Hai this is Rajesh, Iam a tvs customer I bought a TVS XL new self model. I was take as installment payment mode, Iam paying the installments by phonepay of sales executive at TVS showroom Bhupalpally district. But this month he didn't pay and not sent the receipt to me. I went to showroom and asked about the particular person. They said he is not working in TVS. All of the staff also oppose talking to customers.that particular person taking the major amount from several customers, now he is not responding. The another officials also not supporting to customers. And also put pressure on customers as if you not pay the money we will take the vehicle. TVS office, Jayashankar Bhupalpally district, Telangana state.
