OLIVE TVS Service center, Railway new colony, Visakhapatnam, Tele caller called for servicing of vehicle and I told by November -2020 1st week I will come then they told to come by 31 October -2020 there will be discount on labour charges etc and I told I am not holding any AMC book then also they told we will offer discount and then I visited to the service center and my vehicle service done and at the time of billing I told that your people told there is discount then the billing lady told ok and later without discount she has generated the bill and when I asked where the discount then they have no answer and there is no manager who takes care service issue .. It is totally misguiding from TVS team

OLIVE TVS Railway new colony service center misguided me that they will offer discount only for today on 31-10-2020 on labour charges etc but they have charged without discount . I have also mentioned that I don't hold any AMC book then also these people called and assured for discount and finally they have ended up without discount and it's a cheating and fraud by OLIVE TVS

          Dear team,

          Thanks for the reply, i have to highlight some point.

          I have visited Supreem motor and ask for servicing and they found battery issue they told me to conect with your delear than i start arguing with them why should i go and check with that delear .

          After that they told me to we are unable to help you with this issue you have to visit personaly exide care and i did the same i personally visit to the center this is very shocking for me and till the date i am chassing with the Exide team.

          This is the worst service i had received from the Supreem team.

          Hope you understand my pain durring the covid 19 situation i have to run for servicing for bike and battery .

          Supreem team service manager salim choudhary and adviser robert say to me we cant help you and say go to other way.

          Feel free to call me .

            Service centers

            My name is Srinivas . I have a TVS APACHE RTR 160.

            I wanted to tell you that today i went for servicing of my motor cycle but after servicing my bike feel the same as it was before servicing. Its a second change that they disappoint me.its wotk same as it was before but in real after servicing bike milage his all parts should be work better than last.

            I am so fed up with this. I waste my 5927 Rs. In servicing...

            I have two tvs bikes, one is engine ceased bike and another is new Jupiter Classic . Yesterday 29/10/2020 . I have given my tvs Jupiter for service . They have done good service .After seeing the service i have decided to give my apache Rtr160 for engine service . They have said that they have to take the bike for putting estimation for services . I have said yes . They given me a estimation of 18k+ . I have said that, please leave my bike back at home .I will be start servicing at the month of december . Now they are charging for water service charge of Rs.400 without a prior information . if they have said this charge at the time of pickup itself . I would be saying yes . Though i have cancelled my plan of servicing my apache they are charging for water services + pickup . I have refused to pay the amount . Now the manger of the store is telling that you come and take the bike and you can go . Is this the way to handle the customer ? is this the way to inform the customer ? I want to escalate this issue to the higher authority of tvs and want to ask them the way that manager asked me . I want to see what will be the answer given by the higher authorites, and want to know how is fit for the showroom jobs ?

              We would like to state that we wanted to purchase Honda Activa 6G top model for which we had visited their showroom. After seeing the reviews and feedback from all public and Google, we had decided to go for this highly sold and best quality scooter.

              However to get a second option we went to TVS Century Automobiles Showroom to have a look at TVS Jupiter Top end model.

              Here Mr. Yashwant (Sales Exec) attended us and told about features of Jupiter ZX - Disc model Rs.89, 423/-, that features are not available in Honda Activa 6g

              Mr Yashwant confirmed that in Jupiter ZX disc brake model has all the modern features like remote petrol lid opener, remote boot (Dickey) opener and stylish mirrors.

              After seeing all these modern features as mentioned by Yashwant, we switched our mind to purchase Jupiter ZX disc model instead of Honda Activa 6g.

              This on 22nd Oct '20, we went to TVS Century Automobiles to book TVS Jupiter ZX Disc brake model.
              Here on further discussions, Mr Yashwant stated that we could go for a Drum brake Jupiter ZX model which is Rs. 4000 cheaper than Disc brake model and provides the same modern features as the Disc model. He further stated that Drum brake models are better than Disc brake models as Disc breaks are high on maintenance and also apply very quickly which may not be safe while taking small kids around. As I have a 5 yrs old daughter.

              He never showed the Drum model but somehow convinced with all the modern features this is the best model to cater to our needs. We got convinced for the safety of our child & having all the modern features getting in a drum break scooter for 85415/-. We paid him money through GPay on 22nd October.

              He promised to deliver the scooter on Dashera Day. On that day he told it's unsafe to drive the scooter without number & better to wait until the number gets registered on my name. So we decided to wait.

              Today 29th Oct when I went to collect the vehicle, they took all the required signatures from me and later gave delivery of the Vehicle.

              To my greatest disappointment, I found all those features missing which was promised by Mr Yashwant in the Drum brake model, which was my main need & attraction.

              Mr Yashwant then promptly denied that those features comes only in Disc brake model and not the one purchased. I spoke to his Manager Mr Nilesh Sonawane as well, who was insisting and later agreed that his Sales person has done a mistake while selling and gave wrong information to me.

              When I asked for a concrete solution, he said that nothing can be done now as the registration and other formalities has already been done. I even offered to pay ₹4000/- extra for the Disc brake model with the features I wanted. But he flatly refused to look into that option as well or look into a solution that will take care of the issue.

              Now I feel cheated that I have paid all the money and I got a scooter without the features I wanted and as promised by the Sales person.

              Requesting TVS motors to kindly take my complaint very seriously and work out a viable solution that would address my issue on priority.

              Otherwise, I would be forced to take the legal action against your organisation and the franchisee.

              If I have paid complete payment on 22nd Oct 2020 why it's showing the scooter booked on 25th oct 20. & Why the delivery of scooter was so late. I got it on 29th Oct 2020

                      I wanted to tell you that today i went for 7th servicing of my motor cycle but after servicing my bike feel the same as it was before servicing. Its a second change that they disappoint me.its wotk same as it was before but in real after servicing bike milage his all parts should be wotk better than last.

                      Its 2nd time they did not gave wash to motorcycle.

                      I am so fed up with this. I waste my 1670 Rs. In servicing but no result.

                      I am not satisfying.

                      Do something or give instruction to your team that do their work honestly.

                            Today, on 27/10/2020 my ntorq is completed 2 years and 22 days. I'm am very happy to be a part of ntorq family and to be a ntorqian but the feeling very sad when it comes to its mileage. I hardly get 28 to 30 kmph and it is very hard to believe when company claims of about 47kmph. I have told my problem to the service center guys and they do all they can but can't resolve my problem. Atleast it should give 40 to 45 kmph but I don't know what...

                            OM Tvs is a service center in Okhla new delhi where I went to free service my Apache RTR 160 4v. Manager refuse to service of my bike. He told me it's over 1 year so they cannot do free service but bike run 9500km only and also lock down all over the country. How can i do my bike service in lockdown?
                            The last service in the March just before the lockdown.
                            Please solve the issue ASAP. Otherwise I can do service out side. But it's will be bad experience with TVS.

                                Hi I have bought tvs apache rtr1604v from RP TVS mount road, chennai. I have got ABS issue on front brake. I have made complaint to the service center. They haven't cleared the issue instead they replied as there is no issue and they returned my bike after 10days keeping it ideal. Please help me.

                                  Incident :

                                  I was facing issue regarding missing in engine after 500 km driven. and for the same issue I visited their service center every month but still my vehicle is in the same condition and now the engine is vibrating so badly.

                                  I complaint about this issue lots of time but they couldn't able to fix it.
                                  In fact I complaint on their headquarter they provide me issue numbers I mention below :
                                  1. TVS_Gr_55799447
                                  2. TVS_Gr_28544368

                                  Last Time they Picked My vehicle for missing issue and when they delivered my vehicle was in bad condition. My vehicle cluster buttons covers were open and RPM Meter was not working then they said on next Sunday we will pick your vehicle and fix it up.

                                  After two days later, My vehicle headlamp stop working while I was coming back from my office. I check my headlamp bulb its look like its fine. I press the pass button then its start glowing but only when i press the pass button.

                                  Later on after call them. They Picked my vehicle on 16 oct. 2020 (Friday) for diagnosis. when I tried to connect them after 2 days they didn't response properly. after 4 days they told me its some wiring issue. You can Pick Your Vehicle on Friday (23/Oct/2020). I asked them i will come on Sat. (24/Oct/2020). they said ok.
                                  On 24/oct/2020 i called them for asking is my vehicle ready so i can come and picked it up. they told me Sir, Can you come tomorrow, your vehicle is on fitting. When i called them on 25/Oct/2020 then said again Sir it took 2 more days for diagnosis. When i asked them what you are doing with my vehicle. then didn't response properly and they didn't tell me what part they are replacing.

                                  So, I was facing a issue of poor product sale, a poor service providing, and an unprofessional behavior.

                                  Now i want replacement of my vehicle from the company end.
                                  Because the engine is gone due to vibration. Vehicle wiring is gone.
                                  I want a complete vehicle replacement.
