Hello tvs your lines bdi bhi badiya bhi is not working properly in morena . Aabki gadi bdi h par service bdiya nahi hai. I bought my TVS Jupiter 7 months before but your service provider is not giveing me my RC card and Number every time i visit the shop they are not giving any satisfactory answer to me. If you wont do any thing i will take this issue to Twitter Facebook and anyway to court . Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I have purchased Jupiter Grande scooty in 2019 as i see the advertisment by the great Amitabh Bacchan that the average of this scooty is 64 km )/ ltr . But since i purchased this scooty MH43BS2058 it giving average of 32/ltd. And in Dec the Amway battery replaced. Again in in Oct 20 the battery is again giving problem.
And the average problem not solved till to date.

Request see this matter.

I m not happy with TVS servicing. When i had gone service center at paralakhemundi and said him to general check up, eng oil change and washing. He changed eng oil and wahsing and said comlpited ur work. When i check up the veh he wahning not properly and not check up properly. The veh is sound from front brake side and light not work in high beam. They betray customers with servicing why didn't we go to TVS service center. It not good so pls action immediately.

I had book tvs Ntorq race edition on 21 September. And my Downpaymnt was 40000 and i want to finance my scooter.but the finance guy shivam mishra is very bad behavior and not receiving my call he wants.i am ready to my emi in 12 months but he wants i have to pay minimum 18 months EMIs..in this process they weste my one month time.and i had take back my booking amount very disappointed with the sales staff also Rahul dixit Everytime he give me different price of product and push me to buy product.always give me falls commitment.. never recommend this showroom (trivikram tvs ) to anyone

Six month ago i bought a scooty tvs ntorq. in three months that ran out of damage to is battery and fuel leakage problem... And then i took it to the agency. It has been standing for three months yet. What do i do now.

I purchased TVS apache 160 2V on Oct 4 2019. After approx 3-4 month, low dipper of bulb got fused that I got it replaced in Choudhary Motors.

After this, Vibration started coming from front section of the bike(may be from speedometer, or Visor). After numerous attempts to get it repaired, service center manager said that this vibration will stay. The vibration is quite high in low RPM as well.

Desirable resolution: Remove plastic vibration sound from speedometer/ visor side without any cost as it is deteriorated by your service centre.

I would like to bring to your notice that I am having serious battery backup issue with my bike before in the past I had issue of power discharge from my battery and I had given it to service (SRI UDAY MOTORS SHOW ROOM IN COX TOWN) where the showroom mechanics informed to change the battery and it was done as they suggested but after changing the battery the same issue started again within no time and the problem is not rectified we choose to come to Showroom because of the reason work would be done the way we expect but people here are worse than the private mechanics and never accomplish the required satisfactory actions of the customers though after bearing the changes in the spares and charges we are not getting the solution please kindly resolve my issue at least now. I hope someone from your team would rectify the issue with my battery since this is happening intermittently.

Note: I visited this showroom From Nov 2019 to Till Same issue I Visited 5 to 6 time for battery issue and changed all the spares parts. For your reference I attached Photos and recent bill copy

I have a apache fi bike and my bike broke down, when i took it to the Service center, they informed me that the petrol pump got damaged and needs to be replaced with a new part. Now the company is saying they are not manufacturing new parts.

Few days ago i was at tvs service center at jahangirabd dist- builandshahr uttar pradesh . After my service when i was going back to home i noticed that chain of my bike was making a noice, till that i was near to my house so i thought once i go back there than i will show this problem to mechanic.
After few days (5-7) i was at tvs service center so i called the mechanic to check the chain of my bike (why it is making noice )
so that guy directly replied me that we have to change the chain set of the bike.
I said please have a look and check . Sp that guy told me that i dont have enough time to check it,

i request him to check my bike but that guy totally deny to check my bike and behave with me in very disgusting way .

This is Ranjith from sivagankai district booked tvs apache RTR 200 4v dual channel abs on 28th September in ur Madurai showroom (np enterprises ) which is governed by a manager named KARTHIK when I enquired about the availability of stock in Dindigul district they guided me to book in Madurai and I got my booking details and delivery date (delivery on 12 October ) ...first I would state that Dindugal manager named RANJITH was clearly insisting me on keeping a mechanic to drive my new bike all the way from Madurai and sivagankai ( a total 75 kms ) and told " I would not take guarantee for the bike if anything happens halfway " ...so I insisted to get my bike delivered on Madurai itself ..after a few hours they said ok ...a day passed ...on this day 12th oct ...when I gathered all my family and friends to get the bike delivered in Madurai (pls note even in morning I called and confirmed the delivery ) half way through both managers called me and told the bike is here but we got only single channel abs ...( I payed for dual channel abs ) do u people think we are fools to travel long distance and take bike delivery which we payed ? ..I am gonna take severe action on this cheating showrooms If this problem is not resolved ...resolve this problem as soon as possible ..

Day before yesterday i have serviced my TVS Sport .i said chain sprocket loose.
But they are fixed the sprocket wheel center Offset.
Now chain getting stress..

Last month I give my bike apache 4v to Najafgarh service center situated in South West Delhi...what they are done,
They change my handle clutch and wires...they treat there valuable customer like that...write now I have no proff...but I never came for the servicing and I give my feedback to Twitter and Facebook as well ...how you treat your customers...

This complaint is regarding the bharat motors located in panipat, haryana working on the name of tvs motor ( sales and service tvs 2 wheelers) with gst number 06anapp0846j1z0 run by mr. Satya parkash
last year (june 2019) i purchased tvs sports duralife(bsiv), the first complaint is about the product they showed me something else but gave me something else by this i mean to say the product with scratches. A lot of times i complained about that but nothing happened. At the time of registration they had taken more than 3 months which later found out that they have not submitted the file. Even the temp. Number was given when i took my complaint to twitter and higher authorities took the actions, this took about 23 days. ( special mention: all the required documents were submitted to the dealership before the handling of the product). Later i also found that they have charged me rs. 8569.51 while the receipt received from the insurance company is of 7376. I dought that they have given me a 1+4yr insurance while charged for 5yr zero dept.

After 2 periodic services as mentioned in the owners manual when i calculated the average of the vehicle it appeared to come 48kmpl. When i told the mechanic he told me in clear words " this is the maximum it can give, i can`t tune the vehicle for more". It was really shocking for me that a product gives a millage of 48kmpl on while the company proudly announces as a millage machine, i took the vehicle to local mechanic and found that there was some issue in the spark plug and after replacing that the milage changed to around 75-80kmpl which is comparitbly much more satisfactory.

Now i have found that the bill given by the dealership at the time of service has alot of miscalculations. Once or twice is forgettable but more than 3 times is fishy. Certainly, they correct the bill amount after speaking to them, but i still count it as a fraud to costumer.
While i was filling my itr i found they has not given me the gst rebate for the goods & services. When i talk to them they ask talk to my accountant. I found it very difficult to found their accountant in such a big city with zero clues ( they have not told me anything about their accountant.) Isnt that strange.

Now the owner is talking rubbish, using abusive language, misbehaving with me.
I dont think it is a way to talk to any one. Rest you are a big company they know things better, might be in your way misbehaving is the normal. But its sure i wont be recommending tvs motor to anyone. And i also regret my purchase with tvs motor (bharat motors)

I have given my scotty pep+ for casual service with known complaints (like turn indicators, head light in long mode, and speedometer are not working) on 7th October 2020 afternoon 2PM, I have received my scooter on the same day at 6PM after servicing. They have charged me 450 rupees, when I ask for the bill they told me to come and collect on the next day(8th October).

Here are a few things to put on.

1)On 8th October -I faced turn indicators not working issues, Again took scotty for servicing. They charged me 70 rupees for the turn indicator switch and they repaired it. Just to remind them of the previous service bill, the same story told me to come and collect on the next day.

2) On 13th October- After the above service on 8th October, I took scotty outside on 13th October at 6PM, found shocking observations like again head light is not at all working. Again took scotty for servicing. They told me it was a loose plug issue and they Re repaired it. Just to remind them of the previous service bill, the same story told me to come and collect on the next day.

3) On 13th October- After the above service on 13th October, I took my scotty and went for a test drive, by that time again I observed the speedometer issue (not working). As service hours completed for that day I haven't given for Re Re repair.

I have few questions, All the above issues I have informed when they are writing the job card, Even I have informed all the issues in prior why the service is very poor.
Why are they not giving my bill and telling me like there is no job created on my scotty number.
