Dear Sir,
I am Krshna Nand Panday, my Bike No. is UP56AE8583, Apache 160 4V, in 2019, There was a accidient with my Bike in Gurgaon and i submitted to Simaran TVS service center Sec-10A Gurgaon and without my knowledge insurance company and service center claim without my initial or sowing bill
part of bike and service like kick replacement not done but i think claim in bill so request you to to need full,

Could you please advice the best service center in vellore I'm very disappointed for balamurugan tvs Ranipet and siddhi tvs gudiyatham, They nvr resolved my problems after the so many service I'm still facing the same problems they never response proper reply to me I wasted my money for both service center, worst technician and service manager ever...

There is no proper response from technicians and service managers, if any problems comes in bike mechanics don't resolved that they just clean the bike and submit, they asked ratings only they don't resolve the bike problems, and I'm very upset from balamurugan tvs Ranipet, lot of times I'm telling the fault still not resolved, disappointed for tvs service centers...

I got a call from the service executive to leave my vehicle (TVS - Jupiter) for service since it is due. Also they offer me RS 999/- package (It covers engine oil, Washing, Sanitizing & Clutch Lubrication). I agreed with her and went to the service center (Chamrajpet Branch).
While handing over the vehicle, the service manager gave me an estimate of 1400/- (Extra 400 because of Brake shoe replacement). Agreed and handed over the vehicle...

Dear tvs team this is Manjunatha from Hassan my apache 200 bike getting pickup problem I have given more than 3time in your service center and they have charged more then ten thousand still I'm getting same problem, last time they keep my bike more than 15days I don't know what they have done, pls solve my problem otherwise change bike engine, it's 3 year's old bike it's run only 18 thousand km only, but from last 8th months I'm facing same problem every month I am giving the bike in your Jayanagar Bangalore service center it's looking same and it's running same it's not reaching 110 in full throttle
I'm attaching my R C please find the RC and salve the problem really I never expected this kind of service with TV'S indian company I believe this time my problem will solve.

I have visited karaparyag TVs service center on aug 2nd and they take 14 days to change the self motor parts, also they don't care bike, as it's rainy season and they don't cover it, so when they fix the issue there after I filled 500rs petrol 5leter . Now bike having problems when we started, then second day I have file complaint and found the issue, petrol take have water, it's not my fault, as it's services center problem as they don't care bike on center .
I have charged 10000 for bike repair parts now they asking to fill the new petrol as I have wasted my 500 petrol 😭

I had bought a new TVS Jupiter last month & when I took it from showroom the rear wheel had no air, so they filled air, after that twice the rear wheel had pumpture, pls help.

I bought my TVS Jupiter in march, 2021 from tvs showroom puppalguda, manikond, Hyderabad. Since very 3rd day i was facing problem of knocking for which i had complained . But after even getting the 1st service done the complain was told to service manager the issue was not resolved and another issue occured .So was informed in second service but issue not resolved till today.

Ordered safety rod along with byke. Its bern 4 months not yet given

The vehicle which we bought is not in good condition
while driving speedometer is not working.

we have complained many times to showroom but we did not get any reply.

we did not get receipt till now.

when we went to show room they asked to give the vehicle for service that time they will repair and give.

we gave on 16.08.2021 till now we did not receive the vehicle. when we called they told it is major fault it will take time.

they have separated all the parts and repairing it when we visited the showroom.

why default vehicle must be given to customer.

we have complained the next day we receive the vehicle.

very frustrated with the people working there and no response from them.

they have delivered a fault vehicle to us. starting itself this much trouble.

will you buy a default thing. we are really irritated by their response.

please solve this issue or else please tell the next escalation level.

we dont need that default vehicle again.

The tvs showroom and service center have manjhanpur kaushambi, here is service center person and maneger is not have good behaviar two gaues abousing costmers, i am purchage tvs apache 160 b6 bt here is not provide good service my seat cover painding, he said i give u seat cover aftersome time bt 3 month finished not give m seat cover, i will go service center then service maneger telling give me 500 rupees other wise u go, 2 peaple service centere stop abousing.

Mohan tvs dealer dibrugar is giving a very poor quality service to their customers during servicing. I reigster my ntorq scooty for 4th servicing today at 8.30 am but the service mechanic was doing intentionally lazy while servicing of my scooty. I was observing him that he was rooming here and there and talking to others and not doing his job properly ... till now at 12.35 pm he stand my scooty at the ramp and doing nothing... I am very disappointed to the service of Mohan tvs dibrugarh..

vehicle purchased in the month of Oct'2020. it had starting problem earlier once (in the month of April), took it to service center they resolved it.

again yesterday it had similar issue of not starting. this has happened for second time within a purchase of 1 year.

I had purchased a Jupiter zx and its now time for its first service and there is no service center nearby. I have tried calling Rana Motors which is 22 km away from my place and they said they are not dealing with Tvs. This means the service centers are not updated by you people, you have given me all wrong name of those centees which are not working at all. My location is Bathinda and no nearby service centers are there. Please open up more service centers if you want people to buy your products. Paying 90000 and having no services after that is really disappoiting. Now I have to go to a local shop for servicing.

I came to service center give my ntorq 125 to service my scooter but I find out it will open late. Here no proper timing to open. Please take action. Veer tvs gulbarga

My self Adarsha I am having TVS scooty since 15 Years on 31st July 2021 we gave scooty for service in your Authorized service centre Aarya Motors Shimoga Karnataka state
But till date they are not serviced our vehicle and whenever we call service centre they said spare not available they are having these type of carelessness

Tell me one thing TVS is not having spares with their own vehicle its very pathetic or how much time required to supply spares to your Authorized service centre or how many month we have to wait to get our vehicle to be delivered

We are having only single vehicle with us and we are having dependency on that vehicle still your service centre guys not understand customer concern just giving statement spare not received this kind of response is not acceptable

Kindly Coordinate with your service centre
And make arrangements for spare to service vehicle if you really done this favour for me I am happy with TVS

Using APACHE RTR 160 4V PURCHASED in Dec 2018.
Continuously for the 4th time, same problem of front brake creating noise while breaking is not resolved and also front brake cover where it is attached to the handle is missing making break joint vulnerable to water.
Also mirror cover where it is attached to the handle is changed with old one.
Such fraudster servicing it was.
