I purchase tvs XL 100 bv6 model, vehicle amount and RTO charges totally 67500/Rs paid, agency will provide invoice vehicle amount 51081/Rs only. Not include RTO amount. Why?

The worst ever service this susheel TVS and the TVS company... have given me a bike with faulty cylencer and from 2 years constantly asking for replacement but the company not at all least bothered and when ever I ask for replacement they just simply skip and say product not available...

I urge everyone to not buy this ### bikes from TVS showroom.

Last 3 years I byed BS4 TVS victor, I drove till today 23000km, when bike running suspensions or shock observer very week, suspension big bolt touch to the back wheel main chain bolt, why it's happening, I am in happy with TVS victor bike, why this fail I want reply from your side.

When we switch on the scooter pump's makes unnecessary sound when we ride the scooter .

Today i have finance a scooty from sameer tvs Bhubaneswar. i have cleared all document work by 1pm on that time they said by 4pm i can take my bike. I was came here at 5.30pm from direct my ofc now its time 7.20pm still my rto work not completed they said and still i am waiting. This type of customer service not acceptable at all.once customer has paid after not value for customer or customer time. Now i am feeling frustrated and very hungry...

I have submitted my scooty at Kona Bagpara Center Howrah showroom two weeks before due to servicing purpose. But that time they promise me to delivered it in next two days . But still they don't delivered it to me. i am facing a lot of harassment. please help me out.

Issue of bike is from first servicing they said that it solve but return sound came and also in second service they tell that we done it no noise. Problem that time also sound came they keep bike for two day it not done same sound coming again and again same issue wt have do now

Hello, I Suman Shukla purchased the Two wheeler ( TVS Jupiter ZX-BSVI DRUMS.BL) on 23 March 2021 from Kohinoor Motors Banjari, Kolar Road Bhopal .
after purchasing of 2 days the vehicle did not, started through self, after that i approched dealer Kohinoor Motors Kolar road .and mehanic doing smothing and infromed your vehicle has been repaired, after a couple of days the vehicle did not started again from the self, also started lockdown, hence we are unable to approche showroom /service centre.
i am facing lot of problem in new vehicle
i think in this vehicle have manufacturing probletm, so please insruct to delear to exchange my Two wheeler.

in viskhapatnam,
now my bike was driven 23000kms and from 22156 km on wards i am getting engine taplets sounds as i have went to service center they didnt check it properly and they r telling that they will change the taplets and asking me to pay the bill of 7k .
when i took the bike the dealer said that the engine warenty is of 5 years and now how can they ask a amount of 7k and its not a external damage
if it is a external damage they can ask me to pay the amount i need a proper solution for it even the service team is not responding properly

Second time i request to team give me very near date because km is over but no favorable reply... Please take necessary action for this issues... This will be highly appreciated...

I had Purchased a TVS XL 100 BS6 on 09/07/2020 bearing Engine Number BP2AL2332269 AND CHASSIS NUMBER : N4D621BP2XL2A28014 FROM M/S SS MOTORS NITTUR, GUBBI TALUK, TUMKUR DIST, KARNATAKA.

The Immediate Next week, the show room was closed and he was not ready to get the vehicle registered also, we tried lot many times over phone but was in vein.

even we contacted head office Balaji Motors who had given dealer ship for SS Motors, But he answered rudly and did not help us.

Even We tried Contacting the Customer care of TVS, but was not helpful.

Kindly, let us know how to get the vehicle registered at the earliest.

Else, We have to take the further steps.

After bought a couple of months a new tvs Jupiter Axxelator cable is broke down.. Improve quality of accelerator cable.. I got much more trouble

My front brake pads were not change during 3rd service and they didn't even inform me about that...
The distance between my place and service centre is 40km
Both manager and mechanic get irritated after I told them about the problems didn't fix and manager told me not find problems in vehicle ...

When I bought the scooter its accelerator was tight and when I told the service it said it was fine.As soon as I went into service I would say that the accelerator cable was tight so they would lubricate it.But when I was going on duty the accelerator cable broke and the middle part of it broke.If the center of the cable breaks, it is a manufacturing defect.This caused me a lot of mental and financial difficulties.Therefore, I request you to take necessary steps for this and reply to me.[protected]

I am writing to complain about the the improper and unsatisfactory service which I received from one of your service centre SS TVS .my vehicle's TVS Apache RTR 200 4v first service was service in SS service centre on 22/02/2021. When I received my vehicle after the service I drove the vehicle for a while, suddenly notice that they forgot to fasten the engine oil drain nut. It led to oil draining. I came back to the service centre and informed them about the oil drainage.. on that time they change engine oil and deliver my vehicle at the very next time.. on the very next day my vehicle started to perform badly start to produce noises also I returned my vehicle again to the service centre and informed them then the service team leader advise me that they found out the reason for the bad performance of the engine finally they made a solution that to repair the cylinder head of the engine they repaired so. but the problem was existing.. form 30/03/2021onwards my vehicle is in s s TVS Service Centre they are failure to solve the issue they repaired engine part of the vehicle three or four times but they couldn't to solve the issue the prime thing of my vehicle engine failure was their irresponsible behaviour to fasten the engine oil drain nut. I paid my last EMI even I could not use my vehicle. so I humbly request you to take a decision for replacement of my vehicle or to pay compensation for this type bad service provided by SS TVS authorised service centre..I enclosed with this email are copies of registration card and other documents for your reference.i hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast..
