Greetings !!!
i am abdul gaffur from pondicherry south india..today i have got a very bad experience of service cheating by Raj vijay muthial pet TVS, pondy.

i have given my sooty scooter service yesterday and the service person inspected very thoroughly and he given detailed price for each and every spares and it came around roughly Rs.3000 ..then i agreed to pay the service and spares as per their quotation ..now today i have gone to take back my scooter i found they have broken the front side of scooter shield and they just like that delivered me in a broken condition.i have informed about this incident to service manager and the mechanic and they said they have broken the shield while the opening the frame..
but they said they cant replace the broken one...they simply pasted and given back to me .. its very annoying and given me mental pressure that for giving service to the authorized service center they are behaving like that..they are very rudely argued including manager and staffs.i have paid the bill volume and i have left the place taking delivery of my scooter with a broken condition..i need a apology from them for their behavior and i want them to replace the my broken shield ..so that in feature they wont do it to other persons.i have asked for cctv footage to check it that also they refused to give.

My vehicle TVS Jupiter (DL8SCH6127) got serviced at TVS Rajpoot Workshop, Jahangir Puri, Delhi on 09th October, 2021. A total of Rs.1240/- has been charged towards service and change of oil etc. On the way back, after travelling about 5 kms., there was some issue with starting but somehow I reached back home. Later in the evening, when I tried to start the scooty, it didn’t start at all. I was left with no other option but to take it to a scooter mechanic in my locality. After a diagnosis, he was surprised to know that the vehicle has been serviced just now as the spark plug is very weak and it should have been changed at the time of service only. This raised some suspicion to my mind and I asked him to check the air filter and oil etc. My doubts were turned out to be true. The tube connected to filter was not in place and there was some dust inside filter suggesting that either it was not cleaned or at least not cleaned properly. When the mechanic opened the knob to check engine oil, oil started oozing out and level indicator was suggesting that it is much more than the required quantity. About 100 ml oil was taken out, which according to the mechanic was extra. When I had taken up the issue with the Workshop, concerned person who booked the vehicle for service and the mechanic who serviced straightforwardly refused that nothing of that sort is possible at their end. Their only insistence was that I should have come to the workshop, but don’t know ‘how’ when vehicle is not in a running condition.

This episode is a clear indication of a callous attitude of the concerned workers at Rajpoot’s Workshop towards their work and their expertise in shirking away responsibility/in not accepting that some mistake could have been made by them. It has come to my notice that a large number of complaints have been lodged by customers against M/s TVS Rajpoot. Such bad experiences of customers are certainly tend to bring a bad name to the company and have the potential to hamper the image of TVS, in general.

I hope that the issue at hand may be taken up appropriately by TVS and M/s Rajpoot Motors, Delhi.

I had service d my vehicle tvs xl 100 registration no UP 53 DM4605 at Prabha tvs nausar gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh the did engine work of my vechicle on 21/06/2021 at the amount of rs 8500 but again I had complain within 500 km they again repaired vechicle but it was not repaired properly they told me come in next service it will be done and now they are saying to repair the engine again and I have to pay rs 10000 why should I pay the money for the same problem in 3 months only

Issue is that I have done service from Naraina Industrial Area Service Center (New Delhi) and the big problem is the clutch makes a bad noise, so many times the scooty goes for servicing but the mechanic doesn't solve my problem. So I am facing lots of issues.
The service manager they where is not good. This always delayed this problem.
In this service station, mechanics are not professional for work.
Tvs should check the reality, the customers facing problems.

I have some problems facing our showroom service.MR Arun Kharat Sales Executive no proper commitment provided (Service as well as accessories). Very pathetic service provided by our showroom partner.
So please check some details and revert soon before 24 hours.

Today I visited to the workshop of Sunil TVS Basti (U.P.) for the service of my Scooty Pep+ at 09.44 AM. Job card was created at that time. There was some other problems like brake cable change, brake shoe change and mileage check. I waited till 12.45 PM to start the service of my Scooty. When mechanic became free I requested him to do service and resolve all problems of my scooty . He talked me very rudely and told to me that come tomorrow, I can not resolve these problems today. He refused to do service today. After that I complain to manager about his behavior. But manager also supported him and told me to come tomorrow. I told him when I had informed you regarding all the problems of my scooty in the morning at the time of job card creation why you don't tell me that you will not resolve my problems today. Now after 3 hours you are telling me that I should come tomorrow.
After that I purchased brake cable, brake shoe and other parts required for service and went to market to a mechanic. He resolved all my problems within 2 hours but mechanic of TVS workshop refused to do service of my scooty by today. While it takes hardly 2 hours to do complete service.

I request you to do needful and lodge my complaint against the workshop of Sunil Agencies (TVS) Basti Uttar Pradesh.

I am to intimate that the Modern TVS Service Centre Puri has not properly free services of my bike i.e. model of TVS Apache 160 4V vide Regn No-OD13P4652 stands in the name of Bikas Patra and Mob-[protected].

I am Jagan. I bought TVS Jupiter ZX in the month of April 2021 at Kothari TVS Pammal, Chennai. After few days the bike suddenly off in slow run and self start issue. And i compliant about in my first service but no improvement. After some time i am facing self start not working and bike suddenly off in slow run. I gave my bike for 2nd service and complain about the issue(21/09/2021 1st visit). The service people told it seems battery failure and ride for 2 days and come back if you are facing issue. But the problem continue and again visit service centre and they ask me get appointment and come(24/09/2021 2nd visit). And i got appointment and went to Service center in the evening and they told it take more time so another day(29/09/2021 3rd Visit). Finally they remove the failure battery(4th Visit-3/10/2021)) and ask me to come another day after they informed to replace the new battery. Every visit the customer care call me but not listen my issue instead of they ask only rating. Almost 7 days still i am not received any information about battery replacement and unable to use self start almost more than a month. I questioned service centre about the new bike within 4 month how battery failure?. The reply from Service centre shocked me they are very casual and replied this very common issue we will replace the battery. Now I have doubt about the genuine of the parts in my bike. There are also safety issue if any brake or other parts have the same issue. I almost visited 4 days and take 2 days leave in my company also. Who will bare the lost of my income, lost of my time. It is very pathetic and think why i bought TVS instead of other providers there. Please help me resolve my issue and i requested company to please more focus on part quality and save the rider life.

Today 9-OCT-2021 on 9:35AM me and father was going to college a auto driver wreckless Driving turned left from far right without using any hand signal or indicators and he hit the bike Started using bad words at us. his auto registration is KA14-B-2447 he doesn't have valid insurance anything it's expired on 2-JUL-2021.

Hi Team,

This is to update you that I am facing issue with my bike that's was engine sound and this issues is arise 4 time in just 4 years of ownership and last time they have changed the head of engine now again the issues arise.

Can you please check why these problems are coming again and again. Moreover also confirm that are engine are compatible so I need face these issues in coming years also.

Request you kindly take it up and resolve this issue.

Sarur motors goa..Bike given for 1st service take 2 days to deliever to the customer.not given on time..have to wait for hours.part not replaced properly under insuarance not checkd.very veey poor service ..would rate less than zero.no proper communication

My name is Deepak Singh I bought Tvs Star City Motorcycle on 24th June 2021. In which there was a rattling sound in the engine from the very beginning, which I had told during the first service on TVS showroom. Which didn't go well After the second service, oil started leaking from the head block of the engine, about which I went to the showroom and informed the manager on[protected], then the manager asked to come after two days. Just got second service from Motorcycl and I am dissatisfied with the block leaking. Today, on[protected], when asked about getting Motorcycl's third service and oil coming from the block, he asked me to come again tomorrow. I would like to inform about this to sir that I am a government employee of the health department and at present it is impossible for me to take leave frequently due to excessive reporting. Therefore, I request you sir to take the trouble of taking my problem on priority.

Two month ago I purchase TVS scooty from the Shelar TVS (SINHAGAD ROAD, PUNE) and only after 10-15 days it started giving problems. My vehicle stops all of a sudden every single day. Scooty have engine Mil on while riding riding mode not working properly

Mene tvs motors company main jobe ke liye apply kiya tha uske liye mene First payment 1650 ki thi hr solution name ke account pr. uske Baad mujhe 5000 payment karna ko bola mene vo bhi ki uske Baad company parcel ke liye security payment 8900 pay kiye the. Jb percel delivery karne ki payment bhi li 7000 to mene ye payment nhi di. Uske Baad mene apna job letter cancel karwa diya. Fer mene apne money refund ke liye bola to fr unhone conclusion price 2500 manga money refund karne ke liye mene vo bhi pay kr diya. Per meri money mujhe abhi tak wapis nhi mile hai. I want my money back.
