Hi Tvs team,

I booked my tvs raider 125 yellow one on April 16 th 2022(Tirunelveli, nellai tvs showroom) and now it's june 7th 2022, how long i should wait I'm very disappointed, this will be my first bike, please deliver my bike🥺🙏

Could someone pick this on high priority by considering customers and let me know the status of bike delivery?

Or Could you tell me the escalation point of contact?

      No response from tvs motors mail

      I had done my RR310 apache service couple of dayz ago and i found some issues with body color and tachometer
      Internal damage and i urged for support from tvs dealers and customer care of tvs but no respond from them .

      Insted of writing my concern tvs customer care operator describe the wrong thing in complaint .

      I complaint about technical things he wrote about some washing issue

      Spam calls continuous getting

      Last 10 days back i enquired about tvs moped. I took hero moped instead of tvs. Earlier i got call from tvs and i said not interested. But still daily i am getting 10 to 15 calls. Now i dont want to receive any calls from tvs or any tvs dealers....

      I purchased a tvs ntorque yesterday from SRIKRISHNA AUTOMOBILE(Authorized tvs two wheeler dealer) Amtala, South 24 pgs. I am really very disappointed by the service they are providing since the very first day. I have been misguided since i have been given the quotation. Behavior of a woman employee there is very bad. She was behaving like she is giving the bike to me for free. If i I had not already paid the amount to their account, i would not buy this bike from there at all.

        -date of incident: 20/05/22
        - I want my TVS Jupiter replaced as there arrives a fault within one month of purchasing. It has been driven for 190-200 km only. My vehicle is not in running condition. I took it to the nearest TVS service centre. They said its fuse is getting exhausted while running for some 1 km approx. now they need to change the complete wiring which they ordered from Tamil Nadu which will take 10 days. Since then 12 days have passed. Now they say it will arrive on Tuesday i.e, 7th of June 2022. I have complained through TVS helpline no. two times, but the service centre is saying It is not possible to get a vehicle replaced. Kindly help me with this.           I went my nearest service centre for changing lock set my TVs ntorq 125cc vehicle but they said since 4 days countinue same answer they don't have lock set i call other services centres also but same answer they also said I very disposing this kind of service

            This is venkatesh from vizianagaram i am purchase TVS ZUPITER ZX AOL Modeal on 02.09.21. On 28.05.22 getting in third service to my vehical register number AP39KT 0682, Engine no DG5AM1216674, at vizianagaram pavan sekher tvs show room.

            But today after two days my vehical back tyer getting bubbles at two places again tvs service center pavan seker tvs center manager Mr satyanarana [protected] check my vehical he said that i have to meet at vizag T. M. C Mr Anil kumar service show room.
            I am already talk to about this problem tvs call center and they said that tyer department called 40 times calling but they didn't the not responding.
            Please see the attchements pics.
            Please responding and retify my problem ASAP.

              Hi,
              We enquired regarding a tvs model bike and paid some amount as booking fee, but the showroom owner told that it will take max 1 month for the delivery. we enquired the same in other tvs showroom as well and they told that deliver it in a day, so we bought the bike there. Now the first showroom owner is not lifting my calls, threatening that they won't provide any service facilities, talking very rudely and not giving minimum respect to the customer. This a worst experience for us, we shouldn't treated the way just because that we didn't purchased it from him. This will spoil the reputation of TVS.

                  I have purchased a TVS Jupiter on March, 2021 and current mileage of my scooter is 7328 KM. Now I'm having issue with the rear tyre. It got a crack and clearly it's a manufacturing defect. This tyre crack might happened mostly due to stone hitting and that was told by TVS authorized tyre dealer.

                  I have visited TOP HAVEN dealer and they are telling me that they have nothing to do with the Tyre and Battery they are selling, because it is provided by third party vendor. So, where should I go to raise a complaint happens to these two items. This dealership is not providing me an spare vehicle nor they are willing to repair the damaged tyre. All they want is that I have to surrender my vehicle to them for 7 working days and then only they will be able to let me know, if my damage is eligible for free replacement. When I requested these, they asked me to raise a complaint to TVS.

                  If a multi billion company like TVS can't take the ownership of there mistake, how can we trust this brand, buy another vehicle. Dealership is blaming the Vendor who supplies the product and we the consumers are getting offended again and again. Most o[censored]s use our two wheelers for daily commute and 7 days without our commute can affect our entire commute cycle. It can affect our jobs, routine etc.

                  Please let me know how this can be handled and resolved without affecting my day to day life.

                        I purchased my tvs apache 4 v 10 months ago and in these 10 months so many problems occured .so i have to go so many times to agency from where i have purchased byke .the staff there does not treat properly .the servive manager doesnot even know how to deal with a customer who has spent lakhs of rs on product .i am very much disappointed with the manager.

                          Repairing of TVS scooty in Zummerwala motor is not proper. Scooty handovered on 18 Apr. But after 1 month still same problem. Spare availability concern. So much poor service and no tracking of work.

                              I have a bought a scooty from the showroom off TVs scooty name is ntorq..And jbse li hai kbhi kuch issue kbhi kuch issue hi hai..Abhi recently battery m issue bola tha fir lock m..Abhi just 1 year hua hai scooty ko..And jb mene ki thi uske 2 din baad hi uski break m issue ho gya tha..This company's scooty is so worst i recommend to everyone do not buy any product from this company..I have did a biggest mistake to take scooty from this company..And now I want solution of it i won't tolerate this again and again ki har baar ye khrb hoti rahe..

                                I Have Purchased TVS XL 100 Super Heavy duty At Arasu Tvs Porur Chennai ON[protected]TN12AP4539).so sad to say, your dealer service point (AVADI TVS, Arasu TVS Porur) we are facing lot of problems in the vehicle.Everything seemed good for one week after servicing. Later the Engine went off during the ride.Service centre person not giving proper response to me. i am facing STARTING TROUBLE, CURRENT SUPPLY PROBLEM, SENSOR PROBLEM.ON THE DATE OF[protected] I HAVE GIVEN SERVICE AT AVADI TVS THEY SAID WE NOT HAVING SPARES IN STOCK WAIT 10 DAYS THEY SAID BUT I RECIEVED MY BIKE AFTER 45DAYS.AFTER THAT SAME PROBLEM .Then again i given bike to Arasu TVS for problem they said we will change sensor board. hereafter problem not persist.But again and again i am getting problem .when i purchased bike from that i am facing this issue.bike using by senior citizen.He is very depressed on this.We are really dissatisfied with their service and it seems that it was the biggest mistake of our life to buy this vehicle.Kindly Replace this bike and give New Bike.If not i will go through consumer forum.

                                  TVS iqube scooty is one of the most useless scooty,
                                  I took it but I am very sorry about it,
                                  It has been 9 months since taking it, has not given any good response till now, started walking intermittently in 4 months,
                                  The motor got damaged in 9 months,
                                  Along with this, its smart charger is also bad.
                                  Meaning it looks like I have shed 1.25 lakhs in water about this scooty.
                                  Totally Waste Ho Money.

                                    I have buy a bike tvs apache 160 4v dual disc from kotdwar uttrakhand showroom on I have pay cash rs 149, 390 on 12april 22 first the salesmam make bill of 139390 after it i say it to sales man he say we not include insurance charge on it they only gave two paper one is dealer bill other is insurance not gave other like road tax receipt, registration certificate receipt after it when i get insurance from there thet mention specail edition whenever i not get a special edition only i have tvs apache 160 4v dual disc wants to know actual on road cash price of 1604v dual disc april 2022 price or he do any cheats with us .
