I had booked an icube in April 2022, after several rounds and requests, your dealer sharda automobiles garh road meerut agreed to give a scooter. But they are demanding Rs 145990 for scooter while on-road price of the scooter on the website of the Tvs motor company is Rs 130355. When I talked to your toll free number in this regard, after adding charger and mandatory accessories, the onroad price was given me Rs 141707. but Sharda Automobiles is not ready to give the scooter less than Rs 145990, so you are requested that please give me my scooter on price fixed by Company.

    I have changed two times of the silencer in 31000km...and when I visited to the service center they said to again change it coz it is not in service warranty... I mean to say in 31000 km how many times I'll change it...it is creating problem again and again...the service center is charging for changing it ... it's not fair...

        When we are stuck in traffic for an extended period of time, our bike will not start.
        We've already shared some videos with your TVS branch manager (OM TVS SERVICE CENTRE BADARPUR) on WhatsApp 2-3 times.
        I've already complained three times, but your service center has yet to resolve the issue.
        On November 18, 2021, I purchased it from TVS-UTTAM AUTOMOBILES IN FARIDABAD.
        its my kindly request please replace my bike with new one I already wasted my one year with you and now I can not take it any more

          I have taken my accidental scooty ( NTORQ 125 race edition) which is non- claim and SK TVS Matiyala make a bill of 40000 ( forty thousand) that i have paid but the thing is that they have not proper repaired, then I ask them to repaired this so they are just giving time only and they have took almost 5 months now but still it's not get repaired.

            I Akshaykumar Halse owner of TVS Jupiter (MH 12 NZ 4615) did servicing on 8th of September 2022 at Yash tvs Warje. As I opted for pick and drop service I received vehicle on 9th of Sept. Servicing with oil change was done according to the Yash tvs management.
            But today after around 20 days my vehicle stopped working and as I visited a nearby local garage I got to know that there is no engine oil in the vehicle. So I conveyed the same message to the management team of yash tvs that oil has not been filled. But management is not ready to help on this and is providing false information.
            I requested to show me the camera recordings but no response.

            Request for strict action against management and repair of my vehicle.

              I have purchase TVS Jupiter on 5th march 2022from Asian TVS Agency, Jorhat Assam. My number plate fixed on 24th march 2022.On that day dealer informed me that my RC Card will received via post to my residence address. After 3 month I have visit to DTO office but the staff inform me to contact post office. I contacted my post office they said that they have not received my RC. Again for two times I visited to DTO office same thing happened. I have visited dealer also they said that you visit to DTO office. Now on September 2022 again I enquired to dealer about my RC now they said that they have forgotten to submit my vehicle photo to DTO office. They asked me to send my vehicle photo through whatsapp.Why I have to face harassment due to their negligence?

                Dear Authority,
                I have purchased TVS I cube electric bike from Saibaba TVS akurdi on date 28 march 2022.
                In just 5 months there was charging issue.By facing many problems and taking commercial vehicle putting my bike in it paying 3000 Rs rent I handed over my bike to showroom on 7 sept till date have not received satisfactory answer nor my bike. I called many a times to them just giving unsatisfied answers many a times they do not receive the call even .. I am leaving 120 kms away from showroom regardless by continuous follow up they are just saying we cant do anything part is not available.. nor giving the date when i will receive my bike.. I have selled my petrol bike and purchased yours despite going words of family and friends.. please help me out as early as possible

                  I bought a tvs ntorq from TVS- SA Motors- Authorized main dealer. Before making the payment, they told me a date before which they will deliver the product. But after making the payment, i was not getting any response from them. When I called them after 4 days, they were giving me excuses like power was down. So will take more time. I asked them when they could exactly deliver it and they confirmed Saturday. But on Saturday when I called the service executive to ask about the time i need to come for delivery, she was not picking up my call. And when I kept on trying, another person attended the call and said she is busy with a customer and will call you back after that. I waited for hours and i didn't get any calls. When tried to contact the showroom, they were also not responding.I called her again and this time another lady picked up my call and she said like that lady is attending a meeting. I asked her at what time i should come to collect and she said registration is not yet completed, it won't be delivered today. I asked her why this is not informed from your end. Then she said they have meeting that's why. I felt really bad. I made a payment of 1 lakh+ and they are treating us in a really bad way. My brother called and asked for managers contact number and he called him. He said he would enquire and call back soon. But again, nothing happened. Since the executive was not responding, i texted her saying that i don't want that vehicle anymore, kindly pay back my money. Then she called me back and i asked why you people are responding like this. And she was saying lame excuses like i had meeting, power failure etc. I asked is ok if it's delayed, but you have the responsibility to inform customers no matter you are in the middle of meeting or power failure or anything. And while talking she ended up my call. I got frustrated.So i decided to raise an issue to tvs stating these. After 2 days the store manager contact me and enquired. He said he'll enquire about this and get back within an hour. Again nothing happened. Then i again contacted the showroom and they said they'll deliver the Vehicle on Monday or Tuesday. On Monday evening i contacted them again, at that time he said they can deliver it only on Wednesday. And the way he spoke was arrogant. And not in a professional way. Then when I contacted them on the mentioned delivery day, they were not at all picking up my call. And on the afternoon, they finally did and confirmed the time.
                  From this, I realised something that i will never suggest tvs to anyone and especially this showroom. It was a worst experience. I wasted my precious time for simply calling them. I'm not a happy customer. It's okay to get things delayed, if it's going in a proper way. The excuses they gave were not so trustworthy. Even if there are any delays or anything happening, informing the customer is the most important service. It should be transparent. And professionalism has to be maintained. Customers are more important than their meetings.

                    Dear authorities,

                    I have purchased tvs sport from Bhawani motors darbhanga on 12/08/21. Chassis number MD625CK23M3G05186 and engine number Ak2GM3502214.

                    My bike is totally waste because it's a new bike only 6-8 months is going only because also I had made complaint regarding the defective product last time also problem was there and now I'm facing the problem that the bike is getting off instantly even I can not start for the vehicle for 5 mins again and again it's getting off frequently and when I complaint it on tvs authorised service center Vicky tvs darbhanga they tokk the bike for 2 days then after 2 days my issue was the same then I got angry not staff then they told a prt of bike is defective and it is in warranty we will replace it please come after 8-10 days hile the part reaches and after that 10 days past yesterday I went there they told me to leave the bike for 2 days more and when I went there after 2 days they told me the part is changed but again 1 part is defective and since your vehicle is at same condition it was before getting off frequently and automatically then I had a argument with the service manager that how can I be suffering even I have purchased the new bike and u guys and creating trouble only not listening and how long you will took the bike even you tooled more than 15 days and the issue is still same I will complaint on your service them they happily told me cluth swith etc etc will be change and you have to pay the amout I told that the bike is in warranty 1st your told another problem after changing again you told one more part is defective and now you are telling that whole switch panel will be changed now and you have to pay money for this

                    What should I do please help me out even I'm paying the emi still for the bike which I have never used happily daily I have faced same issues the bike is defective from day 1 itself but not one is here to listen seriously I'm very unhappy and unsatisfied from the bike and tvs also I have never thought that tvs will become headache for me and now also they are asking to leave the bike for 10 days.. Tvs should replace me with the good bike because due too there defective product I am facing problems from months and now the bike is even in more worst condition after changing the defective part and they are telling take the bike and come after 10 days and pay the price for the parts gone to be changed nothing matters if it is in warranty or elso you have to pay else you take your bike..

                    Respected sir at last I have written this email if it goes like that that I have to file complaint in consumer court forum and will do the police case also on the cheater company tvs who's harresses their loyal customers.. Really worst ever bike experience by tvs really horrible I am facing the problem and after they are not responding my complaints I am very unsatisfied from the product I was a tvs bike quality lover bt now by seeing the issue I just hate your products now onwards no one is responding to my complaints and it's new bike what should i do please help me regarding my concern I'm attaching bike papers in this mail and defective product pictures

                      Service already done on 9th Sep 2022 and Still, problem persist. They charged me with Labor charge Rs.484 and Spark plug and Engine oil change Rs.484. After one day, Jupiter ZX is not starting and Every time i start the bike same issue. Fed up with this problem and not want to use the bike.

                          TVS ntorq started giving button start after 7 months of purchase. Visited couple of times in last 2& half months to nearby service Centre but they are just avoiding. My Grievance Id is TVS_Gr_[protected] raised on 11 September 2022. Talked many times with their representatives but still the issue is not resolved. It is being very difficult to park the scooter on double stand and kick it to start the scooter in the traffic and every time.

                            I am Sujan Kishore from Mysore, recently taken Jupiter 125cc at Ambari TVS Showroom in Tilak Nagar, Mysore.
                            I have taken the delivery on 6th September and did not noticed that it has manufacturing defect while delivery. But when riding the vehicle, there is not balance on the handle and the frame has set to left.
                            I have intimated same to the showroom staff and submitted vehicle on Monday September 12th. They called me today and asked to use the vehicle for 2 days and they will setit, once they hear from the regional office.
                            But it's becoming late, if you please lookinto this issue and make it ASAP, that will be great.

                              Hi team,

                              I am very disappointed in the service of one of your dealer Shelar TVS, Pune. I purchased a Jupiter ZX sxc (Matt Black) model on 16th August 2022. And just on my second ride of it on 10th Sept 2022, the engine of this bike froze right in the middle of road.
                              Couldn't believe this happened to the brand new bike (48.3 km running). I have taken this up with the dealer but they are refusing to assist me any further with refund / replacement. They have just passed the defective product and registered and sold to me for INR 1, 20, 000.

                              Request you to please look into this matter ASAP and refund me my full payment.

                                Hello Team,

                                As discussed reference with subject, last month I have purchased new shock absorber item id K6090640 for Rs 1288/- for 2wheeler Wego model from, Shelar Auto TVS Parvati, Authorised dealer on 15th July 2022.

                                Now it is showing oil leakage displayed in the attached images. Showroom sales person mentioned that first register the complaint then further process will take place.

                                After 1.5 month shock absorber leaking hardly daily running 20 km both side 10 each

                                While fitting of the part they mentioned it is having replacement warranty for 1year.

                                Attached is images of the same and bill for your reference.

                                Request you to either replace the part or refund the amount.

                                    Hello team - I bought TVS Jupiter 125 cc with chassis no MD626AK46N1G07359 from Kamal Auto, Mumbai registered in Mumbai on 9th Aug 2022. Vehicle registration no is MH01ED3925. The vehicle is not starting at all, not even the indicator is coming. It's hardly a month since the vehicle arrived. I had requested Kamal Auto to check this once on 30th aug 2022 and they said it's battery is discharged. Today again it's not starting. How can a month old vehicle be like this? Not starting at all. I think I have been cheated with a faulty vehicle and requesting the TVS team to look at this at the earliest

                                      Dear sir,

                                      As per the confirm of your local agencies aswathy motors kozchencerry Pathanamthitta on 3th of September 2022 for TVS raider 125. As they have informed that the product will deliver by on 10 sep 2022 and they have collected all the cash before 5th September also. But today on 10sep morning they have confirmed that they will deliver it by evening but later when we are trying to connect the exicutive there mobile number switch off and another person is not picking the call. When I reached office the office has been close before 4pm
                                      This is totally Unacceptable by your service provider when they have collected the cash they have informed us they will deliver by 10 September and later they has been close the office and number and left

                                        I am using TVS Ntorq since july 2021 and till now i have replaced 3 accelerator cable and everytime it is broking while riding and its too much frustrated. Once it got broke where there was no service facility available. Every time i take my bike to service centre and they just replace the cable and charge me for the same. Money is not the issue but all of sudden its damaging and creating a lot of trouble to me. After replacement within a week its again getting hard. Too much of problem i am facing. Please provide permenant solution for the same.
