Hi,
I bought TVS Raider Bike from Budhram TVS Sitapur for INR 1, 07, 000 on[protected] and having worst experience with this bike as I faced gear shifting issue (within 3 days of purchase), later I faced mobil leakage issue after one week, then I faced side stand sensor issue after few days and on[protected], I faced bike starting issue, my bike was serviced but again there is side stand sensor issue in my bike and bike stopped in between while riding.

I am having worst experience with TVS.
Why you are designing such a worthless bike and sell in the market?
I want to return this bike as this is worthless and I am not satisfied with it and with the experience of riding this bike.
This was my first bike and I was excited but as a customer, later I felt like choosing TVS Raider as a bike is the biggest mistake for me.
I request you to either return or replace my bike.

    I had an accident on 28 December 2021 and I went to Ahmedabad stalion Sabarmati for car claim.An employee from there, Mr Nilesh Bhai, said that if all the work would start from January, you would have to leave the car.I said why.So said the end of the month and because of the workload.However, I have put my car in Sabarmati stalion. I am sure that these people will take 15 days to take my car in calim, which is too many days for me.So that we do not get annoyed.

      Dear Sir,
      I'm Manikandan.V ([protected]) from Coimbatore, last 24 Dec 2021 I given my bike to Service in below the showroom. In this same showroom only done the previous services also but its not satisfied for me. So again I give to my bike with respected showroom. this time is too VERY BAD SERVICES throughout my services. they ask one day time for service that also I given but there is no use of that one day. I given too much complain but they done only few complain, I told mainly break issue, meter box issue, main handlebar, over vibrating issues and mileage chech up this are the I told. but even though they couldn't done the basic service also. Later I paid the full amount but its NOT SATISFIED. Overall from this I told I need a specialized person for Apache but they couldn't consider this.

      Resolution:
      I need a specialized person for Apache, he will take care of my services above the Complain. Please consider this complain and take action as soon as possible.

            I purchased a new bike from the GS TVS Ghaziabad Meerut Road, after purchasing it, after 1st service I faced many issues with the bike. In the second service (27 Nov 2021) I shared my concerns to the service center in the TVS Rajdhani Muzaffarnagar and they told me your 1st issue is fixed but for 2nd issue, I don't have parts for this but after 2, 3 days I faced the same 1st issue that was already fixed as per TVS Rajdhani manager. After a week I went to the GS motors Ghaziabad (4 dec 2021) where I purchased the bike and shared the same issues and after fixed he was told me your both issues are fixed but today I faced both same issue that was already fixed as per GS Motors Ghaziabad manager. I went to 2 times in the TVS agency but they not able fix my issue and today also I connected to your customer executive ([protected]) his name is Kaish and his talking way was not good I was saying to him, I went 2 times in the TVS agency but he was not able to fix that issue So what can I do? Because I frustrated due to this issue I hurt two times and I'm repeatedly telling him what can I do? Then your executive was saying I have to forcefully disconnect your call. TVS motors this is not tolerate statement I have recording calls of your executive and also I have a bike issue video. I will not suggest to anyone to purchase your product and also I will not purchase in future. I'm attaching my invoice pls find it. Pls look into this once. Yesterday I visited the service center but he was not able to fix that issue and also yesterday after visited service center I faced some new issues with the bike. So My suggestion is to the TVS company pls improve your service and Pls don't fraud with customers because he has to work hard to earn money.

                Myself Mohammed Moinuddin Contact details([protected]) i am writing regarding my issue with service team i have submitted my bike on 20/12/2021 with issue reported seat storage lock issue(Seat not opening) they have promised same day i will get delivery for my bike and informed pickup person(Lokesh) that i cannot able to take my personal belongings and mentioned my personal products like (Helmet, PowerBank, Charging cables and Pendrive) informed to handle carefully, then same day till evening no call from service center i have called asked about my scooter then said scooter is not ready i have shouted them regarding update, Next day on 21/12/2021 i have visited the service center and received my scooter while delivery i have checked my products and found my powerBank damage and to hide the damage they have used Fevi Kwik pasted back side of my product so i said delivery person Lokesh that my PowerBank was damage but he denied for acceptance so i left from service center and logged complaint to SBM TVS about my service feedback mentioned that my product was damaged while delivering my scooter and informed i have purchased new PowerBank on October 23 2021 just two months ago they said to contact service manager and given contact number Service manager name Hakim ([protected]), Later i contacted Mr Hakim sir and updated regarding my issue and sent the images of my product were clear images and logged complaint and hakim sir said i will get back soon with solution it almost 4days no call and no update i have tried to call but my call hanged lot of time so today logging a complaint about my incidence happen with SBM TVS MOTORS Authorised service center.

                      My name is Naveen from Bangalore. I'm so disappointed for a pathetic product an service I have got from an established company like TVS.

                      I was so excited an brought my Ntorq from Trijal Motors Marathahalli, Bangalore. Took delivery on 05/12/2021, everything was fine until 20/12/2021 the bike all of sudden refuses to start both kick an electric. When I called TRIJAL they started their as usual blame games saying can you get bike here or can you go to the nearest other service center. From the place I stay to Trijal it's close to 12kms and they expect me to push an go my bike. They don't even have a courtesy to listen to my issue. They want money only and told me upfront the towing charge would me 300rs+. Yesterday I spoke to their technical advisor Ajith from Trijal who promised that he would send his person today for checking and for a solution but I would have to bare the cost which is so bloody unprofessional and unethical for a fault of your's. Now the best part is I'm stuck without a bike also commuting to office by bus or auto.

                      On 21/12/21 Ajith send his service by name Salman to my house to check on the issue, who repaired the bike saying spark plug small issue and he also charged me Rs.300 as towing charge which I paid. Now today on 23/12/21 the same issue has started again this morning even after kicking 20 times bike refuses to start. I have again complained to the service center but not sure how much help will I get. Each day now I am commuting to office in auto which costs me Rs.200 daily.

                      I really never expected this from you'll and I want to escalate this issue, please help me the contact of some senior person who can hear me out if not to help me.

                        I am Sunny Dubey from West Bengal.I have Purchased Bike TVS APACHE RTR 160 ABS DRUM-BS VI on 19th March 2021 FROM JEET Motor Benachity-713213.My Bike Oil Tank Colour is Dropping.I Have Complaint also in Jeet motor when I was going for service my bike But They can't Solve my Problem.So Right now I am shifted In Bangalore with my bike.Showroom Staff told me that Full Petrol oil tank Changed But They Didn't Change.They just taking time.Kindly Help me out otherwise I can't paid my emi.

                          Vehicle no TN 22 CH2952 TVS Streak. Vehicle horn was not working and there was starting problem as well. We had also requested to put new seat cover. Vehicle is starting without a problem but horn is not working and seat cover also not changed. The worst part is they say it worked while they checked in their shop but is not working after the Vehicle was dropped at my residence which is just less 1/2 km. I have signed AMC and want really to cancel the same as they are not able to fix even a very basic and essential problem as the horn non functioning. Request your intervention in this regard

                              Ajay Mishra this side. a purchased a TVS sport kick start vehicle MP04VC5852 on 28th July 2021 from Kohinoor TVS situated in MP Nagar, Bhopal. After first service of this vehicle, silencer of this bike making some noise and from the first day of purchase it also has issue of suddenly getting stop on road. there is a noise also coming out from face side of vehicle where meter is assembled. after first service except silencer noise all problem was continued. one day gear liver of the vehicle suddenly dropped on road in between the ride. on 19 Dec horn of this vehicle has stopped doing work automatically. presently my vehicle is in service center. during second service mechanic found some issue in engine magnet ( i don't what was it exactly) due to which vehicle is making huge noise.
                              this vehicle has run just only 2100 K.M. and giving so much problem. Service center is not able to provide permanent solution even after 6 to 7 visit in only 5 month.
                              I replaced my old vehicle because of the repeated maintenance process and i am facing the same issue with new one also and I have to bear this maintenance cost after 365 days. this is really very irritating and raising question on TVS vehicle quality.

                                It’s been more than 20 days, a TVS dealer at my location is not cooperating in replacing damaged part of my father’s TVS Jupiter. My father is a senior citizens and he has to travel 9 km every day just to check whether a part is available or not. And everyday the local dealer is saying it will be available tomorrow.

                                  Today when i went for repayment of my insurance the guy sitting on the finance desk firstly refused that they don't accept payment through cheques and then when i asked them to write on a paper the reason they are not accepting the cheque they simply said we are not giving you insurance even and you can leave.
                                  This type of behaviour is just unacceptable from a TVS authorised dealer.

                                    18 november 2018 i have purchased tvs100 sports bike from shankar tvs kurukshetra.bike no is HR41J1019.april2020 engine work stop and bike will stop anywhere in the road.i have mail so many times to tvs motors but nobody respond.everytime i visited in service centre they create more problums.all the staff is no skilled and non technical persin there.i have trading busines that is stopped due to bike.i request to honourble sir kindly ordered legal action against tvs motor who ate selling poor quality motors and parts.

                                      I would like to raise the below mentioned complaints,
                                      1) Vehicle stopping while running, no response accelerator.
                                      2) Kick Start trouble and Battery weakness

                                      We regret to inform you that, such a new vehicle is creating the above two issues which lead vehicle out of running condition and ideal.The response from M/s Rassee motors(GSTIN-33AAXFR8788H2Z5) Phone Number[protected] is not at all satisfied and services what has been done for the raised complaint are not done.only the basic services was done.

                                      For item no 1 compaint - service engineer rescommended for sensor replacement and even after replacement also the vehicle is not responding.

                                      For item no 2 - We need to have better battery back up, non maintained batteries with high ampere rating to avoid such issues.

                                      We never expect such poor response for TVS team and its really embrassing the customers like me.

                                      I request you to take necessary action for replacement of vehicle.

                                        Today morning 9.15 a.m, i went to Vinayaka motors in Alandur, regarding for my TVS Jupiter free service,

                                        After i take my TVS Jupiter delivery in 3.55 p.m,

                                        When I saw my scooter front side body is not closing properly, then i ask the service advisor,

                                        He Said;
                                        your scooter front side some net has already broken, that is the reason the front body is not closing properly.

                                        Then i argue the service advisor, how to you say like this...
                                        This is not fair...
                                        When I drop my scooty in your Service centre that time has good condition only...

                                        But that service advisor is not given proper answer to me,

                                        I am totally very disappointed for this service...

                                        I kindly request to TVS,
                                        Please kindly take the necessary action in this dealer.
