I have purchased jupitor zx on January 2021, from that date to now I am facing battery issue, if I cannot start it for oly one day the battery gets discharged, I told it to the service center executive but he said I exchanged it as it was in guarantee period, bt nothing changes, please provide necessary help to sort out my problem

Complaint marked as Resolved No email regarding the issues is received but I called the executive named Ankur Mishra 7880397398 many times but didn't seems interested in my problem.problem starts with second day of its purchage,
After that I gave my scooty to the ktl service centre where he said that I changed the battery as it was।in guarantee so I thought now it is okay to shift it to my work place which is in auraiya, now after lockdown when I am।trying to start the scooty it's battery is।not responding, and it was happening to me after every two days, please provide assistance in my workplace in auraiya as I am।unable।to carry scooty।in kanpur service centre
