With reference to the above matter, today morning I have called Prakruthi Tvs service centre, bellary road, Ganga Nagar, Bangalore with a concern that my vehicle TVS JUPITER KA04JX9453 is not starting properly with auto start button and registered for pick and drop service only for checkup and repair of the particular issue as I have already availed service of my vehicle last month, even after clearly mentioning not to service my vehicle as it is already done this service centre has again repeatedly done servicing of my vehicle (worth Rs. 590/-) without informing me and also changed oil without my permission and levied all the unwanted charge for the services which was not required at present. Now if I talk about repair of my vehicle, well that was not done as they wanted to change the battery which I denied and asked them to drop my vehicle back immediately so apart from resolving the issue they have done everything in the vehicle for making a good bill amount.
Kindly look into the matter immediately as this kind of service is not acceptable at all, starting from the person who took my call for issue and then even after clarification they applied so many useless charges wasted my money and time as well. This not only hampers your reputation but also your own customers will loose trust in brand. So, please take necessary action and also ask this department to improve for better customer services.

    Hi,

    My father bought a TVS Jupiter Basic model and it was delivered on 30 August 2021. The actual vehicle cost(not including tax and registration fees) as per invoice is Rs. 72946. But they charged Rs.1000 extra. They offered us one mat, vehicle cover and petrol gor ₹500 . But they charged ₹1000 extra for the same.

      Hello,
      I have purchase TVS Jupiter ZX BS6 on November 2019, yet I don't face any issue regarding Riding, performance,
      But on 30th Aug suddenly my Throttle cable got damage(Break) in the middle of the Road,
      I have to take bike to local mechanic as it is near by,
      When he checked the cable found damage and i went to buy a new Throttle cable but unfortunately i haven't got on any shop,
      And surprisingly the show room also don't have any spares available, and when i call the customer support they tell me it is available to 60km and not in your area,

      Is this the TVS company doing with the customer

        Dear Sirs/Madam,

        I purchased a new TVS Jupiter Scooter on 14 August 2020 from dealer Divi TVS, Puthenchantha, Varkala, Kerala, Engine no. CG5FL1010827, Chassis No. MD626CG57L1F15453, Scooter No. KL810140, with one time full payment.

        It is regret to inform you that it’s a disgraceful scooter which I have ever bought in my life and it is seem like a fault since my husband advised me to choose other better company rather than TVS. My nationalism was with TVS Company and previous experience with TVS scooter performance was outstanding. Please note that the first month onwards the performance of this TVS Jupiter Scooter is very unfortunate like not start automatically, pedal start not working, getting stopped on the middle of road and take a long time to restart.

        On several times, I revealed/reported to the service centre “Divi TVS” the difficulties which I was facing and given to the services. Unfortunately they didn’t detect any problems and most of times returned the same day as it is, informed that problem has been rectified. Again I started to use, the same problems still existing. On 12th August 2021, I given the scooter for the same service centre and visited the service centre three or four times apart of regular follow up through phone calls, explained all the snags which I was facing. Finally they informed me that the injector of scooter has to change, which they already ordered. After the change of injector they identified another issues one by one. As you aware that almost one month my scooter is there in the service centre for this rectification. Without my scooter I am facing lot of worries to my day today life particularly faced during Onam festival time.

        Consequently, as a well-known/ reputed company called TVS Motor Company Ltd, kindly request to replacement of the said scooter or same scooter with proper maintenance assuring the guarantee these issues never happened. Also, required to pay the compensation for this huge delay, time elapse, financial burden caused. A prompt action will avoid unnecessary leads this case to Consumer Court and other legal formalities.

            Hi my is Ritu moni konwar ... Actually I purchased NTORQ 125 new edition 2020 ... My EMI is very clear to every month ...no was pending my EMI but til now August 2021 EMI was pending for covid 19 setuation ...TVs credit boy is everyday calling me and very bad behaviour, I asked him some days wait but he can't be understood and again and again bad behaviour to me... TVS credit services is very bad just August 2021 month EMI pending but he is very bad language to used me... I really hate this service at all...

                  Purchased a new TVS Jupiter Scooter on 9 November 2015 from Devesh Motor Co., Near Sophia School, Ajmer. Engine no.: BG4LF2089049, FRM: MD626BG41F3N80614. Well maintained it, carefully driven, regularly serviced by experienced technicians at standard service points. No information / no message / no call from any TVS Service Centre for years.
                  My daughter regularly drive it, atleast 4 km per day or may be 20 km. in a day; at the time...

                  I had purchase a TVs scooty jupitor since Nov.20, during covide it has not used.Previous 20 days before I drive it, frequently it wa stopped any where on the road.I have stand my scooty at Aditya Narayan center at Lanka varanasi.They told me that it's fuel pump has fault.Previous 8 days, my TVs scooty is stand at service center.I thinks TVs scooty is worst product s far.

                      We bought a TVS Xl-100 in 3 years before. Now a problem in bike. (Suddenly off in running). We go to Moolakadai TVS Service center. The service center Manager adviced to service vehicle in private and there is take 3 weeks to service my vehicle. (It's an minor problem, but he told, no parts in service center).

                      கடந்த 3 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் TVS XL-100 வண்டி வாங்கினோம். தற்போது வண்டி ஓடிக்கொண்டு இருக்கும் போதே நின்று விடுகிறது. இதனை சரி செய்ய மூலக்கடையில் உள்ள சர்வீஸ் சென்டருக்கு சென்றோம். அங்குள்ள மேனேஜர், "வண்டிக்கான பார்ட்ஸ் இங்கு இல்லை. வண்டியினை இங்கு விட்டால் 3 வாரங்கள் ஆகும். நீங்கள் வெளியே கொடுத்து சரி செய்து கொள்ளுங்கள்" என சொன்னார். நாங்கள் பரவாயில்லை என சொல்லியும், எங்கள் வண்டியினை வெளியே கொடுக்க சொல்லி வற்புறுத்தினார். இது போன்ற வாடிக்கையாளர்களை அலைகழிக்கும் செயலை மாற்ற வேண்டும்.

                        My new TVS Jupiter zx BS6 sometimes not starts when I reached at TVS PIPRALI SIKAR service center in Rajasthan from where I purchased this scooty then I realised Worst service facilities available at TVS piprali centre Sikar (Rajasthan) they are not cooperating with customers and denied for service. Behaviour of service center owner is also rude & using of abusive nd unparliamentary words by them.
                        Totally disappointed and feeling very bad with TVS motors.
                        Please take necessary action so we can trust on TVS motors.

                              I bought the captioned Scooter on 14th April 21 from dealer "Vighnaharta auto world" Malad East (attached invoice copy) Bike number MH 04 KV 1827.

                              I would like to inform you that it's pathetic Scooter which I have ever bought in my life..it's seem I did biggest mistake of my life.Afert a month of purchase the scooter started giving problem like Not start, getting stpped on middle of the road and takes long time to start.

                              On 28th July21 I gave bike for service at service centre "Autorace Automotive Llp" Goregaon and told them the problem which I was facing, same day they returned Scooter and told me that problem has been solved. After 3days again same problem started then again. I went to same service centre again they took Scooter for servicing and returned on same day. Again after week same problem started its not possible for me to go Goregaon Service center every time because it's far away & Scooter not in a condition to take till Goregaon

                              On 2nd Aug 21 I visited service centre in Miraroad "MATRIX MOTOR" told them all the problem and difficulty face by me and there was no solution In last two services at Goregaon.They took my scooter and returned on next day and confirmed that issue is resolved. Same problem again started after 3-4 days and on 10th August again I went to Miraroad MATRIX MOTOR center, they again took my vehicle and gave me back on 14th August stating that everything is ok but for your information scooter stopped on same day 14th August on middle of the road, who will be responsible if anything would have happen to me in high way.

                              In last 3 months I have visited 5time to service centre but noone able to resolve the issue and noone give proper reply.

                              Seems there is some issue with bike, I have purchased this scooter by small -small savings in span in 1years.

                              Prior to this I was having Activa..which I have used for 8years without any problems and in this new bike problem started In just months.

                              I want replacement for the captioned Scooter, treat this as warning if I will not get replacement I will go to Consumer court and escalate matter in Media.

                                  I purchased the bike 9 months ago at first the bike performance is good but yesterday I was riding my bike towards my company which is at muppireddypally medchal Hyderabad.
                                  There is little bit raining I was driven through it and all of a sudden the speedometer disply was went off.. pass light, horn, indicators all went off display is in off so I was little bit afraid of the bike because of its performance in rainy conditions . I was thinking that I have spent 1.3 lak ruppes with this bike but when it comes to rain totally wasted the Problems are high customer service is very bad I was ready to spend money but there are no spare parts in TV's service centers they have only engine oil and oil filter that's all they got. I was really upset with this bike . Earlier I have used hero motors glamour and also bajaj pulsar when compared with this apache those bikes are fentastic. actually I have purchased this apache only for long drives because it has a oil cooled engine but it's not worth it.
                                  I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE BIKE TO ANYONE

                                    There was some sound was coming from the rear break, so when I went for my 2nd service, I've asked him to check. but the service man refuse to check, he said no need to check there is no problem. But after some days the sound got increased, and when I check the disk caliper, it was loose. So the next day I bought my bike to the showroom/service center. Then he is saying that we have replace the entire disk and caliper.
                                    The bike has ride for around 1000 km and we have to replace the entire rear brake system. And if he could have checked the issue during the 2nd service. It would have been a minor issue.
                                    Now they are asking me to pay lot of money to repair.

                                      I am taking rigorous following up & visited service centre atleast 20 times since I had purchased "TVS Jupiter" & except verbally assurance nothing is happening.
                                      I had purchased TVS JUPITER 2X on Dated 06-Mar-2021 & since that day just after running 5 KM my vehicle is automatically stopped.
                                      I had discussed & went to service centre atleast 20 times & accept assurance that it will not happen again nothing is happening. Pls find enclosed Registration copy for the same.
                                      Looking forward to your support to sort the issue.
