Dear Concern,
I Purchased a bike tvs star sport year 2009 nov,for tvs ageny ghaziabd ram nager,bike has given me lot of dissatisfication due to so many problems in the bike.
in the past 14 months my bike stayed in service centre more i have driven till now it has done approx 30,000 kms,
from the first service the problems started regularly like misfiring, engine switches off while running, engine nosiy, pick up etc.
once the service engineer from TVS Motors Hosur Mr. pradeep tyagi had visited the service centre, i have shown the bike to the gentle man he had promised to look into the service histroy of the bike, and rectify all the problems but nothing is happened

I FROM PONDICHERRY MY NAME IS GOPINATH………………..I bought my Apache RTR 160 FI ES two wheeler vehicle on2008 which has covered only 2 years from the date of purchase. I have faced lot problems in that bike. Per litter it only giving 35 kilometers no pickups and silencer is sparking and busting. So went the same show room where I bought bike for exchange. They were asking only for Rs 20000/ for two years more than 70% less asking for bike. I don’t know why this much it decreased only in your company bike. I got Bajaj and hero Honda bike used before that I soled that maxim 30% per less for after 3 years. When we are taking the new bike on that time only they were talking nice and kindly. If a customer says any complots they told that’s failed model bike why you took that. Now it won’t go for exchange if they are taking means asking for 75% deceased from the MRP. Please do needful for exchange for my bike. I was so upset from

    I have bought TVS WEGO on 21 Dec 2010 from a VARIYAN TVS, Pune.

    The details are :

    Registration number : MH12 GM 8781

    Dealer details : VARIYAN TVS
    273/5 , Near Green Park Hotel, Opp Kumar Elixir,
    Baner Road Pune 4110045 Maharashtra.

    I am absolutely unsatisfied with the vehicle in terms of basic performance. Since the day I have bought this vehicle, I have faced numerous problems. Startup issues, bike stoppage without accelerator at the signal, Pick up problem after driving certain less than 300 kms.

    I reported the problem to the dealer and asked for a replacement bike considering this is as faulty peice. Bike is just 25 days & 600 kms droven.
    Dealer refused to replace as registration was done, but a faulty peice can only come into notice after someone drives the bike.

    Can someone please help as to how should I take this forward and how can I get a replacement peice?

      I have purchased a TVS Bike- Apache, 10/05/2010(SAINI MOTORS, BAHADURGARH), and from the time i have purchased, i am facing more problems in my bike such as huge vibration, Vobbling, Engine problems .in that engine problem has not been rectified and the vibration is not yet rectified for these days.alomost three free services has been finished and the service engineers of the showroom, where i purchased the two wheeler are unable to solve the problem.due to this vibration, i am unable to ride my bike for a long distnace, which is leading to a heavy pain in my arms and to my shoulders.i have complained regaring the vibration to the Show Room Manager Territory manager- SAINI MOTORS.and he is using abusing words just like ma, or bahan. and he is not accepting the compliant as he is from TVS.what should i do now? please assist me in resolving this issue.

      They are charging very huge charges for parts.

        HI,
        I have taken a Bike TVS Wego in Navratri ie in Month of October. Bike Number : MH-12 GH 9241
        Few days later i found a Play in the front handle, I went to Dealer he asked me to give the bike for Servicing , I left the bike to dealer after a month., , when i came back , he didnt do anything, the problem was not solved, after debate, he asked me to leave the bike for 8 days so that he will send it to Main Dealer Or Company and get it serviced., I left the bike with Him on 26 th Dec,
        After follow up i found the showroom to be closed permannatly, i searched for few contacts and a Mechanic responded that you will get the bike, after lot of debate and problems he came with a bike in Pune City, , the Bike had lot of scraches, the silecer was welded?(dont know why?), the mechanic says "I dont know, I am not the responsile person", I even called the TVS customer care, they said they will call me within 24 hours , No Response from them,
        I dont know what to do, i went to police , they said we wont write a case onthis,
        now i have fair doubt that they might have misused my Bike and might have changed / damaged the original parts

          Low quality battery on TVS Wego do not buy it

          I have bought a TVS WEGO Scooter on October 29th, 2010 from Dhananjaya Motors, Muvattupuzha and serviced frequently within the time limit specified in service booklet. Before second service the battery become low condition and the complaint already entered in the dealers service slip. It was done at 28/01/2011. But the dealer saying that the all TVS WEGO shows the same battery complaints and all will be replaced by the company soon. The battery has 1 year warranty given by the company. But till date they are saying the same words, and also the TVS Area Office at Cochin replied the same. Three months passed away and the complaint is exciting. They are very irresponsibly replying now. I am very desperate with their scooter because it is new model and kicking like old scooter. I advise everybody who are interesting in the TVS Wego, please not prefer it because their service & responsibility are very poor for their product. They are cheating their customers.

            i m from mumbai, i leave my scooty for servicing in Kapoor automobiles pvt Ltd regularly ...
            they are not carrying out the services properly now a days....
            sometimes they used to say that machines are not working fine so we are not able to wash your scooty,
            sometimes they say that mechanics are not available.
            since last 4 days there is no proper response from the tvs workshop...

            they are not carrying out the services properly now a days....
            on the second day after my service i face the same problem again...
            there is no proper response from the mechanics...
            every time when we go they are saying next time wen you come for servicing we ll do it .... till then you can use your bike......

            I am facing the same problem in Velachery Branch.
            For small false neutral problem, they took 5 service to solve the problem. Finally they asked me not to drive more than 90 KMpH. Funny people

            Now i am facing a another problem in Engine. Still they are repairing it. Its with them for the past one week, every alternate 2 days, they deliver my bike, but with few KMs, i will face the same problem.

              Hi, I am another victim of TVS authorized Service Center " FAST BYKE", Mathikere Bangalore. I had purchased Apache RTR180 From FAST BYKE, Mahikere Bangalore. I was fully satisfied with this motor cycle. I had give for the regular 3rd servicing after 5K KMS. I was not having any issue with the byke before service. But after service we are facing lost of issues. I went to service center and I explain those problem to service center guys, he told come on next day we will fix this problem, I went to next day they repeat same sotires. and he told leave your byke here and we will give you next day afternoon. I had taken half day leave for this problem.

              I want to tell that TVS is making good byke, but in their service center they don't have skilled Byke Service Engineer. They will make your good byke to worst byke, be carefull like mine.

              I am very disaapointed now, what to do? Shall i go for private mechaninc. If any one know some good skilled mechaninc or good TVS Service Center, pls let us know on [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com.

                I purchased TVS WEGO from mahalazmui auto at thakarnagar char rasta,,
                but that showroom has closed for foreever, in the mounth of december. 2010
                i a riding problem witht the TVS wego, after a good run my wego bike engine get shut down and I am not able to start my vehicle ,,
                I told two times to the mahalaxmi auto ar thakarnagar char rasta ,,
                but they give me only promises , and mahalaxmiu auto is shuted down from thakarnagar char rasta
                then I went to the main showroom of the TVS dealer name mahalaxmi auto at isanpure, nr jaymala busstop, maninagar,
                I talk witht the manager and the main person of the serive manager but they refuse to help me just give my vehicle back after one day and said that I am not gone to face the problem once again but ,,, same problem has raised again,,,and
                just i need help some who helped me to replace my vehicle ,,,
                I gave the wego for the service time to time even thought I am facing the porblem last three mounts starting from the purchasing date ,,,

                  I bought the motorcycle TVS APACHE 160 RTR near about 9 months ago from Arya Motors(TIN no.: [protected]),Aska Road,Berhampur,Dist. - Ganjam - 760001. Now oil from the rear shock absorbers are leaking and it'll get damaged in few days.
                  I am living in Rayagada now and When I went to S.S Mobike Point(TIN no.: [protected]), JK Road, Rayagada and said my problem, they told that it'll take 3 months to get the new pair of rear shock absorbers from the company and suggested me to get it repaired by paying some money. I can't wait for 3 months and I can't pay as it is in warranty period and I am a working person & facing lots of trouble due to this problem.

                    I recently bought a tvs wego. First 15 days the ride was smooth but after that the front shocker started making noises. At the time of booking they said that wego will give an average of 50 km/l but it gives an average of 25 km/l to 30 km/l.                       I purchased a TVS apache RTR 160 with Registration no.AS-01-AP-9651 on 11-Aug-2010 from Joyshree TVS Showroom,ABC,Guwahati,Assam bearing chassis no.MD634KE45A2G92752 AND ENGINE NO.0E4GA2303122 OF red color.A few days at second servicing,I compalined of the socket javer of front side to the company servicing people and they found that the pistons of the front socket javer are missing originally at time of manufacture.Meanwhile they promised me to give the same at free of cost within a week.But it has been more than a month,they are not providing me.Whenever I used to call them,they say me to call after a week.

                      These TVS are worst in their services and pay no attention after sales from their showroom
                      its the worst ever service received by me for motor bikes. I also purchased an apache rtr 160 on 11 aug 10 with engine no oe4g2301500. Its left rear shocker got leaked. I have lodged a complaint at raj tvs motors, varanasi on 3rd dec 10 but till date i have not received any response from the dealer. I am also following up with their local marketing executive but not received any postive response. I to dont know how much time they will take to solve the problem. The contact numbers given in all the printed material are wrong. waiting for a response form TVS a valued company who belives on in sales and sleep in service.

                        I have buy a TVS Apache from Sharda auto Mobiles, Meerut in the month of June from the month I am facing a problem with my bike but there is no response from their side. the problems are:
                        i) Back disk break problem, they are saying that we dont have spare parts as it is a dealer of auto mobile. Is it possible that the dealer dont have the spare parts.
                        ii) Vibration problem: When the speed of bike goes above 40 it vibrate like a mobile & there is no response from their side i.e Sharda motors, Meerut
                        Regarding these complaints we tried 4 or 5 times to talk to the owner of Sharda Motors, Meerut but they are busy with the phonic call and they don't have a single minute to talk with the customer.
                        So, we are kindly requested to you sir please go through my complaint. I am very thankful to you if you are able to resolve my problem. We are requested to you that dont disclose the name otherwise that create a personal issue.

                            I HAD BOUGHT TVS APACHE RTR FI 160 ON 10TH MONTH OF 2009.NEARLY I HAD SPENT Rs.75000 FOR THAT VEHICLE.REALLY THERE IS NO VALUE FOR THE MONEY IN THIS PRODUCT.THIS VEHICLE EMITS BLACK SMOKE WITH IN 23000KMS.I HAD SEEN POOR PAINTING IN THE CHASSIS AND IN SILENCER PARTS.WITH IN THIS 23000KMS I HAD CHANGED CHAIN SPROCKET TWICE AND SERVICE DEALER ASKING TO CHANGE THE SAME FOR THIS SERVICE.

                            WE ALL KNOW THAT TVS HAS A GREAT SYSTEM FOR EVERY THING AND I REALLY WONDER HOW THESE TYPE OF PRODUCTS AND SPARES COMES OUT FROM THEM.

                              I m one of the customer of TVS Motors because, I have purchased the Apache RTR 180 bike in July 2009 from binsar automobiles in Durgapuri. My bike engine number is ‘0E6E92000340’
                              Now I facing the problem, in the front tyre of my bike the air is leaked between rim and tyre and due to tubeless tyre tube is not there in the tyre and if tyre setting is wrong then air is leaked. And this problem is running from one month and I m totally frustrated from the service centre services because I m unable to ride the bike and daily traveled through local and due to this I face more problem.
                              And even I booked the complaint in service centre on 20 nov 2010 and they kept my bike tyre and they gave me the complaint slip also. And my Complaint slip No is 4936
                              I m continuously contact with their service manager ‘Sanjay Yadav’ since one month. After more discussions they said that u give your tyre and then I booked the complaint but there is no use of it. And there is no new response from their side. Every Time they say that their service boy is not come in office when he comes then he will see the tyre and then any solution will come.
                              So, Please tell me, is the service centre depends upon only one person and If there is some problem occurs in your product then you don’t give any solution.
                              Now, what I do with my bike because it became out of service.

                                I have purchased a motor cycle model TVS APACHE RTR160 made by TVS MOTORS CO . LTD from the authorised dealer Cochin Motors,SA road vittila cochin 19. The registration no. of my vehicle is KL-07-BG-3243. I have been completing all the maintenance work periodically at the authorised dealers service center. It is noticed that the maintenance and the repair work of this service station is in a poor condition as compaired with other dealers. In my experience it is sorry to say that when completing one maintenance work they purposely faulting one of the parts of the vehicle. Recently on[protected], i serviced my vehicle at Cochin Motors, Bypass Jn.,Edapally,Cochin-682024.. They irresponsebly damaged the oil seal and hide the fact from me and re assemble it . Today i understood the problem and take the vehicle to the service station for proper repair.The person in charge refused to do the work and told me that the required spair part is not available in the service station . They also said that i should collect it from some other agencies and repair it. Relinquished from their duties i may pray that you like a reputed firm should notice and watch this type of authorised service centers in order to maintain your Credibility .

                                Hi,

                                I am Y.MOHAMED SATHICIK. I brought TVS Apache RTR160 in 23rd November 2009 in Nellai Trading Automobile Agency, 16-H/1, Palayamkottai Road, Tuticorin- 628008. After a couple of months I found/observed a noise and hammering knock in the front shock absorbers. I took my bike three times to the service station and explained the fault, but the service station’s response was so bad. Till the fault is still not arrested. Now after the service oil started leaking from the front shock absorbers. The service station peoples are creating fault instead of rectifying it.
                                I request TVS, please take care of this kind of bad show rooms and service station and advice them to rectify my bike’s fault

                                tvs Apache RTR160 — boar damage

                                my bike was bought last year it does not complete running of 10,000km also.at the end of fifth service bike started to emit smoke.. i did all my service in anna nagar good will tvs service centre the at last said enginee bhoar was cheased and they rebhoar bike and gave me.. i am not happy with it as my bike is good now but giving less milege and pickup as compared to before.. instead they can changed the bhoar and gave me.. how can this will happens to bhoar chease in one year itself

                                TVS Wego - Scraches on the motoe cycle

                                there is scrateches on motor cycle tvs wego 110 or damaged part of motorcycle but it is hidden by applying whitener or white colour. and sales man is not taking resposibility.

                                  I was shocked to see (on 18/08/2010) crack in the basket near cover underneath seat. I complained same to dealer and he replaced it but after replacement crack reappear on the same location. Also clutch wire and throttle wire damage from that portion.It may be a design fault or wrong installation of parts.

                                  but that showroom has closed for foreever, in the mounth of december. 2010
                                  i a riding problem witht the TVS wego, after a good run my wego bike engine get shut down and I am not able to start my vehicle, ,
                                  I told two times to the mahalaxmi auto ar thakarnagar char rasta, ,
                                  but they give me only promises, and mahalaxmiu auto is shuted down from thakarnagar char rasta

                                  I talk witht the manager and the main person of the serive manager but they refuse to help me just give my vehicle back after one day and said that I am not gone to face the problem once again but, , , same problem has raised again, , , and
                                  just i need help some who helped me to replace my vehicle, , ,
                                  I gave the wego for the service time to time even thought I am facing the porblem last three mounts starting from the purchasing date, , ,

                                    I have purchased TVS Wego in the month of AUG . & Lots of problem i have suffered with it , now my vehicle is not getting started through self & kick. and automatically ignition is getting off while reducing the speed.
                                    Service providers also not providing the service properly since i have purchased the vehicle .
                                    I am also facing the same problem. Service providers not able to resolve the problem. Company has to find out any solution on it otherwise I will escalate the issue in new paper

                                    I think I have wasted my hard earned money on trusting TVS Wego. It takes atleast 50 kicks to start and its very humiliating for us. I have submitted a complaint to company also but no response.

                                    My advise to all ppl is that pls do not waste your money on this company products otherwise you will suffer a lot and no one will listen to you.

                                        I am Vinayak M Nadar, have owned tvs Apache rtr 160 on July 2009.Within a year my vehicles rear suspension & chain sprockets is not working properly.i have visited service centers quite often, but their reply is very unsatisfactory.They just say you have to replace the parts & pay for that.But as per the warranty terms of the company within two years any major parts other than engines, not working properly it must be replaced free of cost.Kindly take actions for this.
