    I purchased TVS Jupiter BS6 top-end model in Nov 2020. On delivery of the vehicle under seat light and kick starter components were missing. I raised a ticket with your customer care and I have not received any support. ID - TVS_Gr_[protected]. Need help!!

      I have purchase tvs apache 160 4v bs6 disc. From dugar distributor on dated 02/01/2021, indore, i have made 4 service from dugar and last service he will say that you will be late for 15 day and your free service will be laps and you will be go for paid service

        Respected sir,
        I was the former sales manager of Modern india creative pvt ltd, puri, odisha from august-2018 to december-2021. On my beginning time i appreciated my job due to company rules & regulation. But after 2 or 3month completion of my job my owner Mr. suresh kumar choudhury said that hike 2000 extra from every customer after correct RTO price. That time I think my job is necessary for me because off my father illness. I hiked price 2000 as per my owner's word. Month wise month the price increased.I felt very guilty every night and nothing was in my hand. On december a known customer came to the showroom and said Mr. Dash why you charged more than 3000 rupees in RTO from me. I said, sir extremely sorry for this and this is my fault that I got a service this company. Sir you are not the single person who got Fraud by my owner. With every customer from november-2018 to december 2021, he took money with a currupt way. After my consultation with owner, the customer took 3000 back after 14days completion of his vehicle purchase. More than 2000 customer is still gave 2000 additional on behalf rule & regulation. They don't know about the fraud which done by my owner with him/her.

        Kindly returned back the money to every customer which I took on my period as per my owner's word. I said the truth and need your justice.

              Just bought tvs jupiter zx intelligo. It has not been 6 months since the problems started. There was connection problem at the start. Now scooter shuts down in middle of the road. Self and kick starter doesn't work.

                Regarding faulty gear sensor in my new TVS raider 125

                I had register a complaint in the mid November regarding faulty gear sensor in my new TVS raider 125 but from the service center side there is not attempt to resolve the issue. Every time whenever I try to call service center for enquiry call they always give some silly reasons and try to put blame on company. Due to which I'm facing difficulty while riding the bike and after sales service is very bad...

                Hi,

                I have purchased bike from delear Nanesh Automotives pvt Ltd. Model no : TVS Radeon 110DUA on 25th nov -kmr -3800, last service date (2nd service) -, engine no: BK2NM1100256 chassis no: MD625BK29M1N00266.

                With in span of one month there is defect identified in the engine and the it was opened just for[protected] km.

                I m writing this email to understand from you if we trust your brand is this the service u give.

                I don't believe in the warranty that is there on the bike as I have taken this bike for long run and with in 2 months only it's giving me trouble plz look into it.

                I m requesting for money refund.

                If action not taken immediately I'll go to consumer court.

                  I have purchased a brand new bike from tvs authorised dealer OM TVS, Since the day after first service i got issue with my Rare Brake which was sounding too noisy . After that day till today i have visited the TVS service center for more than 15 diffrent Times but they are not able to fix the issue.

                  Also i have complained several times to TVS Head Department But theirs Territory Manager Doesnt give any Response.

                    JH09AS 4859 my name is Ritu Manjhi my father bought me a new scooty TVS ntorq in 2019 we bought a Scooty in EMI now my Scooty spark plug is sorting again and again I fed of this I went to the service centre where I bought it they saying you have not serviced your scooty I have service my Scooty five times within a 2 year we are from poor family we cannot afford so much money we bought scooty hardly we cant afford who knows that my Scooty engine is manufacturing defect only before my Scooty was digital metre was also manufacturing defect but it was in warranty that is why he changed it without any money i asked how much cost to be repair they saying 9k means we are unlucky that my Scooty manufacturing defect I got please solve my problem otherwise take the Scooty andreturn to me some money now they are saying that engine have to be open means engine is bad it's highly compact item is damaged due to of spark plug only

                          I have purchased a vehicle on 01 january of 2021, at ADARSHA MOTORS SALES in GODAVARIKHANI Dist :Peddapalli, Telangana. By the 1 year I'm facing the problem in engine. Mechanic is said that GUIDES in the engine are to be changed. It's getting much noise in the engine . Tvs company provides 5years warranty for engine, but with out completion of one year how engine got damaged. Servicing centre is demanding money for repair. So please take a action and solve it as soon as possible...

                            My bike is not starting even with kick. Tvs Showroom is saying battery is dead.Its just 8months i bought this tvs ntorq 125 and bike dealer is saying battery warranty is just for 6months.where in TVS website it is 50000km or 1years something.Please replace my battery otherwise i am going to complaint in consumer court about this.service also these people not doing correctly.

                              Dear team, I had purchased TVS Jupiter BS6 in the month of July -2021 at Samarth TVS Ramanagaram -562159...The vehicle running hardly around 5900 kms currently..even I have serviced on time with your service centre..
                              But I have facing some challenges since last 15 days..if I going to stop the Vehicle, mean to say When I release the Accelerator, it all of STOP ignition suddenly.. after that around 2 to 3 minutes Ignition is not ON.. and also I felt the vehicle jerk in the Speed to 30 to 40 km/he ..so at the time of service I have intimated to service team.even the service team also found the same issues, and two days full, they have serviced.. even after service, at the time of receiving the vehicle I have faced same issues..but they have trying to convinceing me..but the problem still not resolved..even I have raised the complainant at the time of collecting the service feedback..
                              So, kindly requesting you to check the vehicle problems and solve it soon..

                                Hi Sir,

                                As we have purchased the particular N torque vehicle in june 2021, but December 16th the vehicle accelerator has been cut down during riding. its completely low quality cable. It was a bad experience which we have faced in usage stage only 3000km it runs. Please resolve the cable issue in accelerator.

                                Note: As per the view analysis the cable quality is tool bad its thin not strength at all in such case why company is offering so much cost for the bike. Its again quality issue in the bike.

                                  I submitted my bike at Unique motor corp, TVS, Rourkela on 27th Nov 2021 for some issues like gear indicator, vibration, and neutral light. It is 250KM far from my location. They kept it assuring everything will be fixed. Then they ordered some parts and were told it will take 12 days. After the part got delivered also they have not fixed it till now and they are not picking my calls also. It has been more than one month. Also, I called TVS customer care 3 times but they are not doing anything. Pathetic service from TVS. I am regretting buying a bike from them.
