TVS Motor Company — Complaint TVS JUPITER 125, BS6

Dear sir,
complaint against TVS Motors regarding the faulty TVS Jupyter 125 BS6 top model scooter that I purchased from the TVS Shyam Kripa Automotive on April 12, 2023.

After first service it was starting problem in self starting and missing,
while driving it's turn off many times. I have complaint many times of it on your agency's workshop, Hari krapa Automotive, shastri nagar, jaipur.
Some time we were face an accident from this. Me and my family feel not
safe to ride your Jupiter 125. We are scared to ride.
Your service center is not solve this problem. I spent so much money for
buying this Jupiter 125. At last I have only one option to do legal action
to TVS Motor. Very poor after sale service.
