Tvs Motor Company — Complain about warranty claim rejection

Hello sir/mam, i have purchased tvs ntorq super squad edition last year august but last month while have a normal wash i saw some cracks on both tyres natural cracks not blade cuts at the corners of tyre and i visited the nearest service centre and despite being both tyres under warranty and bike has not rode past 10000 km and tyres are fresh, my warranty claim was rejected by tvs tyre dealer namely Express rubber. and the person who was incharge for online support namely Ashwani kumar was rude and unprofessional .now i want my warranty claim to be processed at the earliest as i want tge matter being closed without legal intervention.
