It is very strange that my vehicle has been shutdown while traveling with two passenger. If one person getting down, the vehicle will start but if the second passenger sitting in the vehicle, it again shutting down

Please advise what is the possible reasons of it

    I have raised a complaint vis email regarding my vehicle ntorq not working 3 days ago . I have received any response from tvs.. I have given my notrq 125 to the service center as it had broke down on the 29.10.11 while returning from from and was not starting at all. I haven't got any response from the service center.. I saty in Bangalore and the service center is in 6 block Koramangala Bengaluru.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,
      i purchased TVS jupiter rom Indore (M.P.) show room on 20/3/2020.
      After that lock down started till march 2020 and again from April 2021.
      Due to which for 6 months were just passed without using the scooter.
      I a
      had taken only two free services for m vehicle because of covid lock down and i myself was suffering from covid.
      requested to extend time limit of free service in this period.

        Hello, I am Mohan Nagar.
        Here, I bought a bike on 23 September 2020 from this bike shop and now today it has completed more than 1 year but I didn't get my bike number and registration.
        And when I contact him, he didn't response well on that matter and always procrastinate for registration. I have always to go in metro city and I face problem there for empty number bike plate.
        So please I request to provide my bike registration number as well as soon.

          Dear sir/madam,

          Ref: The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provides below rights to the consumers:

          i. Information about the quantity, quality, purity, potency, price, and standard of goods or services.

          Purchased a new TVS Jupiter ZX Scooter on May 2021 from Amaravati Automotives - Surya Rao Pet, D.no:5-1-60, Ward No:7, Block No:5, Krishnamurthi Street, Kakinada - 533001. Engine no.: DG5BM1X00255. While buying the bike the signal lights are not worked i asked showroom executives they said it will be resolved after 1st service but not working. I already raised a dispute at service center 2-293, Balaji Nagar, opp. APSP 3rd Battalion, Ramanayyapeta, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh 533005. But i did not get any information from them. Battery problem(new battery has to be fixed said by manager), Sounds while riding, Kick rod not working, Suspension of the bike is worst, Signal lights won't work for certain time, low lighting, Tyre pressure will be decreased, Display issue, Low mileage. Even after boosting of battery it's not working. I asked service center they said it will be resolved after 3rd service. But not yet resolved. I do believe TVS main agenda is customer obsession. So I'm requesting you to replace new bike because after 3 months i facing these issues. I already having jupiter bike AP051782 buy in 2014 and the service and bike performance is too good till now . So, from that experience i buy another bike also and also suggested to our friends APGH.

          So, kindly im requesting you to take action immediately. I would appreciate it if you could resolve these issue in few days will appreciate. As I am sure you can be appreciated, I rely on my bike for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.

          I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved in few days, I will consider you will surely respond as fast as you can and for replacing the bike.

            Actually today i went to book a TVS Raider red bike, after assurance by Mr Guddu kumar that bike is available,
            Afterthat My Financer finance the bike whitin 30 minut, me and my financer both are present there. and suddenly Mr Guudu kumar, Mr Rajeev kumar Refuse that bike is not availble and owner also refuse and behave like very unprofessional.
            and I lost my pre approved bike loan .
            So, if you can take any action agenst them its ok .
            Otherwise take action.

                  I went to TVS service center bathinda, I gave them my vehicle on Friday to replace the race wire in it as it was giving some problem.

                  Its been 4 days they have not done their work

                  Friday - they said got delayed will give tomorrow
                  Saturday- they said workers are on holiday so now we will give on Monday
                  Monday- Monday they said wire is not there...we will arrange in tomorrow
                  Tuesday - again same delaying every day

                  Worse service of TVS for customers.

                      I gave the TVs pep+ for service on 9th Oct 21. Technician told that my Amaron battery which I had put barely a year back is not charging and suggested to get it checked. Since I bought the batter from SN, I took to them on 23rd. When they opened the seat, there was Exide battery instead of my Amaron.

                      Took to Trijal. After a lot of delays they pulled out my service sheet and another persons and told there is a mix up of battery. They took my Warranty card details and told that they will call other customer to check his battery.

                      There was no accountability nor any remouese for doing such a shabby service and goofing up the parts and bad service records.

                      When they opened the box, the wires where connected with out fuse ina haphazard way with tapes around. Looks like the lock wasalso broken since I was unable to lock properly after service. Just a warning to those planning to buy any TVS product.. watch out. Once I hear from technician will weigh in escalation to TVS management

                        This is Sudheer from Nelamangala, Bangalore Rural Dist. with reference to the above subject I Have Purchased TCS STAR CITY Plus on[protected] at Prakruthi Mobikes, Nelamangala But they have over coated the price as 91500.and Unknowingly i have paid 75000 Cash and 16500 through UPI.When i gone through TVS Motros.com Web site i was shocked that the Ex showroom price of the bike is 70505.If we Add RTO, and Other Accessories to that price it wont cross 81500/- But the Dealer has overcoated the price.So i am requesting you to co ordinate with that dealer and help me to get back my refunds.

                        I hope you people get me JUSTICE. and Proove yourself that you are Customer friendly Organisation.

                          Would like to inform you that I bought a New TVS NTORQ 125 SCOOTY on 16th of this month only after 4 days SCOOTY engine had issue and as per TVS AGENCY THEERE WAS SOME Fault IN. Engine (CAMP SHAFT) currently my SCOOTY is in Uttarakhand and area is in VATSAL agency JASPUR.

                          No one is eager to help me I have contacted all the agency near by but they did not addressed my concern second the VATSAL agency worker is so rude and arrogant that he was saying we don’t have that part available eather you will arrange it take this SCOOTY to somewhere else I am sharing you the contact number of that person.

                          I am writing to you as a formal complaint as it’s been two days the SCOOTY is in agency and I need to go to Delhi.

                          Please take a appropriate action and replace my SCOOTY WITH NEW ONE I don’t need this now.

                            From first day of purchase my tvs scooty Pep plus has starting problem, sometime it does not start from selfstart and also from kick start, i have complaint two times and tvs customer care generated a ticket number also but no attention given regarding this problem.such poor after sales service

                                And got 1 service but still it is not giving a good mileage
                                The milage is between 20 to 22 kmpl
                                I tried to tell the service center but they couldn't solve it
                                In site it is given that ntorq milage is around 47kmpl but it's not giving even half the milage it claims so kindly please tell me what to do

                                    Sir / Ma'am,

                                    I Bought A TVS Jupiter BS IV In Dec. 2018 Registered In My Son's Name. Previously, I Have Owned A Bajaj, Honda Activa For 12 And 14 Years Respectively. The Ownership And Service Experience With These Scooters Had Been Excellent In The Initial 10 Years. This Indicates That I Am A Long Term User And Maintain My Vehicle In Pristine Condition.
                                    The Ownership And Service Of The TVS Jupiter Which Is Only Two And A Half Old Has Been Horrible. Since The Purchase Of This Scooter, I Have Faced START Problems, Spare Part Failure And Replacement, Frequent Breakdowns. Although, There Is A 5 Year Warranty, I Have Born The Expenses. The Scooter Has Been Regularly Serviced At A Company Authorized Service Center (ASC) And I Also Have An AMC With Them. This Has Resulted In Physical Agony, Mental Stress And Financial Duress.

                                    I Have Listed A Series Of Incidents Which Makes It Evident That I Have Been Delivered A Faulty / Defective Scooter. Repeated Email Feedback, Complaints, Escalations To TVS Motor Co. Have Yielded No Results.

                                    Year 2019:
                                    I Noticed That The Fuel Filler Cap Was Ill Fitted. As It's Fitted In The Rear, It's Noticeable Only From A Side Angle. Secondly, The Spark Plug Spanner Was Missing In The Tool Kit. In The First Service, Which Was Done In The First Month, I Brought These To The Notice Of The Service Advisor At The ASC. He Replied That The Fitting Of The Fuel Cap Is Normal. In Some Other Scooter's It's Worse Than This. TVS Had Stopped Giving The Spark Plug Spanner In The Tool Kit. His Replies Were Quite Alarming. How Could A Reputed Brand Sell A Product With Poor Fit And Finish And Omit A Vital Tool?
                                    Towards The End Of 2019, The Scooter Developed 'START' Problems. It Is Recommended To KICK START The Scooter To Prolong Battery Life. Me And My Son, Religiously Follow This Habit. KICK START Would Rarely Work So We Were Forced To Self Start The Scooter. After Service The START Problem Would Abate But Recur Within A Month Or So. The Indicator Switch Failed And Was Replaced At My Cost. Since It Was A Minor Part, I Did Check The Warranty Criteria.

                                    Year 2020:
                                    My Last Free Service Was Done In Jan. 2020. The Existing 'START' Problem Gave The ASC An Oppurtunity To Fleece Me. They Included Unnecessary Work In The Free Service And Gave Me An Inflated Bill. After An Arguement, The Bill Was Settled With Normal Charges. To Avoid Future Hassles Like This, I Took An AMC With Them. They Also Appointed A Service Advisor For Future Service Which Was The Only Positive Thing.

                                    Year 2021:
                                    This Year Has Been A Nightmare. In Jan '21, The Scooter Wouldn't Start. After Using All Options, The Kick Start, Choke, Self Start, The Scooter Refused To Budge. Being An Experienced Scooter User, I Diagnosed The Fault To Be A Clogged Or Faulty Spark Plug. I Tried To Access The Spark Plug But The Spanner Absent In The Tool Kit Did Not Permit Me. I Raised A Complaint With TVS Cust Care Who Were Prompt To Send A Mechanic. The Mechanic Tried His Best, But He Was Not Authorised To Repair The Scooter. So It Was Useless. I Called The ASC Who Promised To Send A Mechanic. I Was Given False Promises For 3 Days, No Mechanic Attended The Complaint. On The 4th Day, I Went To The ASC Which Is 10 Minutes Away From My Home. I Demanded For A Mechanic And Told Him To Carry A Spark Plug. He Accompanied Me And Found The Spark Plug To Be Faulty. Although Under AMC I Was Charged For The Plug. I Sent A Feedback Email Of The Experience.

                                    In Feb '21, The Brake Lock Was Jammed And The Fuel Guage Stopped Functioning. After Refuelling It Showed An Empty Fuel Tank. With The Existing START Problem And New Issues, I Took The Scooter For Service On 10/02/21. While Taking Delivery, My Son Noticed That The Ignition Assembly Was Displaced.I Brought These To The Notice Of The Advisor Who Walked Off Giving No Reply. Then I Noticed Yellow Oil Paint Spots On The Front Fascia As It Was Parked Outside. I Brought These To The Notice Of The Manager Who Was Passing By. His Remedy Of Washing The Scooter In Plain Water Was Useless As The Oil Paint Had Dried And Was Unremovable. My Scooter Service Turned Into A Damage Event.

                                    On 1st June '21, The Scooter Broke Down Again. It Wouldn't Start. I Raised A Complaint TVS_Gr_[protected] With TVS Cust. Care. A Mechanic From The ASC Came On 4th June '21 And Took Away The Vehicle. After Repeated Kicks He Had Managed To Start The Scooter. As I Had Lost Trust, I Went To The ASC, Called For My Appointed Advisor, Told Him Of The START Issue. He Guessed It As A Battery Issue. The Battery Was Removed And Sent For Charging To An External Vendor While I Waited In The Customer Lounge. I Happened To Notice That The Battery Was An AMCO Brand Which Is Unheard Of. I Had To Pay For Battery Charging. Later On, When I Searched The Internet For Similar Issues, I Found Numerous Complaints For TVS Scooters Fitted With AMCO Batteries.

                                    The Battery Charging Worked For 10 Days. On 12 June '21, I Raised A Grievance With The Same Complaint No. A Mechanic From The ASC Visited On 14 June '21 And Diagnosed It As A Battery Replacement. I Insisted On The Replacement To Be Done Under Warranty. After A Conference Call With The Manager And Territory Manager Who Informed That The Battery Is Warranteed For 1 Year From The Date Of Purchase. I Argued About This As My Scooter Has Been Maintained By Them. It Was Decided To Send The Battery For Testing, Meanwhile A Service Battery Will Be Fitted. I Reluctantly Gave The Scooter. Frantically Called All Phone Nos, Finally Got A Callback On 17 June '21 That The Battery Will Be Sent For Testing And They Can't Give My Vehicle For Use With A Service Battery Fitted.
                                    I Declined, As This Mean't That My Scooter Would Be Lying At The ASC Indefinitely.

                                    Frustrated With The ASC, I Raised A New Complaint TVS_Gr_[protected]. I Got Calls From TVS Service Desk Who After A Couple Of Follow Ups Tried To Convince Me To Change The Battery At My Cost. This Is Unacceptable. I Have Raised A New Complaint Demanding A Permanent Remedy.

                                    NO RESPONSE TILL DATE.
