TVS Motor Company — Horrible Servicing at Dynamic TVS, Rajapuri, Dwarka, | |||||
2. Respectfully, it is to state that, I purchased one TVS WEGO 110 on[protected] from Dynamic Motors Pvt Ltd at Rajapuri, Dwarka with Reg. No “DL9SAR8756”. I also have a 5 yrs’ Extended Warranty over it bearing AMC No. 4 dated[protected], Warranty No. 1644642. 3. From the very beginning, I have been bearing with the ‘Starting Problem’ in it and on every occasion of servicing (both free and paid ones) I have reported the problem to your good Machinist. But, it has not been solved completely. 4. It is very unfortunate that, after every servicing, some new problems have been arising and as per telephonic advice of your representative, I have been taking the vehicle to the service centre and on every times, some parts are being changed (at my own cost), assuring that, now it is ok. But, soon, on all occasions, it comes to a great failure. 5. On[protected], again I submitted the problem in your service centre. There, I was suggested for Wheel Alignment (!!!), Ball Bearing, Auto Fule Cock and Carburettor. While talking about the Extended Warranty, the official at the cash counter did not say anything. She only advised me to change the brake shoe at the next servicing. (!) 6. All the things went really intolerable the very next day when again the starting problem began. Again the vehicle began to stop at the middle of the busy road. I dragged it to the road side and started with the kick start, as before, I have been doing. Please note, on[protected], your service centre has already replaced the Switch Electric Starter. 7. In such a situation, I need necessary advise/statement regarding the following: a) What should I do with the Extended Warranty when cost of the parts (like Carburettor etc.), Labour Charge, Part Replacement Charges are all going out of my pocket? b) What should I do when the machinist gets busy in Wheel Alignment, ball bearing etc. for resolving the “Starting” & “Stopping while running” problem? c) What should I do when I am forced to change the carburetor etc. within two years of purchasing the vehicle, when the actual fault has yet not been recognized? How long shall I have to bear with this unsuccessful Trial and Error method? d) What to do in the following problems in the vehicle: Maximum time, it does not start on first attempt. After turning the key on, the green light (economy) gets off, the yellow light (power) gets on and ‘self start’ button stops working completely. Sometimes, with the green light also, the self start does not work. While running on the busy road, the vehicle slows down and stops. e) Now, if I again go to your service centre, machinists are ready to change some other parts, as usual. What should I do then? f) Labour charge for Rs. 150/- (Rs. 75 X 2) were charged vide invoice no. 92 dt.[protected]. On which account, shall I consider, the amount was charged?
