2 सर्वसिंग आर्वीतील जय भवानी शोरुम मध्ये केली आणि 2 दोन्ही सर्व्हिसिंग करतांना मी त्यांना पुढील प्रॉब्लेम सांगितला परंतु त्यांनी दुर्लक्ष करून मला मनहाले की न्यू गाडी आहे आम्ही काही हाथ नाही लावू शकत आणि माझ्या सोबत आलेले व्यकितीनी विचारणा केली असता त्यांना तुम्ही कशाला मध्ये बोलता मनुन कमी जास्त बोलले आणि मला वर्धा येथे जाण्यास सांगितले Ak गांधी टीव्हीएस शोरुम मध्ये दिनांक 28.12.2020 ला गाडीचा मायलेज कमी असल्यामुळे आणि गाडी अतिशय जाम चालत अस्यामुळे मी टीव्हीएस शोरुम भेट दिली व प्रॉब्लेम सांगितला त्यांनी मला गाडी सोडायला सांगितले मी गाडी तिथेच सोडली आणि वाट पहली
मी दिनांक 1.1.2021 लां गाडी आणायला शोरुम मध्ये गेलो असता गाडी च काम पूर्ण झालं आहे असं त्यांनी मला सांगितले
आणि जातांना मला सांगितलं की आमच्या तेकनिक्शन च्या हाथनी तुमच्या गाडी ची शिट तुटली आहे तर आम्ही 2 दिवसामध्ये तुमची न्यू शीट लाऊन देऊ आणि गाडी ला स्क्रेचेस आहे हे पण सांगितलं परंतु आज 5 दिवस झालेत ना गाडी प्रॉब्लेम दुरूस्त झाला आणि ना शीट लावण्यात आली तरी माझी तक्रार घेण्यात यावी अन्यथा मला ग्राहक मंच मध्ये धाव घ्यावी लागेल

My family had been used TVS vehicles for a long time, starting from the TVS 50 to TVS XL to SCOOTY PEPT to TVS JUPITER. Even I started to ride two-wheelers with TVS 50...

Now I decided to buy my favorite sport-tourer bike APACHE RR 310.

Two days ago I visited the bharath TVS showroom (Thiruvarur) to check the pricing details of the RR 310.
They told me that they don't deliver RR310.
They told me to visit the TVS showroom in Trichy for the booking of RR 310 which is about 125 KM from my place.

Other company's showrooms are delivering the bike from other branches if they didn't have that model.

My question is, why not TVS?

Dear me dharmendra ku.malviya mene Ameem tvs shoroom se 10 Agust 2020 ko TVS Apache 4v 6 model case kharida tha karidne ke 2-3 din se bike chalte chale band ho rahi hai dusra yah ki frant breck kam nahi kar raha hai eski complent Ameem tvs shoroom sohagpur se ki thi unohne sefi tvs showroom budni dist.Hoshangabad se bike purchase karke mujhe di company ka fult bataya ja raha hai or sefi tvs shoroom ke manager Navendra Arora se bat ki hai unhone bola ki avi part book kar diya hai jabki 5 manth ho gaye hai abhi tak koi part ya bike thek nahi ho pai hai me bahut paresan hu yadi 7 days me bike repair nahi hui to mujhe legal process karna padega

I have purchased my NTRQ 125 At Feb.2020.total running kilometres till date aprox 2400. My Scotty no.UP 32 LH 8215.his 3 serviseing complited .but he stiil give averge aprox 20kmph.I have many time compling at my TVS service center at Adity TVS ..but he all time say it's averege will be increase day by day..but it's not true it's averge have down day by day...please do something.

My name is tushar, i dropped jupiter at your service center on 14/12/2020 I told them that my jupiter is not picking pressure and shuts down every now and then as I always take to that service center and I am getting always problem their S.adv Nadeem told me everything is fine you can take your jupiter I went to collect on 16/12/2020 and found the same problem is not resolved after spending 3000/- rupees and times my problem is not solved, I dropped vehicle again and Mr siddhart informed me that he will see to it but there was no communication from their side no update I personally called and took updated after 3 days I got delivery mentionating problem is solved I am working I don't have time drive very often I drive only on my weekoff so took the vehicle and went to panvel literally on the high vehicle was not taking pickup pressure and gets shuts done every one kilometer I have to kick and then start .this is the service you provide and tell that you have well-educated engineer I already attached all documents of invoice need solution and took this vehicle back else I will take this matter in media

Dear sir,

My name is sonvir sharma, i have an Apache 200 rtr buy new bike and registered on 16 Apr 2018. Total run-120000 km.
Defect on engine was reported on 02 Jan 2020. I went to tvs service center the tvs staff told me that there is a defect in engine crank and it will be done under Warranty period.

On 4th jan, he told me that it will be repaired under one way clutch Warranty but magnet coil does not cover under Warranty and for that i have to pay 3600 rupees.

Dear sir pls confirm me that as it is just 2 and half year old bike and run only 12000 km. And u r charging 3600 rs which includes warranty.

Pls do the needful.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm Narayana Moorthy from Coonoor, Nilgiris I purchased TVS Ntorq 125CC race edition Vehicle on 16/10/2020 in full settlement there was no issue on those two months but in the month of December Battery problem started it shows as minus in the battery i couldn't start my two wheeler even engine light was also not working. I have raised complaint in the TVS show room Coonoor branch where I have purchased but there was no response from the show room side after one week they took the battery from my two wheeler they have not replaced any battery from the company side till the date of 04/01/2021 for more than 20 days i couldn't able to take my vehicle so I request you to take action and replace new battery.

Handle noise not solving

We took Jupiter from brilliant TVS for 82500 rate finalised on 27/05/2020 partly paid by cash for 42600 balance went on loan at hdfc. Hdfc executive and your dealership both together cheated us. Dealership amount received from HDFC for 44765 and hdfc executive put insurance for 5000 without our knowledge. Till date we have not received any documents related to insurance. We belongs to very poor BRAHMIN family. We pledged our all jewels and paid part payment by cash. Please help us and try to revert the cheated amount. Please sir. Onething I want to tell you dealership person belongs to ADMK person and spoke arrogantly. We have to live this area. We are afraid of to go police and legally. Please help us.

I have claimed my scooty NTORQ. But it's nearly 2 to 3 month over then and then my bike hasn't repair yet. When I visit your authorized service center they are still says parts not available.

The MAGNUS TVS service center Boisar took some money from me date 10.12.2020 while my two-wheeler insurance claim came to the service center. I was told that the money would be returned in two to three days. But I have not been paid back yet. Service centers do not answer properly. My insurance claim no. Is [protected].

Bike खरेदी करून 6 महिन्यांच्या आतच गाडी बंद पडू लागली. चिपळूण मधील TVS च्या show room मध्ये गाडी दाखवली असता तात्पुरता repaire करून दिली जाते परंतु गाडी ची नक्की समस्या त्यांना उमगत नसून गाडी showroom मध्ये गेले 10 दिवस पडून आहे. नवीन गाडीची ही अवस्था आणि आमची होणारी गैरसोय लक्षात घेता यावर तत्पर काही उपाय करावा.

It is very to inform you that Your dealer Agawan TVS - Gandhinagar, Gujarat is unable to resolve my problem and unable to provide service of my TVS APACHE RR 180.

At first I put my vehicle in the brake pad and Chain sprocket assy replacement. After that replacement at 58 Km/h speed i was feeling vibration on the pedal and was increasing severely by increase in speed.

Then I visited AGAWAN TVS but they failed to solve my problem, also the seat noise problem which was arise after their repairs. And thereafter when I have put my vehicle in service they told me that Due to unavailability of parts like oil filter/air filter/ front and rear wheel bearing they will not be able to do service.

They told me that they will order that part and will carry out service within 2 days now it's almost 10 days and there is no response from them and also oil is being started leaking from the gear side. I am highly dissatisfied that even after paying a ransom amount they are unable to provide me any service.

I NEED ALL MY COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AND SERVICE TO BE CARRY OUT WITH PART REPLACEMENT . I AM READY TO PAY BILL BUT WHY THEY ARE NOT READY TO PROVIDE ME SERVICE.

My name is Milan Ajmeri, I'm from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Here I want to complaint about not getting full face high quality helmet insted of this I get stock helmet which was provided for gearless vehicles. And I purchased TVS APACHE RTR 180 BS6 model.

I purchased apache on 23/06/2020 from TVS STALLION SHAHIBAG BRANCH and there was offere to getting free high quality fullface helmet free with premium bikes.

I have proof with some pictures which helmet I get insted of premium helmet.

So I request you please help to get that helmet.
