Sir, It is to inform you that, there is no response from your side to short out my Complain lodged earlier under r reference number TVS_Gr_[protected].
There is one more problem started, that is -while braking both wheels giving irritable sound and also the left parking brake lock is also not working. I once again, request to send some experts for door service as early as possible.

Sir, Please go through the complaints lodged by me on 25.06.2021 and 11.07.2021. As advised by your Technical advisor my vehicle was picked up to your show room and solved some problems. But, while braking, irritable sound coming from two wheels. It was only stoped for two days, again started the same. I immediately reported to your Technical Advisor, who advised to manage the same for some more days. After the rainy season it will stop. But, sorry to say, it is giving very horrible sounds even in this season and increasing day by day. As this problem is stated from the date of purchase, I request your good office to rectify the same immediately with free of cost.

    I bought my tvs ntorq super squad editing on February 2021 and from like 10 months after that I got that problem during start .the selfstart is not working and the kicking is of no help. I had visited the service center so many times but there is no permanent satisfaction...what should I do

        I booked for TVS Jupiter 125 in Orange shade in Dec'21 as this shade was available.
        However, local dealer to whom this booking was sent told that orange shade is not available & availability is uncertain.
        Hence i sent email to cancel my booking & refund the amount.
        But till today, i am not getting any reply. When called on customer care, they said they cant help since i am cancelled through email & will get call back in next 12 horus. No call.
        Frustrated. Such simple thing & TVS is not able to hande it. Now i hv booked grey shade offline through other dealer & asked him to adjust booking amount here. But he says no. SO i am stuck.

            Dear Sir/Mam,

            I had met with an accident and the brakes were broken. I went to tvs shelar service centre,
            On 21st january 2022 I completed all the formalities for claiming the insurance and gave my vehicle. It's just been 6 months so the insurance is still with tvs not the third party.
            The insurance guy in tvs service centre said that I will get the vehicle within 4-5 days. Its been 17 days I still haven't got my vehicle. There's just minor parts replacement they have to do and they said that the parts are not available so it will take time. They are keeping on delaying it and am calling them everyday it's so frustrating and cant believe that tvs service for insurance is so bad. I am traveling by bus everyday to my office. Is this worth to have an insurance if it takes so long to claim.
            You guys charge so much for insurance and this is the result. 17 days still didn't get my vehicle just have to change the brakes.
            Please some one help me to get my vehicle repaired ASAP.

Recently my RR310 front wheel alloy bend and the service engineer of Aditya Narayan TVS informed me to change it. After face to face conversation service engineer placed order of RR310 front Alloy wheel past 8 days ago but till date your company not available any Alloy wheel to service center.

                21.01.22 dhiraa tvs virugambakkam showroom I serviced my apache rtr 160 bike after 10days I got a lot of problems in my bike wrost service.. I was riding suddenly my bike stuck no movement company side said again you to change caliber chain then what you do, d at service time.. Not proper service..                   I made a purchase of a bike from your showroom. The make and model of the bike bought is tvs ntorq . I regret to inform you that, the vehicle that I bought is not giving satisfactory output and is not as it was expected to be.vehicle have so many issues coming after repairs.

                    I went for servicing of my scooter TVS Jupiter Classic (CH01CD7201) at Plot No. 53 Industrial Area Phase-1 Chandigarh on 02.02.20222 after booking at 1400Hrs. As they have promised for prior booking vehicle they will do the servicing with in 0ne hour. They failed to do the servicing in one hour and made me to sit for four hours. The behavior of the supervisor and staff was rude and the servicing was done at all as I have personally seen from the waiting room transparent windows. The complain/points in the vehicle which I told to the supervisor were not carried out at all. The scooter was handed over without even washing.

                      I bought a RTR 2021 model from Kubera Motors, HSR Bangalore and had an accident in December 2021. Then i gave the bike to Kubera Motors, HSR Bangalore service center for fixing the parts. The insurance company had given approval within 3 days of the submission of the work to the service center. After that it has been over a month and I am still due to receive my bike. One time they called and told me the insurance company didnt give the permission but when confronted that I already checked with the insurance company they cut the call after sometime. I tried dropping mails to the TVS customer care and after that there is no resolution. TVS is not even sharing the mail id of the escation matrix and just replying everytime that the issue has been escalated which doesnt fix the issue. Its just bad service from TVS Motors.

                        I bought a TVS Jupiter 125 on the 31st of December 2021 (Fully Paid), but the dealer has not been able to register the same. The Dealer is Akhshay TVS. I have been following up for the same but has not been registered till date. As an alternate resort I raised a complaint on TVS but has not received any response.

                        Overall very Poor experience. Feel sad to state that investing in a TVS product has been a wrong decision.

                            Dear Team, we have purchased new Scooty pept+ in exchange of old Scooty pept. In April 2021.
                            We have compliant to access Motors authorised dealers of TVS. Where we purchased the vehicle, after two service, it's same bad and worst condition. I believe this Vehicle is not tested before releasing it public.
                            Starting problem
                            No pickup in speed
                            Frequently switching off or stops while riding.
                            Very hard to ride in traffic and humps, when we slow down, vehicle switch off.
                            Vehicle unfit to ride

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              I own a TVS Apache RTR[protected]. I went to your authorized service center for my regular servicing on 6-1-2022. Following is the address of that authorized service center.

                              Shubhashree Motors, Shop no. 1, 2 and 3, Hinjawadi, Dange Chowk, Pin 411075.

                              My complaint here is that after servicing my bike, My chain sprocket started making noise, the disk brake working unevenly (which is very unreliable for me), though they said they changed the brake pads, I still feel my brakes are quite unreliable. I also asked them to install handlebar slides but they didn't install them, To which they said the part was not available. I asked them if they can make it available for me, but they denied it reluctantly (I tried calling them multiple times after that, but nobody cared to pick up my call). Overall my experience there was not very pleasant, the seating lounge was unhygienic too.

                              Also, to be honest, my car costs less for servicing than the amount I had to pay at this showroom. I have also attached an image of the bill for your reference. They claim to have used synthetic engine oil (I am still skeptical about that) even after I explicitly mentioned that I wanted to go with regular engine oil, Usually the consumable charges are inclusive in the service cost, but here, they charged me for both individually, I can't mention each and everything here, but you may see the bill, they have charged me extra for so many things. (955 rupees labor charge?)

                              When I gave them my credit card for payment, they had the audacity to say that it's going to charge me 2% extra. After some heated discussion, they backed off.

                              I was a very loyal customer of TVS vehicles, I also own a TVS Victor, Pep+ and have been very happy with the service till now. But this particular experience was very bad for me and has led my to question the integrity and honesty of the company. I'm very optimistic that you will take appropriate action on the management of this service center and keep me updated.

                                Extremely bad consumer service is provided by Ajay Farm Mechanisation Latur, very poor service is provided every time I visit for my bike (Apache RTR 1604v servicing) for example if i had brake issue then they always say that I need to change oil and all even the oil is changed before like they consider things without checking what exactly the fault is even if have problem in kick and rear brake issue then it says that if they bought new lever from their parts providing store and after if it doesn't works for the situation then i can't return it even after checking again it comes like they don't check what actual fault is.

                                I'M REALLY TIRED OF THIS ILL RESPONSIVE SERVICE.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I am writing to express my concerns about an incident I experienced. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I bought a scooty (TVS Jupiter ZX) from the Saturn TVS showroom Bengaluru, Karnataka.
                                  REG NO : KA50EC5799

                                  *On 27th July 2021
                                  I went there to ask whether they remove hypothecation or not. One staff member, Shiva, assisted me with the same and asked for my original RC card, Copy of Loan NOC and other documents. He charged some amount(Rs. 2000) and asked for 15 days' time. He didn't give me any receipt or proof of submitting a document and on asking he told me that the RTO office does not provide any kind of receipt.

                                  After 15 days, I contacted him to understand the status but he kept on dodging the answer and kept on asking me to wait further.

                                  For the past 6 months, I tried to co-operate every possible way, but he continues giving useless excuses.

                                  Post this I tried to connect with the store manager to escalate the issue but he's not supportive at all. Even though I told him atleast give me my original RC card back if you haven't started the process, he is not agreeing to that as well.

                                  So I have done everything in my ability to get the old RC or atleast the new one, But all in vain. Please help me to understand what more I could do?

                                  I don't know whether he lost it or what he did to it but it is a case of cheating and misplacing my original document. As proof I can share with you a picture of transferring money and a screenshot of his conversation if needed. I was patient till now but now it's high time and I'm literally fed up with all this mess. Kindly look into this and resolve my issue. It's very urgent because it involves the original RC.

                                    I have purchased tvs ntorq race xp from SA motors Kazhatuttom, very disappointing service from them. At the time of booking we have paid for ladies handle, seat cover, but at the time of delivery ladies handle was missing and they don't even telling that it is not there, and we noticed that it was not there, then they are saying that it is out of stock.The seat was not closing so easily and it was hard to close it, we have to hit it hard for more times to close it, and they said that it is because of the seat cover and after 5 or 6 times it will close easily. And when we opened the seat at home it was difficult to close it, and hit it hard to close it because the light inside the seat was on and it will lose your battery. Then we contacted SA motors and they said they will send there technician. And it was not there technician and he is not there staff and he is about to join the next day. From this statement we can understand there service πŸ‘Ž. Then we travelled to the showroom and they repaired it. But it was so disgusting 😑
                                    Because they removed the whole seat and placed on the floor, and so many times they removed the whole seat and removed the connection, and it was a new vehicle, it was so sad to see like this.After they repaired it and checked it was closing easily they placed seat back to normal, but they did not connected some connections. And i noticed that the small light inside the seat was not working, then the technicians noticed and they plugged in . With this incident, how can we trust them, and i am afraid of giving my vehicle for service. And we feel some discomfort with this vehicle, and while riding there is a slight change to the right side. The handle is not steady.
                                    Very disappointing service from SA motors Kazhatuttom, and tvs company.
