I purchased TVS IQube on 9th March 2023 from Shelar auto, Sinhgad Road, Pune.

I am facing various issues since the day I purchased the vehicle and
it is still continuing, the
same has been given many times to the Shelar Service Center at Balaji
including servicing last week
nagar, Pune. However the issues are not resolved..

Following are the issues faced:

I purchased TVS APACHE RTR in 2021 and since then I ve made several attempts to get it corrected but till now iam not satisfied.
The bikes crank shaft is faulty and engine is silencer is making odd sound....

I have poor service experience at TVS Shelar service center Bhelakenagar. I had asked to visit 5 times for simply replacement of TVS Jupiter Indicator by this service center. It's very frustrating to get simple part replacement. In addition to this in my last visit they initially confirmed indicator available in stock and opened front body to replace led indicator. I got my scooty pep+ serviced at new GS enterprises, VIjay Nagar, Ghaziabad on 19th July, 2023 but found some issues after delivery, so I approached the service center and the mechanic took the scooty for test drive and asked me to sit on the back seat. On 4 June, I got my scooty serviced from Dynamic Motors (Authorised Service Centre of TVS). I had requested for servicing, brake shoe change and lock set change.
They just did the servicing and sent the scooty to me. Pickup and drop charges were billed to me which I paid.
I called them and asked why brake shoes and locks were not replaced.
