Dear Sir/Madam,
03-MAY-2022, am done service done from "Kubara motor from HSR Layout
Bangalore". They not doing proper service and they not fixed proper parts.
* They done hand bar adjustment and at the time they not fixed horn part, it's lying down inside only, because off that am unable turn handle bar, while i turning its struck and yesterday 05-MAY-2022 me & my met accident in queen road, Shivajinagar Bangalore.
1.What and all am raising the bike problem, while am given service to kubara service center its not resolved.
2. Show room executives only give they rating about vehicle service post done vehicle service, and executives they not listening properly customer query & complaints.
Kindly check and do the action and i need a resolution.

TVS Motor Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had bought TVS JUPITER in Anbu TVS, Ramanathapuram last month.About one week time it met with an accident.I brought the vehicle to Anbu TVS for repair.After 20 days they handover the vehicle to me .
I observed that the rear panel replaced is of another type.Mine is Petrol tank open in front.but they fitted it as in the back .
Also the front top panel is not locked with the bottom.
I showed the mistakes made to them, they answered in a rediculus manner.They did not take any step to correct it.
Now I handed over the vehicle to Anbu TVS for correction.They told me to make a complain about this to the authority, so that every thing will be done. WHAT A PATHETIC SITUATION.
THIS IS ONE EXAMPLE ABOUT THE SERVICE BY ANBU TVS, RAMANATHAPURAM.
