Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Narayana Swamy from Tumkur, Karnataka.

I had Purchased a TVS XL 100 BS6 on 09/07/2020 bearing Engine Number BP2AL2332269 AND CHASSIS NUMBER : N4D621BP2XL2A28014 FROM M/S SS MOTORS NITTUR, GUBBI TALUK, TUMKUR DIST, KARNATAKA.

The Immediate Next week, the show room was closed and he was not ready to get the vehicle registered also, we tried lot many times over phone but was in vein.

even we contacted head office Balaji Motors who had given dealer ship for SS Motors, But he answered rudly and did not help us.

Even We tried Contacting the Customer care of TVS, but was not helpful.

Kindly, let us know how to get the vehicle registered at the earliest.

Else, We have to take the further steps.

After bought a couple of months a new tvs Jupiter Axxelator cable is broke down.. Improve quality of accelerator cable.. I got much more trouble

My front brake pads were not change during 3rd service and they didn't even inform me about that...
The distance between my place and service centre is 40km
Both manager and mechanic get irritated after I told them about the problems didn't fix and manager told me not find problems in vehicle ...

When I bought the scooter its accelerator was tight and when I told the service it said it was fine.As soon as I went into service I would say that the accelerator cable was tight so they would lubricate it.But when I was going on duty the accelerator cable broke and the middle part of it broke.If the center of the cable breaks, it is a manufacturing defect.This caused me a lot of mental and financial difficulties.Therefore, I request you to take necessary steps for this and reply to me.[protected]

I am writing to complain about the the improper and unsatisfactory service which I received from one of your service centre SS TVS .my vehicle's TVS Apache RTR 200 4v first service was service in SS service centre on 22/02/2021. When I received my vehicle after the service I drove the vehicle for a while, suddenly notice that they forgot to fasten the engine oil drain nut. It led to oil draining. I came back to the service centre and informed them about the oil drainage.. on that time they change engine oil and deliver my vehicle at the very next time.. on the very next day my vehicle started to perform badly start to produce noises also I returned my vehicle again to the service centre and informed them then the service team leader advise me that they found out the reason for the bad performance of the engine finally they made a solution that to repair the cylinder head of the engine they repaired so. but the problem was existing.. form 30/03/2021onwards my vehicle is in s s TVS Service Centre they are failure to solve the issue they repaired engine part of the vehicle three or four times but they couldn't to solve the issue the prime thing of my vehicle engine failure was their irresponsible behaviour to fasten the engine oil drain nut. I paid my last EMI even I could not use my vehicle. so I humbly request you to take a decision for replacement of my vehicle or to pay compensation for this type bad service provided by SS TVS authorised service centre..I enclosed with this email are copies of registration card and other documents for your reference.i hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast..

Dear sir, I have worked on TVS MOTORS Company pvt.ltd in sub branches o[censored]nit4 Rajsriya, In this unit doing so much fraud of salaries of contract base workers, 12 hours duty for paying 360 rupees only, and they not giving not properly of salaries, So many workers are dissatisfied by this company, So please take an action seriously.

Above is my previous complaint, still my issue didn't got resolved, and yesterday I have gave my vehicle for paid service in MG motors Tambaram, it's a home pickup/drop option, since it's AMC service today I have received my vehicle where the cap inside the seat cover(where we will keep out insurance and other documents) place is empty, the spare parts...

Only 4 month bike purchased and bt oil leak engine seal packing ..So please resolved me

I bought my apache rtr 200 4v in 28th July 2020 and now after my 4th service within a month my gear sensor is not working and I m not able to start my vehicle also. I have completed only 9k km within this time how can my gear sensor is making issues.

Hi, i bought apache 160 2v in December last year from imperial tvs allahabad, now the engine is making unpleasant sound while driving above 40kmph, i went service center and complaint about it but they didn't resolved it. Kindly resolve the issue thank you

I have purchased jupitor zx on January 2021, from that date to now I am facing battery issue, if I cannot start it for oly one day the battery gets discharged, I told it to the service center executive but he said I exchanged it as it was in guarantee period, bt nothing changes, please provide necessary help to sort out my problem

I have purchased New TVS Jupiter base model in Feb'21 but after running 829 Kms its clutch shoe broken or loosen due to this scooter was not moving a single inch so I visited to service center (TVS GULZAR MOTORS, LUDHIANA) and they changed the faulty parts but after that the pick-up dropped now I have to twist more accelerator to move the scooter and because of this problem petrol consumption increased and this is very expensive for us and we are not happy with TVS
now I want to know that the solution of this problem is possible or not?

if not than I assume that I cheated by TVS MOTOR COMPANY

if yes than please guide me I will be thankful to TVS MOTOR COMPANY

and in the end I want to tell that I am more than twelve year old customer to TVS MOTOR COMPANY and at present I Have a TVS VICTOR too and it is good bike.

Auto choke cable is missing in my ntorq

My back is accident few weeks ago, I give to showroom repair my bike[protected] expected delivery date[protected]. Today[protected] I go to showroom but bike is not repaired????

My newly brought bike xl 100 comfort bs6 was having some wiring issues.I brought a new set of wiring harness and get it replaced at nearest tvs service centre.From that day itself my bike started switching off after half km.I took it to service centre for same problem three times during a week.they charged me everytime for same problem.still this problem is existing. They are unable to find out the problem.please look into the matter and get some solution for this.
