      My newly brought bike xl 100 comfort bs6 was having some wiring issues.I brought a new set of wiring harness and get it replaced at nearest tvs service centre.From that day itself my bike started switching off after half km.I took it to service centre for same problem three times during a week.they charged me everytime for same problem.still this problem is existing. They are unable to find out the problem.please look into the matter and get some solution for this.

        Dear Sir,
        In 2018, May I have purchsed TVS Wego from TVS Sarradha Motors, Trunk Road, T V Koil, Strirangam. I am periodically servicing my vehicle every three months with them.

        Last March 2 I have given my vehicle for regular service. This time after taking delivery, vehicle is not running smoothly. It is hard to drive. there is no smooth running. While running I feel I am running the vehicle with half break. Some tightness is there. I complaint this problem with Sarradha Motors. They asked me bring back the vehicle. Again I have taken the vehicle with them. After check-up they said we have replaced some new parts, in due course it will be ok. But after a month passed still I have the same problem. More some foreign sound is coming from back side. This Also I brought to them but they least bother. Since without vehicle I can't move, I am left with no other alternative to take my vehicle back.

        I would like to place the record that in Sarraha Motros no trainined technicians are available. Noone knows about the vehicle. I am totally unhappy with their performance. Also they behave rudely and talking with fighting attitude. It shows unhealthy atmosphere.

        Please take this as my complaint and take suitable action.

          Dear Team,

          This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased TVS Jupiter on 29th Oct 2019 & lastly I kept my vehicle for service within warranty period which was 23rd Oct 2020.

          While keeping for service I said service manager that Battery is not working properly. Please have a look and if any major issue please replace it. He checked and said that your Battery is not working. Than Service Manager & Owner (TVS ZUMBERWALA) said that due to Covid-19 due to shortage of supply of the vehicle parts we are unable to replace it now but will definitely replace in next service. On trust basis I haven't asked for in writing & 2nd time when went for service they said will not change due to warranty period is over. Go through below details for your ready reference.

              Sir, in your tvs authorised service center Rau, indore.
              They are not follow service guide like engine oil. They are using different quality oil which is true 4premium is not that is not give me good result.
              Engine not smoothly work, they create vibration and not instantly reaction of the engine.

                      I have tvs sports bike and i visted for servuce shankar tvs near old bus stand kurukshetra 136118. My bike nois HR41J1019. They have created many oroblums in my bikes and now he is not working properly.i request to u kindly take a neccery action against mechnic.

                          I have purchased a Jupiter on 22.01.18 exactly after one year the battery stopped working. Hence I was advised by Nandhi TVS, hinkal Mysore to change the Battery. I have purchased one battery on 3.04.2019 from them. However this battery also stopped working after one year against the warranty period of three years. When taken up matter with them they took the battery they took the warranty card and replaced one battery after delay of 15 days, I have made visit 5 times to the service centre for this replacement. They have obtained the warranty card and when I asked for warranty card for replacement, they said it's not required as the details are available in their system. Now the replacement also not working, what I suspect is that they have fixed the same battery after recharging. When I approached them for the non functioning of the replaced battery, they are telling, warranty card is required. I have told them that, the warranty card was not given and as assured by them, it will be available in the system. But they have informed me that it's not available with them and they want the warranty card, which is not handed over to me. As such I request you to look into this complaint and solve the same. Further please improve the customer service by the dealer.i here with attach the bill from the dealer for the battery.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have book today for service and I have received call from K.S Motors Jhotwara (Shoyab Khan [protected]) and very rudely he is talking on call. Yesterday from there service center call me book my service date and time and she tell me about pick and drop service is free because she ask me how much km away from there service center I tell him 3 km then she tell me that it is free. But, today Shoyab Khan call me and rudely say you have to pay for it and I say that yesterday on ladies call me she say it is free but shoyab say no no you have to pay ( baat suneko ko ready nahi tha). Now if my free service due than it is full of K.S Motors responsibility not my.

                            When you solve my complaint then I will take my vehicle at service center for service.
                            I am calling in service center to tell him about rude behaviour they cut the call continuosly. I think I have made a big mistake to take TVS Scooter.

                                  I purchase TVS iqube on 25 March 2021 within 10 days of purchase it stopped working now service center is saying parts not available and you have to wait for atleast 5 days

                                  Why you launched the scooter which is not up to the mark or you are experimenting on us

                                  How will I go to office in this corona time by using public transport

                                  Please rectify the error in scooter or provide me the alternate scooter

                                        Tvs Ntorq 125 bike i purchased only 5months ago.. 2000km running bike oil seal & wheel byering will broked.. Showroom will that changed at free.. Now 6000 km Bike agsiletar cable will broked.. But the showroom didn't changed free. Only 5 months bike how this complaints will happened.. Please solved my bike full problems.. Please contact me only Malayalam speaking customercare executive. Ok.
