Had Purchased Tvs On /M Gold. on 13/01/2019 Now It's going to pass 1 Year But till Now I didn't receive my RC, from where I purchased they also not Responding neither telling the correct issue.
I also Registered to complain (before 4 months )in the TVS service Center But No Action has taken by them

    Dear sir,
    I am sandeep kumar I recently purchased APACHE 160V BSVI just I completed 3 services only still I have 2 services remaining.

    Bike is not started without neutral gear.

    I go for showroom bt still problem is not rectify and he said CLUTCH SWITCH IS NOT AVAILABLE IN MY SHOWROOM and then go for another services center near vizianagarm, Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam.

    I think this nt fair one r two showrooms has asked bt no results.
    Worst services never seen in my career

    They all are said same reason.
    Please provide the switch ASAP.

      I am Prasad S Jahagirdar purchased New TVS Jupitor from Manav Wheels Nasik on 1st March 21 facing casual behavior by Dealer regarding vehicle passing since last 27 days. Threre is Big? What ur entire system and MD monitoring TVS Dealer. Nind se jago customer ka problem solve karo .Already we paid for better service not any Delay or Timepass.Mr.MD do needful to improve Service byDealer to Customer and try to monitor it regularly i[censored] really want to grow ur business it is very shameful though u are having entire system.
      No Regards till u solve this issue on priority let us see hw u care customer

        I was riding a TVS N TORQ BS VI on a very high speed flyover .

        The accelerator stopped responding & I narrowly missed having an accident . As vehicles were passing at speeds of 100 kmph . This happened on the Electronics City Flyover Bengaluru . I was en route to Kormangala from Electronics city on the fly over .

        I called TVS Road assist . My vehicle is under warranty - date of purchase is 28th June 2020 .

        I understand that throttle cable is not covered under warranty . However TVS road assist did not help me . They did not provide any assistance .

        Throttle cable failure is extremely dangerous and cannot be brushed aside . I was a proud Ntorq owner but day by day I realise that besides speed and handling, the NTorq lacks quality .Many riders have to say the same that the quality of parts isn’t very good . And trust me, I ride. Safely, I handle my vehicle with care . I don’t ride rough, I service regularly, I keep my tire pressure adequate, fuel tank level adequate so I don’t strain the fuel pump, I also check my vehicle regularly for wear and tear .

        THIS IS AN EXTREMELY IMPORTANT COMPLAINT . I don’t know how many strand, what dia the cable is or what grade of steel is used to make this cable . But it’s about time that TVS pays attention to these issues . The NTorq is promoted as a racing Scooty which can handle high speeds, accelerate fast and race well . But your claims have to be backed by not just performance but quality .
        RIDING AN NTORQ GOT DANGEROUS today . The electronics city flyover is not a safe place . Tvs assist did not provide any assistance despite telling the person on the line that this is kind of an emergency . Sales shouldn’t be the focal point of any company . Safety should be priority . I bought the NTorq not for speed but because people said that the suspension is good, the torque is good to handle slopes and the braking is excellent . But this is the problem . An Accelerator cable is a cheap part . Only 300 rs . I don’t need the money . But what quality of cable is being supplied ? What quality control checks are being made ? Is the cable lubricated beneath its sheath ? Is this high tensile steel, or stainless or is it low grade steel ? Questions yet be answered . I will not keep quiet about this . This is unsafe & I am extremely displeased with this incident & TVS road assistance”s response .

          My TV's scooter battery not working after servicing.

          They kept one day charging after next serving day and it was non redponsive

            My vechile ran 1600km but facing tyre problem checked with mechanic they said like tyre having air molding problem..when I tried to reach Tvs service they are saying not responsible ..planning to raise complaint on them ..It’s Maduravayol showroom chennai

              I bought TVS jupiter in feb in bharath tvs somanur, coimbatore. When i bought it was not cleaned correctly but delivered. Than no number plate for ten days, we couldn't take the vehicle out to main road. Twice police warned that you shouldn't use the vehicle without number plate. Finally number plate arrived n we were happy. After three days self start was not working, we approached the manager of bharath tvs somanur Mr.Balasubramanium, he said he will do the needful and asked to bring the vehicle. We went next day with vehicle, people in the center said after checking that battery was the problem and its not charging. So we need to do battery replacement but for that you should get your RC book. As its was not ready you wait until that. It was a month now, am kicking my new TVS jupiter. Really not satisfied with the vehicle.

                My bike no TN05CA2067 JUPITER RED COLOUR BS6.not complete 1year i faced same problem 3times self start not working.and i informed ur service center name of gupta motors.one time new battery replacement againt i face same problem 2weeks more my bike in ur service center now also not ready.i ask ur manager he is tell sensor problem when it will be ready bike is very necessary.i want my bike immediatly if not give means i take legal action for your company and you give compensation for 2 week expenses.

                  My name Rajender kumar and I'm from mathura(UP) 281006.
                  I have purchased TVS Apache 160 4v in 2019 From NVS motors mathura. The dealer behave after sell bike very bad. after selling bike his responsibility is 0. My HSRP Number plate required from his side but he's not give to me, I meet him and say please tell me about my HSRP, he's direct say to me it's not my work go from here he's badly say to me. I requested to him he again say to me don't waste my time go from here.. without HSRP I already pay fine to traffic police.. it's behave all side same for other customers who already purchase bike or scooty from him..All are complaining him.                       We bought TVS scooty zest 110 cc ( turq blue) in 2018, recently scooty was damaged in an accident, the front panel was totally damaged, and I gave the order on 9th February 2021 in my hometown TVS showroom,
                      Showroom management has been updated me as "some parts are reached our showroom and other parts not available and don't know when parts will arrive to us".

                      So my question is, If the company is doesn't manufacturing zest model, maintain the scooty zest parts will be kept in your headquarter.

                          J have purchased ITR 160 4V
                          It has problem of missing engine, self start, and in clutch is told at the time of service but not got results, I have visited 5 times now they are bleamming me that problem is not from there side. It's manufacturer defect no need resolution.

                            Therefore, we should upgrade the bike and give it a self-start variant.

                            My problem is not getting resolved. I am constantly facing problems, so I am very disappointed when my problems are not resolved.

                            मेरी समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो रहा है। मैं लगातार समस्याओं का सामना कर रहा हूं, इसलिए मेरी समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं होने पर मैं बहुत निराश हूं। हमने 29/09/2020 को बाइक खरीदा था तभी समय लगातार किक स्टार्ट समस्या का सामना कर रहा हूं और लगातार complaint कर रहा हू लेकिन कोई समाधान नही मिला है समस्या लगातार बानी हुई है । अतः हमें बाइक को अपग्रेड कर सेल्फ स्टार्ट वेरियंट दिया जाये । हम लगातार शोरूम 8 से 10 बार शोरूम विजिट कर चुके हैं, यह एक बहुत लंबा समय है लेकिन मुझे किसी प्रकार का कोई समाधान प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है । मेरे समय का बहुत ही नुकसान हुआ है और बाइक में किक स्टार्ट की समस्या लगातार बनी हुई है । मेरी बाइक को एक प्रयोगशाला बना दिया गया है महोदय साइट पर गाड़ी के फीचर के बारे में ट्यूबलेस टायर दिखाया गया है लेकिन हमें ट्यूब वाला टायर गाड़ी दिया गया है डीलर के द्वारा और कंपनी के द्वारा गलत जानकारी हमें दी गई .

                            महोदय जैसा कि आपने कहा कि हमने शोरूम पर विजिट नहीं किया महोदय आपको पता होना चाहिए हमने शोरूम पर 5 से 6 बार विजिट किया जिसके सबूत हैं जो कि पीडीएफ मैं अटैच है, लेकिन समस्या का कोई समाधान नहीं मिला ।

                            महोदय हमने अपनी सुविधा के लिए इस बाइक को परचेज किया था ना कि असुविधा के लिए
                            हम बार-बार शोरूम का चक्कर नहीं लगा सकते हो पहले ही आपके द्वारा मेरा बहुत ही समय नष्ट किया गया है जिससे मेरे समय नष्ट हुआ है और मानसिक क्षति पहुंचा है । अगर मेरी समस्या का समाधान नहीं होता है तो हम आगे की कार्यवाही के लिये मजबूर है ।

                              Extra fittings are mismatched. So that reason bike lots of abnormal sound.. So irritating while driving.. This worst decision in my life selecting the vehicle.. Worst and bad approach from dealer rectify that problem.

                                  Self start problem with TVS Jupiter,BS4.

                                  Hi.I purchased TVS Jupiter, BS4 in May 2019.During last six mont facing problem with self start.It is not working.Even after a ride of 8 to 10 km. when I stop and start again, It needs to kick start.I went to showroom for service and discussed the problem.But they could not solve the problem....

                                  Hi myself Sonalika Acharya my ntorq sccoty was accident and giving for repair in Diamond tvs Kolkata service center they took more than 2 months they didn't inform anything we tried to call them they did not give any answer or solutions until now they did not repair yet.
