I am one of your customer jitender kumar. I am using your bike last 4 yr & 5 mnth & my bike's engine was repaired under warrenty on 22/12/2018 at 34, 512.00km by aurhorized service center after i run my bike 11, 386.00 km again my enigne was damage. I cant explain how much engine was damage, agai total engine was damage again i dropped my bike to authorized service center because they didn't repaired well and agsin they are asking for. Money and they don't have manner to talk with customer, no one ready to listen, everyone ignore they think customer is fool and again saying that you have to pay for those parts which doesnot cover under the warrenty, i will not pay anything, i want my new bike, if they will not repaired this. Dear sir/mam, i am writing you this complaint after so many followups for r. C. Of my newly purchased tvs apache rtr 160 cycle near fulguni auto auto nahati, bora 24 pgs (N). Almost 6 month gone over but till date i have not received my registration no & rc copy, certificate /number, as i am facing the issues on daily basis while got checked by police on the high way's. But no one is listening to me. I have already submitted all the relevant documents/payment for the same purpose. So it is requested to you to pls support in getting the r. C... Very very negligence man tanushka auto staff management department no here any proplem and no solve any problem and remember that this person very slack language every staff and no more person phone received. I have purchased a tvs ntorq 125 10/10/2019. But i didn't got my registration number. I'm continuously rideing my byke without registration number. I have called several times to company's representative. Over the last few weeks they told me, "it will come within next 7 days". Is that the way to company provide services to the customer. I am literally fed up with company's services and the poor quality of servicing is bang on. On the other tvs showroom this will not happen. I[censored] kindly accede my request & do the needful. I've booked apache 200 4v bs6 from sai baba dealer pune on 14th of this month. The expected delivery was 16 then it shifted to 17 and they are saying it'll take 2 more days due to some coolie strike and i've not heard of it. I've clearly mentioned them i want the vehicle asap but now they are talking rudely despite 2 star rated i gone to them hoping i'll get the vehicle asap because it's difficult in daily commuting without a bike. It's a humble request to teach some manners to the staff and make sure they treat us like customers.

I have purchased a new bike tvs apache 160rtr 4v. Andi have a problem in my bike from starting onwards that there is a different type of sounds from engine side. And i have submitted my bike two times for14-14 days but still problem is not short outed even his engineer can't detect the problem. Then ensure me how i could solve the problem and in how many days it would be solved

I pirchased tvs redeon bike feb 2019 but i m not satishfied with bike because mileage 40 kmph, gear box drum sound and skiding, no pickup and battery shutdown no self start, very thirdclass bike, i feel cheated by company as 67 kmph mileage in advertise.can solve the problem

We purchase TVS Jupiter on 12th Feb 2019 from Mahalxmi dealer Ahmedabad.

There is problem regarding start of Jupiter in the morning and some time in day time also. we every time complaint during servicing but we didn't get permanent solution from Mahalaxmi dealer Ahmedabad.

Please do needful in this matter.

Showroom people made a mistake with my no. Plate due to which i did not receive my rc for six months after six months they told me about a rule change and then took 500 for new no. Plate and told me will get it in a week it's been an year now i don't have no. Plate no. Rc all because of their careless attitude. Stupid and unreliable service. This showroom is a big time fraud. If no action is taken i will do a consumer court complaint

Sir i request you that about my biketvs apache 160 have sound problem. I have buy my bike in the month of 21/1/2018.
After three months my bike got sound or engine problem somany time i called to sorum but still they did not solve my problems.
There for i request you sir plz solve my problem. Place solve my problems

I swati parmar owner of tvs jupiter which is purchased from dynamic motors pvt ltd a-15 rajapuri main palam najafgarh road opposite sec 5 dwarka new delhi 110059 on 12th aug 2019.

On 7th oct 2019 i did the 1st service from your registered service center and post that your scooter didnt worked proprerly.

It was stopped suddenly in the middle of the road even though power (Green light) didnt reflect post start.

So i reported same issue at your service center on 21st dec 2019.
But still my issue was not fixed...

As a customer it was very dissatisfaction and didnt expected from such a huge brand like tvs.

So, now i decide to not to recommend any body to purchase the product from tvs.

Also i would request you to please replace my tvs jupiter with the immediate effect else refund my complete amount.

If i didnt get the permanent resolution with in the next week then i will be update on social media as well.

Hi my name is edwin, i bought a new rtr 180 lock set and fortunately the mechanic got fixed the ignition lock issue which my bike had. I went back to the showroom to return the spare and they said it is not possible. Why...???

I dont even open the package... Then why im restricted to returned the product???

He said accounts has been closed for that transaction??

Its consumers right to return back a product, if they had no use with it..

My name is venkatesh ch, im a resident of guntur, i recently brought tvs ntorq125 mate white from "tvs - pioneer automotives, grand trunk rd, beside congress office, kanna vari thota, guntur, andhra pradesh 522004"
In my tvs ntorq125
1) i got a broken part which is located under my seat cover and
2) my seat lock was not locking properly.
3) getting noice always using front break
3) i didn't got fender for front mudguard and they are not responding about my issues
I want my product to be perfect please do the need full

In your tvs motors sub - branch in gudivada name 'casa tvs', my name g. Pandurangararao in casa tvs motors iam one of the mechanic, all other managers are combined to restigate and move out of the shorum. It is not my probulam, iam stared one shud we can started self employed. But in casa tvs motors manager donot by any spare parts in shaorum.

I did last service for my vehicle in nov-19. Which includes general service, engine oil change and air filter change. But now suddenly today i am facing very strange sound from my engine.
I am fainted to see this. Because i am using honda activa for the past 10 years but i didn't not face such a trouble. I don't know whether it's tvs jupiter fault or service center fault.
Very worse and non reliable vehicles by the tvs company.
Tomorrow i am going to service center once again if i got to know that this abnormality due to irresponsible/negligence servicing by authorised service center then tvs company is alone liable for any action to any extent.

I am going to tv's service center annand parvat delhi. It's my 1 service but they are provide very poor service, scooty are no average no pikaup and its sound are like a old truck. I am going to second time but problem are same. Its total cheet me.

Hi i owned tv's jupiter i told my problem that sound coming from engine they open 2times my byke but cannot find solution when i ask mechanic they don't have answer n taking rude to me n superier telling come another day he will solve my problem n i have booking for express means it must be done in 1 hour but it took 3hours what type service is this kindlky look for this problem

Today arvind tvs went to agra to service the bike. When i complained to the head office of tvs, all the staff of arvind tvs beat me...

Last year i have put based an ntorq motor and registered under no tb55bd6438 through rasi motors. Karaikudi. Some 15 days back i handed over my motor to the service centre and they informed that the magnetic engine fan required to be replaced and they had placed indent to the suppliers and the same has not supplied till this time.
I find it very difficult to manage my day today needs without my motor
Kindly arrange for supply to rasi motor karaikudi. Also instruct the said distributor not to drag the customers and they had discouraged about the quality of the vehicle.

Today I bought a scooty from TVS Rajput Motors, but that scooty has a problem and I don't like there sellers services which they do not give me satisfaction (are you ok with it) I do not even worship them on the date of purchase, tell me I think it's fine with customers. This is the third time I'm not satisfied with the TVS motor. now i request you to exchange this scooty if it is possible
