My self Saurabh Patel (Mobile no [protected]) purchased TVS Jupiter (GJ-06-NB-6013) on dtd 24/08/2020 from your AVIAN TVS Showroom, Gotri Road, Vadodara Gujarat, Through ICICI credit card during your company's offer 5% cash back by using ig ICICI credit card. transition detail attached herewith for your reference.

Your representative informed me of the cash back received within 3 month . However, almost passing of 6 month still not received my cash back. I had contacted many time your showroom regarding this but no proper response from your representative Mr. Heneng (Mo no [protected]) and Mr. Soheb (Mo no [protected]).

Now, I am feeling Fraud with me from your company.

      Model - TVS NTORQ 125 purchase on (2018)
      had already replace rear Tyre before 1 year approx. because of same issue first i though this issue could be related about my driving skills, there after i observed within 1 year that same cracks are developing again into the grooves.
      same issues faced by my neighbor who bough Ntroq but he choose to ignore cause of nobody answered properly him at service center.
      so many communication with Tyre supplier & TVS service center came to know that this happens due to poor quality making. even at the time of replacing tyre supplier suggested me i should go for CEAT or MRF but i blindly trusted on TVS, & that was horrible mistake that i am paying every day by living in fear that anytime tyre can be puncture & i could be injured with it on highway.
      mostly cracks are increasing in front Tyre.

      lets see how cooperative is TVS Company on customer complaints.

      i am never gonna suggest to anyone about buying TVS VEHICLES.

        Hi, this is shamnas from guruvayoor i have a tvs jupiter 2012 model registration number Tn18az 0337, i buyed this one in gummidipoondi near chennai, now i asked exchange policy with the branch of kunnamkulam kerala the showroom name TVS surya motor

        i asked them to exchange i have all the documents but they told me they wont exchange tamilnadu registration and not giving the proper reason. just telling we wont do it, i do know the company is based on tamilnadu tvs, but they refuse to take it. i dont think this is fair. can you kindly consider this complaint and give me a good response thank you

            I purchased a TVS Jupiter on 21st Jan, 2021 on cash from TVS STALLION Sabarmati Showroom. Even after continuos follow ups I have not received Number Plate for my vehicle yet, it is 40 days passed, Now if traffic police charges a fine from me who will be responsible TVS company or I ? I need Number plate immediately for my vehicle in next 48hrs otherwise I am going to return my vehicle to company and need 100% refund.

              Dear Team,
              i m sick tired of your services and your staff behaviour.
              i have tvs apache 160r bike. my bike service and engine work (cluth plate, engine oil, service) on 27 november in company service center.which time my bike meter reading is 20393 km. after this work i have many problem in my bike. i also visited 6 time in service center after this work for engine issue the whole screw are loose . engine oil leakage, break fail, gear lever falling down, clutch not working and many more issue.
              Yesterday i m going to somewhere place to my work and engine is stoped and kick is jamed. i check engine oil qty and i saw my engine is empty there are no oil. the service center head told me engine oil runnig on 5000 km but my bike only runing 3500 km after service.
              i paid last time 4581 amount now the ask for 14000 amount.
              They said to me its not our fault and you have to paid this amount.

                  I had bought TVS Ntorq scooter on May 5th 2020. Before completing one year i am already facing so many problems. Recently now, my scooters axle had broken without any problems from our side. Earlier after 4 months from purchasing scooter accelrator cable had broken. Many of my friends had same scooter but they are not facing these problems. Within 1 year i am facing such problems and from service centre they came and said that we had yo pay almost 500 rupees. I am disappointed with these tvs service

                    Head lamp & flash light not working

                    I bought Tvs apache 160 4V on jan 1st 2020..

                    Within 40 days Head lamp & flash light are not working & i approach tvs showroom(sri ganapathy motors, T.kallupatti 625702).They said, Need to change entire head lamp assembly & applied for warranty..Its been more than 10 days they are saying the same.still my bike is there in showroom.

                    I am really frustrated because this happens within a month.i really don't know,...

                    I have purchased TVS JUPITER ZX in March-2020 from vardhman TVS Ahmedabad but after few days Lockdown happened in india so I couldn't drive my new vehicle, I couldn't service as per your policy 4 times in year and till date I did only 3 free service.
                    I request you, kindly give me one more free service so I can maintain my vehicle as per company rule of service.

                      My brother Mr.Thenkasseril Arun Babu was working in minakshi motors, Vashi for the last 1.5 years, on 23/01/2021 Mr. Arun Kumar working as General manager (mob no. [protected]) their told him to leave job and he will receive January month salary from 01/01/2021 to 23/01/2021 till 10 February 2021, but still they have not given him the salary and also he used to travel by bike from kalyan to vashi on personal expenses (they told they will pay him but never did ) . when My brother called Manager he said to give all the pending job card which my brother did as per his instructions on 13/02/2021, now all their requirements completed still he didn't receive his salary, Mr. Arun Kumar has blocked my brothers number and not giving him any replies also on calling him he says still there is some pending but even he was not sure what is pending (if something is pending they would have informed him while was leaving not when asking about salary )
                      Attaching WhatsApp chats as proof also we have recording which we will add if needed

                      I would request you look into this matter as we have ours needs to meet .

                        I complain abt my tvs Ntorq bike against Auto Race goregaon west service centre.

                        Today i go for ntorq service
                        I already go at sat 27 feb n enquiry.

                        Autorace executive said today Rush, so
                        Pls cm om monday 1 march 10 am mrg.

                        When i today reach 10, he said name mushtafa pls wait mr .i 'l do it inv2 hrs pls wait.

                        But nothing do it till 1pm.

                        So all staff members r irrresponsible .
                        No idea ant time commitment.

                        So do sm action against this problm
                        I m waisted 3 hrs time.
                        Who responsible all for this.

                        I hv cancelled my service today.

                        And do it with local garage .

                          Before One and half month my petrol pipe link nearly damages still now not comes that item iam very disappointed and my bike is totally problem bike any running motion incase fires who is responsible that takes responsibile? Not like and irresponsible staff and department total worst stories tells talking, I ask that staff he is fires me, I respect TVs show room mange ment, that is not correct talks customers.

                            Delay in getting my bike's documents

                            I want to inform you that I am very disappoint by the dealer of tvs company.

                            I purchased a tvs apache rtr 160cc for my sister's wedding in cash. I paid full amount of bike.at the time of purchase dealer gave me only hand made bill which have been attached in this mail and he said that you will get other documents after 2 -3 days.

                            Sir I have passed 3 months when I purchased bike but...

I want to tell you that I have not given my bike for servicing today. Therefore I request you to look into this matter. This workshop is using my and my bike details for some other bike.                                 Myself Mohd Suhail After few months after I purchased my Apache rtr 160 4v silencer started making noises and the meter also stopped working I filed the complaint at the workshop.At first they said they would change it ASAP but not they say they don't have the part and they could not change it AND I SHOULD RIDE MY BIKE AS IT IS. Sir it is very disheartening please help and tell me what should I do.

                                  I booked tvs Jupiter zx disc on 13th February and paid 5000 advance and asked for vehicle to be delivered on 24th February they told me to pay the full amount on 22nd but I paid the amount on 20th after that I didn't receive any further information I called show many times no answer are reply (very poor service) I went to RP Motors Mount road Chennai on 24th I didn't get any response from the staff so I told them to cancel then some one from the dealer called me and said to come at 6.30pm to take delivery without registration and they told me they registrar they on Friday 26th still I didn't get information about the vehicle I wasn't totally satisfied with RP motor mount road . When I book the vehicle I told it has stop and start system the vehicle they don't have one when I check internet about the vehicle it shows it has fincently ii

                                    Service is of poor quality. There is a problem on digital meter is that while setting of the trip mode is not showing the correct details and not working properly. We have pointed out the problem to the service centre, divi motors, puthenchantha varkala, Thiruvananthapuram kerala, and they reverted that all models of Ntorq facing the same problem and they cannot do anything on the complaint. And the main mechanic of the service centre declared that he cannot make any repair to the vehicle as all this model have the same complaint, please revert about this problem and specify whether all models have similar problems
