Original my suzuki access (vehicle No.TN05AC 8019) was repaired for motor and other issues on with Amma motors service on 17.07.19 vide bill No.3845 and an amount of Rs.9928/- was paid. On 26.10.19 again for charger issue paid Rs.650/- vide their bill No.4701 dt.26.10.19. Further, on 03.11.19 an amount of Rs.300/- was paid towards engine oil vide their bill No.4777 dt.03.11.19 and also Rs.250/- towards engine flash. Vehicle created lot of noise and subsequently not getting started. Meanwhile, i have shown this vehicle to another mechanic, who confirmed that vehicle was not replaced with spare parts as mentioned in the bill dt.17.07.19. On 04.12.19, vehicle was produced before Amma motors service for rectifying the issues. Again amma motors started that there is issue with motor and costs around Rs.4000 /- to Rs.5000/-. I raised a dispute about not fixing of spare parts / non servicing as mentioned in their earlier bills. They replied me in a rude manner and said to proceed with any police station / court that nothing will affect their business.Though Amma motors service is authorised TVS service centre, he is undertaking service of other company vehicles and they are selling spare parts without GST and guarantee.

My request is that they should be punished for not carrying their work . They should complete the work and pay a compensation of Rs.75000/- for the mental torture. / agony. My Name: C.Radhakrishna, Contact No.[protected]

    Yester service done at akme tvs udaipur and did not done proper service of my bike. Before servicing my sciity seky was working and with in one day it us not working so I am raising a complaint against tvs akme udaipur so please asked them to do proper servicing of my scooty

      I really tried of emailing /customer care complaint there is no hope at all after all. I sincerely regret by purchasing tvs motor bike. Even mailed tvs on 30 sept still this is the 4th time the problem of self starter relay has arised. I don't why tvs has failed for such things which cant be resolved.

      Every time service center diferent guys have different opinion about my bike some says battery issue, some says self starter issue, now its to self motor issue. Please find out the main cause and solve it i don't have time to run to service center for all this nonsense.

      Its very sad to say that people are laughing at me by purchasing tvs motor which i have purchased last year on 10/11/2019.
      Saying that "ye road par kam service center me jyada chalti hai".

          Respected sir,
          I got into an accident and gave my bike for servicing at tvs periyar motors aluva, kerala., first thing nobody came out to even look at the bike. A guy came and asked me to tell them what i want to be changed, i was shocked i wondered if i was the service guy or he was. Still i showed him all the damaged parts, and in the estimate they mentioned accident service charge 2000, and they said they don't have any parts available in store, what kind of service centre are u running without any parts, they said they will only order the part after i pay for it. And i was planning to claim my insurence, i had to note down all the parts myself and go to their parts area and beg them to order it. And yesterday on 11.12.19 i visited the shop to see bike condition and the bike was the same and untouched. And the bike was there for more than 10 days and they still say they dont have parts yet. I needed the bike immediately i asked them to fix with the parts they already have. And today they called and said bike was fully ready and when i went to see it the fuel tank was the same as after the accident full of scratches, i asked them why this is not changed they said because i didnt specifically mention to change the part, and i asked if they could change it too they said the claim is already billed so i need to pay the cost myself.. Today when i went they said they wont order the part and when i asked why they just said they wont order.

          My bike today i saw it was not washed or not even dusted the new parts were full of greese and oil, is this what i should expect when i give a vehicle for service,
          Lack of any concern, they act like it dosnt even bother them and ignore me compleately.
          Is this how tvs behaves after someone buys their product. Shame on you.. I was really insulted today, why was my bike there for like 12 days and still in this condition

          Kindly do something about the servicing team, atleast make a customer not feel dissapointed.

          Now i have to pay extra to change the parts they didnt include in the bill and i asked if i can add it again now because they havnt forwarded it to the insurence and they said its already typed so cant change.
          What arrogant atitude

          Thorughly dissapointed, wasted money and humiliation is this how u treat your customers
          Kindly do improve this.

          Not submitting photo as i don't take any after the service but the bike looks [censored] with the tank all scratched up

            Gave my bike for servicing & came out of the showroom waiting for my friend to pick up. Go to see 2 servicemen took my bike took a round and stopped on a shop bought cigarettes, smoked & then took my bike again for servicing.

            When i purchased my bike tht time also they gave me defective piece silencer corroded, fuel lid broken. I'm fed up

            Afrer 2- 2 days i had to visit showroom when i purchased the bike some thing or other would be broken.

                Hi my name is elayabharathi. Bought my bike apache rtr 160 white from bellandur tvs showroom (Indian motors agencies), bangalore opp to central mall, karnataka on 7/5/2018. During purchase they gave me only receipt and after 30 days they gave me rc. They didt give me any invoice. Later after a year i went to chennai. Now i got noc from karnataka rto to re-register my bike in chennai. They asked bike invoice. When today on 12/12/2019, i called showroom and asked. They are saying for invoice you should ask karnataka rto. Is this fair? We bought the bike. They are not giving any invoice. Even when i initially bought i asked them is there any document pending from your end. They said only receipt and rc. Please someone look at this and help me to get my invoice back.

                  Star city (Hr08 aa 0152) bought from bharat tvs kaithal. After purchasing the bike within 1 km fuse blown. After first service few days self was not working. After 2nd service brake is getting struck. We bought bike to help in our business but it has become headache. Dealer is 35 km from my village and it is not possible to go everyday. Response from tvs is very bad and they talk in very rude way. I hope tvs will send engineer to get my issues resolved as soon as possible.

                    I purchase rtr 200 4v at sep 2016 at trichy. This is the first vechile in trichy i buyed after 6 months onwards i am facing gear sensor issue after service and replacement it's not working properly as well past 6+months speodometer full display kit is not working still now i facing the issue after service they told we try to claim for this it's not yet happen i am not receive single call from the service center i am totally disappointed. I am not supposed to suggest to buy rtr. I am happy to share this.

                      I have purchase two tvs from the agency named m/s. Bulland motor, Gurgaon on 3rd of September '2019. Even after lapse of more than 3 months, the agency has not provided the vehicle number( RC). In spite of several personal visits in the showroom, telephonic communication, the agency failed to provide me the vehicle number( RC). I have purchase this vehicle by making a complete payment (Incl. Of taxes) However, i am getting only assurance from the owner of the agency. At once i have paid a challan of rs.2000/- to police department. I request tvs motors authorities for an immediate action against the agency .

                        I buy Tvs Apache 160Fi Abs Purchase through authorised dealer Sabharwal Tvs Rithala New delhi purchase date-20 August 2019 buyer name-Shilpa kapur & my Vehicle Registration no-DL8SCR9013, Actually issue is after delivery my new bike 5-10 days later when i clean my bike so i checked some minor leakage in gear liver engine upper part oil is leaked so i also inform to same dealer where i buy the vehicle So sales person (Mr.Mayank-[protected]) said you visit near service center to resolve the issue so my 1st service is also come so visit same to S.K.TVS Mayapuri but they mention my complaint in job card but 1st of all they not consider my complaint & not provide any washing in my 1st service so after delivery i receive feedback call(Kanika Crm-[protected]) from same service center so she said u come again for resolution for your complaint, so next visit for same so service guy check & change the some joint Rubber so as per service center my complaint is closed but again after 10-15days i check issue is not resolved so now i changed the service center because am not happy with S.k Tvs service so now i visit Dynamic Tvs matiala so same i mention my complaint in job card but they give me complete my 2nd service but not bother my engine oil leakage complaint & deliver my vehicle but after 2-3days i received call form Dynamic Tvs for Feedback so same complaint i mention again so (Mr-Arun-[protected]) said you come today for your resulution so i visit today for same but now am very shocking when they told me this is manufacture defect inside the head of the engine so am very worried for same because i spend my 1.20 lac for this bike & this is my very hardworking money which i spend for this bike so am not agree to bike engine or head of the engine because this is your company fault because no body close my issue in my 1st service & also my 2nd service & now my patience is cross so i want resoluion but not repair my bike because this is manufactured defect & i have a proof so if not provide me any positive response so fill a case against your company in Consumer court Because this is only way where i receive a justice & this is my life very big mistake i buy Tvs apache.

                          I purchased a apache rtr 200 v4 2.0 racer edition in august of 2019, and having issues with its abs since september 2019, the sensor will never go off & was also able to feel the difference while braking since it was working fine the first month.

                          Have taken it to the service center thrice, first they said that i have to clean the sensor if there is dust it won't work, second time they said that there was a error and they removed it, the third time i called tvs customer support and filed a complaint and took the bike to the service center the checked and said that they have replaced the abs pump (That was what i was told) and changed the brake oil and charged me rs.200 for break oil and said that everything else is free.

                          Rode the bike for a couple of kms and informed the service center people that the abs display light in the console is working but the abs is not, and they are trying to convince me saying that if the display light works abs will also work, i did try to explain them that abs is not working but in vain.

                          I tried riding other abs bikes as well as another apache 200 rtr, i was able to feel the difference when abs works, but i am not able to feel it in my bike. (But it worked fine for the first month)

                          And the people in tvs service centers are not equipped nor trained which they agree themself, saying only couple of days of training was given to them and only one person from the service center has been trained. And also told me that they fear the fi version more that the carb version, and fi is going to be a big headache for them.

                          I am riding a apache rtr 200 4v 2.0 abs edition (Without abs) for past 2500kms.
                          Don't know where to take it to nor who to report it to.

                          Make your decision wisely, & choose the right bike everyone.

                          TVS customer support, contacted me in 48hrs, and did take the the bike back to the service center. The issue was resolved by the service center technicians.

                          Done a service in arasu motor porur,
                          I have complained about the foot rester to fix properly as it was loose from the 2nd service itself..

                          After multiple complaints the issue was not fixed, now they are saying that part has to be replaced.

                          I was not informed about this earlier..

                            I had given my bike for servicing at Narbheram motors at 12'o' clock and the employee had given me time of 4pm but at 4pm my bike was untouched by the service team and when I asked the reason they are arguing with me and saying that u will get at 5pm. They are simply wasting time of customer's.plz take actions against them.

                              I Ms. Vishakha Ashokrao Dandge has bought TVs Jupiter basic model from Indrayani motors in the month of June.The bike was bought in name of Akshay Dandge. The Person who introduced us to the vehicle was Mr. Kapil. He took 1500 for RTO passing. Since then we have been constantly contacting him regarding the same. After a much struggle in October we have received the insurance and the bill of our bike. At that time we complained about Mr. Kapil, thus the manager took the matter but it bear no fruit. On 19th November, we recieved message about our bike number. Now December has come we still don't have number plate. We make calls in the showroom but they just ignore the matter by saying it will take 2-3 days. We are now fed up and thus want to approach consumer court.
                              Below is the message details received. Hope you will take strict action against the matter atleast now.

                                Chennai medavakkam logesh tvs showroom realy worst service center i given all my free service and 6th paid service my apache 160 4v bike all services are really worst customer is not satisfactions even 1% i given my bike 6th paid service on[protected] i tell to delivery my bike on[protected] with major complain some sound producing below engine side part after delivery same sound reproduced so again i given my bike re service on[protected] night 8clk manager tell hope we given to clear all problems to return next day but i said delivery on[protected] once i remember to call[protected] so i hope i go to pickup my bike on[protected] morning 9clk but still my bike not serviced mechanice persons that time only serviced my bike i took delivary after same sound reproduced again re services what can i do please tell? Which service center is good in chennai? Which mechanic can know 100% service knowledge??? How to give 24x7 service center in medavakkam logesh tvs center??? When tvs given me satisfactions service? Realy i stressed to given my bike again go again given each and every services same ting happened for me.                                   They don't have manner to talk to consumers they dont know meaning of customer satisfaction every one is talk like century tvs pune is won by themselves i went there for servicing of bike m showing the problems with m suffering with bike they are saying yesa hi hota hai fiber hai 1 sal ho gya itna problem
                                  Hai to wakdewadi chle jao yha mat krao and they have there attitude towards client karma hai krao nhi to jao we don't care while purchasing product they will say plz wait for 10 days 12days because they want money when we are facing problems then they will say yha jao vha jao thanks for this worst service provided by staff members.

                                    I would like to know as to whether who will responsible for the damage that is in the inner part of the machine. With this regard i would like to be specific, i owned a tvs ntorq 125cc and it has been a year. It was functioning very well but for the past 2 months the silencer sound of the scooter is not as the original sound and when i complained in the tvs workshop they told me it needs to be changed and i will need to pay for the new silencer. It is hard for me to understand why is the scooty giving me a problem in just 10 months is'nt this the fault of the company not maintaining the built quality? What is the warranty given for at the time of purchased and what is the insurance for which are hard to claim when someone needed the most. I would seriously need to know from tvs india whether my scooty's silencer needs to be changed? Why do i need to pay when the problem is from the inside of the scooty?

They have not given me the service book when i have purchased the bike and when i went there for the service book the dealer has no sense of talking.                                       I have bought ntorq race edition on 22nd november from sri l. V. Motors hyderabad, located at vanasthalipuram. I've been facing the starting trouble and sometimes the vehicle turns off all of a sudden without any reason and also turns off during low speeds. I've shown the problem to the showroom people and they fixed it on 6th december. After two days ie today (8th december) i've faced the same problem. Help me asap!
