TVS Motor Company — complaint about the fraud discount messages to me

I have purchased a tvs scooty zest, registration no. Ga 03 ak 2691.in the year might in the year 2016, earlier had purchased wego in the year 2011.

I have been receiving discount messages regarding service of my scooter zest 2691

My free service is over and know i am amc purchaser.

On 13 feb 2020 i received a message saying "avail your vehicle serviced & 20% discont on amc purchase - offer valid 12th feb to 20 feb.

Accordingly yesterday evening i visited the tvs showroom at porvorim, bardez taluka, north goa. Talked to the representatives there and told them that my scooter is due for service and that i have received the above message. Upon reading reading the message the company representative told me that i am beneficiary for the discount. He also said that i will have to collect my bike on 14 february at 11.00 am. My scooter was serviced and the total bill for service was 320.18. I asked the cashier about the 20% discount. To which she told me to meet manage accordingly i meet the manager the manager says that" the service is only for new customers"

My question to you is

1. If the service is for the new customers why is that it is not mentioned in the message?
2. Why is that message send to me if i am not a beneficiary to avail the service?
3. Before giving the scooter for servicing why was i told that i will get 20% discount.
4. Why u'll send the message to all the customers, send it only to the customers who can avail your discount

On top the manager is telling me that he will ask company to mentioned in the message that it is only for new customers.

This clearly seems that your company is deficient in service, that your promises through messages are fake.

On such behavior your your manager, i am forced to file a suit before the consumer forum court porvorim.

So that you people stop cheating your customers.

Your company has harassed me mentally, and has also insulted me, for which your company will have to pay cost.
