      Subject: Complain about a defective head light charger of my TVS Jupiter

      Dear,

      This letter is to complain about a defective head light charger of my TVS Jupiter which I purchased on Nov. 13, 2020 manufactured date: Sep. 2020. Details:
      Regn No: MH47 AV 9396,
      Chasis No. MD626CG58L1K23436.
      Engine No: CG5KL1512956.
      Model: TVS Jupiter.

      It’s Just 7-8 months the parts is defective I got the scooter services, I tried to claim from My Insurance Company. But he straight away said that it manufacturing defect which is not claimed from Insurance I need to contact the manufacturer. I am requesting that you replace the part with a new one would be disappointed if it didn’t work properly.

        I had given my vehicle TVS ntorq PY 05 F 1402 @ Raj Vijay TVS, Karuvadikuppam, Puducherry...on 25/08/21 for repair works which comes under insurance claim...i was told the spares has been ordered and within a week the vehicle will be delivered...but even today (9.9.21) the dealer is saying the spares are not received and it will take another week...i am really not satisfied with this and request you take up the matter with the service centre immediately

              I have visited your service center dt 28/08/2021 at Jaunpur-Varanasi high way at RAJ TVS Varanasi UP for some repair work in front Shocker for my vehicle no MP66 S 0124,
              During visit, I have clear all the fault in shocker + to improve the mileage but after repair work, it has been noted that work could not be done properly & fault remain .
              Then I have made complain on next day i.e.29/08/2021 to your representative Ms Sandhya & visited to your service center again on 05/09/21 but it is deep regret to say that after so my request, your shift Incharge including Technician was arguing without meaning result,
              After that I have returned without any fruitful work.
              From the above. It may please be noted that it reflect the image of TVS & request to passout order to complete the work without any further charge.

                  Dear TVS Team,

                  It is really disappointing to see newly purchased TVS Ntorq scooter got broke down twice in just 6 months from the date of purchase. I also do regular service at service center. But my scooter both time it broke down, doesnt even start. Service center denies for Pickup service. On first breakdown service center gave some vague reason but real prob is not solved.
                  Same issue occured again in this week and no service center is ready to pickup. Even if i send my vehicle through towing service, they just temporary fix my scooter which again gets same issue in less than 2 months.
                  There is some major electronic fault or battery issue but I am really frustrated to get my vehicle again and again to service center and same issue keeps on occuring and lot of my time gets wasted. My Vehicle has not even crossed 800 KM mark.

                  Kindly help in getting my scooter fixed for the root cause as this is really bad customer experience.

                      My self purchase a TVS Victor on the year March, 2017 & till now it's on five years warranty, in the meantime my bikes nutral indicator is not glow, so visit to my nearest TVS SERVICE CENTER (ALLIED TVS) & after proper inspection by the service engineer the service supervisor informed me that your bikes digital speedometer is out of order, & it needs replacement, I told him my bike is on warranty so please replace the same under warranty, but the service supervisor imformed me you can't avail the warranty, so I asked him what's the reason, and he inform me that your paid servicing is discontinued on 29th March 2021.so you can't avail the benifits.

                          I had purchased I qube last month 9/08/2021 which I think one of the worst investment I have ever done by trusting TVS brand and purchasing their bike just in a day throttle sensor issue started and after a Motor Hall sensor has gone and people from thier dealership are so pathetic they took my bike and told in 3 days the new motor will come and we will install and give it to you and till 1 week I waited there...

A police complaint has been registered in Tilak Nagar Police Station for physical assaulting a lady in last month.                                     My vehicle [ TVS NTORQ SUPER SQUAD EDITION ]body part has a scratch issue at the time of delivery. I was immediately reported the issue at the service center. Then the service agent was tolded me, the issue of the piece replaced only in the first service of my vehicle.But in the first service agent was not willing to solve my issue, because they telling it has no sticker [ Smart Connect ] at the place.                                       Hi my name is deepak pokhriyal, i have apache Rtr 2004v, i purschae this bike from OM MOTORS, 260 DEHRADOON RAOD, RISHIKESH [U.K] in oct 2019. after my 2nd free sevice iam not happy with the bike service provided by authorised dealer. i personally feel the bike is not running well. how may times i had told them that iam facing problem with my bike like
                                      1. Gear sensor is not runningn well
                                      2. Abs is not in good condition, after 2nd service the bike is slipping
                                      maximum on noraml day's road.
                                      3. the handle is vibrating too much at noraml 65 kmph speed.
                                      4. chain lubricant, and engine oil, what your authorised dealer is
                                      providing is of a bad qualtiy i must say .
                                      5. and from the day first your authorised dealer did not provide any basic
                                      fist aid kit. etc.
                                      but they always says dont worry we will fix it, but again and agian after service the bike is facing same problem. i dont know that, what kind of service u are providing to your coustmer . but i belive that TVS is well known company and reutative ferm. so please rectify that problem what iam facing .
