You had taken territory manager(Mohan) in Conf call and agree to share feedback on my requested point on 17th Feb, 17:15hrs.I had not received any feedback till now and now you can understand the customer satisfaction.
Past investigation report from Sector-10A office(Green or Simran) Motors.
· RSA team observation on temporary fix.
· What are the checks you did to investigate the problem.
· Is problem identified or not.
· What are the necessary replacement you did to resolve it.
· What will be action plan if problem reoccurred
