Respected All,
My Vehicle AP31EJ5035, Scooty Pep+ is given for service on 22 Jan 2021, Morning at 1000hrs and collected back at 1700hrs. Vehicle had Battery discharged and not in condition, as advised by service staff to replace and same accepted, kick start was in good order.
After driving for 5 Km towards home vehicle stopped and not starting at all.
Vehicle serviced at :-
Olive TVS Motor, D.No:6-522, Plot No:1, Survey No:11, Chinnmushidi Wada, Pendurthi, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 531173
Invoice no. 502640 dt. 22/01/2021.
I expect the Company to
1. Repair vehicle at door step.
2. Refund the Service charges for not making the service as per basic standard.
3. Refund the AMC Amount paid as on date 22/01.2021.
This is the second time complain on service standard, please check the previous service complain on the subject vehicle. vehicle delivered after 10 days after service, service centre Olive TVS, Butchirajupalem, Visakhapatnam.
This complain is for all who are concern about their company standards of service, Pathetic or even worst than it. Not at all satisfied. Even the road side mechanics are doing better repair than the company authorized service engineer/technician/mechanic, very much substandard.

      My Vehicle has starting trouble even if it is standstill for 24 to 48 hrs.
      I have already raised this complaint during my first service, the service center executive had even changed a battery under warranty.

      But even after this the issues still persists & now I am unable to start the vehicle even kicking it for close to 20 mins.
      The condition is such that the Speedo display is blank once ignition is turned on & the vehicle doesn't start at all.

          Hi.
          It's been 1 month 7 day's since I had given my Scooty for the servicing.
          I am getting really frustrated with the tvs service centre located in 1 Bijoy Basu Road, Bhawanipore, Kolkata.
          The staff are not at all cooperative.
          They aren't receiving the calls.
          And everytime I visit the service centre they are always ready with an excuse.
          I don't know when will I receive my scooty back.
          This service center is really pathetic and is really a shame of such a big reputed company.
          Please look into this matter asap.

                TVS Ntorq Battery issue

                Hi,
                We brought the TVS Ntorq bike on 11-Feb-2020 at TRIJAL TVS located in Hopefarm, Whitefield, Bengaluru. And now bike is not getting started due to battery is not functioning properly and it's not even year old and Bike brought it in same showroom & all services done in same showroom.

                On 15-Jan-2021 I visited the Showroom and reported,
                They said that they need to recharge the battery and i dropped...

                  My self-Deepak Negi and I have purchased a Jupiter Classic scoty from Your showroom (Address:- Perfect Automobiles 2214/57, Air Force Road, Jawahar Colony, Near Bank of Baroda Faridabad). Vehicle registration number is HR87F9795. I bought it on 15 November 2020. But the vehicle is facing problems from the same day. For this, I have given the vehicle in the showroom 4 times so far to fix it, but the vehicle is still having the problem of starting. Right now I have given 13 January 2021 to fix the vehicle again, which till date I have not got the vehicle back and the problem of the vehicle has not been fixed yet. So please get my problem resolved quickly.

                          2 तीन दिवसांनी मी पुन्हा टांकी फुल्ल केली तर तसच झालं मग मी शोरुम आर्वी मध्ये पहिली सर्व्हिसिंग करण्यासाठी गेलो असता मी हा पेट्रोल प्रॉब्लेम सांगितला त्यांनी मला मह्टले की गाडी तील प्रॉब्लेम दुरूस्त करून देईल आणि मला 1 housr मध्ये यायला सांगितलं मी गाडी घेतली आणि विचारलं प्रॉब्लेम दुरूस्त झाला नंतर मी गाडी चालवून पाहली तरीही प्रॉब्लेम दुरूस्त झाला नाही मग मी 2 Nd सर्व्हिसिंग ला गेलो तेव्हा पण सांगितलं की प्रॉब्लेम दुरूस्त झाला नाही ते मन्हाले की नविन गाडी आहे आम्ही हाथ नाही लावू शकत तुम्ही वर्धा ला गाँधी शोरुम ला भेट द्या मी त्यांना पुढील प्रॉब्लेम सांगितल Ak गांधी टीव्हीएस शोरुम मध्ये दिनांक 28.12.2020 ला गाडीचा मायलेज कमी असल्यामुळे आणि गाडी अतिशय जाम चालत अस्यामुळे मी टीव्हीएस शोरुम भेट दिली व प्रॉब्लेम सांगितला त्यांनी मला गाडी सोडायला सांगितले मी गाडी तिथेच सोडली आणि वाट पहली
                          मी दिनांक 1.1.2021 लां गाडी आणायला शोरुम मध्ये गेलो असता गाडी च काम पूर्ण झालं आहे असं त्यांनी मला सांगितले
                          आणि जातांना मला सांगितलं की आमच्या तेकनिक्शन च्या हाथनी तुमच्या गाडी ची शिट तुटली आहे तर आम्ही 2 दिवसामध्ये तुमची न्यू शीट लाऊन देऊ नंतर मला 11/1/2021 ला शीट लावण्यासाठी शोरुम मध्ये गेलो असता मी त्यांना प्रॉब्लेम अजून दुरूस्त झाला नाही असे सांगितले पण त्यांनी मला सांगितले की लंच टाईम झाला आहे तुम्ही थोडा वेळ नी या आणि मी माझ्या भावाला घेऊन गेलो असता तेथील सर्व कर्मचारी लंच ला गेले आहे असे मला सांगितले पण मी दुपारी 2 वाजता पासून ते 3 वाजेपर्यंत वाट पहिली असता मला कोणताच प्रतिसाद मिळाला नाही मग मी तेथील कर्मचारी सोबत बोललो असता सांगितलं की ते कर्मचारी घरी गेले आहे जेवण करायला पण मी त्यानं मनालो की मला नंबर द्या मी त्यांच्याकडूà¤�...⇄ इम्रान नामक तेकनिशियान चां नंबर घेऊन कॉल केला असता त्यानी मला प्रॉब्लेम कॉल वरच सांगा असे सांगितले पण मी प्रॉब्लेम सांगितला असता मला त्यांनी मानले की या गाडी मध्ये करबोरेटर नाही आहे मानून गाडी चां आवरेज अम्ही सेट नाही करू शकत तुम्हाला काय करायचं आहे करत बसा असे बोलले आणि तिथे कोणी दुसर असेल तर त्यांना सांगा मी तिथे 5 वाजेर्यंत वाट पाहील परंतू मला कोणताच प्रतिसाद मिळाला नसल्याने मला परत यावे लागले मी कॉल सेंटर ला खूप दा कॉल केल्यानंतर सुधा कॉल कोणीच उचलाला नाही
                          आता पुढील उपाय म्हणून मी ग्राहक मंच मध्ये तक्रार करत आहे पुढील कार्यवाही टीव्हीएस शोरुम मालक आणि टीव्हीएस कंपनी जबाबदार राहील

                          आणि जातांना मला सांगितलं की आमच्या तेकनिक्शन च्या हाथनी तुमच्या गाडी ची शिट तुटली आहे तर आम्ही 2 दिवसामध्ये तुमची न्यू शीट लाऊन देऊ नंतर मला 11/1/2021 ला शीट लावण्यासाठी शोरुम मध्ये गेलो असता मी त्यांना प्रॉब्लेम अजून दुरूस्त झाला नाही असे सांगितले पण त्यांनी मला सांगितले की लंच टाईम झाला आहे तुम्ही थोडा वेळ नी या आणि मी माझ्या भावाला घेऊन गेलो असता तेथील सर्व कर्मचारी लंच ला गेले आहे असे मला सांगितले पण मी दुपारी 2 वाजता पासून ते 3 वाजेपर्यंत वाट पहिली असता मला कोणताच प्रतिसाद मिळाला नाही मग मी तेथील कर्मचारी सोबत बोललो असता सांगितलं की ते कर्मचारी घरी गेले आहे जेवण करायला पण मी त्यानं मनालो की मला नंबर द्या मी त्यांच्याकडून इम्रान नामक तेकनिशियान चां नंबर घेऊन कॉल केला असता त्यानी मला प्रॉब्लेम कॉल वरच सांगा असे सांगितले पण मी प्रॉब्लेम सांगितला असता मला त्यांनी मानले की या गाडी मध्ये करबोरेटर नाही आहे मानून गाडी चां आवरेज अम्ही सेट नाही करू शकत तुम्हाला काय करायचं आहे करत बसा असे बोलले आणि तिथे कोणी दुसर असेल तर त्यांना सांगा मी तिथे 5 वाजेर्यंत वाट पाहील परंतू मला कोणताच प्रतिसाद मिळाला नसल्याने मला परत यावे लागले मी कॉल सेंटर ला खूप दा कॉल केल्यानंतर सुधा कॉल कोणीच उचलाला नाही
                          काही दिवसानंतर माझी गाडी मध्ये अचानक पणे 1 आणखी फॉल्ट आला तो म्हणजे रनिंग मध्ये गाडी बंद पडते आणि अचानकपणे स्पीड वाढून गाडी बंद पडते हाच प्रॉब्लेम घेऊन मी जय भवानी एजन्सीज आर्वी येथे गेलो असता त्यांना मी हा प्रॉब्लेम सांगितला परंतु त्यांनी मला म्हटले की आमच्याकडे काही टेक्निशन टेक्नीशियन आणि मशनरी उपलब्ध नाही म्हणून तुम्ही ही गाडी वर्धा येथील गांधी टीव्हीएस शोरूम येथे घेऊन जा मी लगेच दुसऱ्या दिवशी वर्धा जाण्याकरिता निघालो असता माझी गाडी आर्वी येथील पंचवटी चौकामध्ये अचानक पणे बंद पडली मी गाडी चालू करून पाहिली पण गाडी काही चालू झाली नाही त्यामुळे टीव्हीएस कस्टमर केअर ला कॉल केला असता त्यांनी मला गाडी टोनिंग करून वर्धा यावे लागेल यासाठी मला त्यांनी अठराशे रुपये मागितले व माझ्या माझ्या पाशीऑटोमॅटिक बंद पडत होती परंतु मी कशीतरी गाडी वर्धा शोरूम पर्यंत नेली वर दिला जाता जाता जाता माझ्या माझ्या गाडीची रेस ॲटोमॅटीक मी कशीबशी गाडी कंट्रोल केली त्यानंतर मी एका ट्रकला ओव्हरटेक मारत मारत असताना गाडी बंद पडली सुदैवाने माझ्या मागे दुसरा एक लागल्यामुळे माझा जीव वाचला नाहीतर मी जागेवरच मृत्यू पावले असतो मी मी कसातरी पद्धतीने गाडी शोरूम पर्यंत नेली आणि तेथील कर्मचाऱ्यांना सांगितले गाडीमध्ये हा प्रॉब्लेम आहे तेथील कर्मचाऱ्यांनी मला गाडी सोडून दोन तीन दिवसासाठी सोडण्यास सांगितले मी गाडी सोडून आलो त्यानंतर मला एक तारखेला एक मार्च मला कॉल आला की म्हणाले तुमची गाडी झालेले आहे तुम्ही गाडी घेऊन जा मी गाडी घेऊन पिंपळकोटा पर्यंत आलो असता माझ्या गाडीमध्ये पुन्हा तो प्रॉब्लेम सुरू झाला गाडी अचानक पणे पणे बंद पडली होती पिंपळखुटे चे थोडा समोर गेलो असता महामंडळाच्या बसला मी वर त्यात मारले वर किक मारत असताना अचानकपणे गाडी बंद पडली सुदैवाने मागे गाडी नसल्यामुळे मी थोडक्यात बचावले परंतु त्यानंतर मी गुमगाव गावाला जात असताना अचानक पणे गाडीची स्पीड वाढली व मी ब्रेक मारण्याचा प्रयत्न केला परंतु माझ्या गाडीचे ब्रेक लागले नाही व गाडीवरून मी थोडा याच्या एका कडेला पडलो परंतु त्यामध्ये मी सुदैवाने बचावले माझ्या पायाला दुखापत झालेली आहे त्यानंतर मी कसेबसे गाडी माझ्या घरापर्यंत आणली व टीव्हीएस कस्टमर केअर ला पुन्हा एकदा कॉल केला परंतु टिव्ही कस्टमर केअर कोणतेही कॉल रिसीव करत नव्हते पाच दिवसापर्यंत प्रयत्न केल्यानंतर कॉल केला असता त्यांना माझा कॉल लागला परंतु त्यांना मी माझा हा सर्व प्रॉब्लेम सांगितला असता त्यांनी मला आमच्या टीम कडून एरिया मॅनेजर चा कॉल येईल असे सांगितले त्यानंतर सलग सातव्या दिवशी एरिया मॅनेजर चा कॉल आला मला टिव्हीएस शोरूम एके गांधी वर्धा येथून त्यांनी मला सांगितले की तुम्ही गाडीवर गेला घेऊन या आमच्या शोरूम मध्ये परंतु मी त्यांना सांगितले तेव्हा गाडी 27 फेब्रुवारीला आणली होती तुमच्या शोरूम मध्ये परंतु तुमच्या कर्मचाऱ्याने सांगितले मला तुमची झालेली आहे ओके तुम्ही गाडी घेऊन जा मी गाडी घेऊन आलो गाडी आणि त्यांनी मला प्रॉब्लेम झाला त्याची जबाबदारी तुम्ही घेत असाल तर मला गाडी आली असता त्यांनी मला म्हटले की तुम्ही एक काम करा तुम्ही आर्वी येथील जय भवानी एजन्सीज आर्वी यांच्याकडे गाडी जमा करून द्या त्यानंतर मी जय भवानी एजन्सीज मध्ये फोन केला असता विचारणा केली ते गाडी कधी जमा करून घेऊ कधी आणून देऊ तर त्यांनी मला विचारले कोणी सांगितलं तुला गाडी जमा करायला मी त्यांना म्हटलं की मला फोन आला होता त्यांनी मला म्हटलेती मला एरिया मॅनेजर चा नंबर द्या माझ्या जीवाला काही गाडी चालवत असताना मी काही कमी-जास्त झाल्यास टीव्हीएस शोरूम जय भवानी एजन्सिज आर्वी शोरूम गांधी वर्धा तसेच टीव्हीएस कंपनी जबाबदार राहतील जेव्हापासून मी गाडी घेतली आहे तेव्हापासून हे सर्व प्रॉब्लेम यांना सांगत आहे परंतु एक सब डीलर आणि टीव्हीएस शोरूम मध्ये मध्ये प्रॉब्लेम असला इग्नोर करत आहे करिता माझ्या जीवाला काही कमी-जास्त झाल्यास त्याची संपूर्ण जबाबदारी AKगांधी शोरूम वर्धा तसेच जय भवानी एजन्सी व संपूर्ण टीव्हीएस कंपनी जबाबदार राहतील

                          Updated by [email protected]                           माझ्या जीवाला काही कमी जास्त झाल्यास टीव्हीएस शोरुम आर्वी तसेच टीव्हीएस शोरुम a k गांधी वर्धा जवाबदर राहतील जेव्हा तुम्हाला प्रोब्लेम solve नाही करता येत तर ग्राहकांना गाडी घेते वेळेस फसवणे बंद करा मला शोरुम मधून area मॅनेजर चां कॉल आलता मला मी त्यांना सांगितल की मी गाडी showroom ला आधीच देलती आणून तर ते म्हणाले की तूम्ही शोरुम ला आर्वी येथे गाडी घेऊन जा आणि जमा करुन द्या त्यानंतर मी जय भवानी शोरुम आर्वी येथे कॉल केला असता त्यांनी मला सांगितले की तुला कोनी सांगितल होत की गाडी येथे जम करायला मी तर मतल की area मॅनेजर cha call अल्ता तर मने की मला नंबर दे माझ्या पाशी नंबर delt kelya मुळे nvta

                              I used to service my TVS Apache 180, 2016 Model in every 3-4 months. Every time service provider demands to change some parts. I doubt if those parts are originally changed or they are just taking Price from me. Recently they ask me that bike clutch pad need to be changed and I agreed to do as I always prefer my bike to be problem free. But after that my bike is sounding very weird. Seems like there is some issue with Clutch and Gear shifting. Service center mechanic demanding to replace my disk break plate. I am not sure if that is actually giving me any issue. Last service I had on October 2020. After that also I did not get any solution to my issue. I do not have time for 6-7 days again to give my bike to the service center for the same repeating issue.

                                Bike is not a starting, dealer mechanic says it, s a engine problem. Nd all servicing are complete but 5yrs engine warrenty is not a claimed. Dealer Servicing is not to be a perfectly done. And manager donot importance any of my problems.
                                Nd i can, t believe this how to engine problem in 2yrs between. Nd i buying a next time tvs company bike then how to trust tvs engine.
                                I kindly request tvs company please solved my problem.
