Dear All,
Please don't take the bike of Tvs company because there is lot of problems in my bikes which is 1.5 year old. In one year the engine of the bike is goes for service three times self changed from tvs company. I am really wasted my time in servicing of engines & self of bike. Yet another problem is not solved because the bike is not in a good condition now because engine have a sound i think my time is wasting in the bike services .

Please don't take the bike of tvs company i am really embrassed by taking the apache 180 bike of tvs .
Please give me money back.

    I have recently bought a TVS Wego about seven months back in the month of July 2010.

    I am absoluetly unsatisfied with the vehicle in terms of basic performance. Since the day I have bought this vehicle, I have faced nemerous problems. Startup issues, different volumes during riding , etc.

    I have reported this problem several times to the dealer too. I have always been given back the vehicle after saying there is some minor problem or so. But the day I take the bike out again the same problems persist.

    The last time (During second free service)the bike was serviced at TVS Showroom, Dholka, Near Kalikund circle, Dist: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
    The vehicle was kept with them for whole day and then given back to me with full assurity that no more problems will exist.
    But since two days that I got back my vehicle it is showing the same symptoms as before.

    This has happenned for the fourth time in a row now. I am now pretty frustrated and I wish that I get a replacement vehicle for the same since it is very much within warranty.     Low quality battery on TVS Wego

    I have bought a TVS WEGO Scooter on October 29th, 2010 from Dhananjaya Motors, Muvattupuzha and serviced frequently within the time limit specified in service booklet. Before second service the battery become low condition and the complaint already entered in the dealers service slip. It was done at 28/01/2011. But the dealer saying that the all TVS WEGO shows the same battery complaints and all will be replaced by the company soon. The battery has 1 year warranty given by the company. But till date they are saying the same words, and also the TVS Area Office at Cochin replied the same. Three months passed away and the complaint is exciting. They are very irresponsibly replying now. I am very desperate with their scooter because it is new model and kicking like old scooter. I advise everybody who are interesting in the TVS Wego, please not prefer it because their service & responsibility are very poor for their product. They are cheating their customers.

      hello sir

      sir i have purchased tvs wego two wheeler on 5th November 2010 and i went for vechile registration on 29th november 2010. my application number AP010/76129/2010/R, & Receipt number is NZ31/266920. Till now we didn't recieved Registration Certificate. the vechile is registred in my dad name Mr. S.Krishna Murthy. After registration my dad got severe back pain we have spent lot of money but again we didn't checked but i gave compliant in the month of january 2011. pls take immediate action and send our vechile registration Certificate. if anything is there pls give a cal to [protected]or mail to [protected]@gmail.com. kindly do the needful.

          i purchased tvs apache rtr 160 from balaji showroom bh road tumkur on 30 april 2010 and from that time my engine oil is leaking continuosly[the oil covers the entire side stand within 100 kms of ride]
          i have gone through 4 free servicing and every time i have mentioned the same problem but yet its not done[i have all the receipts mentioning this problem]
          sir i am really fully dissatisfied with your customer satisfaction policy
          KINDLY TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTIONS
          hopefully you will have a word with the concerned person
          its a request from my side that you please look into the matter and do the best from your side
          i really love my bike very much and dont wish to switch to some other BRAND.

          I've purchased my bike just 2.5 months back from SK TVS, New Delhi. TVS should provide trained mechanics in their service centres. After the second free service, the performance of my bike became more worse. please advice your team to rectify the problems. Else I'll be under pressure to move to the consumer forum
          i am rabin i purchase tvs apache rtr160 bike in 24 sept in 2008 after 1st survising ihave a prob lem in my bike the problem is starting problem some time my bike could not start with choke and kick pleas solved my problem my contact no [protected]

          I was purchased TVS Apache RTR[protected] and after 2yrs leakage engine oil from any engine oil seal as well as bike budy is starting to rust.
          check the oil drain plug and the washer..
          the people at service centres dont solve problems until u stress.them..Try talking to the service center manager.

            Hi my name is Hari Gopal.

            I have bought TVS Apache on Aug 2010 and after 1 month it started giving me nothing but troubles. After the first service, engine started to make strange noises and later found out that some bearing inside the engine has been damaged. This happened in 1 month since i have bought it. Service guys bluffed something and did some fixes but, the original engine sound was gone after that. There was no performance or mileage from then. When i raised a concern about it, then didnt seem to listen.

            I have even raised my problem in TVS site but, of no use. Currently the same problem happened, bearing damaged and oneway clutch as per service guy was damaged. I strictly told then not to touch my engine till service guys from TVS comes for inspection. But, inbetween this the showroom guys have removed my number plate and even opened my bike engine stating that TVS chennai customer care Mr. Bhopalan has instructed them to do so. If TVS customer care has instructed them to open the engine, has he also instructed them to remove the number plate also?

            I'm sick of TVS and it's dealer attitude. Till now no proper action have been taken to solve this problem neither from TVS nor from its dealer Nandeesh Motors in Guduvanchery, Chennai.

            try speaking to tvs customer care.if no result then
            pls go to the consumer court. and fight them legally.
            if not try selling the bike and buy a new one.

            Iam mayank live in mathura my mobile no [protected].i bought Tvs Apache on apr-2010.iam getting vibration in vehicle.i have given first service but the problem is not rectified.even at the speed of 50's vehicle getting vibrated.but the showroom mechanic are negleting the issue.they are saying that slight vibration will be there.i dont know whats the problem kindly help me in this issue..if the issue not rectified planning to lodge complaint...

              Dear Sir,
              I purchased TVS BIKE model APACHE RTR 160 on "[protected]" from charkhi dadri. After just 5 days its rear wheel corner is broken and rear right side suspension is leaking. On the same day i went to the dealer and show the problem. After proper examin he told me " we will replace it but now the part is not avaliable, come after 2 days". when i went to his shop he again told me " part is still not avaliable". after[protected] he not picking my phone. On[protected] i went again and he was saying that " this is not under warranty". but company gives 2yrs waranty.

              This is clearly manufacturing defect.

              i want to repalce the wheel and suspension.

                Sir/Madam,
                My vehicle no.TN 07 BJ 6060, TVS Flame. In my first service when i given to them they Broken the Tool box. Till six months over... not yet replaced that. Finally i complaint to TVS Head office, Hosur through mail.
                They called me last Friday[protected] from Velachery and told to bring your vehicle and we will replaced that tool box. Today morning I went to Velachery Ramkay service centre with my Bike.

                Works Manager Janki Raman, recieved me and my bike. Get the complaint from me and told "come evening we'l replaced and given back to you". But when i went to there evening, he met me and told "There is no Tool box stock".
                What a super...bbbb response.?????

                Some more unncessary words he spoke - "You go and complaint anywhere or Consumer court. we are having the source to facing the Court complaints and everything. you do anything against us". This is the good response for all the TVS Customer's or in this Velachery branch only.

                Now i get back my bike with the same condition(Tool box broken, Fork noise, Engine Noise and Gear Hard) how i given to the Show room.

                What can i do for that next?

                Any one can help me with this....

                  Hi Sir,
                  I have buy a TVS Apache from SPEED MOTORS, at lucknow about 3 monthes ago. I am facing a problem with my bike but there is no response from their side. the problems are:

                  i)Front disk break problem, they are saying that we dont have spare parts as it is a dealer of auto mobile. Is it possible that the dealer dont have the spare parts.

                  ii) Vibration problem: When the speed of bike goes above 40 it vibrate like a mobile & there is no response from their side i.e Speed motors, lucknow

                  Regarding these complaints we tried 9 or 10 times to talk to the owner of Speed Motors, lucknow but they are busy with the phonic call and they don't have a single minute to talk with the customer.
                  So, we are kindly requested to you sir please go through my complaint. I am very thankful to you if you are able to resolve my problem. We are requested to you that dont disclose the name otherwise that create a personal issue.

                  I HAVE SERVICE MY BIKE IN TVS SERVICE CENTRE IN SITAPUR (U.P) I HAVE INFORM ALL THE PROBLEMS IN MY BIKE BUT NONE OF THEM ARE CORRECTED I HAD PAID SERVICE CHARGE EVEN THOUGH MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED
                  I have bought in feb 2011, 180 Apacce but there are no space for bike documents.
                  under seat only space give companies but there are no box, no rubber, nothing manage for doc.
                  And the head light is full up from setting but after that light gone down & comp. manager said
                  " hum ghar to banate nai bike jaisi hai comp. ki hai " And tool kit so funny like child toy.
                  i have done my bike reding 8500 KM in two month And four services and bike give 75-80 KM/PL avrage by my driving.

                    I have TVS APPACHE RTR 180 REG NO:KL-13-V-4826.I am buying in before three months.but iam very disturbed.Allready 2 free service finished but they will not repaired my complant. The complant was if iam going above 40km speed vibrating the bike and some sound inside the engine and any time engine oil leake or jumping the fork its not pulling also. 4 times i give to the GRACE MOTORS TVS SHOWROOM KERALA,KANNUR,THANA but they will not repair to my bike.I think they dont know how to clear 180cc bike.Now i am very tensioned.

                      I would like to inform that i have bought an APACHE model number-RTR160 one& a half year ago...the bike is performing horribly i'm getting mileage around 30km/litre..... after giving it the best service possible...the mileage has still not increased...Mechanics are of the opinion that they have got nothing to do about it. If this continues then i would rather prefer a bullock cart over this...

                        Hi I am owning Apache since 2 years....I like my bike....

                        I used to provide my bike to Lakdika pul and Masab tank branches for services.....I wasnt satisified with them....but their service were OK......

                        As I found both both of this service center are closed now.....I have given my bike to Kiran Service Center near james street sec'bad......


                        And that was the start of worst experience. I am working professional so I requested them to give me bike in one day ......but they told that is not possible and they give me 2 day time....

                        I gave my bike on 01 Feb 2011 at 09:30 AM which was working day so I thought I will get sooner as it will be less rush during this time....they gave me delivery date for 02 Feb 2011 at 3-5 PM.....

                        I got called from some lady on 2 Feb at 3:00 PM that I will not be able to get my bike today....I asked them it is not possible as it was with service center for 2 days........I required it on delivered date as I have office next day.....sometimes after I get call that my bike required more changes then expected and It will not be delivered today....I wasn't agree with this as well....they have to scrutinize on first day with all additional changes they are expecting .......but they didnt call about that .....

                        Now lady is telling their work manager will call me ...who was malika Arjun.....(didnt want to take his name in this complaint but it was worst way he talked with customer....I also told him that I will take ur name...and he was telling "Aap ko jo karna hai vo karo")
                        I never talk with such manager in my life till now........he called me at 4:00-4:30 PM and he told me that there will be more then 5000K expense in my bike.....and would you like to go ahead with it.....I said....you have to mention this one day ago......and he was telling i open ur bike now and I mention all this problem.....I havent used my bike for 6 month and I dont know how the engine problem come in it........he said I have signed on that paper ............dont have words to describe.....

                        I have been agreed as of now to pay this amount as I cant keep my bike for 3 working days and dont know how many more extra days it will take ..or what he will do with my bike.....

                        Please let me know how we can provide a learning experience to this kind of manager....

                        the comedy and worst part was : I asked him....provide ur KIRAN service Managing director number ...and he told there is no one like that .....I asked ...give me ur senior number ....he said no one is there...I asked is TVS or KIRAN service running by itself....and he said YES :) :) :) .....

                        I hope he wasnt right on above sentense ...and it was total insult of TVS and KIRAN brand...

                        it was [censored] b***** .....

                        if we change one person it will effect others and then only we can change professionalism in our culture.....that is why our Indian brands are not popular in world......

                          printer no.HBQ34D000908 is not working properly and complaint had been locked on 05.08.11 and docket no is 81038013 .
                          I service my tvs apache rtr160 on sep/09/2011 in proper wayin kunal auto rewari(hr) i told my bike problem to cardmaker one by one in proper way but after few days their is a lot of problem like :-
                          1. handle voice
                          2. in service i change my bike clutch pate but after few day the clutch plate was burned out
                          3.engin voice
                          4.gare shifting problem
                          5. tapper voice
                          over all service they are used duplicate spare part ...this efact goes on company's goowill
                          i want they are re-serviced my bike in proper way and used orignal spare part other wise i wil take legal action

                            Respected Sir,
                            i have purchased a tvs sports city bike from "radhe motors" on 5 november 2010. The dealer promised me to allot vehicle number within 10 days after purchase but till now i have not received my number.
                            already near about 3 months has passed. In all this time duration i have called them at least 50 times but they kept saying that they will provide me my vehicle number on this day that day.
                            Due to their unprofessional and careless service i have suffered 3 traffic fine because my bike has already run 1500 kms. but due to no number on number plate traffic police has fined me.
                            I have really disheartened by "radhe motor's" attitude and now i have no choice, so as a last option i am requesting you please do me a kind favor and take any strict action against this "tvs motor dealer". i'll feel greatly obliged if you will help me as soon as possible.
                            Wating very hopefully.

                              need help on bad quality of TVS APACHE

                              I have purchase TVS apache 180 one year back. Since I purchase this bike, I am continuously getting some vibrations in bike engine and also have some problems in clutch set and electronic panel. I am continuously telling service centers about this, but they are not able to rectify it. I am exhausted because of such cheap quality manufactured by TVS and worst service provided. Kindly help me on this....

                              I bought TVS apache from J.Kay TVS, puducherry..
                              Since the very first day i am feeling bitter for purchase the bike. The second day of my purchase, i found etrol was overflowing and the gear shift was not smooth. After some days, my accelerator cable got cut. I feeling full vibration in the vehicle when it crosses 50kmph. My handle-bar play also not smooth at all. Within 10 months my break disc also found to be wierd.

                              Acutually i went to by some HERO HONDA product, as i was one of the happy customer for more than 5 years. But when i went to book new vehicle, they told that i will take two months to get the vehicle. But when i went to buy TVS, the next day they delivered the vehicle. This is how i got into the tray.

                              I recomment never buy any TVS products and waste your money.

                                I purchased my bike TVS Apache RTR 160 bearing Reg. No. DL 4S BL 3830, chassis No 31205 (Engine No 32577) from SK Traders, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi in first week of November, 2008 and have continuously been getting servicing/repairs from time to time as and when due from SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64 (authorized service station) but I am sorry to say that I have never been satisfied with the service/repairs of bike. Every time they used to leave one or the other fault pending with the excuse," the particular part is not available at the moment, come some time later for the same, it will get set automatically within a day or so, it cannot be adjusted/set at the workshop, get it done at your own locally etc." I also suspect that the staff at workshop is also using second hand spares which look like new and charging for new. They also transfer parts from one bike to the other and charge stealthily from the one customer and putting the other in embarrassment by compelling him to get the spare changed. As and when a feed back was asked for from me telephonically by TVS customer care/service station for the service "Satisfaction". I always said " No, I am not satisfied" and in reply I often hear, "Sir, please visit the service station, we will get it done". But when I visit again, waste the whole day for a small thing and even finally come out dissatisfied. TVS Company must have realized decline in demand of TVS bikes in the market. If not yet, the day is not far when the TVS bike will vanish from the market as poor service by the dealers/service stations is tarnishing the image of TVS. As on date, I have the following problems :-

                                1. Body of the bike below / beside the battery is quite rusted for last around one year and nothing has been done by the Service Station in spite of repeated visits but charged for every visit.

                                2. When the speed of bike goes beyond 50 km, there is a peculiar sound, bubbling in the rear wheel and it is felt that some heaviness/jamming is there restricting the bike to run smoothly (Makhan ki trah). This problem is for last more than one year and nothing has been done by the Service Station in spite of repeated visits but charged for every visit.

                                Kindly do look into the matter and get my above problems rectified on Priority without penalizing any further charges please. Some policy/orders may be framed and implemented in letter and spirit at service station strictly to avoid embarrassment to the valuable customers.

                                its true...there is no management, and workers are thief... no one can help us and the main part bike services and its pathetic
                                Seeing the largest number of grieved TVS customers all over India, it is at the Govt level now whether it is Centre or State Govt to take strict action against TVS bike manufacturer, get it closed for ever and also deal severely to the management and service centres. Get the customers compensated suitably.

                                  I Purchased a bike tvs star sport year 2009 nov,for tvs ageny ghaziabd ram nager,bike has given me lot of dissatisfication due to so many problems in the bike.
                                  in the past 14 months my bike stayed in service centre more i have driven till now it has done approx 30,000 kms,
                                  from the first service the problems started regularly like misfiring, engine switches off while running, engine nosiy, pick up etc.
                                  once the service engineer from TVS Motors Hosur Mr. pradeep tyagi had visited the service centre, i have shown the bike to the gentle man he had promised to look into the service histroy of the bike, and rectify all the problems but nothing is happened

                                  I FROM PONDICHERRY MY NAME IS GOPINATH………………..I bought my Apache RTR 160 FI ES two wheeler vehicle on2008 which has covered only 2 years from the date of purchase. I have faced lot problems in that bike. Per litter it only giving 35 kilometers no pickups and silencer is sparking and busting. So went the same show room where I bought bike for exchange. They were asking only for Rs 20000/ for two years more than 70% less asking for bike. I don’t know why this much it decreased only in your company bike. I got Bajaj and hero Honda bike used before that I soled that maxim 30% per less for after 3 years. When we are taking the new bike on that time only they were talking nice and kindly. If a customer says any complots they told that’s failed model bike why you took that. Now it won’t go for exchange if they are taking means asking for 75% deceased from the MRP. Please do needful for exchange for my bike. I was so upset from

                                    I have bought TVS WEGO on 21 Dec 2010 from a VARIYAN TVS, Pune.

                                    The details are :

                                    Registration number : MH12 GM 8781

                                    Dealer details : VARIYAN TVS
                                    273/5 , Near Green Park Hotel, Opp Kumar Elixir,
                                    Baner Road Pune 4110045 Maharashtra.

                                    I am absolutely unsatisfied with the vehicle in terms of basic performance. Since the day I have bought this vehicle, I have faced numerous problems. Startup issues, bike stoppage without accelerator at the signal, Pick up problem after driving certain less than 300 kms.

                                    I reported the problem to the dealer and asked for a replacement bike considering this is as faulty peice. Bike is just 25 days & 600 kms droven.
                                    Dealer refused to replace as registration was done, but a faulty peice can only come into notice after someone drives the bike.

                                    Can someone please help as to how should I take this forward and how can I get a replacement peice?

                                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                                      I have purchased a TVS Bike- Apache, 10/05/2010(SAINI MOTORS, BAHADURGARH), and from the time i have purchased, i am facing more problems in my bike such as huge vibration, Vobbling, Engine problems .in that engine problem has not been rectified and the vibration is not yet rectified for these days.alomost three free services has been finished and the service engineers of the showroom, where i purchased the two wheeler are unable to solve the problem.due to this vibration, i am unable to ride my bike for a long distnace, which is leading to a heavy pain in my arms and to my shoulders.i have complained regaring the vibration to the Show Room Manager Territory manager- SAINI MOTORS.and he is using abusing words just like ma, or bahan. and he is not accepting the compliant as he is from TVS.what should i do now? please assist me in resolving this issue.

                                      They are charging very huge charges for parts.
