I have purchased Tvs scotty from Jay Kay Automobiles in Rehari Jammu in the month of 21October 2019 with frame no. MD626AG72K2L09744 but till date the tvs company have not given me the number plate of the vehicle not registration number. When we go there your manager is telling us everytime come after two day or three days or after 2 weeks. So please help us. I hade complained to ur customer care services vide complaint reference id no. 73929 but they also are unable to resolve my issues . Shame on ur services.

I took a delivery, apache rtr 160 4v bs6 on feb 3rd 2020 from vs agency, hosur with ready cash of ₹128500 which includes road tax, insurance, registration fees. Still my bike was not registered, on booking they said your vehicle will be registered within a month, i regularly followed them by visiting showroom and through contact number. After waiting for a month, they are saying will see after march end. It's an offence to drive vehicle without registration. I was mentally affected due to this, as it affects my job nature too. I[censored]nfortunately something happened everything will put on me. I think for their (Vs agency) business profit they are lining up the bs4 models. So please make some solution or otherwise for my safe and to complete my registration process i will proceed through legal.

Hello team,

I booked tvs jupiter zx disc edition on jan 12 2020 from nrgc motors (
Address: 80ft road, no. 608, 17th d main rd, 6th block, koramangala, bengaluru, karnataka 560095).

Till now my vehicle is not delivered, every time they come up with different excuses.
There is no proper follow-up from them every time i have to call them and check.

I bought the bike on 5/02/2020 in svs automobiles ambattur industrial estate show room but still now i could not able to register in arakkonam rto office because they are not upload the proper doc to register 2 times it is happen from my place to show room 80km 2 time i went to show room they are response properly they said it is uploaded so please solve the issue asap please

Last sunday i have serviced my tvs wego vehilce in arasu tvs porur, but after service i am facing problems in vehicle after that i raised complaint and visited service senter but no response still problem is ther.

My name arvind singh meena, i was purchase new bike apache 160 rtr, my bike was stolen, which had first party insurance, but after being stolen i have been given third party insurance. Cheated by the dealer and agent and i am unable to even make a court case. Because my financial condition is not good. Now i am complaining to you, i hope, i should get my money refunded from here please help me and resolve my complaint. For proof, i have attached all document here.

I have a tvs victor bike (Up32jm9441) from tvs. I would like to inform 2 days ago that i got served in reliance motor work c-6-1 reliance tower opp hal indira nagar lucknow 226016 in which it happened that my speed meter was running right before the service, after the service, my speed meter was never running or never, the other day i immediately came back...

ये सर्विस सेंटर इंदिरा नगर लखनऊ का है । इस सर्विस सेंटर में मैने दो बार सर्विस कराई दोनों बार मै असंतुष्ट रहा । यहां के मैकेनिक को किसी भी चीज की अच्छी जानकारी नहीं है।बाइक सर्विस करने के लिए मैने जब पहली बार दिया तो बीयरिंग खराब होने के कारण उसमें से आवाज़ आ रही थी ।मैकेनिक ने उस आवाज को बन्द करने के लिए पूरा चैन स्प्रोकट किट बदल दी कटलेट बदल दी फिर भी वो सही नहीं हुआ और आखिरी में जाकर बेरिंग बदली ये सर्विस सेंटर सिर्फ ज्यादा से ज्यादा का बिल बनाता है और एक दिन में सर्विस कर ही नहीं पाता कुछ ऐसा कर देंगे आपको दूसरे दिन फिर आना पड़ेगा कुछ नहीं तो नट बोल्ट ही ढीला छोड़ देंगे ।जब मैने दूसरी बार सर्विस करवाई तो मेरा स्पीड मीटर सही था इन्होंने सर्विस की मै शाम को ले गया देखा तो स्पीड मीटर कभी चल रहा कभी नहीं चल रहा दूसरे दिन में गया दिखवाने तो बोले वायर शॉर्ट है बदलना पड़ेगा 1500 का खर्चा आएगा ऐसे ही ये लोग खुद बिगाड़ देते है फिर बनने के नाम पर बड़ा बिल बना कर दे देते है।
ये सर्विस सेंटर सिर्फ बिल बनने में आगे है काम किसी को आता नहीं गाड़ी बनाते कम है बिगाड़ ज्यादा देते है।
इस प्रकरण पर कोई मेरी मदद करे।
इनपर कंपनी की तरफ से कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए।

I have a tvs apache rtr160 4v bike and my 4th service was due so i had gone for my bike servicing in hare krishna tvs service center. Tvs provides 1st 5 labour free services. There i meet with an advisor named rahul who creats a report of problems and servicing cost of the bike. Firstly he cheated me by saying my bike has such problems like carbon depositing and shock absorber sound and he also charged me around 600₹ as a labour charge...

On 27th of feb 2020 i have done my rr310 servicing. And only after 1 day when i am on the way to jalgaon the bike stopped and and not getting start. So i called to dealer and even on the toll free no. For road side assistant. But they are saying that your road side assistant is inactive. How is it possible coz i purchased bike on 19th march 2019. I am really disappointed with tvs.

Arunagiri tvs kalyanagar bangalore has robbed me and cheated.. I had given my rtr 160 for servicing and they have stolen my new chain sprocket and replaced with some damaged one. The left handle was replaced with tvs authorized parts but its faulty. I never asked to touch the engine but that service in charge vinraj i number one fraudster and theaf... If he was money she should go and beg on the road he has no right to steal from my vehicle. My engine which was giving 50+ mileage is now giving hardly 30 and also the engine speed is limited to 60 kmph who the hell is this vinraj to put limits on my engine and alter my engine mileage bloody rough he needs to be jailed for stealing my new chain sprocket and altering my engine. Now i'm suffering daily with low mileage who will pay for my petrol who will correct this problem... This outlet arunagiri tvs kalyangar should to shutdown and he should give compensation for all the customers who have been affected by this bloody bast*d vinraj he should be jailed... He simply bill's the customers and if you have a doubt ask any customer who has visited this service station..in the name of authorized service center this unit is robbing customers.. Bloody bast*d every one from this unit should be brought to consumer court and should be fined heavily and dismissed from their jobs... I'm suffering daily because of these bast*ads who will repay my petrol cost and the struggle i'm going through daily.. Bloody every one hits on middle class people...

They sent a message like
You are selected as supervisor
Salary 18k, you need to pay 4400 i paid
But still now not responded

Before a month, i sent jupiter to authorised service center. They did services and replaced affected parh with new part. After serving break and clutch was not functioning properly. I went to center again still it wasn't completely fine. I paid ₹2000 for service, oil and parts.

Now, after a month of service while i was driving, suddenly when i press break, my jupiter stopped on the road... At night 9. Pm... Surprised!!! What happened... As a women this situation is really difficult for me while i was suffering with fever. Still i have to drove jupiter at home... This is a worst experience of my life.

While i am taking care for services and paying amount, it should not be like this. I am not satisfied with the service done by the service center. Though i have told hime at that time as well, they are not giving importance to it.

Now, completely not trusting them. I am requesting you to provide my money back that i have paid for service.

I am a sri lankan, i’ve bought a tvs ntorq one year ago. From the second month i had an issue (Annoying sound) in my bike’s kick wheel. Now it has been almost 10 months for that problem but still no solution given me from tvs service center. Am just telling everyone people who has ideas to buy tvs product think twice and go for another option. Don’t buy tvs products

I have bought tvs apache rtr 160 2v bs6 at Jkay tvs in pondicherry on feb 19-2020 night 7 to 7.30pm.
The next day evening the bike has a problem . While i riding the bike moves struckly. While i reduce the throttle on speed break the engine turned off automatically.
I contact showroom they said to come on saturday on 22.02.2020.
I went there and said the problem again.
Then a mechanic take my bike and return within 5 minutes. They said
Problem solved.
After i ride with my bike to my home
On the way to home the bike is again troubled.
Then a.noon 2 pm again i went to showroom
Again they solved it
And the mechanic test my bike.
The problem is not solved.

Maine tvs jupiter purchase kiya tha 5th december 2018 tab se le kar aaj tak 18 bar se zyada service karva chuka hu or services hone k bad one week me firse problem start ho jati he or uske sath dusari bahot sari problem every month start hoti he agar itni complain karne k bad bhi aap problem solve nahi kar sakte to band kar dijiye company.
Jab aapke showroom vale ko pata chal jata he k defective product he yeh but vo kuch nahi kar sakta kyu k uska kam only sell karne ka he bad me customer ko problem hoti he to service center vale par chod dete he sab kuch
Is bar muje perfect answer chahiye varna every saturday facebook or instagram par video dal kar vtech paldi ka nam kharab kar dunga sala koi perfect answer nahi de raha vaha se muje

Today 22 feb 2020 i was go to tvs motors agency hussainganj lucknow for first free service actually this scooty was purchased at another agency speed motors hazaratganj luckow on 22 dec 2019 but because of hussainganj agency near to my home so i was go there. Tvs hussainganj agency representative denied and refuse for first free service & say go to speed motors.

I have been a tvs customer for 2years now, however the experience which i have recieved from the official service centers are down to earth. Being given my bike for service for about 8times, not once have i been satisfied with the work being delivered or the service provided. Everytime i raise an issue and by fixing it, there is an other issue being brought forth and such is the case. For example, my front brake shoes had to be replaced due to their performance and by fixing it, technicians screwed my abs system and now it's behavior is being un answered by any available official available in the service center. Secondly to fix and issue with petrol filter, team had opened the fuel tank and reattached it but improperly. Due to this, bike started raising un-wanted noises and best part is, even when reported, service center technicians denied of any fault in it. I had to get a guy from sc (Service center) to ride along me and prove him the problem.

If such things keep going without any timely checks, i see to no pride in owning a product of 4the largest manufacturer tvs group.

Expect serious action on such acts...!!
