I had purchased I qube last month 9/08/2021 which I think one of the worst investment I have ever done by trusting TVS brand and purchasing their bike just in a day throttle sensor issue started and after a Motor Hall sensor has gone and people from thier dealership are so pathetic they took my bike and told in 3 days the new motor will come and we will install and give it to you and till 1 week I waited there...

I got a call from the service executive to leave my vehicle (TVS - Jupiter) for service since it is due. Also they offer me RS 999/- package (It covers engine oil, Washing, Sanitizing & Clutch Lubrication). I agreed with her and went to the service center (Chamrajpet Branch).
While handing over the vehicle, the service manager gave me an estimate of 1400/- (Extra 400 because of Brake shoe replacement). Agreed and handed over the vehicle...

Hi Team,
I had bought a new TVS Jupiter a year back and had provided for third service in TVS - Surya Pratap Automobiles, KR Puram.

My bike had no damage or strach on it, but while taking back from service center noticed that my engine case was damaged and when questioned the concerned just said that he will raise the issue to management and get the engine case replaced as it is still under warranty.

Today i have finance a scooty from sameer tvs Bhubaneswar. i have cleared all document work by 1pm on that time they said by 4pm i can take my bike. I was came here at 5.30pm from direct my ofc now its time 7.20pm still my rto work not completed they said and still i am waiting. My problem is not getting resolved. I am constantly facing problems, so I am very disappointed when my problems are not resolved.
We had bought the bike on 29/06/2020, at that time, I am constantly facing the kick start problem and constantly complaining but no solution has been found.
Therefore, we should upgrade the bike and give it a self-start variant.

Late week I went to the Tvs showroom to give my bike service (TVS Apache 160 4v). The first thing was they don't know how to interact with customers because I called them before going to the showroom. I purchased a tvs apache rtr 160cc for my sister's wedding in cash. I paid full amount of bike.at the time of purchase dealer gave me only hand made bill which have been attached in this mail and he said that you will get other documents after 2 -3 days.
