I'm Aravindhan from Mettupalayam, Coimbatore. I bought tvs apache 160 4v twin disc on june 2020 in SPS tvs Mettupalayam. Recently i faced engine cut off issue while running and also at slow speed. Last week I left the vehicle in above mentioned service centre for cut off issue and oil service. They quoted a bill of 1500₹ for general service, oil change and injector cleaning. At the end of the day they informed that the problem was not resolved. Need to change the injector which costs 1800₹. I asked how come an injector gets damage in a very short period. My vehicles odo reading is 14000 only. They don't have a proper explanation. I just paid and left there. Took my bike to a local mechanic. He checked and told me that the air filter was clogged with some kind of dust sediments and also the plug was blocked. He replaced it and cleaned the air filter now the engine cut off problem is resolved. Directly from there i went to showroom and asked what are the checkups you done in general service. They don't have a proper answer. They charged me 550 for this but didn't checked the air filter. Now I paid extra 400₹ to local mechanic. The service advisor and mechanic are not knowledgeable to this work. This is the 3rd time I'm facing this kind of improper services in that service centre. Kindly take actions accordingly to my complaint.

    I buy TV's Jupiter on 2021 . after 4 months scooty was not working properly and vibrating this was not expected but i always... keep servicing it...but they were ignoring... the problem... so everything going good... but now...after 10 months.. scooty was not working I was in... road...alone.. it's was immense struggle of mine..as I m a girls.. left alone in the road with my... damaged scooty...i went to servicing store... tvs ak Gandhi... they said... all ur problems will be solved..till evening . but after that.. as I called them. in evening they don't receive my call and..after 2days service manger called mee... and told me all problems of scooty. but it is a joke...after 2 days.. someone calling me... like hell.. ###!! he said there are vibration because... of fuel was nit reaching... this problem... I told him but he ignore but he was telling me... problem if my own scooty... that i was known already.so i asked. him when I will get my scooty he.. said.. till tomorrow afternoon I said alright.. but as the day arrives he didi t pick up my call... and... after all this... extending days...nd days... then on sunday.he called nd...he lied and said...ur scooty is now...workkibg properly we have solved ur problem...but...as today is monday...i get my sccoty...i hope..ki.scooty is well now...but as I...drive my sccoty it' was as earlier...they..did nothing to my scooty...and...just waste my time...nd..he said...in the last I mean in 5 servicing they will make it proper but whyyyyy in 5 servicing..?y not noww...and in 4 serving they did nothing...my scooty they didn't did any changes in it they..didnt repair it. and just faking it...if... ANY PROBLEM happenss..as I m a girl ...if i m alone in.road wht i will do...??? who will take care of me...??? will they.. if anything happens to mee.. tvs ak Gandhi will be responsible for all.. if anything wrong happens to meeeeee i m nit a joke nor my life.. !! ;;rather.. repair it.. or exchange... it..!

      I have a 1.5year old TVS Ntorq which suddenly stopped taking self start while trying to start in the middle of the ride. I took it to their authorized service centre Trijal TVS in Bangalore for repair. They asked me to submit the scooter to them for finding the self start issue. It has been 10 days and they are neither able to find the issue nor able to get correct parts in time to get the checks completed. 10 days I am without the scooter and with no guarantee from the service centre on the issue and resolution. They are raising hands on the delay by saying they are unable get correct parts to check the issue.

      Now trying to raise a complaint with TVS and find their website is down. Wondering how to get a resolution to this

        My Jupiter purchase 1 1/2 month starting problem start so I will customer service center and regular I talk a problem
        But not service full fill and fuel pump not provide in last 23 days
        So please provide a fuel pump

          I gave the scooty (tvs jupiter bs6classic) itoday i.e..[protected].at that time my scooty reading is 12177. Evening i went to showroom for taking my scooty back at that time my scooty reading is 12188. At that time i raised a question against this but no one responded well. And they did not answer correctly. Also they hired a highest charges. But the servicing quality is poor... Very poor

            I am buy a tvs jupiter in feb-21 after 3600 km meter indecator not working. During running create uneven sound and also vibrate.
            Dealer service very poor. Vehicle services not done properly.
            I am late in fourth service they are refused for service and said free service expired but my vehicle run only 5000 km approximately.
            I want to know that after one year/ 5000km vehicle is not in good condition and no responsibility of deler

              Im Gokul krishna g one of the rtr200 owners. Now my bike runs 22000km the complaints unsolved started from 1000km. Still they are doing nothing to solve this.
              1) when the 1st problem came after the 1st service of my bike. (The bike goes off when it is in slow speed at the traffic or signals, or when it breaks the speed gets below 6kmph. Also the same problem with cold starts. It will turn off at the minimum of 4 times a day.) This is a common complaint for 90% of rtr owners.
              2)The 2nd complaint is an annoying sound coming from the conset or somewhere else on the front side of the bike. ( this problem occurred after an accident claiming lots of parts changed at the amount of 23388rs and after that service that sound started.)
              3) some kind of loosened nut and bolt rings sound occuring at correct 7000rpm only
              4) making the engine sound like an old bike
              5) handle wobbling issues at the speed of 40-60kmph
              6)they fitted me a damaged silencer and told me to replace at warranty and its about 6 months there is no information about that and i connected with your service center for that and it's still unsolved problem for me only
              These are the unsolved problems for many customers of rtr owners .
              one of your servicing men told me i have a hallucination problem thats why im hearing that sound.
              And the warranty claim they claim me the service charge for the complaint they have marked (they fitted me the complaint parts and replaceed as warrenty)and they charged service cost again for that complaint
              So please help us to solve all these issues.

                    My TVS Ntorq (purchased in January 2022) would not start at all (premumably because of some faulty battery).
                    My scooty was towed to the service centre (TVS-Hindustan Autozone, Guwahati) on 19.03.2022.

                    Thereafter, I have not received any information on the status of my scooty, except on one ocassion when I called up multiple times, the service advisor told me that he will get back in an hour.

                    Thereafter, I have been waiting for them to get back to me.

                    I have called up the service centre (Ph. No.[protected]/77302) on multiple ocassions, but they do not even bother to receive the calls.

                    I am totally upset and at my wits end.

                    Please help

                        Here I am Vyshnav Narayan, again raising a complaint on my TVS Ntorq Super Squad vehicle. Last time during February I had faced some issues and now again I have faced an issue. Suddenly I can't accelerate my vehicle so assuming that it's accele cable got broken it seems. What I need to do now. I had faced so many issues from the next day onwards when I purchased your product. This has to be taken care and I want the necessary action to be properly taken from your end. Otherwise I have to submit more complaints with appropriate authorities. But, I have faith in your team. So please take the needful asap. You can refer the entire mail chain below. If this is continuing in future I will need replacement as it is just 17 months only and faced so many issues till now.

                          Front brake liver kit is damaged. Within 1 year tyre is also damaged all parts are getting damaged within year. Brake and tyre quality not good. Accelertor cable also wasn't good. After 1 year all problems started

                              I have purchased a second hand Honda Activa From ahinsa automobiles on 13/2/2022, which they have claimed that the Rc Will be delivered in 1 month but now it is more than 2 months i didnt got any response from them.In Fact the Scooty i have got is also accidental.Mr Santosh(The Manager ) is totaly an irresponsible person who do not know how to value his words.

                              This is not enough i am amazed with Even TVS how come they join hands with such peoples who do not know how to serve peoples, It is actually Helping TVS in ruining their Name.

                              Highly disappointed with the Service,

                              Would definitely take this Case further.

                                  I bought a jupiter BS6 on 11/21. After delivery my scooter is having a wag like it's tyre has some bump or any stone got stuck into it when drive on a flat road. My 1st two free services were lapse for being outstation. But when intimating the problem to the service center on my 3rd free service on 14/04/22, they don't consider the issue significantly and replied some unreasonable statements. They (Manager) said your vehicle is new that's why it may have problem so it is wagging, run it up to thousand KMs then it may go off. Very logical statement. But what about my riding experience upto thousand KMs.
                                  I just want to get that wagging disappear.

                                    This has almost 15 days that I have reported the issue to tvs Supreme and still there is no part availability.

                                    Everytime they fools me and ask for more time. I need to escalate this, please help me with the escalation matrix.

                                      1. That undersigned is a consumer as I had purchased the Scooty pep+(matte blue) from you, the addressee vide your receipt dated 29 September 2021 by paying an amount of Rs 70, 000

                                      2. That the said product is not up to the mark due to the following defect: The engine oil is leaking continuously. I have shown the product five times to the service centre but still there's nothing changed.I have already requested the dealer to refund but he has clearly rejected it.The product is still under warranty.

                                      3. That, I had sent the email regarding my grievance but all efforts went into vein. It is further submitted that the above said act on your part has caused me great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money.

                                      In such facts and circumstances, I hereby call upon you the addressee, refund the said goods immediately.

                                        I just bought a new bike upchi 160v4 a few days ago, But there is some strange sound coming from the front disc brake. I have also told this to the showroom people, so they are saying that there is a sound in the new bike. Why was it not told to me earlier that the new bike will have a strange sound from the front disc brake? can you fix this?
