Sir,
I bought my tvs jupiter on 0810.2016. My servicing manual has been lost. First, i have gone to tvs dealer "asian motors, jorhat" and they send me to the tvs servicing center, jorhat and told me that was ok and they have records of everyone. So, that will not give any problem.
Now, when i have gone to servicing center, they told me to go again in tvs dealer and they will do whatever is needed. They also informed me that i have 2 free servicing left. I told to do the servicing from the my extended warranty card, and deduct one free service from that manual. Two months have already gone, my vehicle has not been repaired yet. If anything is needed, then they should have to tell me clearly. But there is no reason to send me one place to another.
They are giving very poor after service. Please look at the issue and do the needful.
