Sir i request you that about my biketvs apache 160 have sound problem. I have buy my bike in the month of 21/1/2018.
After three months my bike got sound or engine problem somany time i called to sorum but still they did not solve my problems.
There for i request you sir plz solve my problem. Place solve my problems

I swati parmar owner of tvs jupiter which is purchased from dynamic motors pvt ltd a-15 rajapuri main palam najafgarh road opposite sec 5 dwarka new delhi 110059 on 12th aug 2019.

On 7th oct 2019 i did the 1st service from your registered service center and post that your scooter didnt worked proprerly.

It was stopped suddenly in the middle of the road even though power (Green light) didnt reflect post start.

So i reported same issue at your service center on 21st dec 2019.
But still my issue was not fixed...

As a customer it was very dissatisfaction and didnt expected from such a huge brand like tvs.

So, now i decide to not to recommend any body to purchase the product from tvs.

Also i would request you to please replace my tvs jupiter with the immediate effect else refund my complete amount.

If i didnt get the permanent resolution with in the next week then i will be update on social media as well.

Hi my name is edwin, i bought a new rtr 180 lock set and fortunately the mechanic got fixed the ignition lock issue which my bike had. I went back to the showroom to return the spare and they said it is not possible. Why...???

I dont even open the package... Then why im restricted to returned the product???

He said accounts has been closed for that transaction??

Its consumers right to return back a product, if they had no use with it..

My name is venkatesh ch, im a resident of guntur, i recently brought tvs ntorq125 mate white from "tvs - pioneer automotives, grand trunk rd, beside congress office, kanna vari thota, guntur, andhra pradesh 522004"
In my tvs ntorq125
1) i got a broken part which is located under my seat cover and
2) my seat lock was not locking properly.
3) getting noice always using front break
3) i didn't got fender for front mudguard and they are not responding about my issues
I want my product to be perfect please do the need full

Pandurangararao in casa tvs motors iam one of the mechanic, all other managers are combined to restigate and move out of the shorum. It is not my probulam, iam stared one shud we can started self employed. But in casa tvs motors manager donot by any spare parts in shaorum.

I did last service for my vehicle in nov-19. Which includes general service, engine oil change and air filter change. But now suddenly today i am facing very strange sound from my engine.
I am fainted to see this. Because i am using honda activa for the past 10 years but i didn't not face such a trouble. I don't know whether it's tvs jupiter fault or service center fault.
Very worse and non reliable vehicles by the tvs company.
Tomorrow i am going to service center once again if i got to know that this abnormality due to irresponsible/negligence servicing by authorised service center then tvs company is alone liable for any action to any extent.

I am going to tv's service center annand parvat delhi. It's my 1 service but they are provide very poor service, scooty are no average no pikaup and its sound are like a old truck. I am going to second time but problem are same. Its total cheet me.

Hi i owned tv's jupiter i told my problem that sound coming from engine they open 2times my byke but cannot find solution when i ask mechanic they don't have answer n taking rude to me n superier telling come another day he will solve my problem n i have booking for express means it must be done in 1 hour but it took 3hours what type service is this kindlky look for this problem

Today arvind tvs went to agra to service the bike. When i complained to the head office of tvs, all the staff of arvind tvs beat me...

Last year i have put based an ntorq motor and registered under no tb55bd6438 through rasi motors. Karaikudi. Some 15 days back i handed over my motor to the service centre and they informed that the magnetic engine fan required to be replaced and they had placed indent to the suppliers and the same has not supplied till this time.
I find it very difficult to manage my day today needs without my motor
Kindly arrange for supply to rasi motor karaikudi. Also instruct the said distributor not to drag the customers and they had discouraged about the quality of the vehicle.

Today I bought a scooty from TVS Rajput Motors, but that scooty has a problem and I don't like there sellers services which they do not give me satisfaction (are you ok with it) I do not even worship them on the date of purchase, tell me I think it's fine with customers. This is the third time I'm not satisfied with the TVS motor. now i request you to exchange this scooty if it is possible

I had given my TVS Jupiter MH 09 DT 8230 to the authorized dealer, MOHAN AUTO INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD, in Kolhapur, Maharshtra (Ph;[protected] for paid servicing. For payment I used the debit card of Bank of Maharashtra for which I was forced to make 2% extra payment on the total bill of Rs. 2185.
Invoice No 14007, JC No 266710 dated 27th December 2019.

As per the guidelines of RBI charging extra for use of debit card is illegal, I request u to pl inform the dealer in Kolhapur to remove this extra charges on the customers and there by contribute to retain the GOODWILL the TVS Motors is having in the Market. I further request you to inform the dealer to repay me the 2% extra charges taken from me.

Hi,

I have purchased my ntorq from tvs by 2018 nov from ramkay tvs chennai adyar.
. So far 4 free services got over and 10000 kms crossed. I got some rear wheel struck problem in the past 2 weeks.

When i reached the near logesh tvs medavakkam chennai for the service they replied that clutch assembly has gone and i have to replace it and it will cost 5k.

I demand an explanation why with in...

Your service is very poor because i have gone to your service 3 times for a same reason. Now it will my third time for same problem. I cannot go everytime for the same problem I have to travel for 1 hours from my location and I am a student now. I cannot miss my lectures and go to the service centre for the same problem. So you should be conscious about your mechanical team so that my bike recover properly. If I got the same problem many times how I will travel to my college everyday. I will give you a 0 star rating on this. Very poor service and I will give your feedback to others that they should not buy your company bikes because of poor service.

I have purchased a TVS XL Comfort ITouch start at the price of 55000 + Registration fee.

It have the Shock Absorbers Issue, Not able to drive by a single person. The bike was bouncing when the weight on the bike is less than around 120kg. Its totally disappointing. I have asked the dealer but no proper response. Please help on this.

I am a defence personel and booked a bike from csd bikaner for which availability cirtificate was provided by shiwani motors jaisalmer. After15days from receing of my lh order (Collection authority). Shiwani motors told me to take the delivery of grey colour tvs which had dent so i denied. Then they told me that they will provide me the new. Now showroom is saying i cannot provide you the colour you want you have to choose now between two colour black & white.
Please help me sir i am really facing problem because of this ill treat from a reputated brand. My contact no.[protected]

Iam athimoolam from kolathur chennai. Today morning i taken my new jupiter for 1st free service in sbm tvs service center kolathur chennai. I left my vehicle with full tank petrol but once the vehicle was delivered with half tank petrol. I enquired about this with the employees in the dealership but very casually they aren't agree and the response with i get from the dealership is bad and they threaten me and they try to beat me in public place. They behaved like a rowdies. Its bad and they are the tvs company reputation in the market.

Apache rtr 160 4v (Carburetor) have the problem that when bike is decelerated unpleasant poping sound is coming from the silencer km 11500 9month old bike i ask to replace my slincer and the showroom service exicutive agreed but he say so much dealy for it 1month etc... Can u pls seepup the time lag... I bought my appache 1604v from angamally chirackal motors... If i ask any spare they saying so much delay...

I bought tvs apache rtr 200 4v on april 2019 from dharmana motors, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam.
After my first service i was facing issue in abs and self start.
During my second service done on september at the same dealer i have told them to resolve the issues and after their service they delivered the bike saying that all problems have been resolved but after a week i started facing the same problems again. I called the service centre and again they took my bike for repair and delivered after 3 days saying that the problem is resolved. But after that also am facing the same issues and when i called up the service centre they told like they are not aware about the issues in my bike and they don't know wat to do to resolve the problems. After this i gave my bike to the service centre for the same issue and after 2 weeks only they delivered back my bike from service and atlast they were saying that the issue is not resolved.. They told that when the abs sensor is removed and driven the brakes are working fine and when the sensor is connected the abs is getting locked. They are telling that they don't know what to do.. Even after taking more than 2 weeks they had done nothing to resolve the problem.. If brakes works better without abs sensor then what is the point in buying abs version by spending huge amount. Am very disappointed by the bike condition. Now i wanted to return the bike to company and give my money back bcoz it's not safe to drive this bike as they are not able to resolve the issue.
