I have given my scotty pep+ for casual service with known complaints (like turn indicators, head light in long mode, and speedometer are not working) on 7th October 2020 afternoon 2PM, I have received my scooter on the same day at 6PM after servicing. They have charged me 450 rupees, when I ask for the bill they told me to come and collect on the next day(8th October).
Here are a few things to put on.
1)On 8th October -I faced turn indicators not working issues, Again took scotty for servicing. They charged me 70 rupees for the turn indicator switch and they repaired it. Just to remind them of the previous service bill, the same story told me to come and collect on the next day.
2) On 13th October- After the above service on 8th October, I took scotty outside on 13th October at 6PM, found shocking observations like again head light is not at all working. Again took scotty for servicing. They told me it was a loose plug issue and they Re repaired it. Just to remind them of the previous service bill, the same story told me to come and collect on the next day.
3) On 13th October- After the above service on 13th October, I took my scotty and went for a test drive, by that time again I observed the speedometer issue (not working). As service hours completed for that day I haven't given for Re Re repair.
I have few questions, All the above issues I have informed when they are writing the job card, Even I have informed all the issues in prior why the service is very poor.
Why are they not giving my bill and telling me like there is no job created on my scotty number.
TVS Motor Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
