Tvs Motor Company — Fake Invoice given by dealer

Respected Sir
I have recently bought TVS Jupiter ZX from your dealer at Gorakhpur, Dhairya TVS. They have charged extra Rs 1040.00 from me in the name of Mandatory Accessories, and Rs 500.00 in the name of extended warranty.
On saying that I don't want these, I m told that it is compulsary to take both from TVS.

My query is that if it is a compulsion to take accessories and extended warranty, then why it is provided seperately??? It should be added I the price itself.
Further, when I have taken it unwillingly then I am not getting any reciept or bill for these payments. It means it is taken without any accounting., and hiw will ai claim my extended warranty when I don't have any paper...
I was served with totally fake invoice made on MS Exel, which I have kept with me. Should I take necessary action in Sale Tax dept. or TVS will see to it..???
