The temp has not yet given the name of the agency SURABHI TVS is That purchase BIKE (APACHE200) was made on June 20, cash payment on June 22 and billing was done on June 30, till now the temporary no has not been received.agency of Ambala Cant I had bought a bike from Haryana and had to register it in the states of Himachal Pradesh. rto fine whos pay agency has delay to given a temperoy number have to pay fine of rto ( very bad services 38 days total complete to purchase bike but not given tempory number)

Please help me

      Hello sir/mam
      I have purchased apache RTR 160 2w. during my last byke service, my byke not working properly because service not proper by your Engineer.
      Engineer not well trained. problem in my bike are same like break not working, bike engine stop during ride, chain set not working. But same of all part charged me by service center during service.

          I am Hemender kumar I have purchased a tvs appache rtr 160 on June 13th 2021 from OmTvs A-5, Molarband Extn. Jaitpur Road, Badarpur, and my bike fuel tank heating issue from 1st day of purchased my bike then I have noted a complaint against it when my bike 1st service in om tvs service center and then I received my bike after service your service technician told me it's complaint was resolved but same day again fuel tank heating issue then next day I was again visited om tvs service center I don't know what the service technician checked and he handover me my bike and again same problem after 2nd visit then I logged a complaint customer care no and got a complaint no[protected] and that time I was received a call from om tvs service center and Called by Mr. Sunil Rawat He told me please visit our service center and we will resolve your complaint then I visited again that time service technician replace my heating sensor and He told me now resolve your complaint but when I was reach at home from service center I am facing same issue. And I was reopen my complaint from customer care no. and again received a call from Mr. Sunil Rawat this time Service technician pick and drop my bike from my home and after dropped my I m facing same problem again I logged a complaint with the complaint no TVS_Gr_[protected] and again I visited om tvs service center I hope till now I have visited 6 time for same complaint and now service technician replace my bike clutch plate and my bike run only 1700 km but till Now I have no any resolution and also your service technician told me you have no sense how to ride bike. for your further reff I have attached last service job card and I want also know that who is the answerable if some mishappening with me when I riding bike because it's fuel tank heating issue and petrol is very high sensitive for fire 🔥I want to clear you that it's fuel tank heating issue not engine heating issue.
          Now I want replace my bike or refund my money I m very disappointed by tvs service

            One side indicator automatically blink without any start scooty and one week before I serviced my scooty and now I am facing same problem just like before and many time call at TVS workshop but I don't get any respond for their side.

              Fuel pump problem in scooty . I have complain to service tm many time but no response from his side .my scooty stand on Nikita motors last 4 days but parts not change till time . I call mr paras for status about scooty but now mr paras who has service tm blocked my no.
              Kindly solve my problem.

              No update till time
              I had the same problem. My Jupiter experience is worst . It's accelator wire get broken in first six months. Now they are saying that it's fuel pump is not working properly and battery problem too. Their services are also worst . I am waiting from last week but they told me to wait for more 8 - 10 days. How i should visit to my office?. I bought zx in March 2021. Within almost 1.2 year so many problems.

                Dear sir,
                I am soumarabi from howrah (W.B). I have purchased TVS Apache RTR 160 4v bs6 model from T.N. AUTO-TVS (Balitikuri Kalitala, Howrah) dated -09 April 2021, registration no- WB12BF0826.

                I received the number plate after registration. But the back site number plate's two-digit numbers are different. immediately I informed the showroom service provider. they told me it will take 10 to 15 days.

                unfortunately, after the last 2 months, they don't respond it. Every time when I visited their showroom they ignored me and they don't take any action. Every time they told me, it was not done, I will call you back. Even they harass me with another staff and complain to each other. I don't go for the next step. what will I do next?

                I want this problem may be solved as soon as possible.

                  Today I visited for 1st service of my bike TVS Sport...before going I make a call to given my manager for service, they told me to come on Monday, it will complete in 1 HR, while going on Monday they told me leave the bike and come in evening, I was not taken breakfast bcoz they told to me it will complete in 1 hr. So I request him I will next day leave my bike.. Devendra Puneer of TVS Kaveri Greater Noida start misbehaving with us. This is my first bike of TVS company having bad experience of all companies such as Honda, Hero have supportive staff...
                  They told I don't fear to any one... Go and complain anywhere.
                  No one can do anything with us...
                  So please look in this matter

                    Dear Team,
                    Placed my bike Jupiter at 9:30am for the 4th service. At 2 PM in the afternoon when i came to receive it hoping that the service has been done.
                    The agent surprised me with the thing that the bike is not serviced yet which i get to know after I asked for the job card. However the bike was just washed up with the water.

                    This is very pathetic experience i got from the Variyan TVS nashik service center.

                          Hi,
                          This is Jagannath Shaw, my vehicle number is WB12BF4051. I have recently met with an accident on 8th July and my bike was bit damaged so I have handed over my bike to "TVS : SHUBH AUTO(HOWRAH, WEST BENGAL)" service center for my insurance claim and repairing.
                          The employees are highly ignorant and casual with their work with zero professionalism. I have visited 3 times in the last 13 days and they used to say that your parts have been ordered and we will deliver your vehicle in 2-3 days. Still they haven't done a single work on my bike. On asking about where my documents are kept, they say "yes those are with us" don't worry however I'm sure that they haven't yet started to process my documents for insurance claim too.
                          I've visited today once again and the service manager was continued to argue without any evidence and told they'll inform me once the work is done.
                          So my question is does TVS(a renowned big brand) doesn't have parts of the bike apache 160 4V available all across India? Or does it takes more than 10-13 days to get few parts delivered to west bengal if it is not available in this state?
                          I'm very serious about this matter now and I'm willing to escalate as higher as possible now.
                          Please look into this matter and contact me with the best resolution as possible.

                              Sir, my byke was keeps by show room last 45-days to till date. My byke silencer and ABS problem. Required new parts. I have complain and request both TM and servicing centre but he has been given date and date. I am fully tired and mentally depressed. I have no another byke. Show room provide me old accident byke which all parts are damaged. Finally I will request please give my byke between 2- days nither I will go see to court.

                                There is not proper service. Low quality spare parts. Not responding properly. They are not providing job card before and after service. They are not rectifying any complaints, facing the same complaints after receiving the Scotty. Accelerator cable is broken and cool zone in a bike is failed within a year. They kept the bike for 2 weeks for service but after the service again the same problem raised. Totally not satisfied with you company.

                                  I purchased this vehicle last September...not even an year but from the starting it has starting issue and stops while running...3 free services over, but dealer didn't rectify this inspite of telling it...now it got worse and these people don't have parts also to replace nd check and they don't no what issue is happening in it inspite of removing all parts and checking too...it's pathetic to see such a manufacturing defect in this vehicle.. I'm not going to be satisfied anymore also if it gets resolved...but mostly it won't b resolved

                                      i got a call from the service center and was told that the flour from the crank was going to be leaked from the out side . i hadnt been bothered for so longif i had been told before i had to stay without a carfor so many days.
                                      i have not been given the right answer from the showroom . i have not been treated properly not properly my bike work nd not properly answer me.
                                      12/07/2021 TO 19/07/2021 AM VERY ANNOYED DURING THESE DAY.

                                        I had purchased a new TVS zest vehicle on 01.07.2021 from Shri Uday TVS showroom, Bhattrahalli in Bangalore by paying full cash on the same day. They delivered the vehicle on 07.07.2021. But the invoice was sent on 16.07.2021 with 15th July as date of invoice. After that so far no action has been taken for registration and number plate. No action is taken from dealers end to resolve the issue. Kindly look into the issue.
