I bought an apache rtr 200 4v 2.0 two months before, and after just 2000km my bike had a serious missing problem even it has good amount pf fuel inside the tank. So regarding this i took this machine to the nearest servise center and they said we don't have mechanics to repair this machine (Is this the way you behave to the customer). Finally some how they repaired by taking my to ponnani service center, from that moment my bike is crap. Its vibration like tractor or double the vibration of an royal enfield and the engine vibrates like its gonna explode. Really really bad experience from tvs, please don't make you coustomer fool, by spending nearly 1.5 lakh for this crap. Really bad experience from tvs and from the service centers.

We have tvs jupitor zx purchases on november 2018 and problem coming on after fourth servicing self starting not working . I gone the tvs show room shahdol 484001 but my problem will not rectify and my bike under warranty.
So please my problem rectify urgent

Tvs Jupiter MH03CY1062 purchased on 12/04/18. Company provides warranty of 2 years and I have taken AMC also but when ever I am going to service they charged me and given discount of 5%. That not told to me at the time of taking AMC now speed meter is not working so I have visited at Innovative tvs service center bhandup. They didn't checked what's the exact problem directly said you have to change speed meter cable and changed it charged 136₹. Still the problem was not get solved. Then said you have to change total meter and it will cost 1400₹. I said why you saying after changing the speed meter cable why you didn't chack before. He said you have to change it. I am totally unsatisfied with the service of tvs motor company.

Proper Documents are till not received from your side after full payment. Near about 70 Days ago on Date 18/10/19, I purchased Jupiter zx BSIV disc. From your Dealer Roshan Motors Silvassa.
Many times communicate on this matter with Roshan motor and with TVS cosutomer care, but unfortunately it seems that TVS does not have any value of customers.
I am very disappointed to your poor service to customers and i don't recommend...

I have gave my battery for claim on 31:12:2019 in logesh tvs in medavakkam.but until now they r telling it was not came they told it will come with in 10days first after that they told 20 days but un till now it now it was not came .today also i ask they told now came when it comes we call u.my bike no TN19AL4700. Bike was not in good condion service done by logesh tvs was not proper. With out battery we cant able to start by kicking it was used by ladies they was cant able to use kicker . So do immediate action or i will take this problem to next level. My battery was in warrenty

I had purchased my scooty last year i had used all service coupon but now my silencer has been broken when i was outside suddenly i had repaired it from outside but when i had given it for service it was making a noise but the problem was not sorted again i given it for the same compaint now its ok for the noise complaint and other problem created of its fuel neter its not working i am fed up with its bad performance.

My bike TVS Jupiter is in service centre from date[protected] still today date[protected].
Reason saying that parts are not coming from company therefore we can not service your bike.
I hope my complaint will take sirusly please help us to solve this problem.

My new tvs apache rtr 160 4v have exhaust problem. I had broght the bike from bhavya tvs, alambagh lucknow up
In moth of oct 2019, after checking the bike at service center, they told that your exhaust will be changed.

Now, they are not changing the exhaust. Saying that they do not have extra exhaust in their stock from last 4 months.
It is requested to attend and solve my problem.

Hi, My Ntroq scooter(HR 26 DZ 7603) will be serviced by the buland Tvs center, Gurgaon on 28jan2020, After the service i face the problem in my scooter they give a horrible sound from the back side of the scooter Buland Tvs service center manager is humble but the staff is annoying and did not do work properly and misbehave with the customers.

I bought the tvs ntorq 125 scooter on 25 july 2019. It started having problems after 15 days - after starting from home, it stopped suddenly after 4-5 km. I took it to the agency, where they could not fix the problem at once, so i had to go again a second time and this problem did not arise again for 4 months. But the problem is here - i am a government employee, on 20 january 2020, i left for office at 9:30 in the morning from my house, but scooty suddenly stopped walking and then did not start even after a million attempts. Finally exhausted, i called the agency from where 2 masons came and took it, but today it is 22 january and scooty has not been able to recover from the agency yet. My humble request to tvs motors is that you either change my scooty or fix it, otherwise i will have to knock the door of the consumer court, which will be your responsibility.

I have bought tvs 2 wheeler victor on 14/02/2019, bt my battery was in problem on my 1st service.Bt they told me that they will change it as soon. Bt now when the battery is totally damage they are denying to give me change the battery. How can they so iresponssible to a customer. Mainly when i received there they are misbehaving with us. Told that company can't provide that battery, bt in warrenty card there are written 12 months warrenty....

I am one of your customer jitender kumar. I am using your bike last 4 yr & 5 mnth & my bike's engine was repaired under warrenty on 22/12/2018 at 34, 512.00km by aurhorized service center after i run my bike 11, 386.00 km again my enigne was damage. I cant explain how much engine was damage, agai total engine was damage again i dropped my bike to authorized service center because they didn't repaired well and agsin they are asking for. Money and they don't have manner to talk with customer, no one ready to listen, everyone ignore they think customer is fool and again saying that you have to pay for those parts which doesnot cover under the warrenty, i will not pay anything, i want my new bike, if they will not repaired this. Almost 6 month gone over but till date i have not received my registration no & rc copy, certificate /number, as i am facing the issues on daily basis while got checked by police on the high way's. But no one is listening to me. I have already submitted all the relevant documents/payment for the same purpose. So it is requested to you to pls support in getting the r. C... I have purchased a tvs ntorq 125 10/10/2019. But i didn't got my registration number. I'm continuously rideing my byke without registration number. I have called several times to company's representative. Over the last few weeks they told me, "it will come within next 7 days". Is that the way to company provide services to the customer. I've booked apache 200 4v bs6 from sai baba dealer pune on 14th of this month. The expected delivery was 16 then it shifted to 17 and they are saying it'll take 2 more days due to some coolie strike and i've not heard of it. I've clearly mentioned them i want the vehicle asap but now they are talking rudely despite 2 star rated i gone to them hoping i'll get the vehicle asap because it's difficult in daily commuting without a bike. It's a humble request to teach some manners to the staff and make sure they treat us like customers.

I have purchased a new bike tvs apache 160rtr 4v. Andi have a problem in my bike from starting onwards that there is a different type of sounds from engine side. And i have submitted my bike two times for14-14 days but still problem is not short outed even his engineer can't detect the problem. Then ensure me how i could solve the problem and in how many days it would be solved

I pirchased tvs redeon bike feb 2019 but i m not satishfied with bike because mileage 40 kmph, gear box drum sound and skiding, no pickup and battery shutdown no self start, very thirdclass bike, i feel cheated by company as 67 kmph mileage in advertise.can solve the problem

We purchase TVS Jupiter on 12th Feb 2019 from Mahalxmi dealer Ahmedabad.

There is problem regarding start of Jupiter in the morning and some time in day time also. we every time complaint during servicing but we didn't get permanent solution from Mahalaxmi dealer Ahmedabad.

Please do needful in this matter.

Showroom people made a mistake with my no. Plate due to which i did not receive my rc for six months after six months they told me about a rule change and then took 500 for new no. Plate and told me will get it in a week it's been an year now i don't have no. Plate no. Rc all because of their careless attitude. Stupid and unreliable service. This showroom is a big time fraud. If no action is taken i will do a consumer court complaint
