Good Afternoon.
I just want to state a complaint against the servicing of one of your branch in North East Delhi region.
Firstly, I am mentioning the details of the show room and service center which are mentioned below :-

Complaint Reason:-
From last 2 years, I have been taking my services from regular time period. Till the time Sept 2020, I haven't faced any single problem regarding any part of my vehicle or any service regarding issue.
Then from the month of Oct 2020, I cane across Binsar Motors in 100 Foota road service center so as to recover the further services for my vehicle. And then one of their advisor "Amit" suggested me that to extend my service as my clutch plate, disc pad, chain set, etc needs to be changed so he told me to opt for AMC book for Rs.[protected]/- and the parts will be having some discount in it for to be changed in ny vehicle and on 8th oct, 2020, a total bill of around 7000/- was initiated in which 1st service from Binsar tvs was deducted and after that I came on 15th February, 2021 for the second service and on that only I doubted on the engineer that service is not being processed sincerely as it wasn't giving good performance on the very next week.
Now on 10th March 2021, My engine got chocked in just after 20-25 days and I haven't got any toe service from any TVS customer service as well so I just dragged my bike somehow directly from Noida to Delhi through my own means.
On the very same day, their advisor told me that the issue is in battery or self only. And on 11th March, 2021... One of their advisor "Mr. Lalit Rajput" told me that the issue is in my piston and engine needs to be opened. I also discussed about the same to his senior manager/ branch manager but no help was being processed.
So, here the question has arised from our end that, these advisor's are there just to make money or make fool of their genuine consumer's ???
How is it possible if I paid 20 days back for my service and after 3 weeks only my engine is getting seized. Evenly "Mr. Lali Rajput" had words over call with a very negative attitude which is really not tolerated for the consumers place.
From the very morning, I have been calling him continuously and he is not accepting my calls and cutting calls on the same note. Is this what you tell your Advisor's, how to cut calls for ypur partnered consumer's with your so called AMC pathetic services.
These advisor's are there to call and assist only for to make their profits. I am initiating this complaint again and will forward it to higher authority if the action is not taken and mark my words I am not going to pay any huge amount again.
Binsar motors is charging for everytime fpr each and every single part and most of their advisors befool the customer's on every service basis.
My vehicle is kept under their mentioned address as stated above and their no further communication regarding my vehicle complaint. Even though, your branch manager told me that he will be filling complaint form and haven't provided me any complaint no. till now.
I only received call from their advisors that you need to pay this much of amount only and when they started arguing over call. Now no one is attending my calls from their office premises.
Is this what your company makes them learn to befool customer's and take the amount only. They don't even let customer's stay to see the service or if any change of part occurs, they don't let you observe. They just provide us with the timing part and with the billing only that's it.
I won't tolerate such thing at any cost.
Such a shameful and pathetic service they provide to their consumer's and my AMC book is nothing but useless till now as Binsar motors is having such useless advisors who can only generate a bill but not the fruitful results advisory.
I am waiting for your quick response TVS MOTORS. kindly observe, check and help me out to get my vehicle under good recovery without any high costing.
