I have Jupiter its 5 months old. My rear tyre got tampered. Service center they are asking me money.As its a manufacturing fault.it should be done FREE OF COST.

I reached TVs service centre chandrapur maharashtra at 12.45 pm they said it's lunch time. I requested then please give my rc book. Which had been misplaced during last servicing.. They just shouted that they are having lunch...
My request is '' don't insult & waste people time by calling them to your service centre......

I have buyed a apache rtr 180 bs6 from vijay tvs on (11/11/2020). within a period of 1 month ( 300 kms ) I have faced the problem in gear. gear gets stucked while operating. And the timing chain noise is high. i have tell this complaints to the vijay tvs service center annamali nagar. they have check the bike and registered the problem but they did not solve the problem . they also creates a new problem, i.e., neutral indication light does...

I have been cornerred to drop this mail with no other go. I have the worst experience of buying my dream bike Apache 160 bs6 with SVS motors in Ambattur, where you dont get proper response before the down payment and after the down payment they don't even treat you as a customer.

And further to the above we have requested for a document a day before the loan disbursement...

I had visited Agra service center (kachahri Road) for my bike Apache 200 service get is done. but they had demanding excess charges for bike service.
they have forcefully change air filter however it was in working conditions.

and change (cup cone set worth Rps. 503+350).

my total bill was 2650.

my humble request is please disable service faculty from this cernter....

My self Karthick, I'm having Apache RTR 160 white bike. Recently I have giving my bike to service centre SR TVS, Urapakkam, Chennai. Since
the bike has been stalled for 6months, so bike battery has been drained. So I requested service centre pick up for service and asked them for General service. They have told that they check battery and revert back. When I given the bike battery available was Exide.

3 months back i bought tvs jupiter bs6.. in one week there was a horn problem in that.. after that it has now technical problem in engine.. when i ride it gets off suddenly in between everytime.. and went to workshop also they are not doing anything with this now this is high time i cant be like this.. i want solution of this.

I have purchased tvs jupiter about 4 months ago, compony provide rac cervice for that, but on dated 09.12.2020 when i actually require that service i didn't get it. I suffer 4 hours & then i my self solve the issue. My perents have that scooter, we all 3 are mentally harass due to this. I have talk with costomer center but i am totally dissatisfied.

Im purchase tvs apache 160 4v,
After 8000 km my bike handle is loose...
Service center person told to me after handle bolecer changed ur bike will finish..
.
And he did change handle bolecer...but problem is increase more...continue 4 day i did go service center.
1st day... engine oil change.
2nd day... Brake pads change...
3rd day handle bolecer changed...but fitting wrong..
4th day......

My ntorq was accident and i submit to the showroom and they were saying parts is not here want to come its 1 month ago no responds from their side if i call they never take if i go their they saying parts didnt came very bad service from their side how can i sugest someone to take tvs scooter like this they behave very bad if i call they never take its 1 month ago no response parts want ro come but till now parts didnt came very poor service...

Seens 3 month my TVs Apache front abs sensor fixing bracket not available any service center and I am completely to customer care but no any response, i am suggest to all don't purches any TVs bike because very poor Service provide by tvs...

In an accident my TVS Jupiter scooter got damaged and I gave my scooter in Prince Motors, Calicut, Kerala on[protected]. As my scooter have a valid insurance policy, I claimed for the repair work. But from the service Centre, they are not at all co operating with me. I have waited patiently for 42 days to get my scooter repaired.They are telling about the unavailability of spare parts.
If the company is not able to provide services...

My scooty pep+ serviced on 28.10.20 at bharath tvs avinashi road tirupur. After which sparkplug cover was not properly assembled. I said this in customer feedback, but no response.I went back and showed vehicle on 21.11.20 at showroom. They said the cover was broken, can not be done anything. I said it was happened during service only. I showed them there was gum kind of thing was pour on the cover to pack up temporarily. They inspected vehicle...

We bought used xl 100 heavy duty from Sri venkatajalabathi motors in Attyampati on 6Sep, 2020. We paid rupees[protected]+old moped for 9000) including name transfer and thousand rupees for insurance. But still now they don't give our RC. They insured the moped on first owner name but we paid money. If we call them they don't response. We believe on TVS COMPANY but your dealers are cheating the people. What should we do if we are caught...

Recently i was buy tvs jupiter ..after 2 days i was going 3 km the engine was heated more... after i was explane showroom manager..He told heating the was common point...So many bikes or sctooty iam buying, but this engine hearing never faced this problem...pls find this problem ..and engine oil cost was 435 rs ...Which engine oil i was asked but he don't told ...First time i was faced bad experience...😔😔😔...
