TVS Motor Company — Highly Unsatisfactory - Scooter service

I've purchased Jupiter ZX Intelligo on Apr 2, 22.

I've been facing problems with the service centers unsatisfactory service.

- they couldn't debug the problem, when they can't they try to convince the customer that the scooters behaviour is expected.

This happened twice
1. Initial days the milage the scooter was providing was very low. I had to escalate the issue through consumer complaints to get their attention and get the issue resolved

2. Recently I've got the second service done for the scooter but it introduced some unusual periodic vibrations. I've shared the concerns thrice but they don't seem to understand the error. After communication with Mr. Anil, they agreed to provide a ride with a scooter similar to mine and convince me that the vibrations (which were not present when I purchased the scooter) are normal. They're not responding to my followups regarding the test ride with another similar scooter.

The dealer Mr. Venkat Reddy is ignoring my pings and calls. Below is the address of the service center.

I would request you to please take action regarding this service centres unprofessional behaviour. I would also like to consider to never trust TVS for future purchases and recommendations if this issue persists.
