Tvs Motor Company — Engine case damaged while servicing for Jupiter

Hi Team,
I had bought a new TVS Jupiter a year back and had provided for third service in TVS - Surya Pratap Automobiles, KR Puram.

My bike had no damage or strach on it, but while taking back from service center noticed that my engine case was damaged and when questioned the concerned just said that he will raise the issue to management and get the engine case replaced as it is still under warranty.
But even after 4~5 days there is no update on this issue and when enquired, they management or the service plant head doesn't respond properly he just disconnects the call during enquiry.

Kindly expedite this and give us an update and replace the damaged engine case.
