This has almost 15 days that I have reported the issue to tvs Supreme and still there is no part availability.

Everytime they fools me and ask for more time. I need to escalate this, please help me with the escalation matrix.

1. That undersigned is a consumer as I had purchased the Scooty pep+(matte blue) from you, the addressee vide your receipt dated 29 September 2021 by paying an amount of Rs 70, 000

2. That the said product is not up to the mark due to the following defect: The engine oil is leaking continuously. I have shown the product five times to the service centre but still there's nothing changed.I have already requested the dealer to refund but he has clearly rejected it.The product is still under warranty.

3. That, I had sent the email regarding my grievance but all efforts went into vein. It is further submitted that the above said act on your part has caused me great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money.

In such facts and circumstances, I hereby call upon you the addressee, refund the said goods immediately.

I just bought a new bike upchi 160v4 a few days ago, But there is some strange sound coming from the front disc brake. I have also told this to the showroom people, so they are saying that there is a sound in the new bike. Why was it not told to me earlier that the new bike will have a strange sound from the front disc brake? can you fix this?

Tvs showroom in Holenarasipur named sagar motor Charged extra bill and give two bills, online bill shows amount 1684 but showroom person gives bill 2400 amount, service also make not good, bad service made by tvs showroom, please head office take action to this type dealer, These type of dealer spoiled TVS name.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Gaurav Kr Tiwari resigning from the post of Service Advisor, Aditi TVS with immediate effect. Even though I am interested in working for an esteemed company like TVS Motor Company, the reason behind my resignation is unprofessional behaviour and being humiliated by our owner, Mr.Arvind shorewala sir ( owner of Aditi Automobiles). Last, my salary was deducted. And I briefed Ms Geeta Adhikari ma'am, Executive Assistant, on my salary deduction and reviewed the permanent letter matter thoroughly and explained, then asked the reason for the deduction for not getting a permanent letter, but she did not respond properly. I requested Mr. Arvind Shorewala Sir, because of that, got furious over the matter and started scolding inappropriately in front of my colleagues and customers. After scolding me so much, he threw my cap. I cannot tolerate the humiliation in front of colleagues and juniors in spite of my sincere work. It is my hope that by bringing this incident to your attention, further harassment to future employees can be spared.

I request you for an experience letter issued to me for the period of work completed here in this organization and please credit 7 days' salary in my account. I am looking forward to a positive response.

I recently brought a tvs ntorq on 3rd march of 2022 .. After getting delivered at the same time i got noticed an abnormal sound from the engine . Then i ask to the service provider about the priblem, they told me that its an minor defect, and it will get resolved by first servicing... As day got passed i did my first servicing, but the problem doesnt solved.. and today 7th of april i again consult with one of the service provider of tvs dealer and confess about the problem, they did a service again but the problem did'nt solved and told me that its an engine problem, and it has to be replace...

I have changed my tyre recently to TVS for my motorcycle rear and almost 5000km and its completely ripped on one side of the tyre. The quality is so poor and I'm not a rash driver, still the tyre got damaged, I'll never buy TVS nor suggest to anyone.

The RR 310 vehicle purchased 8 months back, met with an accident 20 days back in Kurnool city of Andhra Pradesh, which was handed over to Aparna TVS Service centre, Kurnool. But sofar, the showroom /Service centre saying that, no bill generated at Headquarters at Hasan/Chenai... Hence, I reuqest to kindly take immediate steps for earlu generation of bill/replacing the parts and handing over to us, for which act of kindness, we shall be highly thankful to you sir.. Amount of Rs 295/- debited three times from my bank account without my consent. Total of Rs 885/- being deducted today 28th March 22

Overdue of Rs 287/- was there but that was neither interest nor principal Amount. It was a mere late fine charges which I communicated to them to settle or to waive the amount several times. Instead of communicating anything to me straight away they deducted 885/- from my account without my knowledge

I am bay TVS Raider bike October 2021 but the bike side stand sensor is damage but not responding showroom

Sir meri bike tvs raider ka O2 sensor khrab ho gya tha aaj, mere se 2000/- charge kr liya kaha warranty me nhi hai par aaj muje pta chla mere dost ka free me change kr diya tha aur mene YouTube par bahot se videos bhi dekhe hai or unme bahot se comment me bhi logo ne kaha hai ki un sabhi ka bhi free me hi change kiya tha to fir mere sath aisa kyu hua.

I have purchased a bike RTR 200 4v in November 2021. I am facing lot of issues with bike, service team is not supporting me at all. After two months of purchasing bike fule pump stopped working due to this issue me and my brother has suffered for a whole day on road. Then we have taken the bike to service center on our own cost and labour.
They have replaced the fule pump in feb 2022. After one month we are facing same issue. Bike is not starting again fule pump is not working. Called to service team, they are telling that they are busy they will not help me. I have to take the bike to service center then only they will check.
I am worried that what type of scam TVS is doing with customer. I have paid 1.69 lacs to face such type of joke.

I want my money back and I don't to be part of tvs

My scooter is jupiter 125, i am waiting these parts form last 4 months, no one solve my issue, i attached part list with this mail

Another issue is related with the performance of this scooter, recently done 2nd service. But they do not solve any issue; the issue is at the initial pickup, too many vibrations from the engine and also other problems are there, i have no words to explain. If you do not solve my issue, then you take this scooter, and give me my money back

Sir, I have purchased TVS jupiter vehicle on 13/02/2022 from Galaxy Motors Manewada road Nagpur. Till date registration of the vehicle is not done. Please do the needful.
