Hey Hiii, ,
Last month I give my bike apache 4v to Najafgarh service center situated in South West Delhi...what they are done,
They change my handle clutch and wires...they treat there valuable customer like that...write now I have no proff...but I never came for the servicing and I give my feedback to Twitter and Facebook as well ...how you treat your customers...

    This complaint is regarding the bharat motors located in panipat, haryana working on the name of tvs motor ( sales and service tvs 2 wheelers) with gst number 06anapp0846j1z0 run by mr. Satya parkash
    last year (june 2019) i purchased tvs sports duralife(bsiv), the first complaint is about the product they showed me something else but gave me something else by this i mean to say the product with scratches. A lot of times i complained about that but nothing happened. At the time of registration they had taken more than 3 months which later found out that they have not submitted the file. Even the temp. Number was given when i took my complaint to twitter and higher authorities took the actions, this took about 23 days. ( special mention: all the required documents were submitted to the dealership before the handling of the product). Later i also found that they have charged me rs. 8569.51 while the receipt received from the insurance company is of 7376. I dought that they have given me a 1+4yr insurance while charged for 5yr zero dept.

    After 2 periodic services as mentioned in the owners manual when i calculated the average of the vehicle it appeared to come 48kmpl. When i told the mechanic he told me in clear words " this is the maximum it can give, i can`t tune the vehicle for more". It was really shocking for me that a product gives a millage of 48kmpl on while the company proudly announces as a millage machine, i took the vehicle to local mechanic and found that there was some issue in the spark plug and after replacing that the milage changed to around 75-80kmpl which is comparitbly much more satisfactory.

    Now i have found that the bill given by the dealership at the time of service has alot of miscalculations. Once or twice is forgettable but more than 3 times is fishy. Certainly, they correct the bill amount after speaking to them, but i still count it as a fraud to costumer.
    While i was filling my itr i found they has not given me the gst rebate for the goods & services. When i talk to them they ask talk to my accountant. I found it very difficult to found their accountant in such a big city with zero clues ( they have not told me anything about their accountant.) Isnt that strange.

    Now the owner is talking rubbish, using abusive language, misbehaving with me.
    I dont think it is a way to talk to any one. Rest you are a big company they know things better, might be in your way misbehaving is the normal. But its sure i wont be recommending tvs motor to anyone. And i also regret my purchase with tvs motor (bharat motors)

      I have given my scotty pep+ for casual service with known complaints (like turn indicators, head light in long mode, and speedometer are not working) on 7th October 2020 afternoon 2PM, I have received my scooter on the same day at 6PM after servicing. They have charged me 450 rupees, when I ask for the bill they told me to come and collect on the next day(8th October).

      Here are a few things to put on.

      1)On 8th October -I faced turn indicators not working issues, Again took scotty for servicing. They charged me 70 rupees for the turn indicator switch and they repaired it. Just to remind them of the previous service bill, the same story told me to come and collect on the next day.

      2) On 13th October- After the above service on 8th October, I took scotty outside on 13th October at 6PM, found shocking observations like again head light is not at all working. Again took scotty for servicing. They told me it was a loose plug issue and they Re repaired it. Just to remind them of the previous service bill, the same story told me to come and collect on the next day.

      3) On 13th October- After the above service on 13th October, I took my scotty and went for a test drive, by that time again I observed the speedometer issue (not working). As service hours completed for that day I haven't given for Re Re repair.

      I have few questions, All the above issues I have informed when they are writing the job card, Even I have informed all the issues in prior why the service is very poor.
      Why are they not giving my bill and telling me like there is no job created on my scotty number.

            We have taking the new bike from saradha Motors pudukkottai 1.5half month only (RTR160 4v), will submit frist service in vehicle store room will inform to complain (front site noise, chain noise, silencer noise, engine noise.)still did not redified complain.water was also very bad.

                  Problem: Poor Customer Service and technical issues, brand new vehicles handle lock not working on the third day and start up switch cut off. Olive Pvt Ltd Gurudwar, highway visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh India. Poor attention to product issues and handling.

                  I purchased Ntorq 125 racing edition yellow & black on the 5th of Oct 2020 full cash, I got no discount as it's brand new model not even festival offer.
                  I was not able to use my vehicle next two days, third day I got the seat cover done and at parking I was not able to lock my scooter on the left side of the handle, I immediately called up the showroom only to hear another excuse saying mechanic is not available so come tomorrow, I made another call and talked strictly they asked me to come down. The guy who sold me the vehicle was least bothered to even look and ask me about my issue and more over they lied he is the manager but he is a sales person. Then came the machanic with a sarcastic approach as if I don't knw how to lock the vehicle..but right side was good but left side was not working. After two more days engine shut off while starting so I took to near by showroom I was told the handle lock is gone..what would hve happened if I had gone out somewhere with the scooter. First of all managers are not available in the showrooms, silly low profile and unqualified sales staff are playing with customers and showing attitude after the sale is done..this worst experience and a shame for such big company like TVS

                  Nearest showroom at venkojipalem has realized the issues in first contact though I didn't see any managers around to even ask me..I was asked to wait for a day or two for the spare parts I denied as they have to take action on the spot since it's a brand new vehicle.. out of the blue spare part arrived and I was aksed to wait for another 2 hours to get it fixed..I cannot believe how these companies dealers are recruiting unqualified teams to attend their business..they don't knw what is CUSTOMER service or how to attend product related issues. Where are the managers why the CUSTOMERs have to repeat themselves to every ### they come across at their showrooms. Why don't they deal CUSTOMER problems like they do it before the sale.

                    Im facing an bubbling issue in my bike from date of purchase and i have complaint also regarding this issue but still im facing this issue .
                    I had mail to company id but still not getting reply from your company and also i had attached video for your reference .as per Company policy before 24 hr working days you have to reply to customers but still not getting any reply form your side

Im not getting any call and any type of reply from company mail I'd. Im waiting for company reply on mail and also on call from last 18 days..

                      The tvs jupiter i purchased last year is vobbling and vibrating when i go 50kms speed itself in a bypass road. Not even 1 year this is the performance the vehicle gives. Already i mailed a complaint. Take immediate action

                        I'm manjunath, i had given my zest scooter (Ka-51, ey1445) had given service in neo service center in belikahalli, bannergatta road, bangalore, had some minor issues, (Charged rs850) but they returned the scooter got with major problems charged (Rs3100)
                        To loot the money from people are doing like this pandemic period..
                        Really very disappointed with your services

                          Hello i have purchased tvs parts from tvs saravana entriprises kolar 563101 they have charged me overpricing for the product’s and if i have asked them why it’s like that salesman person are behaving very rudely and giving a warning me do whatever you need we will sales’s like this only

                          Mrp price’s on product sticker is 543rs including all tax

                          But they are charging 480rs all inclusive

                            I am nowshad. I purchased a new tvs jupiter bs vi from shakthi autos, thanjavur. While driving and the speed between 20 - 50, the vehicle behaves like there is no fuel. The speed slows and raising automatically. When my first and second informed to the technician. He told that problem solved. But it occurs still. I couldn't continue like that. It should be solved immediately under the warranty otherwise i'll take legal action against the company. So please guide me and take immediate action.

                              2 months before, i bought used tvs xl 100 heavy duty in tvs showroom in attyampati, namakkal district, tamil nadu. But still now, they are not giving rc for us. We are the second owner of the vehicle. They have to do name transfer as we bought it. We paid for all. Including insurance and name transfer. I call them often but no response. If they atten my call, they say that they will do that's all but no action was taken. Kindly help me to get our rc. Thank you

                                  I have been given my bike late and was miss behaving with me not answering my call not telling where is work shop manager charge me extra after paid service of 620 no proper inspection was done when i take my bike they said ok your service is done i go around 4km my bike suddenly stoped and i contact my friend he came and push my bike with his leg from another bike we go to a local bike mechanic he said from where you have done the service that u spend 2000 also and they have not told u about or check my spark plug and its red colour rubber then i got it changed and its cost me 400 very local service tvs is providing i will giver zero feedback

                                    I have a Jupiter scooter I bought it from RAVI TVS (Guru Gobind Singh Avenue) Jalandhar in April 2019.I have an issue from your service center and her staff .My issue is my scooter is missing when the speed is Under 30-60 and below 20.He starting behave like there is no petrol left in the tank.I visited many many times to solve the problem But there are no longer solved my problem from your Side.It is an other issue the issue is self starting . Please take a strict action against this. Even you don't take it seriously, I filled a FIR against you and your service providers and I'm not responsible for any kind of miss happening like I take a legal action against you With the help of Police Officers and Other Government Officials.

                                      I have put my TVS Jupiter on service at Mahalaxmi TVS, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad Showroom on 01.OCT 2020 and I got it on 02 OCT
                                      2020, they have changed some parts including bearing of front wheel.

                                      and on second day when my sister was driving suddenly front wheel jammed and due to that she fall on road and had injury on leg and hand.

                                        I am one of the customer of TVS. I gave my Tvs Scooty Pept AP07DS6219 to Pioneer Tvs, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh on August 29th for service with complaint of rattling sound on running.Servicing was done good but the complaint of rattling sound has not resolved. I visited 4 times in the one month.They are resolving temporarily while handover, but after few days it's reappearing. So I kindly request you to see my complaint and make it solved as soon as possible.
