TVS Motor Company — Have not received my rc book since 6 months

I had purchased a scooter from Trivikram Motors LLP showroom approximately six months ago. However, I am still awaiting the Registration Certificate (RC) book. Also, Their staff are so reluctant to answer and so arrogant.
As a concerned owner, I am worried that without the RC book, I may face difficulties with traffic authorities. Previously, I was assured that the RC book would arrive within a month, but the delay continues.
I kindly request that you prioritize this matter and expedite the delivery of my RC book. I would appreciate an updated timeline for its issuance.

I am very much dissatisfied with their service as they have not yet delivered my RC book, which is very much essential for travelling. Matrix Autovista LLP, mira road east, has the baddest service ever, as they have promised me to bring my Tale light but still they have not replaced it and they are making excuses for their own manufacturing defect.

I am raising this concern to high authority and I hope I will soon get a positive reply.
