I bought tvs Apache RTR 4v in 2018 of june. After few months my silencer give an unwanted noise. I want to change my silencer as soon as possible.

Our dealer kathir tvs, karamana, trivandram is asking for five more days for changing the damaged battery. Now the lockdown time public transport and private taxis are not avialable thus our vehicle is essential for daily life.

That's i kindly request the company please do the necessary actions for changing the guarenteed battery.

As i have purchased a tvs jupiter in dec 2019 from chaitanya tvs motors, mehkar and passing of vehicle has been done but still haven't got the number plate while the passing of vehicle is also done. It's been 5-6 months also done due to the number plate is not there. We're facing many issues. Also the customers who have bought the same vehicle from same company from same showroom of same jupiter, still we only won't got a number plate. The customers who have bought tvs jupiter from same showroom also got their number plate we only not getting the number plate. So please look into this issue and solve asap.

I had given vehicle service on 09.05.2020 and taken delivery on 11.05.2020 TV's wego reg no KA 25 EJ 4178 at sarur motors Maratha colony Dharwad Karnataka State and paid bill amt RS 1900, and washing work not done properly so highly recommend other my friends to not to take TV's vehicle because there work is not good.

I purchased a tvs scooty pep+ from tvs dealer (Logesh tvs, medavakkam, chennai) on may -2019. We experienced a starting problem after done the second free service like with 4 months from purchased date. We used that bike for mere 3500 km.
I raised a complaint with service center and tvs customer case as well. There tried to rectify it twice. But with 2 weeks, same problem occurs. The service center (Logesh tvs, medavakkam, chennai) took 1 month to analyze and rectify the problem, but with 2 weeks, same problem occurs. They are not ready to exchange the bike as well. Please help me to resolve this problem

I have done service of my tvs scooty pep+ in 8 may 2020. Bike has oil capacity of 750 to 800 ml and oil bottle containing 900 ml oil.
So with integrity they should return remaining 100 to 150 mm oil.
But they have not returned it.
900 ml oil price= 315 rupees
So 100-150 mm oil= 32-50 rupees.
Are they selling these oil somewhere.
This scam may be done at service centres across india.
So please do the needful and take action against below service centre

I am buy a tvs scooty pept (Klo1cl3189) on 25/05/2019 at kathir tvs trivandram. The first three services are timely done. Now the battery of the vechicle is not working. The agencys battery testing facility is not proper working. That is why i will check the battery outside. They said that the battery is damaged. I kindly request the company please change the battery (Now it was on the garrenty period). The kick lever is not properly working thats impossible to take it into the service station. Please do the needful as early as possible.

Am using tvs ntorq, i bought it on January 2019, from 1st service onwards i got the sound of kicker wheel, i complaint it from 1st service, now the scooter runs almost 18000+, in each service i had this same issue still nothing is cleared

After insurance claimed tvs is still not resopnding to our complaints.

I bought the bike apache rtr 200 bs6 on 1st january 2020, i just drive the bike for 26 days and on 27th day while i was going to my office on the bike i met with an accident that day on 27th january 2020, actually i bought this bike on emi sir, i don't have any query related to the bike, actually i have issue with those service center's, sir why they are just making people fools, i kept the bike on 28th january 2020 in gandhinagar showroom, oceanic motors, sector-30, near thermal plant. But since today sir they are just giving nonsense excuses to me and saying that as this is bs6 company has not launched the spare parts yet and it will take time we have ordered the spare parts from chennai, it has been 4 months and still they not received their order.
I am requesting everyone this is an unexpected experience from tvs.
This issue will be raised on social media also. I will carry my issue to court also if needed.
I am paying each month emi on time then why tvs is not responding to the complaints of the customer.
Just making fools to the customers
Please everyone don't buy tvs vehicles.

It has just been a year and a 3 months that I had purchased a new bike from Shelar TVS. The spare parts have been damaged already and this was only because of negligence of the people who serviced my moped. It's costing me a lot of money. Already they ripped a Fortune out during the free servicing and now this. It's an outrageous behaviour.

Sir mujhe abhi 1 sal bhi nhi hue scotty liye hue. Hm product ki cmplan kr kr ke thak chuke hai. Ek problm nhi bhot sari problm hai
1:- battry ded ho gyi. Aur 2 month ho gye abhi tk nhi battry nhi mili.
2:-fule meter kharab hai jb scooty hmne li thi tbhi se. Bhot cmplant ki. Kuch nhi hua

Mai tvs sumangal, chas, bokaro steel city se apni bike lia hu but wha jb v kisi prblm ko dikhane jata hu wha pe rudely behave kia jata hai. Maine january 2020 me silencer change krwaya bt usme kuch aawaz aari thi maine dusre showroom me bike dikhaya to wha pe unhone btaya ki silencer ka pking me kuch prblm hai to mai fir wapas sumangal tvs, chas gya or wha pe btaya ki paking chng krne k liye btaya h to unhone kha ki aap whi chng kra lo. Maine unse kha aap shi krke dijye to unhone kuch kia nut wagera tight bt hua nhi or paise v lg gye mere. Yha ki service bhot gandi h koi nhi sunta h prblm ko jese mn waise krke de dete h. Plz kuch solution btaiye mjhe

Sir, i buy scooty on bharath tvs tiruvarur on ready case. One year not completed scooty battery level is not good condition. I attached handycaped two wheels etc. I submit handaped certificate on the spot on scooty buying date. But i got two wheeler certificate only. Sir i complained lot of times on above two complained. But no response on the owner, manager, seller also. I have worst experience. Pls take immediate action.

Sir bike 3 to 4 time automatically off during starting and battery is not working properly and engine have many problem

Is tvs just launched bs6 in the market without launching the spareparts???

Kindly answer my questions and please look into this issue, sir in this whole issue i am paying emi every month without riding the bike, was this my mistake that i bought tvs vehicle!!!

Hi i purchased a new scooty zest in balamurugan tvs, vellore. There is a problem with button start of new bike and also there is some harsh bullet like sound while riding the bike. I also lodged a compliant and they took the bike for service. But there is no difference in service, same problem continuing. Registration number is tn23 cr 3645. I still din receive rc book also. But i am having so many problems with this bike. It's really mentally distressing to call these tvs showroom people who din respond properly at all. They have done the service but still am facing same problem again and again.

Before 3 day i brought new apache 200 4v bs6, i'm facing chain sound and engine and gear problem. Clutch didn't perform well gears sleeps and make sound. Chain makes sound more then engine and exhaust. I'm really disappointed from bike performance. I driven almost 100km. Problem of clutch and chain in same as it was. I have feeling like its manufacturing issues, and i told alot of times to dealer and your tvs company territory manager but why the gays can't resolved my problem, i can't accept this so as soon as possible please change this bike

Sir i want to bring this to your notice that have given my bike apache rtr 180 at the service center for repairing work. It was actually an insurance claim. When i have my bike for repairing work the tachometer war working perfectly but what i recieved the bike it was not working and when i asked them they said they will not repair it and told me to change the whole meter console. Sir with due respect why should change it and pay the extra cost when i knew that it was working perfectly fine earlier that is not done
I want to request all the concerning authorities to look into this matter as soon as possible.
Not only this but the supervisor (Shailendra kumar) was cooperating very badly not in a good manner.
I have been doing services from the past two years every time i had to face some sort of problems
But this time i thought i should bring this to the notice of higher authorities
One last thing sir
We go to the service center because we want good service not to insult ourselves. People working there in the servicing department seems to be in a hurry
I have seen other customers begging to the service mens to get there work done
This is not done sir
Please look into this as soon as possible
