From the date of purchase of this vehicle I am facing the starting problem this I have informed during the first service and on successful service it was Ok. On continuous follow up and by sending E-mail to service.[protected]@tvsmotor.com, your dealer came and took the vehicle for rectifying the problem, the vehicle was with them for 2 days and then they hand it over to me but still the problem is continuing .

I have sent mail related to this on 04th Dec 2017, 10th Feb 2018, 28th Feb 2018 and now also sent mail to Service.[protected]@tvsmotor.com and [protected]@tvsmotor.com.

I humbly request you to rectify this perennial problem.

    Some sound were coming in my tvs ntorq since I have vehicle.. i purchased at 16 November 2020 from that day sound was coming.. I was done Service 2 or 3 times. But they not done properly so plz help.. my vehicle number KA63R0009

      The scooty purchased in 2014 and the service was good. but the service centre changed to AKB MOTORS Calicut and since then the problem starts.
      The charges are abnormal. even for paid service labour charhes are separately charged giving reason they changed some parts. The details of paid service are not provided. over above an amount viz consumable is also charged without details.
      The vehicle is not checked before delivery. i have take the vehicle to the service centre again one or two times after delivery. For this also we are being charged.

      Each time we have spent or valuable time at the service centre. i am also holding responsible position in my office and value time.

      i was not giving the vehicle for servicig due to above reason. But on assurance from yr service incharge at AKB motors on 27 02 21 the vehicle was spot pick up for serivicing and delivered in the evening. But to my surprise the head lamp; brake lap and tail lamp was not working. I have taken the vehicle to the SC on 15 03 21 for correction. after 30 minutes the vehicle was delivered after taking all the charges, which should not be In the evening again ot is found that the tail lamp and head lamp is not working. No proper reply after taking up with service centre and your office at Ernakulam.

          The TVS zest scooty purchased on 12/11/2020 underwent a second genral service in TVS Kothari in pammal, Chennai. On return the scooty stopped in between and after handing over the vehicle to the same showroom, we couldn't find proper response from the service centre on why this happened immediately after their service to scooty with just 800km on road history. The response from them was so inadequate that we are totally dissatisfied with the service provided.

              TVS STAR CITY+, First paid service done on 22nd Feb 21 at RS TVS Service center but find no improvement in milage, shelf start and battery not getting charged. New battery got fixed from the center, but after 5 day shelf start not working and even kick start getting jam. Bike No-WB74BA7015

                I have a 2009 TVS Apache rtr 160 FI model. The bike has a total of less than 50k kms. Now the fuel pump is not working and bike is not starting at all. Tvs showroom told it doesnt have spare for the bike. I also contacted company customer care but they told the same . No spare parts available. Now my bike is sitting idle for more than a year.

                    I own a TVS NTorq Purchased on[protected] and driven approximately 8200kms. The advertisements feature it as a connected bike with the TVS app, however the phones app does not pick up the bike through bluetooth at all. My phone is a latest android phone and still this issue.My bike was delivered by a guy from accounts team, who has no idea about any bike, let alone this one. I feel I have over-paid for a two wheeler like this Ntorq, which is no much different from the ones sold by Honda and Suzuki, which I feel are better in terms of overall quality and refinement.

                    The service setup can be called a burglary point. Once my free service was over, the advisor insisted on oil change, which was barely done 3 months and 2000kms before, which I had explained to him.He still went ahead and changed the oil, costing me Rs 500/- only for the oil change at 7800kms. Additionally they have overhauled the clutch assembly and billed me another Rs 750/- which I do not know for what reason it has ever been done at such a low mileage. My bikes engine sound itself has changed post that and it feels really different and noisy. The rear brake shoe was also changed for Rs 300/- which has also surprised me. My KTM duke 200 has a brake pad instead of the brake shoe, which has lasted me 9000kms, and only Rs 230/- for replacement. I need to know why is the life of brake shoe's so less at 7800kms, and the cost as high. My total servicing cost went up to 1850/- for a 1 year 7.8k driven bike which is actually scary.

                    The silencer was not fixed back properly and started making a metallic noise for which I had to visit the workshop after one week of service. They fastened it back, but the metallic noise started developing again, and it is very high now making it really bugging to drive. I really repent for servicing my bike, which otherwise was good to drive than the way it is now after service.

                    It may not be of any help with this greviance message, but being in the automobile industry for close to 10 years, I will ensure that at-least 15 of my friends will never think of buying this bike and would not recommend this brand to any of my known circles. I know this may not matter any damn for your company, but at-least these customers may get a better ownership experience from other brands.

                          I bought a bike tvs rtr 160 4v from baripada tvs showroom allied traders and after few month rise starting problem after that i visit the showroom and service man proved that bike have ECU damged and my bike have warranty preiod so i claim mechanices replace my ECU but service incharge can't accepted .

                            I'm a customer of TVS motor Company. I bought my TVS Jupiter clasic in p 2021 from TVS-Vinaayak Automobiles(Nagaon, Assam) and completed a free service in February 2021.I drive normally at 30-40 speed. After complete the first service I'm facing lots of problems like parts are getting separate, sound effects, lock problem etc etc. Your employees are just irresponsible. They don't provide better service. Lots of customers are there who are facing problem like me.

                              I just want to state a complaint against the servicing of one of your branch in North East Delhi region.
                              Firstly, I am mentioning the details of the show room and service center which are mentioned below :-

                              Complaint Reason:-

                              From last 2 years, I have been taking my services from regular time period. Till the time Sept 2020, I haven't faced any single problem regarding any part of my vehicle or any service regarding issue.

                              Then from the month of Oct 2020, I cane across Binsar Motors in 100 Foota road service center so as to recover the further services for my vehicle. And then one of their advisor "Amit" suggested me that to extend my service as my clutch plate, disc pad, chain set, etc needs to be changed so he told me to opt for AMC book for Rs.[protected]/- and the parts will be having some discount in it for to be changed in ny vehicle and on 8th oct, 2020, a total bill of around 7000/- was initiated in which 1st service from Binsar tvs was deducted and after that I came on 15th February, 2021 for the second service and on that only I doubted on the engineer that service is not being processed sincerely as it wasn't giving good performance on the very next week.
                              Now on 10th March 2021, My engine got chocked in just after 20-25 days and I haven't got any toe service from any TVS customer service as well so I just dragged my bike somehow directly from Noida to Delhi through my own means.
                              On the very same day, their advisor told me that the issue is in battery or self only. And on 11th March, 2021... One of their advisor "Mr. Lalit Rajput" told me that the issue is in my piston and engine needs to be opened. I also discussed about the same to his senior manager/ branch manager but no help was being processed.
                              So, here the question has arised from our end that, these advisor's are there just to make money or make fool of their genuine consumer's ???

                              How is it possible if I paid 20 days back for my service and after 3 weeks only my engine is getting seized. Evenly "Mr. Lali Rajput" had words over call with a very negative attitude which is really not tolerated for the consumers place.

                              From the very morning, I have been calling him continuously and he is not accepting my calls and cutting calls on the same note. Is this what you tell your Advisor's, how to cut calls for ypur partnered consumer's with your so called AMC pathetic services.

                              These advisor's are there to call and assist only for to make their profits. I am initiating this complaint again and will forward it to higher authority if the action is not taken and mark my words I am not going to pay any huge amount again.

                              Binsar motors is charging for everytime fpr each and every single part and most of their advisors befool the customer's on every service basis.

                              My vehicle is kept under their mentioned address as stated above and their no further communication regarding my vehicle complaint. Even though, your branch manager told me that he will be filling complaint form and haven't provided me any complaint no. till now.

                              I only received call from their advisors that you need to pay this much of amount only and when they started arguing over call. Now no one is attending my calls from their office premises.

                              Is this what your company makes them learn to befool customer's and take the amount only. They don't even let customer's stay to see the service or if any change of part occurs, they don't let you observe. They just provide us with the timing part and with the billing only that's it.
                              I won't tolerate such thing at any cost.

                              Such a shameful and pathetic service they provide to their consumer's and my AMC book is nothing but useless till now as Binsar motors is having such useless advisors who can only generate a bill but not the fruitful results advisory.

                              I am waiting for your quick response TVS MOTORS. kindly observe, check and help me out to get my vehicle under good recovery without any high costing.

                                One of your authorised dealer in chikhodara chokadi, Anand, Gujarat...not providing a reliable and satisfy Services to customer and also their staff do not be friendly and supporting . Not giving proper anser and do not listen customer problems and problem from product .very Disappointed from TVS .. i shouldn't have buy this product ..when i complianed about whatever i have mentioned in below picture. Dealers told me that this is a permenant problem, cant be solved and other one is from company’s fault, so when company making default product then what to expect from dealers..

                                Please consider my complain soon.

                                  I had get my Apache 160 service on 11/03/2021by TVS INFINITY SHASTRI NAGAR Dehradun and after that I have been there two more times but I haven't get my vehicle services properly like earlier .I am totaly disappointed by their service .
                                  Please do something if can .
                                  Otherwise I wont get service by TVS.
                                  It's a waste of time to get service by TVS service centre .

                                    Scooty stops does not starts..faulty scooty given..

                                    I have purchased jupiter zx BSVI on 28 Feb 2021. In 5 days of purchase the problems started. It doesn't turn on. Self start doesn't work and it stops in the middle of the road and doesnt starts again. I took to showroom 4 times now since the purchase and it's only been 15 days since the purchase. The tell me issue will get resolve but it doesn't. Now they are ignoring my calls too. I want scooty in perfect condition or I want it replaced...

                                    Late week I went to the Tvs showroom to give my bike service (TVS Apache 160 4v). The first thing was they don't know how to interact with customers because I called them before going to the showroom. They were talking nice but when I went to the showroom no one was responding and the mechanic person was talking unwanted things and he did not notice the bike complains.And he is telling to me why you are coming to this showroom you can go...

                                    I have asked the vijaylashmi motors person to pick my vehicle TV's zest. On Thursday[protected] recieved a msg from the service centre ur vehicle is ready after but did not deliver my vehicle. When I made a call no response from the service centre. Today I went to the service centre they told me while welding for side stand the vehicle the foot path got burned but they did not inform me about this.

                                    I need a resolution for this
