Respected sir,
My grandfather k. Sasidaran bought a new tvs scootypep plus from kathir motors neeramankara tc 55/680 (3). Mr sasidaran was a two wheeler mechanic for the past 50 years. The behaviour of your dealers with us wwas not in a good manner. I want to inform the authority that while we bought the vehicle we charged rupees 47470. These include the charge for extra fittings. When we got vehicle there was no such extra fittings even the silencer guard is not there. They tell us that the fittings are not available at that time. After few days we got a call from the kathir motors that the fittings are available and ask us to bring the vehicle that day itself. We told them that after 2 days we have to bring the vehicle for service so that the fittings can be also done. But the reply was not at all satisfactory that they behaved in a rude manner. While we bring the vehicle for service they provide a good service but the fittings were not done. When we ask about this they dosent show any interest. By next month we are planned to take "tvs jupiter" from there. Due to their behaviour we dropped the plan. Afterall my garndfather was a mechnaic and he didnt face this type of attitude and behaviour from any of the dealers in his 50years carrier. I have a belief on tvs that the customer is an important thing for you. Due to their indecent behaviour we dont want any more service from there: till this moment they are not botherd about the extra fittings: eventhough it is not fiited. I attached some doccuments, biills, and photo of vehicle along with this for an evidence.
So respeted sir kindly allow us the refund for our extra fittings.
I need a fast reply as early as possible. We would like to apeal for a case in consumer court.

    My vehicle has damaged and i have submitted my vehicle to workshop of registered dealer of laxmi tvs. I had repair my bike under my insurance policy. All process has been completed and claim sanctioned by insurance co. But for reimbursement insurance company requires bill on the name of insuranc co. That is icici lombard due to gst rollout for complete reimbursment. But dealer is not ready or allow to give the bill on the name of insurance company due t which i bear rs. 800 loss of gst amount. Then what is the reason to get the insurance policy from you. If issue not resolve within 2 days i will go in consumer court and log the complaint against tvs. I had already suffered from last 4 days

      Ear sir / madam,

      My family had been a loyal customer of tvs for more than 30 years.

      Starting from tvs suzuki bike of 1985 till 2007 we have purchased four vehicles from tvs.
      As far as vehicles are concerned we have been satisfied.

      But our experience of treatment at your dealer at ahmedabad is not pleasant.

      Yesterday night we visited this dealer to book jupitor model.in the name of my sister in law - mrs sunita dubey and paid a token amount of rs 500. The person asked for the identity proof which was given to him as driving license of hers.

      As was fixed today morning i went to the show room to take delivery by paying balance amount.

      The person there asked to submit residential proof so i gave copy of the electricity bill and told him that yesterday you did not inform the documents you would need. He guided to some one else to talk. The next person said house is not in the name of your sister so go and get aadhar card and proof of relation of the person in whose name is this electricity bill and the person in whose name vehicle is to be billed.

      This kind of requirement is unheard and i had to loose my temperament. I decided to cancel the deal and demanded my 500 rs back. This time i was taken to next table where the person made a voucher and put a condition to get the receipt issued yesterday which obviously no one would carry if he has gone to take the delivery. This gentleman defended demand of earlier coworker of him saying - now registration rules have changed so its must and you can mail it to us.

      Thus, i lost 500 rs spoiled my sunday and occasion of gifting vehicle to my brother and bhabhiji.

      Is that the way tvs expects to reward its loyal customers?

        I bought rtr 200 on august 2017. It's been just 2 months and i started to face the issue of bike stalling when it rains. Once the bike gets wet it stalls very often. Only it starts in n gear and will stay on only during idle state but once u try to throttle even a little bit it just stalls. Once it stalls it will not crank back again. I have to wait for sometime then only it cranks but stalling continues. Is there a solution for this?

          Your dharwad tvs showroom servicing experience is horrible. Though they telephone in time to remind about service due the attitude of the manager is adamant and carelessness.
          My zupiter has some breakdown problems from the beginning it will be ok immediately after servicing, after 4-5 days the trouble starts again. Though my friends suggest to show it to some other mechanic i have faith in company show rooms, but your dharwad showroom people are lethargic and negligent towards customer complaints once they sell the vehicle. Even though i have told several times that i will write to the company they are not caring just imagine yourself.

          I have problem in taking the vehicle to showroom as it stops in the middle of the road, so i have asked them to collect the vehicle and give me back after repairing correctly. Mr pandurang and miss bharti have agreed but the manager is not allowing them. If this is the attitude of the manager why you should not close your dharwad show room or should not open another show room?

          Till date there is no action from your TVS show room. But as per your company rules they promptly call customers to remind the Servicing date. They are spoiling TVS reputation. When you cannot solve customer complaints why you have opened this customer support section is it to show that you care for your customers or to fulfill legal obligation? Henceforth I will mover advise my friends to buy TVS vehicles.

              This showrrom dealer advicer behavior was to bad... They behave very rudely... They don't respect customers... They fools the customers..
              1 month ago i bought a jupiter scooty in brown colour.. There is some defect in mirror so next day when i go to showroom about the mirrors.. They cheat on me they change it with local mirror... Jiskey baad maney unsey kha ki i have proof ki yeh mirror nhi h i hv my cctv footage.. Jikey baad unhoney maan liye ki soory mistake hogyi... Iske baad jab mai 1st service krvaney gyi... Unhoney kuch nhi kiya balki scooty esey hi pakda de jikey baad se scooty chaltey chaltey band hojati hai... Aaj mai yehi baat bolney gyi toa mujhsey itni rudly batmeez s baat krney lgi...

                Maine apni apache rtr 160 white colour ki bike 07.10.2016 ko sohan motors india, authorised dealer tvs motor company limited, 1d-12/ bp, nit, faridabad-121001 se purchase ki thi jiska insurance meine vahi se karva liya tha lekin mujhe jo insurance mila usme jo detail or information thi vo meri existance policy se match nahi thi fir meine hdfc ergo se contact kar ke vaha se insurace policy pata ki to usme policy number bhi differ tha or colour white ki jagah yellow tha mere father ka naam bhi nahi likha tha or na hi mera koi contact no. Added tha, sabse important baat to yeh hai ki sohan motor india ka director bahut hi batamiz kisam ka person hai jinhe baat kis tarah ki jaati hai custumer se yeh bhi nahi pata mujhe yeh jab pata chala jum mein apni policy renew karne laga to mujhe pata chala ki isme kitna 420 ka kaam kiya hua hai so apse request hai ki meri problem jalad se short out ki jaye meri policy ki renewal date 06.10.2017 hai.

                  Hello.. I have given tvs wego for service on 5.10.2017 by 10.15am to sln tvs service center, kurnool. After 6.00 pm also i haven't got my vehicle. They have not at all touched the vehicle and kept aside. I feel very bad for their behavior and care for their service and response for one tvs customer. Kindly redress my complaint and do the need.

                    When i m going to buy jupitor at your shkwroom i met to owner of tvs showroom nd he told me about govt discount offer nd i want to exchange my hero plesure nd thn he told me that he can give me 15000 exchange prize after that i m. Ready for dealing nd than suddenly he refuse tht he didnt told that he will give me 15000 for exchange nd he make me fool like villagers nd he told tht he told tht amount including 1500 rs in exchange offer which is discount of govt emloyee thn i told that sir u dnt clear it nd after deal u cant move on thn he suddenly anger on me nd said that go nd buy other bike from another showroom.. So is it a way to talk customers???

                      I purchased tvs 160 apache when i buy that bike there will be engine noise i requested to showroom they will changed 9/2/2017 i buy bike after 5 days i requested to showroom to change the part they will changed in july then wasted 6months now problem will same then mailge and bike pickup new problem came i asked to replace i send request to tvs company they will not response plz to help me

                        1.Khat khat noise come from front side in speed broker, road holes and rough road also mention that in service but not solve.
                        2.Rear wheel not properly fitted they said wheel rim problem but we are not satisfied with your answers.
                        3.service light on than service done but light not reset.

                          This is george varghese from boisar. I am native of kerala. This is to inform you a sad experience with me and to take necessary action in my favour up to possible extend.

                          I am in deep regret after getting such an unexpected experience from the dealer of such a brand of automobile industry.
                          I took a two wheeler (Wego) from magnus tvs show room (Boisar), one and a half month ago. I was in an urgency of having a two wheeler for my daily commuting. At the time of purchasing the vehicle i queried regarding the policy of other state people having vehicle here. But the representative from the show room told me that only rental agreement is required and an additional amount of adjustment fees of 2200 need to be paid along with it. Which i believed and did so. But from there it's been one and a half month still registration is pending and now they are saying they need police verification for which the owner of flat should be there as he is in us and cannot come down for my purpose. If it was know to me earlier i would not have purchased it. Now they are not even picking phone regularly and i am leaving my duty time and running around this showroom and they are not even bothered and telling me lot of people are there like this.
                          It's is costing me my time, money, energy and cannot take it any more. My emi is also getting started. If it is not possible to get it resolved then iam going to give back my vehicle in showroom.
                          This is clear case of fraud as they hided the fact from me.
                          Kindly take necessary action for resolving this issue by tomorrow (03rd october 2017). I have no other option other than giving the vehicle back to the showroom.

                              I am using tvs jupiter last 2 years. Overhaul bike is good. Recently i was facing issue with bike. (Sound from engine) i have shown scooter to one of dealer in pune. Service advisor told me to overhaul this engine. And they did it. While paying amount nobody informed me that bike is under warranty (As per company policy it covers 7 years warranty. They asked to pay bill. Even i was not aware with this so i paid. After 2 days i received call from your customer care. And he told me that you need nothing to pay.
                              I called service center. After i called many times they refund me only 1200 rupees o ly.
                              I want to mention below points.
                              1. First time when i showed bike to workshop. Service advisor should have tell me that my bike is under warranty and nothing to pay.
                              2. After complaining to his manager they paid only 1200 rupees. Now he is not answering call even.

                              How you can fool customers like this.
                              I want all my money back as soon as possible.

                                I purchase tvs victor premium edition bike on 30th september this month by finance,, i purchase the bike for offer 4000- rupees cash back,, given by company,, the finanacalist and company executives did not give me cash back 4000,,,
                                And also not giving helmet they are argue with me that's all that's all,, very bad service

                                      Tvs dealer at orai, district jalaun, uttar pradesh (Shri babaji automobiles) is cheating customers. I purchased a tvs apache rtr 160 on 1 october 2017 from this dealer. He charged a fee of rs 9200 towards registration at rto while actual charge is rs 8153. He openly claims that excess fee is for paying bribe to rto. I have got recording of the same. He also charged a handling fee of rs 600.
