I got my ntorq serviced around 10 days ago. But still if it sits idle for a day or two it doesn't self start and i have to use pedals and i have to kick the pedal at least 10-20 time to start. But now it isn't starting at all after just 10 days of servicing

I'm from tadepalligudem. I have purchased tvs Jupiter on October 25th 2020 at Sri gokul tvs, tadepalligudem.i have finished two unpaid services successfully, one in November another in January and for the third unpaid service we have contacted the service centre and they had said that "due to covid there is no service available, we will intimate when ever possible "and they have never intimated rather the new employee responded rude and arrogant when I visited the service centre yesterday. I insist you to take serious action on this

Hi Team,
I'm a NTORQ user bought in October 2020. It's my fourth services today and I'm highly unsatisfied by your AHINSA TVS OKHLA, Delhi.
I've approached this service Center for all my services and on time but the staff/workers here are highly unprofessional in nature. They don't know how to deal with the customer to clear their doubts and complaints. They are unprofessional in such a way that all of them including Mr. Alok the advisor of the team, all are chewing gutkhas and spitting here and there in front of the customers which is highly unhygienic and unhealthy.
I don't know why TVS is allowing such kind of mischievous acts. There is no compliance of any kind of basics that should be followed by the industry.
It's my last service from this service centre and i would recommend each and every customer that pls complain about the harassment you are facing by this service centre and i would recommend TVS to take strict actions against them and enhance the customer's satisfaction and faith in our Indian companies.

I have purchased bike 3 month back. The bike has starting issue. Matter reported to Mishra TVS Varanasi 10 days back. Bike taken to the agency on same day and apprised that problem of fuel pump will be rectified within one week. However no response received till date. Please do the needful for expeditious action.

Ok then after 3 month my bike create a very sharp sound when I turn bike right hand said during riding.. And also water is found inside the bike indicators ... Recently I had my tvs motorcycle engine broke out and I took it to Tvs workshop in Tura west garo hills. They said that they had replaced all engine parts but after one hour within reaching home my engine broke out again, there was no engine gasket which they charged me in bills. So I found out that my engine parts were repaired and given to me not replaced, but I had already paid for reolaced parts. Therefore this is a serious fraud case and I want my engine to be replaced or else return my money. Therefore I complain against this to raise the issue of fraud charging against customers in future. Thank you

With due honour and humble pray. I would like to drawn your kind attention regarding a defective TVS Jupiter ZX Purple Scotty that was purchased by me.

That your company has a very good reputation in the two wheeler section and the same had inspired me to purchase the Scotty but I was totally wrong regarding your company.

That on 16/7/2021. I had purchased a TVS Jupiter ZX bearing Engine No:-DG5NL3508596, Frame No:-MD626CG56L3N50714, Key No:-0099 every thing was going well.

But on 7/9/2021 morning I was shocked when my TVS Jupiter ZX was unable to start neither through the self start or through the Scotty Kick Start as a result on 22/8/2021.I took my Scotty to the Dealer namely M/S JAGRITEE MOTORS, Main Road Naharkatia, Dibrugarh, Assam from whom I had purchased the Scotty.

But the dealer was unable to rectify my problem as a result they kept my scotty and started to delay for rectifying my Scotty problem.

As I am working girl and the Scotty is very much essential for my daily use and for the same I had to make calls to M/S JAGRITEE MOTORS to make enquiry about the status.

But the person receiving the Mobile No:-[protected] given to me for making enquiry is very unfriendly and rude. Whenever I make enquiry in the above mentioned mobile number the call receiver starts scolding me with heated words as if they have given me the Scotty free and I am begging to receive back my scotty.

From 22/8/2021 till today it is around 22 days they have not rectified and given back me the Scotty and even my warranty of scotty is going on without my daily use.

Hence I would like to request you to kindly take back the defective TVS Jupiter ZX Purple and provide me a new Scotty and also to take action against the dealer etc for giving me mentally disturbance.

Respected sir,

i bought a tvs ntorq 125 bs6 model scooter, it has been for a 5 month. but unfortunately the headlight was damaged.The headlights of the scooter is covered with mist. so the headlight illumination is not very well. it is a manufacturing defect.(The photograph is all below)

I had put a complaint one before this.After that there was a lot of bad behavior from the service center.This is a new vehicle and with each passing day the complaint in the vehicle is increasing. I don't know it is a Fully defected vehicle. so that I need a full check up and fid out what are the problems.

Dear Sir,
I bought a new TVS Apache on 10th of January 2021, the next day I met with an accident and there was some issue with the gearbox for which I went to the local service station i.e Aprajita Services Raigarh. They charged me with 4000 INR for which they gave me a bill of 3400 and the rest 600 no bill was provided (bill copy in attachment) they handovered me bike after 3 and replace left rider which costed 606 INR but my problem wasn't resolved, and the service manager said to change the whole gearbox as it got ruptured while servicing but asked me to pay for it as it falls under my purview and service centre doesn't owns any responsibility for the damage done while servicing.

I have done my servicing for my tvs jupiter scotty at ( TVS Jaishwal wheels rajarhat kolkata 700135) and they have not given the gst bill they have given only manual bill for servicing and all the parts I have purchased and charged double the actual amount.

My Apache RTR 200 4V Race edition model (Reg. No: TN 58 BB 1199) bike's speedometer display suddenly stopped working. I took my bike to nearby authorised TVS service center SOWDESWARI MOTORS, Seelanaickenpatti, Salem, Tamilnadu. They thoroughly examined my bike and said that my bike speedometer has to be replaced. I told them that my bike is under 5 years warranty provided by TVS motors during purchase. And warranty period is still available...

I have bought a TVS scooty in July, 2020 at Vijay TVS show room at Annamalai Nagar, Cuddalore district, TN.
Since purchase two problems still persists.
1. Struggling to move initially. Not the first start of the day, but all through the day.
2. While on the move or speed brakes, engine suddenly stops for a second.
This causes sudden loss of balance.

For these two issues, I visited the show room for more than eight times. But, the issue remains. I lost confidence on them. Hence I make this complaint.
