I bought the captioned Scooter on 14th April 21 from dealer "Vighnaharta auto world" Malad East (attached invoice copy) Bike number MH 04 KV 1827.
I would like to inform you that it's pathetic Scooter which I have ever bought in my life..it's seem I did biggest mistake of my life.Afert a month of purchase the scooter started giving problem like Not start, getting stpped on middle of the road and takes long time to start.
On 28th July21 I gave bike for service at service centre "Autorace Automotive Llp" Goregaon and told them the problem which I was facing, same day they returned Scooter and told me that problem has been solved. After 3days again same problem started then again. I went to same service centre again they took Scooter for servicing and returned on same day. Again after week same problem started its not possible for me to go Goregaon Service center every time because it's far away & Scooter not in a condition to take till Goregaon
On 2nd Aug 21 I visited service centre in Miraroad "MATRIX MOTOR" told them all the problem and difficulty face by me and there was no solution In last two services at Goregaon.They took my scooter and returned on next day and confirmed that issue is resolved. Same problem again started after 3-4 days and on 10th August again I went to Miraroad MATRIX MOTOR center, they again took my vehicle and gave me back on 14th August stating that everything is ok but for your information scooter stopped on same day 14th August on middle of the road, who will be responsible if anything would have happen to me in high way.
In last 3 months I have visited 5time to service centre but noone able to resolve the issue and noone give proper reply.
Seems there is some issue with bike, I have purchased this scooter by small -small savings in span in 1years.
Prior to this I was having Activa..which I have used for 8years without any problems and in this new bike problem started In just months.
I want replacement for the captioned Scooter, treat this as warning if I will not get replacement I will go to Consumer court and escalate matter in Media.
