We gave a complaint about oil leaking from the front shock up a jupiter zx at the tvs service centre in nagpur named Ak. Gandhi service centre. They told us that they fixed the problem but after someday the oil started leaking again i also told them to replace the shock up they said they have put a order in the company for your shock up and we will inform you as soon as the shock up come. They didn't informed and due to the problem in shock up i got in an accident.

            The TVS service center at AIROLI, NAVI MUMBAI 400708 (NAME:- R K MOTORS) is a shame in the name of a service center my apache 200 rtr has been there since last 4 months or so and I still didn't get it, I agree the process is a bit slow cuz of lockdown and everything but 4 MONTHS ? First they make me wait months and now they have the audacity of telling me to take me bike if I want and come back again when the part arrives, does it makes sense ? All the ladies who answer the calls are dumb, I'm calling then since last 2 weeks everyday and everytime I call I have to explain all my problem like they don't keep a log book of bike numbers with the reason of repair. Everytime they say they'll call me back but they never do this service center is a disgrace to tvs. I didn't wanted to write this but I am hella frustrated right now and even if you were in my place you would've understand the frustration too.

                  I bought Jupiter ZX on 20.6.21from Shaw TVS showroom Titagarh. At time of delivery I repeatedly told please check the oil indicator. It is not fixed I think. The salesman told it will be fixed when you fill full tank the scooter, but it did not happen. After that i repeatedly call him what do do? He asked to visit showroom after 20-25 days, we we visited he reffered to service centre, they are talking keep the sccoter for 7 days, it's not our fault, you have to pay for this, all the staffs including showroom and shaw tvs service centre contiously denied and not take care about the matter. How can they deliver a disputed scooter to customer? Also dening to fix the problem?

                      It is sad to know in regards to the service centres lack of availability of parts despite of frequent inquiries regarding availability of it.This was my 3rd bad experience, and I also had complained regarding the 1st two bad experiences at Avian TVS workshop, sunpharma road vadodara, Gujarat, When my motorcycle was damaged and they had absolutely no regards towards it, with a bad attitude not only with me but my father as well.

                      On inquiry via phone call regarding availability of the tail light, I was asked to come there physically, and on going there I was told that the part is unavailable and will be needed to order with a pre-payment method towards it and also it might take about 15 days for it.
                      It is surprising, that the company service center doesn't have the parts needed.
                      The reason given was that my bike is old model and is no longer available so they don't keep the parts!.
                      Please look aftr the matter and do the needful.

                            I am writing this letter to inform that on 27 & 28 june 2021, I placed an order from TVS PARTS using your platform (Website.; ADVANTAGETVS.COM) having Order ID[protected],[protected],[protected].
                            I have received the orders tomorrow and found that two items ( PART NO M1080570 CAP OIL STRAINER & PART NO S1200900 PLUG COMP OIL DRAIN) are missing from sealed boxes sent by you.
                            This is not what I expected from a reputed company like yours.

                              Pathetic service and the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. Gave my scooty for service for the second time, they took out 2 litres of petrol. The third time my scooty broke down after just 2 weeks of service. I am fed up of this kind of service and treating customer like nothing, inspite of me recommending 5 of my colleagues to buy tvs scooters.

                                  I had buy TVs Jupiter Classic Nov, 2020 but till now I had not got my RC.The TVs dealer told to visit RTO office, I visited there the RTO officer told that the dealer has not completed all the formalities therefore RC is not made.I told to the TVs dealer about this but he is not taking it seriously and just making excuses about it.Shree Ganesh TVs dealer, Pune, 411047.I want you to take appropriate action against my problem and give strictly orders to your TVs dealers who are here only to give excuses.

                                    My TVS Ntorq bearing the following details:

                                    After-sales dealer: VL Automobiles warehouse no 1, PCPF compound, OPP MAULI SADAN, JB Marg parel eat Mumbai 400012.

                                    Was reported for 3rd free service, Noise from front & rear suspension & Front LHS mirror replacement

                                    When I went to collect the bike after service the below pathetic experiences was been faced,

                                    1. FLS mirror was billed to me which was an already used mirror in rust & damage condition after I bought it to notice they took back the mirror & canceled the mirror charges from the invoice.

                                    2. I was been told to do an engine oil flush which will be 1 qty and cost around 350 which will be 3M brand I said do it, later I found 2 qty was been billed for 350 Rs and that too was some local material, How u can use 2 oil flush for a liter of oil hence now they had adulterated with local & incorrect quantity of engine flush I need an engine replacement.

                                    3. Noise issue is still not resolved - reason given that parts are not available due to lockdown

                                    Since VL automobiles are doing an unfair trade I request TVS to take corrective action and fulfill my demand of repair as early as possible if TVS failed to provide a satisfactory resolution the same will be escalated to the CEO- K.N. Radhakrishnan & issue a legal notice to VL automotive for unfair charges and a non-quality repairs.

                                    I Have already complaint about the issue over a phone call to TVS customer care and the issue iD is- TVS_Gr_[protected]

                                    Kindly find the attachment which contains the service bill of this visit with JC No: 19733

                                        Dear TVS team,

                                        I am Tharun from Coimbatore. I bought TVS Ntorq 125 from LOTUS AGENCY- RS Puram on 12/10/2020. Until now I have done only one service at this agency regarding starting problem within a month. After that service once again I faced the problem but there's no response.

                                        Now my bike is facing a starting trouble, I can't move my bike. I have called the agency to take the bike for service. They said they'll pick it up, later on there has been no response. I have no idea what the agency is doing. I need a service for my bike immediately or else I need to exchange my bike.

                                        So please try to contact that agency and take severe action on them and find a solution for my bike immediately.
