I had purchased my bike on 01 nov 15 having frame no is md634ke41f2h85985 engine no is oe4hf2822250. Reg no is jh 02aj 4196 and extended warranty booklet no is 2238642. Last year around aug 2018 bike speed sensor was not working, i made complaint at servicing centr olive tv's nad branch. They were saying that i informed service manager. But not rectifying my problem. Then i made online complain. After that my problem was rectified on 29 sep 2018. Speed sensor was changed under warranty. Now same problem occurred on dec 19. I reported but they are saying that
Your warranty will not apply because you have not serviced ur bike within servicing date. Sometimes they are saying that my software has been updated it is not showing that sensor has replaced or some consumables have replaced. I most of the month go out of visakhapatnam because of office duty so i am not able to do servicing on time. Secondly why you solding ur warranty card at the time of purchase i[censored]r company not kept promise.
Third 29 sep 2018 they change speed sensor now with in one year it is again not working. It means quality of spares part is substandard.

    Today 21dec morning i submitted my 2 wheeler for service. When in evening i visit in showroom (Surbhi showroom, near baldev nager ambala city tvs) then owner asked me for billing. I told him for payment by card then he said for extra 2.5 % on total amount i said y. He replied u have to pay. I request him for show me document and rules singed paper. He said ha has no document. Then i said how can u asked me for extra payment. He has no papers, behave very rudely

      Hi,

      Last month my bike was serviced by balamurugan tvs agent vellore they can't even do any service. They just apply black oil to every place and given to me. They can't even do water service.

      Issues

      1. They can't even do water wash for my bike.
      2. Applied black oil for all over the place.
      3. I told him to change the foot rest net i got an reply like that foot rest net`s are not available in tvs company.
      4. At the time of delivery that person behaviour has entirely bad.
      5. For over tightening the net under the seat plastic was damaged.

        We purchased the tvs jupiter from neo motors. Bannerghatta road. Bangalore. For second free service we approached deva motors begur road, they refused. Again i approached for third service they refused citing the reason for bms not working. If there any rule where we purchased the vehicle there only service to be done. Please clarify do the needful to us.

          I have given for service of the bike and due to accident few parts got damaged and i have paid the full amount and they said few parts are not present in the showroom they said after 10 days they will replace the parts and its been 2 months every days days im going to the service center of tvs bownepally showroom and now its shifted to dubai gate near bankers colony and the staff they talk very rudely they dont even know little manners how to handle the customers she wont even give proper answer im very much tired about this issue have concern resolving this problem thank you

            Hello team,

            This is to bring on your notice regarding my complaint no : 70019 that i am getting pathetic service from your team.

            I am chasing your team regarding my number since 2 months but i am getting responses like its been escalated to higher levels.

            If its been escalated to higher levels then why i am not getting any concrete solution.

            Why don't you understand the risks associated with this if i get caught by traffic police your team will not be there to pay the fine.

            If this continues i would not recommend tvs vehicles to anyone in future.

            Kindly provide me the solution within next week or else i have to escalate this issue to higher management.

              I had given my scotty damaged in an accident for repairing at tvs century, wakhdewadi, pune 60 days back. Yet it hasn't been repaired and whenever i ask about status of my vehicle they say they will repair it by the end of next week. But when week end comes they again ask me to wait for another week. This kind of service is totally unacceptable. My scotty number is mh14ha0423.

                The bike looses it power gradually and stops. And do not start whatever way by means of self or kick. on first day when the bike stopped, they changed the battery on the road. Problem didn't solve even after two times the mechanic check at home. Lastly they took the bike to service center changed the carburetor. And now on the 8th day of purchase the problem persists, the same power loose problem.
                I asked for the replacement but they refused and assured us for fixing the problem but I ask how many times ??? It's complete mental pressure and I need justi ce.

                  I purchase my bike from ahmedabad, verdhman tvs bikes, near vyas vadi circle, on 8th oct 2019 on dusherrah muhurt, while i alredy book bike before 3 days in advance in cash payment full, i have to wait in desided muhurt, but they are not able to manage the bike to give me on same muhurt after long argument they manage to give me bike from some how from other side after 2 hr delay, while i decline to take the display model...

                    Dynamic tvs manish nagar, nagpur (M. H) has done vary poor servicing to my vehicle and is not replacing the battery which is warrenty period.

                    Also there were many other parts which were under warrenty but still the didnot replace them and took charges from me for those.

                    After servicing the vehicle is causing many other problems and new problems in the vehicle are visible now.

                      With very much pain i the undersigned have to write this mail to you as for more than four months your authorized dealer bengal auto works, (Simlagarh, hooghly, west bengal, ph no - [protected]) was unable to repair my two wheeler model tvs radeon (Bearing chesis number: md625hf19k1a05926) saying they are not getting spare sparts of the said model of yours.

                      Now this is getting very much irritating for people like us who unfortunately buy bike of your brand and now facing so much troubles.

                        Original my suzuki access (vehicle No.TN05AC 8019) was repaired for motor and other issues on with Amma motors service on 17.07.19 vide bill No.3845 and an amount of Rs.9928/- was paid. On 26.10.19 again for charger issue paid Rs.650/- vide their bill No.4701 dt.26.10.19. Further, on 03.11.19 an amount of Rs.300/- was paid towards engine oil vide their bill No.4777 dt.03.11.19 and also Rs.250/- towards engine flash. Vehicle created lot of noise and subsequently not getting started. Meanwhile, i have shown this vehicle to another mechanic, who confirmed that vehicle was not replaced with spare parts as mentioned in the bill dt.17.07.19. On 04.12.19, vehicle was produced before Amma motors service for rectifying the issues. Again amma motors started that there is issue with motor and costs around Rs.4000 /- to Rs.5000/-. I raised a dispute about not fixing of spare parts / non servicing as mentioned in their earlier bills. They replied me in a rude manner and said to proceed with any police station / court that nothing will affect their business.Though Amma motors service is authorised TVS service centre, he is undertaking service of other company vehicles and they are selling spare parts without GST and guarantee.

                        My request is that they should be punished for not carrying their work . They should complete the work and pay a compensation of Rs.75000/- for the mental torture. / agony. My Name: C.Radhakrishna, Contact No.[protected]

                            I really tried of emailing /customer care complaint there is no hope at all after all. I sincerely regret by purchasing tvs motor bike. Even mailed tvs on 30 sept still this is the 4th time the problem of self starter relay has arised. I don't why tvs has failed for such things which cant be resolved.

                            Every time service center diferent guys have different opinion about my bike some says battery issue, some says self starter issue, now its to self motor issue. Please find out the main cause and solve it i don't have time to run to service center for all this nonsense.

                            Its very sad to say that people are laughing at me by purchasing tvs motor which i have purchased last year on 10/11/2019.
                            Saying that "ye road par kam service center me jyada chalti hai".

                                Respected sir,
                                I got into an accident and gave my bike for servicing at tvs periyar motors aluva, kerala., first thing nobody came out to even look at the bike. A guy came and asked me to tell them what i want to be changed, i was shocked i wondered if i was the service guy or he was. Still i showed him all the damaged parts, and in the estimate they mentioned accident service charge 2000, and they said they don't have any parts available in store, what kind of service centre are u running without any parts, they said they will only order the part after i pay for it. And i was planning to claim my insurence, i had to note down all the parts myself and go to their parts area and beg them to order it. And yesterday on 11.12.19 i visited the shop to see bike condition and the bike was the same and untouched. And the bike was there for more than 10 days and they still say they dont have parts yet. I needed the bike immediately i asked them to fix with the parts they already have. And today they called and said bike was fully ready and when i went to see it the fuel tank was the same as after the accident full of scratches, i asked them why this is not changed they said because i didnt specifically mention to change the part, and i asked if they could change it too they said the claim is already billed so i need to pay the cost myself.. Today when i went they said they wont order the part and when i asked why they just said they wont order.

                                My bike today i saw it was not washed or not even dusted the new parts were full of greese and oil, is this what i should expect when i give a vehicle for service,
                                Lack of any concern, they act like it dosnt even bother them and ignore me compleately.
                                Is this how tvs behaves after someone buys their product. Shame on you.. I was really insulted today, why was my bike there for like 12 days and still in this condition

                                Kindly do something about the servicing team, atleast make a customer not feel dissapointed.

                                Now i have to pay extra to change the parts they didnt include in the bill and i asked if i can add it again now because they havnt forwarded it to the insurence and they said its already typed so cant change.
                                What arrogant atitude

                                Thorughly dissapointed, wasted money and humiliation is this how u treat your customers
                                Kindly do improve this.

                                Not submitting photo as i don't take any after the service but the bike looks [censored] with the tank all scratched up

                                  Gave my bike for servicing & came out of the showroom waiting for my friend to pick up. Go to see 2 servicemen took my bike took a round and stopped on a shop bought cigarettes, smoked & then took my bike again for servicing.

                                  When i purchased my bike tht time also they gave me defective piece silencer corroded, fuel lid broken. I'm fed up

                                  Afrer 2- 2 days i had to visit showroom when i purchased the bike some thing or other would be broken.

                                      Hi my name is elayabharathi. Bought my bike apache rtr 160 white from bellandur tvs showroom (Indian motors agencies), bangalore opp to central mall, karnataka on 7/5/2018. During purchase they gave me only receipt and after 30 days they gave me rc. They didt give me any invoice. Later after a year i went to chennai. Now i got noc from karnataka rto to re-register my bike in chennai. They asked bike invoice. When today on 12/12/2019, i called showroom and asked. They are saying for invoice you should ask karnataka rto. Is this fair? We bought the bike. They are not giving any invoice. Even when i initially bought i asked them is there any document pending from your end. They said only receipt and rc. Please someone look at this and help me to get my invoice back.
