Hi team,

I purchased TVS JUPITER SCOOTER from TVS dealer at as Rao Nagar branch on 28 Jan 2019. While purchasing I paid money for scooter, insurance, road insurance and all other required amount. Now after 2.5 years, I received letter from insurance agency saying that they have not received money for insurance. When I approached the dealer from whom I purchased my vehicle, they said management has changed and they can't help me in any way.

Kindly help me and let know the next course of action. I didn't expect this kind of service from such a reputed company like TVS.

    I have bought TVS pepe at TVS showroom beawar M/S GIRNAR MOTORS on dated 29 jan 21 but till now number plate and RC not received same was informed to M/S TVS MOTORS but till now no action has been taken.

      Very bad experience
      Third class service
      They are not understand my actual problem
      They canceled my 2 free services
      Actually
      I work at covid Hospital so I didn't get to come for servicing and when I came in the service center was closed due to lockdown
      I tried to explain to Mr.Vicky(Manager) but he was not talking to me properly and He was rude in talking and said that it was all my fault and manager there has a attitude like he owns entire TVS Motor.
      I am not at all satisfied with the servicing
      I told them both at the time of servicing that my horn was not sounding properly but they completely ignore my complaint
      the sound of my Ntorq silencer not the same as before
      I'm Very disappointed with service

          Dear sir/mam, I am writing you this complaint after so many followups for R.C. Of my newly purchased TVS NTORQ. Almost 6 month gone over but till date I have not received my registration no & RC copy, Certificate /number/Insurance/service book/warranty card, As I am facing the issues on daily basis while got checked by police on the high way's. But no one is listening to me. I have already submitted all the relevant documents/payment for the same purpose. So it is requested to you to pls support in getting the R.C... very very negligencey TVS BY WHEELS Krishnanagar Nadia staff, management department No here any problem and no solve .
          Please see the matter and very urgent basic as soon as possible.

                Maine 26 june ko service krwaya tha aur unko bola tha ki self start nhi ho rhi battery prblm hogi unhone bola ok check kr lege...mjhe service k baad fir wohi complaint ayi self start ki maine unko bola ki fir wohi pblm hai ab unhone bola battery issue hai change krwa dege 2-3 din lagega maximum 7 days aj 10 din ho gye hai roz bolte hai kl ayega kl ayega...aur maine tvs service center walo ki service se bhi khush nhi hu ye dang se kaam nhi krte...plz resolve my problem tvs ntorq itni acchi machine hai bs service center walo ki wajah se itni acchi machine mein log kamiya nikalte hai...

                  I got my fourth free service of tvs entorq where the service provider gave less importance to my job as it was free..took too much of time..charged sanitization fee without my concent..washing and other oiling services were also not upto the mark.

                    I have an apache rtr 200 4v bs6 purchased since march 20, 2021from kins tvs, nilambur, chandhakunnu. and vehicle just passed 4500km. the front break pads get exhausted on 10th july 2021. after that frayed break pads make annoying noises and discomfort while driving.due to the corrosion i changed the break pads earlier than normal period from kins tvs nilambur .i want to refund the full amount of 289/- that deducted from me for disc pads

                        Tvs ntorq self starting problem

                        Sir,
                        Iam a ntorq customer from kerala. From last one year I using ntorq 125. After 2nd service itself the unit had some issues. When I asked about this to the service center they told me it is usual for ntorq. And for the last 6 months 5 or more times scooter have starting problems. Not working self start .                         Sir,
                        Iam a ntorq customer from kerala. From last one year I using ntorq 125. After 2nd service itself the unit had some issues. When I asked about this to the service center they told me it is usual for ntorq. And for the last 6 months 5 or more times scooter have starting problems. Not working self start . Every time service boys came and make it ok and take money from me. Then today also the scooter is not starting. It's not a battery failure i think this problem is related to its engine side. Ifelt really sad to took this one. Can you please replace this manufacture defected unit or solve this problem. I bought my scooter on 2020 july 9

                            I have bought a new scooty (Ntorq super squad edition) from TVS SK TRADERS near Dabri police station.
                            Its lock were damaged that I didn't noticed at time of delivery because of excitement and its body parts locks were damaged and there was gap from between many parts. Their behaviour also changed they were very polite and good at the time of buying and delivery after that they became very much rude and started averting me. It was a very bad experience and mood spoiling.

                              We gave a complaint about oil leaking from the front shock up a jupiter zx at the tvs service centre in nagpur named Ak. Gandhi service centre. They told us that they fixed the problem but after someday the oil started leaking again i also told them to replace the shock up they said they have put a order in the company for your shock up and we will inform you as soon as the shock up come. They didn't informed and due to the problem in shock up i got in an accident.

                                      I buy this scooty from DYNAMIC TVS (DWARKA SEC-4) Showroom and after the first service the speedometer is not working and i complained this issue at 17th of january i complained 12-14 times continuesly but your company and the agents will not taking any action every time they give some excuses
