money al though that our scooty is in warranty period so please help me in this problems as soon as possible.

                      I have got serviced my bike on 23.7.2016 apache rtr 180 by OM TVS okhla phase 1 S-61 south Delhi and they did service very badly my bike and they did not replaced my oil cap strainer which was slipped and damaged on that day and they did not told me to get it replaced and then next all the oil got drain in parking then i visit their they told me it will charge for oil and cap and it will took 1 day to do this work ..Then they replaced it and today it started again draining of oil in bike and i called them ..Now they are saying that rubber in cap has to be replaced ..why they did not told me before and in two visits they should check rubber also and now my 2 days wasted and bike is in office parking without oil ..What should i do tell me...is this is your service ..they don’t know how to talk with customer..

                        Dear sir/madam, here i want to notify you that bike service dealer shelar tvs demands 2.5% extra charges if bill is paid by debit card which is totally illegal. today he asked me to pay 2.5% extra on total bill, which i refused to pay, so they refused to handover me my bike. you may also aware of this thing i. e. nobody can charge illegally such amount. i request you please suggest how to go ahead with this matter as i am not going to pay them illegally regardless whatever is the amount. please revert asap

                          We have booked tvs jupiter on 18th june 2016. We paid all the amount but didn't received the delivery yet. They promised that they will deliver the bike within two weeks. Though we had paid all the money the salesman is asking for extra money. He also said that company will provide free handgrip, seat cover, mat, but now he is refusing to give. If this is the service provided by you then who will buy the bike. We are totally disappointed.

                            Dear tvs,

                            This is to request to your notice that i bought my tvs pheonix in october 2015,
                            I drove it 11616 kms and send it to the service centre (arunagiri motors agencies, kalyan nagar, bangalore) for 5th service of my bike.

                            And its really sad to see that your employees just changed the chain sproket, wheel hub shock and spark plug and gave me the bill of almost rs2000.

                            As i know the life of chain sproket is almost 25000kms and i have never seen a problem in spark plug in a 4 stroke bike before 50000kms.

                            Can you guys please explain whats going on in your service centre?
                            Can you guys please get back to me?
                            Can you guys please explain why did you change my chain sproket when there were not even a single complaint about my chain?
                            Can you guys please elaborate why did you change my chain?
                            Can you guys please explain if there where no starting problem they why did you people change my spark plug?

                            I need all the explaination, or else you people should tell me where should i proceed..

                            This is to request to your notice that I bought my tvs phoenix in october 2015,

                                I am nikhil and i have bought a brand new scooty tvs jupiter. Scooty is 1 month old only and i have complaint about the back lock for atleast 3 times and they did nothing... A very awful sound is being produced by the scooty at the back n i am getting irritated by that n they are saying it is nothing it gives such sounds. I was not expecting this from tvs which is a reputed brand. Plz consider my problem and do something for the same or plz give me a new scooty or refund my money

                                I had given my wego, for servicing in authorised service centre, but they removed my all electrical accessories, without asking me, and told i was short circited, but they are not even showing me the old removed accessories...
                                orignally, it is stolen from my bike...nothing else...

                                  I have purchased a bike tvs star city plus from your authorized dealer "globe motors aliganj lucknow" on 29th june'2016.
                                  I had make a cash payment of rs.20000/- same day against vehicle cost of rs.56852/- & remaining amount was financed by hdfc bank ltd.
                                  After completeness of all documentation & formalities (As per norms) bike was delivered to me by dealer. And dealer assured me that he will provide me rc and vehicle number within a week. After several followups, calls and visits i still not received these documents and without documents asset is not in use. And also after a week my first service will be lapsed.
                                  I have taken this bike for my father to gift him on special occasion.
                                  But he is unable to use the bike as we know without proper documents and vehicle number we can't ride on road.
                                  I just want to know who will bear the bank charges (Emi), problem & inconvenience caused to me due to non availability of proper documents.
                                  Request you to please look into this matter on priority and take strict action against dealer, who is not listening his customers.
                                  And after all this will also spoil the company's image.

                                  I bought TVS XL 100 onee week back. Itt has some problems, like side mirror vibration, tools box unable to lock, speedometer shows false reading. when ii starts to tell these issues one by one he shouted against me. I was totally frustrated due to his rude behavior. Hereafter i will never go to that service station even for free service

                                      I had given my tvs jupiter puchased in july 2015 for service and to fix a problem with engine crankshaft. It is highly disappointing that tvs jupiter broke down within a year. It is even more annoying that the service centre is so pathetic in customer care. No proper feedback and updates shared for the service that they are doing. It is now 8-9 days since i gave my two wheeler was given for service and i have not got one call back from service centre. I need to call them on daily basis and then request for an update. They tell me a new story every day like they have ordered for a spare part and it is not available and so is the delay and i get different comment from different person in the service centre.

                                      Zero customer care!!! Do you expect the customer to keep silent and wait for days or weeks to get a call back from the service centre... Service centre guys tell that they call the customer when the complaints on the job sheet are resolved. Does that mean that they will not update the customer if a new spare part has to be ordered. Is that a good service. I'm highly disappointed with tvs customer care... Will appreciate if i get a call back to discuss this more in detailed.

                                      Finally, the problem is resolved. Appreciate the support from the TVS customer care (Mr.Shivshankar) and also the service centre coped it up well at the end to deliver the two wheeler as promised to me today. While I can understand that there can be delays in procuring the spare parts from the main dealers, it would be good to always keep the customer updated so that there are no gaps in communication or understanding. Thanks for the support and hope you will consider the suggestions and provide a good customer care in future as well. I'm closing the complaint and look forward for a good collaboration with TVS service centre and customer care in future.

                                      The worst service and worst bike . always the complaint
                                      From the beginning when I taken Apache rtr 180 it as ben problem for me. First shoft sound even before the first service . And den milage problem, pick up problem. Now finally abs problem even am serving in show room also they are not rectified the problem. Plz hep me

                                        Sub: disappointing job work, don't wana pay twice as aprox rs. 12000 spent already.

                                        I want to bring to your notice with utmost despair that my bike was repaired for white smoke emission. I

                                        Was suggested complete engine work by k. K automobile at nangloi, delhi. The initial estimate was

                                        Rs.8000 but quickly went up to rs. 12000 approx. Yet, going by their words and my previous job works

                                        Done by them i thought the problem will be fixed once for all.

                                        However to my disappointment in last 3 services including the one done after 500 km it still consumes

                                        Oil and each time the used oil comes out to be around 600 ml.

                                        I spoke to sachint who is handling services issues for the area and he assured me that he will be present

                                        At the workshop sometime this week to ascertain the actual issue why this has happened.

                                        But i want to bring this to notice of competent people at tvs; the inconvenience caused due to shoddy

                                        Job work and negligent approach. I wont be paying for same work twice.

                                        I also hope i wont have to escalate the issue any further and with your intervention it is sorted without

                                        Haggling to pay for the same issue twice.

                                        Sir iam living in ahmedgarh Punjab(sangrur).and i want to complaint against ASHOK automobiles which is in my city .i bought tvs jupiter in january.they charged me more when i went for free servies and they didnot cahnge the engine oil after that they charged me 450 .its was too much
                                        From the day i have purschased this bike one or the other problem persist third rated vehicle feedback for the customers who is buying this bike do not buy this apache 200cc, now the new problem is chasis is getting rusted in a span of 3 months .
