Hi team,

I recently purchased a tvs jupiter from rushabh auto, while purchasing i checked all the other showrooms and their pricing and service was top notch, so i decided to purchase from rushabh auto, i live in wakad and the nearest showroom to me was sai baba tvs, but their sales pitch was not good and they were rude, so i decided to buy the vehicle from rushabh auto, even though its in yervada, 20 kms from my place
Today i got a call from sai baba tvs (Sachin - [protected]), sachin was threatening me that i can't come to their showroom for servicing, as i have not bought the vehicle from their showroom
Now the job of a service center is to provide service, irrespective of where the vehicle is purchased from, this is pure hooliganism and unaccepted behavior, request you to please check the issue, and avoid giving dealerships to such thugs, i am going to post this to all social media sites and if required i am going for legal ways, if required action is not taken

    On - 27/4/2016
    And the temporary certificate is valid till 26/5/2016
    But still now i did not get any information abour rc and registration no. From tvs dealer
    When we ask they say (Abh rc nahi aai hai jb aa jaegi tab inform kar denge)
    Its very inconvinent for us please solve this issue as soon as possible.

      We have purchase tvs scooty pep plus on 29.3.2016 from shayam motors,
      After useing for one month, the scooty got a problem of not getting start up.
      We have made a complain to shaym motors for 2 to 3 times, his maechanic comes and have done something the scooty gets started, but not getting the exact fault, because after visit of mechanic the scooty works for 15 to 20 days, after that same issue continues.
      O pls. Look in to the matter.

        I bought a tvs jupiter from this dealership 1 yr back. There is no process that is followed in this dealership. No invoice is given and there is no accountability at all. After multiple discussion, it was told to us that they would work on this. But 1 yr down the line, service is extremely poor in this place. The staff are very disinterested and have no respect for customer. I really hope tvs takes an action against this. At the end of the day, we see have to deal with such centres, under the name of tvs. Thanks

          I did a service on 4/06/2016 for my bike. i clearly told them to check all the cables and rear break. because it was producing too much noise when i applying break. they told to change the break pad. i said ok you can change. after one week again it is producing too much noise. also nothing they checked. all the cables are as it is. i am not able to ride my bike. heavy noise is coming while applying the break. I DO NOT KNOW whether they changed the break pad or they cleaned the old one and they put back.

          Kindly take this as high priority and do the needful.

            In last servicing there was a issue related to moped acceleration.
            Service engineer told me to solve this issue need to change carburator needle.
            As he told he replace carborator needle pin and other parts also cost about 1200 inr.
            But still issue is not solve, sometimes moped accelerate suddenely at very high acceleration.
            Now new issue start there is overflow of petrol through carborator over flow pipe.
            About 500 INR petrol gets drain due to this issue.
            I want to solve this issue, I will not pay anymore amount to solve this.
            If needed i want entire carburator assembly replacement at free cost from TVS for my moped(WEGO).

              I have bought a new scooty pep+ on 18.06.2016 5 pm . I have received vechile from trijal marthahalli . That time i did button start and no issues in it and i could ablr to reach home with new vechile. The next day on 19.06.2016 by 8 pm I tried kick starting ( as advised for first rime in the day ) my bike and it not started. I tried for 30 mins. Not started at all . I m worried for choosing tvs and I doubt I have received a defect product form tvs.

              RAVI from TRIJAL TVS has Picked up Vehicle, rectified and delivered to doorstep .

              Today 20.06.2016 approached trijal tvs marthahalli about this complaint. Trijal management promised for check up and get readiness of vechile today.
              Service team called up and asked for details.
              Vehicle has been picked up and got it rectified. Because of overfilling the petrol in tank air was not flowing through fuel tap. Have a safe ride with your new Scooty pep + vehicle. We are always with you.
              21.06.2016 - My Vehicle TVS Scooty PEP+ has been delivered to Door step after issue analysis and Rectification.
              The Reason for the Starting issue is - carburetor Choked up due to Overflow of Full Tank petrol fillup.
              Thanks to Service Advisor Ravi - Trijal TVS for making it .

              Also thanks to TRJAL TVS MD - Inderlal for taking the complaint and addressing it immediately . I observed till date vehicle is doing good.

              Thank you for Consumer Complaint also for Providing a platform to register complaints and resolution approach .

                Dear sir we purchased a new jupiter le vehicle 2 wheeler with number mh o4 hk 4098, ite been 2 months now and there is still nonews about getting the rc book we visited the local dealer matrix motors who is authorized dealer from where we purchased vehichle and what he says is that the currently no vendor there to make the rc book and tender process has to be finalized to select new vendor, can u guys apprise us of the situation as after few months it will be sort of illegal to drive the vehichle, this is the 3rd vehichle we are owing of tvs, yet first time encountering something like this.

                The payment for the vehichle was done on 24th april with the ref no 486 and 487 total paid 62, 000 thousand rupees only with 2000 paid as cash and rest through checque.

                  I actually bought tvs apache rtr 160 matte blue rear disc from srinidhi motors langer houz on april 23rd 2016. After a month i got my temporary registration papers, tax invoice and insurance papers.. But the bad part is that till this day i didn't get my bike registered. I didn't get my permanent registration number.. It has been almost 2months since i purchased the bike.. They say that the management has changed to anjali anjali motors and so the papers have been misplaced... I also think that they are not at all considering my concern regarding the registration. They have tested my patience a lot. Even the manager doesn't lift the phone or turns it switched off.. I would take a serious action if they don't look on and complete the registration. What is the use of buying the bike and having it unregistered... It will be good if the company considers and completes the registration as soon as possible.

                    I have purchased the vehicle TVS jupiter in October 2015- after driving vehicle i found that there is a problem in the vehicle
                    problem are as follows
                    1. resonance is created in the whole vehicle which makes driving shakky
                    2. some sound comes from the back of the vehicle
                    3. handling of vehicle is also not so comfortable

                    i informed copany service center about the issue, but they just only serviced the vehicle and siad now it is okay. after driving the vehicle for again 2-3 days same problem arises. this same situation happpess 5-6 time, now i am fed up of taking my vehicle to service station every week or month as i am working professional. i am not having that much of time.

                    company service station authorities are just ignoring the matter. they are not taking it seriously

                    this is my last complaint, because after this i would be knocking the doors of consumer court, if my complaint is not resolved

                      Sir i had a bike name tvs jupiter 2015 model upto 1 year the bike was soo good in all terms of requirements but after 1 year the vehicle performance was soo bad its started vibration in the leg boot space and handle vibration too bad i took to the sevice station but also they can't able to fix it please fix the problem they told that they had a complaint to the head office but still they didn't have any answer please help me with any solution

                        There is no mechanism or Mechanic in Ujwal motors to resolve small / minor problems . for every small / or big problem we have to keep our two wheeler from Morning 9.00 am to 6.00 pm complulsory. after that they do servicing and charge Rs. 800 .

                        i have done paid servicing to my Jupiter in May 2016 by paying Rs.800 and immediately problem arised, kick and auto start of vehicle stopped working frequently and started facing problems, so i went again in first week of JUNE 2016 and again they asked to keep Vehicle in their custody from 9.00 am to 6.00pm and charged Rs.800 for servicing, despite which, problem did not resolve.

                          Problem ye h ki bike ka engine heat krta h .gear bahut hi pressure dal k lagte hai;gear down krne me bhi bahut pressure lagana padata h.picup bhi kam hai..
                          In problems ko dur krne k liye maine aapke registered service staion se service krai aur maine ye bhi kaha ki jo bhi parts engine me lagne ho change kr dijiye..
                          After service bike me problem wahi ki wahi bani huyi h. Bahut hi poor service ki gayi meri bike ki aur paisa laga wo alag .ab maine socha h ki kabhi tvs ki bike nahi purchase karunga aur na hi kisi ko advice dunga .

                            Dear sir,

                            I have a very bad experience from tvs motors sale person and would like to narrate you incidents.
                            With this experience i have completely in shock and in fear from tvs rowdiness.

                            They have pushed me down and man handled first by delivery boy and then another two people with same sales (Delivery) boys.

                            I have booked a tvs wego scooter, on 31st may with trijal motors, marathahalli, bangalore, they promised me that it will take 10 to 15 days for delivery. I got a call from tvs showroom on 11th june to pay balance amount and vehicle will be delivered in 1 or 2 days. I transferred 60, 000/- by nft to trijal motors on same day. I got a confirmation call for money is transferred successfully by monday 13th june morning. They says vehicle will be delivered to us either on 13th or 14th.
                            They did not deliver on 13th, on calling the repetitively from us on 14th they says we will deliver it today. We asked them to come by day time but manager keep insisting it will be little late and would be done by 8pm.

                            We tried calling manager at 8pm, and then after 8.30 pm but he did not respond to calls.

                            Finally delivery person come to deliver vehicle at 9.30 pm, which was annoyed us, but still we decided to accept delivery.
                            We asked them about the details such as accessories, engine number, chassis number.Insurance papers. This checks was taking time and delivery boy was rest less. When we ask him for when we will get number and number plate he says that i don't know. We says him please check with manager and let us know. He says manager phone is not reachable.
                            So we says him that we will not accept delivery now as its not complete even after taking 48 hrs of complete payments and delivery boy is unable to give us answer. Delivery boy was become very rest less and he snatched vehicle papers from my hand very rudely and push me down. This irritate me and there was a reaction from my side, i also try to chase him. Even he pushed down my 7 year daughter who was trying to intervene.In process i suffered minor injury for which i am attaching photos.

                            Then this delivery boy left the scene and come back with two another people along with him in wrong intention.
                            Thank god, it was my neighbors were with me so they could not do any further man handling, took away vehicle and was using bad words for us. We tried to explain his wrong behavior but they were very aggressive and not in mood to listen any thing.
                            Delivery boy, and other people who came with him was also mis behaving with ladies (With my wife & small child) when they tried to intervene.

                            Finally they took away vehicle and went away.

                            When we try to reach manager with whom we were dealing, was not answering calls.
                            When these people went away manager called me back and again i explained him same story. He was claiming that we have man handled delivery boy. We told manager if he feels that we hit him its our mistake if thats case but how was the behavior of the trijal person, then he says there was mistake from both side (Still i am clue less what is mistake from our side)
                            We say him if they feel bad about any thing we don't mind to apologizes and close the matter, but manager not co operative and was asking us to come to show room to resolve issue. While ending the conversion we used very bad words about us.

                            This incident shocked me completely and i am in state of shock. I am not expected such behavior from reputed company like tvs.
                            Now i am completely clue less about delivery of vehicle or my money which i have paid to trijal motors in full by cash.

                            I & my whole family is completely scared of this behavior.

                              New Apache RTR 160 is just a month old. It is troubling me on the day of its purchase. I hear a annoying sound of harsh intensity from the front wheel. I have taken to service center on the very 3 day. They could clear it partly by filling oil in suspension. But, I realised again upon the running of vehicle for another few days, just before the day of first servicing, that a new problem has arose because of its large sound emitting.

                              I took my vehicle for the first servicing and explained the same. The Chief Technician has assured that he ll look upon this and shall fix the sound issue. I have checked for a short distance trial and thought that this problem has solved. However, On my return journey, I again started to hear the large kinkering sound from the wheel.

                              I am now vexed of this problem. Out of distress i am writing this. Please take it to as a serious issue.

                                  I suman nag roy have bought a two wheeler tvs wego (Registration no. Wb 24 af6304) on 14th aug, 2015 from shaw tvs sub delear, name shaw auto centre, 108/110 b. T. Road, kolkata 700108 (I. S. I. Bus stop) area dunlop & it has been registered at barackpore rto on 15.09.2015. But still i have not received my smart card / r. C. Book. I visited & phoned several time to the showroom, but they give me different excuses time to time like smart card is not available at barackpore rto / puja vacation offciers are not available, the last one is all officers are busy for election duty. Last saturday that is 28/05/2016 i have visited shaw tvs main delear, titagarh on their request to short out the problem within seven days also i have writen a letter to barackpore arto for not received the smart card (On their request), but still i have not received the smart card nither any positive reply from their end. Also i have talk to your kolkata terytory manager mr. Arindam ghosh on 10.06.2016 regarding this issue he told me after taking status he phoned me, but i have not received any call from him also. Now tell me what i will do? As per goverment vehicle act smart card / r. C. Book should be delivered within 45 days to 60 days to the owner of the vehicle after registration date. Then why i have not received the same till now, after nine months
                                  Also i have complaint to your head office on 18.05.2016 vide call ref no. 40411 & your customer care department also update to me the problem will be shorted out within seven working days... But i have not received any call from their also.
                                  Please suggest me what i will do? Am i submit the tvs wego to sub delear from which i have purchased & claim the money...

                                  Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                                    I have purchased TVS Jupiter ZX on 09/06/2016 (Thursday) from Raviraj Automobiles Bharuch Gujarat. Vide their Retail Invoice No. No 450.
                                    Chasis No MD 626 BG 47G1 E 47159, Engine No. BGG EG 1943898.
                                    The vehicle has been at my residence till today (11/06/2016 evening 7:15 pm.
                                    I took it out for market. Firstly it did not start and after 1 Km it stopped and all of a sudden Petrol started leaking in a stream from the Engine part .
                                    I was not knowing what to do .
                                    I have to empty out the petrol and Tow the vehicle up to my residence.
                                    Contacted the Dealer Mr. Hitesh Patel, he has promised that On Monday 13/06/2016 he will send a Mechanic and will get it attended and my be will replace the same with new one.This is just an information for ant future communication.

                                      I alredy sent many emails but still no satisfactory response by TVS,
                                      i have bought tvs jupitar from, gagan automobile bilaspur yamunanagar .
                                      i went for all service in tvs aurthorised dealer yamunanagar Harsh TVS service
                                      center, i did not see good service because there were no experienced
                                      worker so that they did not give me a good service toward my jupitar
                                      .self start problem in my scooter after 2000 km ...and same problem till
                                      date todays reading 7000 km. Avarage of my scooty is 22 to35 but your
                                      company assure & said that it give the milage of 62 km per liter, self
                                      of my scooty didn, t work properly, missing problem in my scooter, Last
                                      time i was riding on my jupiter on main highway then automatically
                                      jupiter start missing and engine off and on road my back side 1 bike
                                      rider on full speed run into my jupiter and damage back side of scooty,
                                      It means if we are riding jupiter that means we are playing with our
                                      life. In future i will not suggest to others for purchasing jupiter.
                                      Kindly replace my scooter.

                                      TVS Motor Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      No satisfactory response by TM From Tvs Motors, He said to me we will only repair the scooter we will not replace, Why they will not replace i had paid full payment but scooter is faulty, I already 3 time visited at service centre for repairing but still the same situation scooter is not running properly, So now what should we do??? TVS Motor Company cheat with their customers. Now Can We Log a complaint in Consumer Court for scooter replacement?

                                        This is ashish agarwal from lucknow (U. P.) on behalf of my wife mrs. Jyoti agarwal..

                                        I purchased a tvs jupiter in the name of my wife mrs. Jyoti agarwal on 29/08/2014 from 'mehul tvs"faizabad road, lucknow and within after 1 or 2 months.. When i went for my first service.. I found some problem in my petrol indicator in analog meter. I urgently complaint for this on your toll free no, on your website and to m/s mehul tvs also from where i purchased this vehicle. After that, i got several calls from your side also.. I went for this problem to mehul tvs also.. They checked and told me that some part inside fuel tank called" fuel sender" will be changed.
                                        However, i don't know if they changed it or not.. But problem in my fuel indicator is remain as it was on from very first day, from then, i have complaint so many times tvs. You have the records of all my complaints also... Plzz check that.. But no concern from your side.

                                        This is very very unfortunate and very disappointing by such a reputed company tvs... This is absolutely very third class after sales service example by your comp. I have complaint every time when i went for my jupiter service to mehul tvs.. Every time, they assured me but nothing happened. Now, when my all free services has completed, what should i do? I very well understand why they didn't solve my problem?? Because when my guarantee period will come over, then they do it and demand for a payment. This is purely a harassment of a buyer tvs and truly shocking.
                                        When you cant serve your customer, why are you selling and involve mr. Amitabh bachchan to sell it. I'll definitely tell him also on social media about this type of your third class after sales services where you people cant solve this type of small complaint of a lady customer.
                                        I am telling you now that i'll never pay for this problem and i will remain this problem and will continue write this complaint. Tell me your cmd email address, your customer grievance officer no and email address so that i can write to you, your cmd, mehul tvs and concern authorities also and on your facebook. Twitter page also so that other customer could aware about your so called false promises. Really really so much disappointing, shocking and absolute third class after sales services. This type of non-concerning staff, dealer and other involved people are ruining the image and reputation of tvs motor among the customers specially in north india where tvs is trying to establish itself as a leading two wheeler company in competition of honda activa, hero maestro edge and now mahindra gusto as well. You should shame on yourself tvs for this type of after sales services and long long pending complaint of a lady customer.
