My vehicle stops all of a sudden every single day. Monthly services are on time and each time I complain about the same problem and the service center is not providing a proper solution. Regret purchasing a TVS vehicle.

      Mene tvs motors company main jobe ke liye apply kiya tha uske liye mene First payment 1650 ki thi hr solution name ke account pr. uske Baad mujhe 5000 payment karna ko bola mene vo bhi ki uske Baad company parcel ke liye security payment 8900 pay kiye the. Jb percel delivery karne ki payment bhi li 7000 to mene ye payment nhi di. Uske Baad mene apna job letter cancel karwa diya. Fer mene apne money refund ke liye bola to fr unhone conclusion price 2500 manga money refund karne ke liye mene vo bhi pay kr diya. Per meri money mujhe abhi tak wapis nhi mile hai. I want my money back.

          I purchase in September 2019. During the time of purchase, vehicle is not easily started. After 5 to 7 minutes of effort it starts. On that time i told please change this but they says its Ok. In every servicing i told there is a tik-2 sound coming near silencer & it is running with jerk. After completion of two years I gone to agency for servicing. Before servicing vehicle is running with the above problems but still vehicle is running. After servicing jerk problem increase & running approximately 40Km. It stops on the road. Very panic situation for me on road. After 7-8 minutes efforts it starts & run 0.5 Km. & again stops. I reached at home by repeating this 8 times. After reaching at home it starts well but as accelerator increase it stops & it yellow indicator is flashing in place of green. I am attaching details of service. Please do something for company goodwill.

            Hello Team TVS,

            Two months ago I gave my accidental apache 200 (HR 26 DM 3038) at pride TVS Bareilly for repairs and yet after two months my bike has not been repaired. Every time I visit the service center excuses are made about the unavailability of parts.

            Pride TVS Service Manager Mr. Pankaj is not ready to help me out in any which way.

            I am very disappointed with the service of TVS and want immediate solution of my problem.

            Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                1. I am Ajit Suryakant Zankar residing at mentioned below address. I have purchased a new TVS Apache RTR 200 V4 Race Edition, Colour- White, on 18/10/2018."

                With a Chasis no. 15087, engine no. 15388 & Vehicle No.- MH 05 DW 8176

                2. I regularly carry out maintenance of the afore said vehicle from the authorised service centre of i.e. “Supreme Automobiles” Ulhasnagar & Dombivli Branch.

                3. Recently the afore said vehicle was having some issues with self-start hence I have given afore said vehicle for servicing on 16th September, 2021 to the authorised service centre “Supreme Automobiles” at Dombivli Branch.

                4. The said service centre authorities kept the vehicle in their custody for one week and during that one-week period they have dismantled the whole vehicle and after inspecting each and every part of the said vehicle the authorities of said service centre have asked me to change a small part named as “HOSE FUEL CARB END- 290mm (K3140240)” which costs Rs. 40 and they have taken labour charges Rs. 499.74 to install the afore said part in the vehicle on 23/09/2021, Thursday and they also told me that the battery was working properly and was in good condition. And on the same day the Service Centre has returned the vehicle to me after one week assuring that the vehicle is in proper condition and would not give any problems. While giving the said vehicle to the service centre for servicing the head lights, break light, tail lamp and number plate lights were in good condition and were working properly but after servicing the upper head light was totally not working, break light was direct and was on for whole time, number plate lights were totally not working and off, alignment of vehicle was not done properly hence the vehicle was not taking balance properly, headlights fittings was not done properly hence there was noise from the headlights. I took the ride of said vehicle in front of the rider after servicing and came to know above said defects and I have immediately informed the same to the rider and Manager Mr. Abdul Kadar but they have made allegations against me and they said the vehicle had said problems before giving it to the servicing. If it was so, then what prevented the service centre from repairing the same while servicing the said vehicle within one week period? Why the service centre has changed only one small part and delivered the vehicle back? Why the service centre did not communicated said issues with me? Because it was a gross negligence and defective service at the hands of service centre.

                5. On the same evening i.e. on 23/09/2021 when I ridden the said vehicle to Ambivli for my personal work with my wife on or around10.30 pm. At that time the vehicle broke down again with the same problems which it was facing before servicing. The vehicle suddenly stopped in middle of the road, the self-start was not working, display board was totally blank and the vehicle did not start for an hour. I called the Manager Mr. Abdul Kadar immediately and informed him about the said sudden breakdown of vehicle in the middle of the road at Ambivli but he did not respond well and asked me to keep the vehicle at afore said unknown place and told me that he will pick up the said vehicle on Saturday i.e. 25/09/2021. It was a foolish advice and I could not keep my vehicle at such unknown place but I was helpless in the middle of the road and there were no garages on the said road hence I had to push the vehicle for 3-4 kilometres.

                6. After that, I have again tried to start the vehicle by pushing the same and it worked after tremendous efforts and the vehicle started and rode the same upto Thakurli, 90ft. road but it again broke down at Thakurli hence I again called the Manager Mr. Abdul Kadar he again told me to keep the vehicle on the place where it broke down and said it was his holiday next day and he will pick the vehicle from Thakurli on 25/09/2021. My capacity to handle the vehicle was over and I was with my wife in middle of the night hence I decided to park the vehicle at Thakurli on 23/09/2021 in the night and went home by another mean of transport.

                7. On 24/09/2021 the rider has visited my home and took the key of said vehicle but did not informed the time that when he was going to pick up the Vehicle from Thakurli.

                8. After that, the service centre again dismantled the whole vehicle and informed me after inspection on 25/09/2021 that, the battery of said vehicle was not in good condition and it was not charging properly, they allegedly found that there was a some amount water in the fuel tank hence they again advised me to change the battery and as per their advice I have changed the battery price of which is Rs. 2900/-. And they have removed about 5 to 6 litre petrol from the fuel tank by giving reason of finding the water in fuel tank. It was the second time in last six months that the service centre has removed such huge amount of petrol from my vehicle while servicing. At the time of re-servicing the said vehicle on 25/09/2021 the service centre have informed me that the bill would amount to Rs. 1599.88/- which consists of following charges and I have paid the same on 25/09/2021. But the service centre has sent the bill to me on my whats app on 26/09/2021 further they have not delivered the original bill, photocopy of battery to me till date. The bill of service centre dated 26/09/2021 is as follows: -
                a. Halogen bulb
                b. Bulb 12 vat 1.7w
                c. Regulator cum reflector
                d. Tank cleaning
                e. Paid service charges
                f. Consumable charges
                g. Labour charges

                Hence the total bill went to 4500/- for whole servicing, battery charges, loss of 5 to 6 litre petrol, mental and physical agony of me and my wife, other means of transport. After the servicing the rider has dropped the vehicle to my home on 25/09/2021.

                9. On 26/09/2021 at 2.00 pm, I have gone to Badlapur with my wife for attending the family function at my relative’s residence and while coming back home to Dombivli around 8 pm the Vehicle again broke down at Ambernath and again it was having above said issues which are mentioned above in para no. 5. Again I have called Mr. Abdul Kadar, the Manager, and informed the said problems to him and he has again advised me to keep the vehicle at that unknown place. But I could not keep the vehicle at such unknown place hence I & my wife had to push the vehicle again for 4 to 5 kilometres and I reached Nevali phata, near Hajimalang Road after so much of struggle. After that, the rider had come to Nevali phata and I have handed over the key to him and he picked up the vehicle around 9.30 pm on 26/09/2021 from that place and I had to take other means of transport to reach home.

                10. After that, the service centre again dismantled the whole vehicle but did not informed me what exactly the problem was and avoiding to answer my queries. Again this time they have removed 4 to 5 litre petrol from the fuel tank. They have again sent me the bill of Rs. 584/- on 30/09/2021 which has the description of changing the part named as “Switch Assy R2” and deliver the vehicle on 30/09/2021. I took a ride on 01/10/2021 of the said vehicle and again there was following problems with the vehicle
                a. Headlamp (Upper) was not working
                b. Breaks were not working properly
                c. Gear shifting was very hard
                d. Gear sensors not working
                e. Alignment was not done properly which amounted to imbalance
                f. The vehicle does not take pick up properly
                g. Horn does not work
                h. Instead of applying chain lubricants you have applied the local oil and greases

                Because of the above said problems, I have immediately contacted to contact "Supreme Automobiles" authorized service centre and again they are telling me to drop back the vehicle to service centre for the above said issues but now the water has gone above and I have lost patience and also have no trust on your service center.

                11. You have committed the deficiency in your services and ultimately your Company is responsible for all this act. I am an Advocate by profession and in this pandemic situation I regularly need to ride to various courts, places and government offices for my professional work. My vehicle was in your custody for almost 15 days due to which it was impossible me to travel from various places and as a result of that I have suffer loss near about Rs. 10, 000/- per day as my professional fees from various clients and cases, my wife has suffered mental and physical agony, I have suffered a physical harassment, mental agony and financial loss which you all are responsible to compensate.

                12. On this note, I call upon you to compensate me the loss Rs. 1, 50, 000/- as my professional fees which I suffer a professional loss due to your defective services. I further call upon you to compensate me for Rs. 50, 000/- for physical harassment and mental agony of me and my wife and financial loss as well as for wasting my precious time with your service centre, further you need to compensate the charges which I paid to you for bills. Failing to which I will initiate the legal proceedings against (1) TVS Motors Company Ltd. (2) Supreme Automobiles, Dombivli by filing petition before the consumer forum for providing me service which has deficiency in it and filing criminal case for breach of trust, misrepresentation and any other alternate charges under Indian Penal Code or any other law for time being in force for playing a fraud upon me and you all will be solely and collectively liable for cost and consequences of said same. Treat this as a legal notice from me. I have attached the photographs for your perusal.

                  I had given my TVS Jupiter to the service centre for its first service the staffs who are managing the service and the staff who is working in the wash are not doing their work properly. I had given my scooty in the morning and the didn't complete the wash till evening and I had to call them to check the status. The rest was not dried properly and there were mud stains even on my mirror. The service centres in this region are the worst I have been giving my vehicle in service centres nearby but I am getting the same experience from everywhere even my friends have told the same. I am located in the north part of Kannur and here there are no good service centres for TVS

                    Dear sir mere naam sachin kumar singh hai, main Jamshedpur main rehta hu, maine 29jul 2021 main Apache RR 310 bike liya aur 1st service ke liye service center gaya, par service center walo ne thik se bike service nahi kiya aur mere bike ko kharab kardiya aur bike ka body damage kardiya..jab maine service center ke owner se complaint kiya to usne meri bike ko thik karwahne ka promise kiya but woh sahi se thik nahi karway..is liye main ab iski complaint cout main karuga..aur video bana ke Twitter, Facebook, Instagram aur YouTube main daluga, taki Logo ko pata chale tvs company ki service kaise hai.bike lete time ye company bahut se promise karti hai par service ke naam par 0% ke service deti hai..
                    Agar koi tvs company ke officer ye msg dekh rahey hai to please mere help kare..meri baat ko thik se koi sun nahi raha hai..

                      I bought the tvs Jupiter (base model) In the month of June. When agency gave me temporary certificate for registration, they entered my address wrong. Becouse of which I could not apply further parmanently registration certificate on this wrong address.When I told the agency about it, they accepted his mistake and they told me that We will fix it and get me temporary certificate issue again with in 2 months, but Today's it's been more than 3 months but they still have not gave me temporary number on correct address and keep giving me further dates. Kindly look into this matter on high priority becouse my vehical Is running Without RC on road. The address of agency is given below:-

                              Dear sir, .
                              As I buyed a bs6 ntorq I purchased on 30 31st 8 2020 but Mr Sandeep has given me BS4 foot rest on my bs6 and when I got to know from MI road they told me that it is a BS4 foot rest and when I complain and said him to Mr Sandeep he deniyed. Now I want to have a raise a complaint against inertia motor that they removed company footrest from the scooty and given me BS4 footrest so I request to the company please take a strict action against Sandeep and the salesperson Mr Sarfaraz

                                    I am writing this mail regarding the issue I faced last week when I was in the south India Ride.

                                    To let you know, I rode from Mumbai to Kanniyakumari on 7 September 2021 which was 1700kms and I was returning to Mumbai from Mangalore as I plan to visit my native from there I was continuing my journey to Mumbai as planned unfortunately I was not able to complete due to engine ceased(breakdown) on the middle of the road near Honnavar in Karnataka which was 180km from Mangalore.
                                    On 15 September 2021 I was on my way to Mangalore from Kodagu Karnataka, I notice Engine tapet sound coming out which brought me to concern so I visited TVS sai Radha Mangalore service centre on 15 September 2021 by 7.30 8 pm in the evening there I meet with service advisor Preethesh whom I informed about noise coming out from Engine and ask if there is any major issue I am ready to stay in Mangalore and visit another day for a checkup as it was too late to work on it.
                                    The service advisor checked with his other colleagues and informed them about my problems, later on, he said there would be no problem as he took the senior suggestion and ask me to ride to Mumbai without any hassle and assured me If any things goes wrong he will guide me through.
                                    Then too I pressured him saying that I am not in a hurry mode to reach Mumbai so I ask him to advise
                                    Preetesh still stated to me I can ride to Mumbai without any problem after confirmed with him thrice.

                                    The next day 16 Sept as I said my native is Mulki I got a call from preetesh from Mangalore for an update regarding the bike working good or not so I said still my engine making noise and I am worried a little bit so I asked him should I visit service centre again so he advises me to visit next service centre which is in Padubidri which was 5km from my location so i
                                    reached at Shri Lakshmi venkatesh tvs at Padubidri
                                    as there was a lady advisor I can recollect her name so she asked the technician to attend me he checked my bike and said noise is coming from the engine head the tapet his making noise and ask me to change, I ask him if there is a major issue so I will do service right now if not I will leave because I don't want to open up my engine in the middle of my journey, as I can see they are not trained technician I believed.
                                    The technician informed me there be no problem and I can ride to Mumbai like this, I purchased a chain adjuster screw that fall off my bike from there.
                                    After taking advice from 2 major service centers I continued my journey to Mumbai, unfortunately, my engine shutdown somewhere in Honnavar at 3.30 pm here I asked support nearest 2 tvs service center were they denied to give as they don't service Apache 200 so I contacted to bhatkal service center they send 2 technician to help me out they confirmed my engine seize due to engine oil dry from inside as there was no oil leak out. I was shocked at this movement as to how could be possible engine dry ups oil where I used expensive Motul Oil this was completely demotivated for my future travel plans.
                                    This is completely demotivating for a rider who has covered almost all India on the same for which the service network is worst.
                                    So hereafter I coordinate with Preethesh from Mangalore and Rajaram Sir from Udupi SAI RADHA TVS they ask me to get the vehicle back to Udupi or Mangalore as it was same, here I asked for towing van where they answer they can't help they ask me to get the vehicle on any local truck to service center.
                                    after loading my vehicle at the truck and headed to Udupi TVS Service center. since they were already aware of my problem I ask Rajaram sir for an estimation date to resolve my problem where he told me he can't solve the problem by next mid-week which was 22 September as they had zero spare parts availability
                                    and he had pending engine work to complete in his service centre, I already mention him I have to be in Mumbai on Sunday 19 September at any cost as I have to resume my office but he denied which again disappointed me because I towed backed my vehicle on his words and I spent 6000 for towing back my vehicle and resulted in me zero services from TVS SERVICE CENTER.
                                    So I decided to not waste time with such TVS Good service advisor and I transport back my vehicle to Mumbai which another cost me 6000.
                                    Tvs service center had 3 days to solve my problem but they denied it,

                                    THE NEXT DAY TILL NOW THERE WAS NO SINGLE CALL FROM PREETESH FROM MANGALORE AND RAJARAM SIR FROM UDUPI SAI RADHA TVS MANGALORE. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH TVS SERVICE I BELIEVE.

                                    I mailed this today because I received the delivery today from VRL LOGISTIC
                                    and I am submitting my vehicle to TVS - INNOVATIVE MOTORS

                                    Please do the needful and solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                    If you are concerned about the customer experience & the safety of your product owner, I suggest increasing the availability of technicians & equipment at your service centers

                                      Hello Sir,

                                      I had bought my TVS Apache RTR 160 4V on 1st Sep 2021...In just below 500km my front Brake got worn out totally it causing irritating noise as well it was damaging my brake disc as well. So to clear this i went to tvs authorize service centre where the Supervisor guy told me that Brake pads Needs to be change and as he said I accepted to change that. He did changing of brake in minor service where he includes labour charges 200 Rs in my bill. But after that again my front disc started producing noise of friction then I went service centre again to rectify this issue and they are saying it's normal we can't do anything for this at that time I was seriously frustrated that they have no solution on this and they are not helping me at all kindly look into this as the noise is stopping whenever I am riding my bike.

                                        I am Rohan from nagpur. My apache 200 4v having problems in engine then they open entire engine and fit and change 3 parts in the engine after that in some days. I have problem of white smoke coming out to silencer.. Then they again open entire engine and again charge.1st when they open they charge 8500 then due to not fitting engine properly my bikes piston get damaged because of the mechanic who work in my bike previous time then now they told me to change whole piston.So this is not my fault.They not fit engine properly that's why my piston get damaged.
