I purchased my bike TVS Apache RTR 160 bearing Reg. No. DL 4S BL 3830, chassis No 31205 (Engine No 32577) from SK Traders, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi in first week of November, 2008 and have continuously been getting servicing/repairs from time to time as and when due from SK Traders Service Station, Mayapuri A 50/1, Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-64 (authorized service station) but I am sorry to say that I have never been satisfied with the service/repairs of bike. Every time they used to leave one or the other fault pending with the excuse," the particular part is not available at the moment, come some time later for the same, it will get set automatically within a day or so, it cannot be adjusted/set at the workshop, get it done at your own locally etc." I also suspect that the staff at workshop is also using second hand spares which look like new and charging for new. They also transfer parts from one bike to the other and charge stealthily from the one customer and putting the other in embarrassment by compelling him to get the spare changed. As and when a feed back was asked for from me telephonically by TVS customer care/service station for the service "Satisfaction". I always said " No, I am not satisfied" and in reply I often hear, "Sir, please visit the service station, we will get it done". But when I visit again, waste the whole day for a small thing and even finally come out dissatisfied. TVS Company must have realized decline in demand of TVS bikes in the market. If not yet, the day is not far when the TVS bike will vanish from the market as poor service by the dealers/service stations is tarnishing the image of TVS. As on date, I have the following problems :-
1. Body of the bike below / beside the battery is quite rusted for last around one year and nothing has been done by the Service Station in spite of repeated visits but charged for every visit.
2. When the speed of bike goes beyond 50 km, there is a peculiar sound, bubbling in the rear wheel and it is felt that some heaviness/jamming is there restricting the bike to run smoothly (Makhan ki trah). This problem is for last more than one year and nothing has been done by the Service Station in spite of repeated visits but charged for every visit.
Kindly do look into the matter and get my above problems rectified on Priority without penalizing any further charges please. Some policy/orders may be framed and implemented in letter and spirit at service station strictly to avoid embarrassment to the valuable customers.

I have bought a TVS WEGO Scooter on October 29th, 2010 from Dhananjaya Motors, Muvattupuzha and serviced frequently within the time limit specified in service booklet. Before second service the battery become low condition and the complaint already entered in the dealers service slip. It was done at 28/01/2011. But the dealer saying that the all TVS WEGO shows the same battery complaints and all will be replaced by the company soon. The battery has 1 year warranty given by the company. But till date they are saying the same words, and also the TVS Area Office at Cochin replied the same. Three months passed away and the complaint is exciting. They are very irresponsibly replying now. I am very desperate with their scooter because it is new model and kicking like old scooter. I advise everybody who are interesting in the TVS Wego, please not prefer it because their service & responsibility are very poor for their product. They are cheating their customers.
