First date of incident : Oct 10-20th 2021.
Client Number : Logesh Automobile Pvt Ltd Medavakkam, Chennai - 600100.
Description : Issue with noise while driving the vehicle. Sound/noise coming from my TVS Jupiter which was bought on Nov 2020 keeps on increasing.

Diagnosis : Still final diagnosis in progress.
1) First time dropped vehicle on Oct 2021 and service center has did initial analysis and an assumption...

My Grievance Id is TVS_Gr_[protected] and My complaint no. = 3049030

Now 15-25 days complete but till TVS motor company is not solve my new TVS Jupiter running problem, it's very bad for me TVs motor company not understanding the customer problem and customer time is very important but TVS motor is not work to customer quiry and problem.
East Delhi Bajwa showroom and Bajwa Service Center or GK service center is not properly work in this problem nd create very critical situation for me and TVS motor company is not solve this problem within week otherwise I legal action on TVS motor company and complaint submit to consumer court.

RC book not yet given and NO proper response from the showroom. Also Showroom owner speaking like terriable manner. Service very worst. NO experienced technicians. Also It’s Not an authorised showroom.

My Name is Bubli Singh. I am a resident of Panvel which is served by your dealer Priyanka Motors. I purchased a TVS Scooty Zest (Red Colour) from one of your TVS Sub Dealers. The registration number given to me was MH-46 AQ 1323 and the chassis number of the vehicle I purchased is MD626CG41F2B59149. A few days ago I was stopped by the traffic police during a routine check and I was told that the vehicle had a duplicate Registration Number. This means that your dealer has sold me a stolen vehicle. Your dealer Priyanka Motors is clearly aware of the fact that the vehicle has been sold to me as I receive SMS from them at various times to renew the Insurance.

Your dealer has clearly committed fraud as they have sold a stolen vehicle to me and assigned a fraud Registration number to me. I am attaching the documents given to me during the purchase of the vehicle.

I want you to resolve the matter as soon as possible as I am left with a vehicle that I cannot drive as it is assigned with a fraud number.

Please help me resolve the matter.

Additional accessories are not given for Jupiter 125 vehicle for more than 1 month

Response from dealer is, still TVS company did not supply the additional accessories since the launch of the product

I have booked a high security number vide invoice number UPOP[protected] ON DATED 24 Nov 2021 of my tvs Jupiter registration no UP83AQ3171 . And I was given date 01 Dec 2021 to fitment above.
When I asked about above subject on mahima tvs dealer shikohabad Firozabad UP Mob no [protected] . He replied that he can not tell anything about it. So you have to come service center. I said him please tell me my number plate is received at your end or not?
But he cut my phone immediately.
This is not a helping attitude sir.
So in this regard, I request you take necessary action please.

It is sorry that in 2nd service2/7/21 I complained sound in rear brake drumnot done no washing done as system is not working regarding average they are helpless.
On 3rd service same problem I raised the told brake drum checked not done washing and average not done any thing.

I had given my Jupiter for service on 20 th November . But they never solved my issue and also took 2500 rupees just for nothing instead they had done washing only! I also filed a complaint in customer care but they also didn't responded till date! Now I m pissed and will file a direct case in consumer court! I have all the proofs including call recording and bills! Also will put these complaint on Facebook sites so u get to know the reality of your service stations! Contact me as fast as u can

I had given my tvs jupiter on service station in panigate, but they never resolved my issue and aslo take 2500 rupees for the service but the problem is still there!! i want my problem to be solved or i will go to consumer court and will post to facebook also! need an quick reply or i will see you in court!!!

How much warrenty of TVs Excel bike warrenty. ingine faild in 3 year's

I have a complaint against your product TVS JUPITER, I have bought it on jan 2020, since then I did not liked the product as its not upto the commitments regarding fuel average, pickup power and smooth riding is not there at all.

Now few days back scooter totally broke down and the registered agency at mandigobindgarh told me that are not capable of fixing it . How can a company can give such kind of resolution as I have been told that tvs products comes with a warrenty of five years. I am not able to understand what it means. Please help me out.

I have purchased TVS Jupiter ZX model from Olive TVS at Siripuram, Visakhapatnam. However, they have charged me an extra cost of Rs 4800 in the name of "Mandatory and handling Charges".

Engine check light always on..workshop not able to resolve it.

Hope you are doing well.This e-mail is in regards to New Scooty purchase on 15th Oct 2021 from Supreme Automobiles at Malang Road Kalyan east. vehicle registration no MH47 BC 0890.

As per the instructions provided by service handbook and dealer scooty almost ran 792 KM and was given first service on 11th Nov 2021 at the same service center, After a week my scooty started giving many issue problems.

Major issue mention below :-
1) Running Scooty will stop
2) noisy sound from engine

Already raised the complaints on TVS on 23rd Nov 2021 and complaint # Gr_[protected] next day i received a call from TVS customer care one agent spoke with me takedown about the issue with Scooty and told he will spake with dealer and service center and get back to me, but no response from anyone.

Today it's almost 7day completed my scooty at the service center only but I'm not receiving any proper response from the dealer or from TVS.

We have purchased a Scooty Pep new vehicle on the month of Jan 2021 from Raj Vijay Agencies - Pondicherry. With in two weeks of purchase the problem started, means while running the vehicle offs automatically. When we took the vehicle to dealer from whom we have purchased, they have told you have to run the vehicle for more kilometer. This problem continues for six months, where the vehicle turnaround the running kilometer 750. They have replaced some parts in the vehicle. Post that service, after two months, we had starting problem - both click start and self start is not working. As of today we ran around 1400 km.

How come these issue will be there in the new engine. Hereby i request the TVS customer care team to look into the below reference and check is it the new series...

I have purchased this vehicle for my father, who is having the vehicle with one hand operation. How come a new engine will give these type of problem, We consumer are purchasing the vehicle with lot of efforts in savings and getting it done. But the products is not in good quality, what we have to do? Can the management team will look into it and revert back with replacement.

This new vehicle keeps on problem, even service team at the dealer ship location is not happy to receive the complain.

Issue is that, The last service of my scooty was pending, which was the last in the AMC workbook, My scooty was not even serviced but the company people sent the message of service complete. The service station name is S.K. Traders.

I have paid 5000/- advance or token amount to purchase tvs jupiter125cc. At Hospet Uma motors, said that they will not consider the token amount which I paid to tvs company through Paytm with mobile no[protected].
So I requested tvs greviance cell to return back my money. Till now they didn’t pay me back

On 10/10/2021 paid through paytm.
