🚨 Extremely Disappointed with TVS Service – Shri Mishri, Anna Nagar 🚨

After my 3rd service for my TVS Ronin, I’ve faced continuous issues:

Gear lever still not smooth
Rusted steel parts after a poor water wash
“New” front tyre loses air constantly

I raised a complaint on March 6, 2025. They promised to fix it and replace rusted parts. Since then, I’ve been calling every week — each time told “parts will arrive by Friday.” It’s been 12 Fridays. Still no resolution. Still no parts. Still no accountability.

This is not just poor service — it’s a complete failure in customer care. @TVSMotorCompany is this how you treat your customers?
